Disgaea Character inclusion Challenge:

Disgaea 1 and Dd2 New story character: Espio. (As an extra lil story in post game) An angel trainy like Flone. When he heard by Vulcanus preeches that Flone had gone rogue with demons. His sense of justice couldn't allow such promissing angel to fall in the cluches of demons! So he made his own way to the netherworld. Yet after humilliation and defeat at the hands of demons after demons. He started to adapt, Two red horns growing on his head, cutting and dyeing his long blonde hair into spikey black, his big white wings on his shrinking into black fallen angel aesthetic wings a bit above his waist. And contiues to create his own kinda mad max like force made by weak demons that resent the world and want to get stronger. When he finally comes by Flone by accident, he and his grunts stire up trouble and after Getting stompped by Laharl, join his army

New humanoid: Bounty Hunter. Good at swords and Bows. They are Demons sent by the dark accembly to capture those not showing up for trials. Pretty okay in physical combat, and having status effect spells with high chances but low range.

New monster: Snakemen: human like body, looong neck and a big bite. 1-2 normal attack range. special attacks come with either poison or stun.

New DLC: Wataru Mitani(Brave Story) Little boy will be scared out of his mind in the neather world. But his sword abillities would help him enough. I think it would be funny to have an other young looking boy to go with Laharl as he starts showing compassion to this lost boy, who he sees himself in him kinda.

Disgaea 2 New sotry character: Masked Boy. Probably can guess where we go from here. Adells long lost Brother??? a swordman of flames in black robes and a mask like those of his parents. After fake zenon was beat. And word across the land spreads. He visits Adells village and seen as a threat. After a fight with no clear winner. a series of events unfolds as Adell find out and is forced to accept his Demonic Haritege.

New humanoid: Humdevil(male). Humans turned demons by zenons curse. Average affinity with every weapon. Look kinda like Adell's dad after he became a demon

New monster: Humdevil(Female). Humans turned demons by zenons curse. They get access to all kinda of magic(element/star/heal/status/buff)up to giga level. Good versitile casters. Honestly they and the male counterpart could be interchangable with female getting staves and male being phycial attackers.

New DLC: Ragna the bloodedge(BlazBlue) from Hanakos summoning. They Try to summon ''the biggest edgelord of an other universe'' I think he would have a nice dynamic with Adell. He works like a monster unit. Attacking with his own sword, and his skills being 1rst[hells fang] which works like Adells 1rst skill. but with Ragnas black flames, 2nd[belial edge] goes up to the air and mounts his sword, propelling it with enegry down to foes( guessed it. works like adells 2nd skill) and 3rd[Black Onslaught] guessed it again. A single target combo skill.(all moves from his actuall game). He Magichanges to his Azure grimoire demon arm version

Disgaea 3 New story character: Balmaz von Balmandine Badamant An evil version of Almz with shark teeth, calling himself the True Anti-Hero(coz even evil almz can only be so evil). Close to about as eccentric as Mao. To which he hits it off great with. And Almz starts to feel inferior and maybe that princess Saphaire could fall for that, in his eyes, more confident version of him. Yet after both Balmaz and Saphaire confirm they are repulsed by eachother in a wacky scene. Almaz is more than accepting of his alter ego.

New humanoid: delinquent! Tough looking fist fighting demons. That go to class on time! water flowers all around the school! And help old ladies cross the street. Their battle grunts would be in tough voices ''For love!''(when attacking) ''Friendship sholves all!''(team attacks) ''Can't wait to do my taxes"(when hit)

New Monster: Teachers. Big demons with ties. baicisbly Rifle demons with both arms and less hanched. ''To detention''(attack) ''Lets sholve this together''(team attck) ''I'm not paid enough for this''(when hit)

New DLC: Iruma-kun (Mairimashita! Iruma-kun) Making his way in an other Demon school! Would hit it off with Almaz well. High avoid, Good bow skills. and a bunch of cool specials.

Disgaea 4 New story character: Vengence. A demon made up from all the human souls negative emotions that died in the war when Valvatorez was a tyrant and walked the earth. He might not end up as a playble character, or maybe when he is purified by the group he turns to Forgivness and lighter version of him. Good story chance for Artina and Valz to traumabond. (even though i don't like the ship ngl)

New Humanoid:Vampires! NGL some might call this a cheap effort. I'd love just kinda a more slik no cape ver of a vampire in the game. Evilities to steal hp and sp from target. Good at spears and sword. Yes a shameless generic copy of Valvatorez.(which some people might have liked. I know i love generics more than story characters gameplay wise some times.)

New monster: Roachmen. BIG, TANKY, BUFF, cocoroache demons. Big DEF big RES big Element res. An undying, force of the neatherwolrd.

