Self care🦢🎀
i think that i really love taking care of me: eating healthy, working out , skincare , meditating , shopping , listening to podcasts , watching comfort movies etc.
i have neglected myself , i’ve been sick and i have been binging every single day and i haven’t trained for so long, i have been hating myself so much, i’ve also gained like 8 kgs so i decided to change this situation and to evolve.
i started to understand that food wasn’t the enemy, to stay happy and alive you need to eat in a healthy and balanced way , your body works so much for you and you have to understand that!
i started eating healthy, i increased my protein and fiber intake , i increased my calorie intake to speed up my metabolism and i started working out seriously 5/6 times per week, i stopped making excuses and crying for nothing.
ì also had “free days” where i was eating things that i was craving so much(in moderation).
i started doing skincare every single day and so i cured my acne!
i started comforting myself with movies that i was whatching when i was i child.
once you start to prioritize yourself you will feel like a goddess,trust me;)💋.
