The castle’s grounds were covered in powdery snow. Winter had settled at Hogwarts, turning the usually green landscape into a quiet, white tableau. Most of the students had left for the Christmas vacations, and only a handful of kids were playing in the snow. 

Fish and Drew had been walking near the lake, chatting about grading parchments and things of the sort, when Fish threw a snowball at Drew. It was too tempting! Grinning widely at the other teacher, she couldn’t help the chuckle that left her lips. “Oops, sorry!” she said in between laughter, “I guess it just slipped out my hands!”

When Drew retaliated with his own snowball, landing right in Fish’s forehead, she had to run! And grab more munitions, of course.

Well sheesh Will, way to strike right out of the gate. Not that he's complaining, and it's pretty evident from the blush and the smile that's settled on his features.

"Your love?" That pet name in particular seems to be the one that sticks out to him the most. Can you blame him, when the first time they shared that word was under such strange circumstances? "... I like that. Darling. Hmm." Mulder stares out with Will, looking happily contemplative over what those words mean to him and to Will.