New DLC: Alucard (Hellsing) Whats better than 1 badass vampire+ one more version of himself in post game? TOW BADASS VAMPIRES. Good with Guns. Alucard would be going on a walk across the neatherworld.

Disgaea 5 New story character: Vessel. A failed experiment of void darks when he was looking for ways to bring Lize back. With an overload taken by an overlord weaker than marjorita. So Void deemed him a failed product and thrown away. Brought up in postgame. As Void now tunred to good. Wants to find him and help maybe? They find him in a neather world whose peopel all die, alone. As it turns out. The nature of the overload had made it such that he would unknowgnly to him Suck the life force from those aroudn him. And grow stronger and healthier. When he found out he decided to stay there till he died. Being now the Overlord of the empty planet. The gang helps him short out his fellings after multiple battles and him running away to notindirectly kill them. And he finally gives for to his Overload ''Debt return'' which now lets him fight the sideffect of other overload. (mechanics it gives a % of his stats to close allies)

New humanoid: heroic spirit. (remember that old defender of earth in d1. Yeah they are like him but can use a bunch of weapons) unlocked after the story with Vessel. the souls of the people in the neatherworld he was in.

New monster: Laserbeast. A formless existence of plasma that thats diferent beastial forms with attacks. Movement. Specials and the like.

New DLC: Shiki Tohno (Thukihime/Melty blood) Kinda broken. His Specials might deathblow if enemy is at (HP% based on the skill) His Overload. He goes Nanaya mode.gaining a movement and Stat boost. Changing his specials as well. (Like valvatorez overload. coz i find transformation overloads sick as fuck)

I want to cosplay Brave Story so bad

I just finished Brave Story by Miyuki Miyabe and it was SO GOOD but hurt me SO MUCH. I sobbed the last 100 pages. Gwuuuuuh I'm entirely emotionally compromised!!!

wait wait wait guys have you ever thought about how the Mighty Nein are everything they shouldn’t be upon first glance

no no guys guys listen to me they’re all the antithesis of what they’re meant to be and that’s why they’re such amazing and heartfelt characters

like, Caleb is a wizard who’s afraid of his own fire magic. his own power causes him to falter in battle. his strongest spells are his most dangerous to himself. wizards are supposed to be prideful of their magic, but Caleb’s is the reason he hates himself

Beau is a monk who never wanted to be. her job is one that people normally associate with being calm and collected and Beau was a wild rebellious kid who got dragged into this line of work against her will. she never wanted to be this!! but now she is and she’s gotta deal with it!!

Fjord is a warlock who never wanted power from his pact, which is why you’d think a warlock would make their pact at all. but no. Fjord made his pact because he wanted to live, not because he wanted power. he was a scared orphan who hated his tusks, not a buff, muscled, angry half-orc like people assumed

Nott is NOT, that’s the whole crux of her narrative! she wasn’t pretty, like a halfling girl was supposed to be. she wasn’t a goblin, she was just transformed into one. and not only that, but despite being a three-foot-tall alcoholic kleptomaniac, she’s the mom of the group!

Jester is a Cleric whose god isn’t actually a god and who would much rather bash bad guys over the head with her lollipop than have to stop and heal her friends!! she’s a bubbly, optimistic ray-of-sunshine, but you know when she says she’s gonna change the world with friendship she means it as a threat

Mollymauk is an amnesiac, but he doesn’t want to remember who he was. if you ask him, that wasn’t him! he might be a flirtatious hedonistic carnie, but he’s also single-mindedly devoted to making the world a better and more loved place than it was when he found it. he’s a liar, but he means well. he’s an arrogant fool, yes, but he’s right! he did it! he left it better!

Caduceus seems like he’d be creepy and grim from growing up in a graveyard, but he’s actually the most chill out of the entire Nein by far. he’s calm, he’s sweet, and he’s comforting, more than anything else. you’d think he’d be amazed by seeing the outside world for the first time, but he spends the whole time knowing that one day he’ll return home, that he wasn’t supposed to be the one to leave

Yasha is a barbarian with skeletal wings and a dramatic, monochromatic look, but she’s a complete sweetheart. she’s Molly’s best friend, she was a carnival bouncer, she’s a lesbian disaster who collects pressed flowers in a book out of love for the wife she lost. those black wings were actually hiding soft white feathers

Essek was born straight into the den of politics, he was a spymaster, he literally started a war for his own gain, and yet. he’s sounds irredeemable on paper, but. he’s not!! sure, the Nein kind of have to drag his alignment kicking and screaming into neutral, but they manage it. Essek learns and grows and he overcomes his nature. he becomes good, against all odds

guys guys guys don’t you see it!! look at them!!they’re such compelling characters!! they’re everything they’re not supposed to be!! dude y’all how didn’t I realize this earlier!! they subvert their narratives in the most interesting ways ever and I justhshsbhshshsjnsmshsnhsfn!!
