third year in college studying sports science to become an athletic trainer. having all athletes for friends has its pros and cons 💀 he gets a lot of first-hand experience from helping them improve and take care of themselves but now every time they have an injury they come to him instead of an actual professional. y/n especially has latched onto him, coming to him for medical, athletic, and really advice on anything. designated caretaker of his group of leash kids. acts like he hates everyone but if one of his friends asked him for help he’d 100% drop everything to help them (at least for y/n, he might finish what he’s doing before helping noya). his shared dorm with suna is very clean and calm, they’ve worked very hard to have the most civilized room that their friends often crash at. (y/n has showed up multiple times to stay the night and get what feels like advice from her two manly parents with matching emotionless faces).

second year in college staying afloat in nutrition sciences, not absolutely acing his classes but is far from failing. middle blocker for the college volleyball team. takes his job as the friend group’s court jester very seriously. did fight and win against noya for the title. has the most horrendous photos of everyone and will remind everyone of their existence periodically. also the runnerup caretaker of the group and actually has solid advice, he’s just not usually in a serious mood. hit it off with y/n immediately during a volleyball game between inarizaki and nekoma at nationals. he was taking pictures of atsumu dying on the floor after the game and looked up to see her literally doing the same of kenma who had flopped down to take a nap.

second year in college! dropped out of nutrition sciences because he wanted to be with his friends but not even sitting next to tsukishima was preventing him from failing classes that he was already retaking (he’s lucky he’s literally the best libero out there and his scholarship is paying for everything). is now a loner communications major (with kageyama and hinata lmao) but still finds the time to visit his friends and sometimes walk with y/n to her class. he’s literally the best supporter (and enabler) and never fails to greet y/n with a popsicle after buying one for himself <3 loves to bully and tease tsukishima about everything and anything, definitely learned to bite him from hinata :)

first year in college, thankful that his classes are finally peaceful without noya next to him every class (although he still has to return to his dorm that he shares with the feral demon every night). middle blocker for the vball team as well but he’s still a newbie 😞 is very adamant about not being considered a leash kid but then interacts with noya and disproves his own points. was basically adopted into y/n’s friend group the moment he got into college because suna and her made fun of him the first time they saw him in high school and then quickly snatched him before anyone else could befriend him.

The Best Workout that Changed My Body (Model Workout)
Growing up, I was a chubby kid. As a teenager, I was “skinny-fat” - I had a tummy but lean arms and legs. I have tried everything to burn that belly fat off; right from detox teas, waist clinchers, sports, Pilates, limiting my calorie intake, weight lifting, strength training, eating only health food for months, lemon water, even K-Pop stars’ diets… you name it and I’ve probably done it.
Then I finally found something that worked out for me. I stumbled across it on Reddit, and I shared it with my friends, not thinking that it would actually work.
Except that it did.
A friend who had gained 10 kgs because of her thyroid lost nearly 8 kgs in a matter of a couple of months. Another friend - who’s quite skinny and petite and struggled with weight gain - saw her body get more toned in just a couple of weeks.
So I decided to try it out as well - and I could actually see a difference in just a week’s time (as crazy as this sounds). A few pants I had that I always felt a little insecure about wearing actually felt LOOSE at the waist! I couldn’t believe it!
Now, for a little disclaimer. The person who created these workouts happens to train models. They are specialised in model training- reducing waist cm, hips is their specialty. HOWEVER. They were accused of filming their clients in their gym bathroom. Their spouse eventually took over the company. But that still doesn’t sit right with me. So that means that I will not be buying any of the company’s products, even though the work outs are really effective and require minimum equipment.
So I did a little bit of sleuthing - and found 5 out of 6 of their workouts for free on Reddit.
I’m going to share the link that I found on Reddit. I am NOT responsible for uploading the files. I have no role to play in it. These have been available on Reddit for literally years. I have no idea who the original distributor is, either. Also, these videos are quite old. I’m sure that the new ones are different from these.
The workouts range from 20-60 minutes (most of them are at 40 minutes though). The best part is that you can do these anywhere.
The only equipment you really need:
- yoga mat
- Slide discs/ wash cloths
- Ankle weights
- 3 pound dumbbells

