The Thrylix club meet them for the first time in the annual gala in honor of the new students at the start of the school year. The girls keep crossing paths with them, often coming to their rescue as these specialists seem to not be that skilled at fighting. They all form a close friendship bond during their three-year study in Alfea and Red Fountain respectively.

Aaron

He uses dual swords and he aspires to become a skilled fighter so he trains very hard to improve. He is a bit of a people pleaser. He developes a crush on Holly when they first meet and they start dating towards the end of the first school year.

Teo

He has vambrases that shoot lasers as his weapon, but sometimes he'll use a laser pistol instead. He's the tech geek of the group so he's usually the one to drive their aircraft. He is the most outgoing one out of the guys and easily gets along with everyone he meets. He best gets along with Krista since they share a lot of interests. Teo has hypersensitive hearing so he wears these devices on his ears to help by reducing sound.

Emmett

He uses a crossbow but generally he is not confident in his fighting abilities. Early on he develops a crush on Laurie but is too shy to tell her. Laurie is oblivious to this and always seems to be interested in other people. Fortunately for them, they eventually get together on year 3!

Julian

His weapon of choice is a polearm. He is very reserved and not very expressive. Doesn't talk much but he makes for a very good listener. He enjoys reading and wishes red fountain had more theoretical subjests.
