It’s built in Tartosa on a 50x50 lot, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 🍃❣️

"In response to the Ministry of Occult Sims' astute advice that the tempestuous relations between Vampires, Werewolves, and Spellcasters be mended, and that occult Sims could reap many benefits through co-operation and joint ventures, Rock Ridge Castle has been host to budding occult teens for several generations, aiming to teach them how to harness their powers safely and collaborate to achieve great things together." Residential Rental Ver | 3 Units ; 152 simoleons/day Each unit comprises single occupancy butler's quarters in the basement, two shared bedrooms with space for three teens each on the upper floors, and two rooms on the top floor for YA/Adult occupancy - all other rooms in the building are shared. The gameplay idea I had here was that three 'families' of six teens (3 M, 3 F) with two YA/Adult 'teacher's occupy each of the three "rental units" - making, essentially, a mega academy style lot. I designed each 'unit' for a different occult type - vampire, werewolves, and spellcasters :3 fun or chaotic and stressful I dunno lol

INTERIOR

Ground Floor

Entry and main corridors with central 'winter garden' with domed glass ceiling. Communal library, den, art/music classroom, wc, potions classroom, dining room with shared kitchen facilities, herbology classroom, and meditation/'chapel' room.

First Floor

Four lightly themed bedrooms to sleep three teen sims each, two large communal bathrooms with shower, bath and wc stalls, den area, and candle making/misc classroom.

Second Floor

Divination classroom, woodworking/gemology classroom, two further communal bathroom areas, and two bedrooms to sleep 3 teen vampires each.

Third Floor

Six individual bedrooms for YA/Adults, two shared single bathroom spaces.

Basement

Large swimming pool, changing area, and laundry rooms. Butlers' quarters, storage rooms, and staff kitchen.

The Soddy

A CC Free Prairie Homestead

Lot size: 40x30 Price: §37,341 Lot type: Residential Location: Biscuit's Bastion, Chestnut Ridge

Homesteading and the settlement of the American west has always been a particular interest of mine and recently I've become very interested in sod houses! I toyed with the idea of recreating one in Sims but never had a good world or assets to work with. When I fell into my little building bender a few weeks ago I realized Chestnut Ridge was perfect for it and promptly hyperfixated.

This home is ideal for a couple or small family just trying to make their way in the prairie of Chestnut Ridge. The house can fit up to three sims and a baby or toddler, perhaps a bit snug for our modern standards but perfectly alright for the nineteenth century. Also comes complete with fertile fields, an empty chicken coop, a slightly decrepit horse barn, and a well stocked root cellar.

This house is heavily inspired by Prairie Homestead in South Dakota. When I started kicking around the idea of this build I started googling for reference photos and discovered this very cool historic site. I tried to match this build to its real life counterpart more than I usually do, as the interior that they have set up for that house was just so fun and unique feeling. The exterior is inspired by it, but sim lot constraints required more creative license. I highly recommend you look at some photos, it really is such an interesting place.

Sod houses, which were constructed by cutting hunks of the top layer of the grasslands (which were held together by the strong roots of the native grasses) were common throughout the latter part of the nineteenth century and began to peter out in the early part of the twentieth century. They weren't the most luxurious accommodations, but did have the virtue of being warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Unfortunately as the walls were made from the earth, bugs could be an issue and I've given this lot the creepy crawlies bug challenge for ~realism~. It's also off-the-grid, and has a functional root cellar (meaning I put the fridge down there, have fun in thunderstorms).

This lot is fully playtested (might have been the most I've played in a while actually, I wanted to make sure the crib worked). Please please enjoy this build. I know I always say it but this one is actually my favorite, and making this work with the constraints of Sims 4 terrain tools was quite the undertaking and I'm so pleased with it.

Catwoman's apartment from The Batman

I built this a few months ago but I think the gallery was glitched so I just reuploaded. It's cc free and only uses a few packs.

This window from the Highschool pack allows sims to sneak out so I added it here so Selina can sneak out!

The build has 9 apartments 6 of them are decorated and there's a restaurant, a nightclub and a gym. You can also access the roof. I replaced the old salt house lot with this (it's the 30x30 lot in the spice district).

Small Medieval Farm

A small, (late) Medieval inspired farm for a couple, their two daughters and a dog.

Living off-the-grid, your sims can provide for themselves by growing crops and herbs or crafting at the woodworking table. (If you place it on the lot I built it on, there's also a lake for fishing and water supply right next to it). And to take a break from the hard work, they can dedicate themselves to cross stiching, warm themselves at the fireplace or play cards up in the barn. Beware the evil squirrels lurking in the bushes though!!

For some small tweaks (like resizing or flipping objects) TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod was used, but you don’t need the mod in your game for this to show up the way I built it.

Did I need to build an entire city block? No. Did I mean to make it so large? Also, no. I still need to play test it, but this block has 3 apartments, a pizzeria, a laundromat, a thrift shop, a cafe, and a yoga studio. I don't actually like to leave the lots, so it's just easier if I build neighborhoods on lots.

Wayne Family Brownstone townhouse in Fort Graye

I fixed my Fort Graye build in the sims 4 the other day. My gallery id is SyrsaSissa and the build is called "Bruce Wayne's Townhouse". It's a residential rental lot type (64x64 I placed mine in Windenberg). Make sure to use bb.moveobjects on before placing it!

It has 6 townhouses (3 of them are just shells to prevent lag and cause you can only have 6 rental units), and a few apartments (one of them is under the same unit as Bruce's house because I have Jason living there and wanted to control him as well lol). There's also a bar, a bank, a gym and a restaurant.

There's a micro bat cave in the sewers and one under the house. Sims can walk through the manhole cover so it's not really blocking the sewer entrance.