The nutrition guide:
(I have not come up with this. Do not hold me responsible if you do not agree with what the trainer says).
1. Calorie intake: 1600 calories
2. No juice, rice, pasta, potatoes, bread 2-3 hours before you workout. If you must eat, it has to be low calorie protein or lean (eggs, protein shake, lean protein, salad, vegetables).
3. No carbs after 3 pm.
4. Dinner should be protein and vegetable based.
5. No protein for 1-2 hours after workout. Fruit juice, fruits, vegetables and starchy carbs are fine.
6. Only treadmill for cardio. Slow jogs. No weights for lower body, outside of the program. No lunges, squats or deadlifts. Yoga and Pilates are fine. I personally do 12-3-30.
How I use this routine:
Monday: workout 1
Tuesday: 12-3-30
Wednesday: workout 2
Thursday: 12-3-30
Friday: workout 3
Saturday: workout 4 +12-3-30
Sunday: 12-3-30 / yoga/ rest day
I take 5 days off in a month during my period. These workouts are also not crazy intense (I’m used to playing sports and being active in general) so I’m fine doing it everyday.

First part of the transformation is the retroactive change of your friend's routines. His body will now change in 24 hours as if he had already had the following daily routine for a year longer: two hours to the gym in the morning before university, one hour of running during the lunch break, another two hours to the gym in the evening. And then preparing the next day's meals and packing them in Tupperware. Saturdays are a training break, Sundays first two hours of swimming, then six hours of gym and then another hour of yoga. A life just for sports. A highly disciplined life for studying and for sports.
The second part is changing his genetics. Every day one of his great-grandparents is replaced. Until his father is a Moroccan who immigrated just before he was born. And his mother is an Albanian who has also only been living here for 25 years.
I start the tomorrow morning on Friday at 08:00 am. Sit back and enjoy!
Friday morning. You are both still rookies in the office. But you want to make a career. Getting a job in the research and development department has been a great success. And you both have no desire not to build on that. Accordingly, you are punctually at your workplace at 08:00. Everything is still quite normal. But when you meet for lunch at 12:00, your friend is pretty upset. He thinks that he has forgotten his running clothes. And that he will have to make up for the running session tomorrow. You look at him questioningly. And you notice that he looks fitter somehow. At 4:00 p.m. you get a message. Your friend has also forgotten his training clothes and has therefore already gone home and is then going straight to the gym. Dinner at 20:00 as arranged in your favorite steakhouse. Your friend is on time. However, he is not showered and still in his tracksuit. Had he not shaved this morning. He looks like a three-day beard. The meal is first about the week at the office. And then about the plans for the weekend. Tomorrow we're going to do some shopping. Your friend convinces you to come to the gym on Sunday. When you say goodbye, you realize that your friend only had the 400 gram filet with green salad and alcohol-free beer and water. You drank the wine all by yourself. Slightly drunk, you go home and fall into bed.
On Saturday morning your best friend rings you out of bed. Where you stay. The early bird catches the worm. He would have made up for yesterday's running session by now and would like to start doing some shopping. Damn, it's only 10:00 o'clock. You didn't expect him until 12:00. When you finally meet in the mall, there are already some big shopping bags next to your friend. Nutritional supplements. Protein powder. Sportswear. And he definitely looks changed. Not a gram of fat on his body anymore. But a firm ass and a visibly wider back. Fuck, it seems to work. When you're shopping, your conversations are almost all about sports. You actually start to develop an interest in it as well. And you also buy some new clothes and training shoes. You arrange to go clubbing in the evening. You almost didn't recognize your friend. His black T-shirt is almost painted on his upper body. And he moves on the dance floor as if he had never done anything else. He thinks that functional training pays off here, too. His movement coordination is getting better and better. You shake your head and get yourself a gin and tonic. And bring your friend a water.
When you arrive at the gym at 4 p.m. on Sunday, your friend is already moaning in a sweat on the leg press. "Bro, didn't we say 12:00 for Box Fit?" he says. You reply that anything before 4:00 p.m. would have been a challenge for you after last night. Your friend gives you a Fist Bump. And says that he needs your support with the chest workout. When your friend leaves for yoga at 6:30pm, you are completely screwed. And you wonder why your boyfriend has such hairy forearms…
On Monday morning you both arrive at work at the same time. Your best friend is talking on the phone in a language you can't understand. "My Albanian grandmother in Tirana has birthday today", he answers, reading your thoughts. Who the hell has a birthday, you ask yourself. Your friend walks up the stairs in front of you. The shopping trip had started out well, and you were being very well behaved! and there was Mr. and Mrs. Potato head, in all their plastic glory. You were THRILLED to say the least. And one thought ran through your regressed mind at that moment:
You wanted- no- you NEEDED them.
So what did you do? You ran straight back to your caregiver, who was busily examining the nutrition labels between Raisin Bran cereal (ick, you thought), and Frosted flakes (yum!). To your dissapointment, he picked the Raisin Bran cereal, and threw it in the cart with a loud *THUD*. However, you quickly pushed the thought of the icky cereal from your mind, and tugged on Fyodor's cloak. Fyodor turned to you, an eyebrow raised.
"Malyshka, what did we say about tugging? Could you please say 'papa', next time?" He lightly scolded, his voice still warm. You nodded quickly and rushed to interupt:
"Papa! Can I please, please, PLEASEEEEEE, get this??" You held up the plastic casing of the potato heads, giddy at the idea of TWO new toys! However Fyodor was firm. He loved you too much not to be, as he knew that discipline and rules were a must, especially in the headspace you were in.
"Let me see the toys Malyshka." He inspected the price of the duo pair. $30. Money wasn't an issue, the issue was he'd already bought you a new toy just a week ago. Buying another one so soon didn't seem reasonable, especially because all your toys were already fairly new, despite being slightly worn from the frequent play. He set the toy back in the toy aisle.
"I'm sorry, but we don't need this right now, dear. Now come on, let's go to the checkout." He reached for your hand to hold, but you pulled away. You felt upset, you wanted that toy so badly.
"But I want it!" You cried out, your annoyance becoming audible. You tried everything to convince him as he checked out: You tried puppy eyes, begging him, outright demanding it, and bribing him. (with your allowance of course, which didn't fool him.)
Eventually the two of you made it to the car. This was it, the last chance. There was one strategy you didn't do:
the dreaded tantrum.
You began stamping your foot to get his attention.
"PAPA! I want the toy NOW!" You cried out in frustration. Fyodor wasn't having it, however.
"Malyshka, that's enough! I have told you no! Now kindly get inside the car, and buckle up. Now." His voice left no room for argument. However you persisted, yelling and crying and stamping your foot, until he'd had enough.
"Little one, I'm dissapointed. I took you to the store knowing you were a big girl, but the way you acted in the store was unacceptable. And as a result, there WILL be consequences when we get home." Fyodor scolded. However his response was met with tears from you. You hadn't meant to push it so far, and you were STILL really upset about the potato heads. He let out an exhasperated sigh before picking you up in his arms and stroking your hair lovingly.
"Shhh.... Malyshka.... It's okay. I know you're a good little one, but you've been behaving like a petulant toddler... Papa loves you, you know this, Da?" He crooned as he gently pushed your pacifier into your mouth with one of his pale fingers. As you calmed down, he buckled you back in and drove the two of you home. At home, He wasted no time, and promptly placed you in the time out corner.
"There we are. Like I said, we don't throw tantrums in public. Now you must sit there and lose five minutes of playtime." He chided lightly and sat in a chair watching you.
After the timeout passed and many tears as well, he rocked you gently and pressed soft kisses onto your head.
"There, now have we learned our lesson, my little potato head?" He joked teasingly, his voice still while he stroked your hair.

There’s ongoing discourse about female boxing in the Olympics, and something that I’ve realized from reading through it, is that people seem to downplay the effects of testosterone on every level it could be applied.
Testosterone is banned in U.S. (prescription only) as it was/is the premier steroid (and arguably the only steroid that matters). Up until the early 90’s when it was banned for general sale, dudes could just buy testosterone at a nutrition store and take it. The FDA banned it for pretty good reason considering the amount of people who used it who would die at age 40 from heart failure (Mike Mentzer RIP)
It was also partly banned because many “supplements” would add testosterone because how else are the gonna sell all that ginko extract that does fuck all.
But to get on with the point, if someone in the same competitive division as you has more testosterone than you by like a factor of ten, even if it’s “natural”, it’s is not a fight in the spirit of competition because it’s doping.
Men’s sports can get away with it somewhat because the natural range of testosterone in men is quite wide, and you quickly reach diminishing returns with testosterone, but look at how the T ranges compare between men and women:
