we all agree that i am several drinks in, so when i steal taylor swift lyrics for this prompt, no one can be mad at me, okay? okay.

The stage lights blurred out the massive crowd in front of them. Ginny's name was chanted over and over, easly heard despite over the noise cancelation in her earpiece.

Seamus's voice echoed through her earpice, "On mark for finale. Drums."

On cue, her brother started to hit the beat to The Gryffindor's final song of the evening.

"We want to thank everyone for coming out tonight!" Ginny shouted into her microphone. "I also want to give a shoutout to everyone on stage tonight, to start it off, the most annoying member of our bad, Ron Weasley on drums!"

Ron hit the drums a little harder as the camera panned to him, projecting his phase on the screens above them. The crowd cheered even louder when Ginny flipped her brother off.

"Give it up for Luna on the bass!"

Her best friend started to strum the bassline to their next song. She gave a wink to the crowd when the camera panned to her.

"Parvati on the keys!"

Parvati gave the crowd a massive wave.

"Harry on the guitar, and I am Ginny. Thanks for singing along all evening!"

Harry grinned over at her as the crowd screamed the loudest they had been all night as he strummed the first chords of their most popular song.

"Midnight," Ginny sang. "You come and pick me up, no headlights."

Ginny poured her heart out, letting the audience feel the emotions she felt as she wrote the song about her own guitarist.

The muse to this song harmonized with her own the chorus.

"We never go out of style. Out of style."

Ginny ignored his imprompu adlib, and picked up the microphone from the stand walking to the front of the stage to interact with the crowd.

"The lights are off he's taking off his coat,"

A voice that usuallly doesn't sing at this part echoed her voice, "Taking off my coat." Harry's blended perfectly with hers.

She walked in front of him, "I heard, you've been out and about with some other girls."

Harry grinned at her over his own mic, completely ignoring the crowd. "I can't stop thinking about you and I."

Ginny walked around him, never making eye contact with him, instead focusing on the crowd, drawing them into the story as she repeated the chorus. But with the bridge coming up, she finallyl ocked eyes with Harry as she sang, "So take me home."

He echoed the sentiment, "I'll take you home. Take you home."

They were standing face to face, "Take me home."

Harry stepped back, away from his microphone and leaned in to whisper in her ear. "I plan on taking you home."

Ginny pulled away, blinking at him. Harry winked at her.

"We never go out of style."

"We are going to be a headline tomorrow," Ginny hissed as the band took their final bows.

"Let them talk," Harry said loudly, before turning to her, leaning down and kissing her as the curtains closed,

god why did you let her drag you to these things, you thought as you walked into the dingy bar. it smelled like old spice and cheap cologne, every girls favorite smell!

she said there was a band playing that you would like, they were small. she said they would do covers and some original songs. they weren’t bad, they actually did some covers of your favorites. yet you weren’t keen on going out tonight. “they’ll be out any minute now!” your good friend emilia, who brought you here, ecstatically said. you smiled softly, happy to see her so excited for this small band. suddenly they came out onto stage, 4 awkward men. the singer seemed to be a skinny, tall, and, pale guy. stereotypical, you thought. the drummer was shorter pretty decent looking. you were analyzing the drummer when you noticed, him. tall, too tall. so strong and so..mysterious. he walked out shyly, what seemed to be a bass in hand. he was so big but his demeanor and aura seemed so different.“hello? did you hear anything i just said?” emilia laughed. “oh um- yea sorry..” you chuckled.

the band had started, you were already entranced by this mysterious guitar player and he seemed to feel the same way, shooting glances at you the whole show making you turn beet red. they weren’t that bad, actually you would probably listen to them more later. you tried to focus on the music but that goddamn guitar player.

after the show you and emilia decided you would get a drink or two. as you were sipping on your beer you saw him again. that tall, handsome, man walking towards you. you thought you would have a heart attack. “ ah..hello.” he spoke quietly, god, for such a large man he was shy. you also noticed a european accent, it was so enticing. you smiled up at him “hi..uhm…you all did amazing.” you stammered up at him. he chuckled, looking down at his feet sheepishly. “thank you..uhm you look amazing by the way..” he said softly, his eyes darting all over you and whatever was behind you nervously. you smiled, “gosh…thank you um whats your name..?” you asked sitting down at the bar, gesturing him to do the same.

after you both got introduced and got a couple drinks in you you decided to go home with him.

his car was sleek, surprisingly nice and tidy. you had clearly more drinks then him… he helped you into the car as you stumbled drunkenly. “you’re so nice konig…it’s so nice..” you mumbled in the car. “thanks…i’ll take you home where do you live?” he asked softly. you placed a hand on his forearm, signaling to more..sexual activity. “let’s go back to yours..?” you said softly. he looked down at your hand nervously, removing it softly. “you-…you’re drunk…we cannot.” he whispered, beginning to drive..

i'm trying to write out the highlights of last night without crying and/or just giving a play by play of the entire show, but here are my thoughts about starcatcher opening night 🩷

- seeing them standing all together when the curtain dropped was earth-shattering to me. i can't even tell you the amount of joy and excitement and emotion i felt seeing them like that.

- every single song from starcatcher was ten times better live. which means that the songs i didn't like before i love now, and the songs i liked already i have now sold my soul to.

- jake's outfit had me in a chokehold. could not stop talking about how hot he looked.

- josh coming out in the LA strange horizons outfit almost killed me, and then he was singing mtm on the catwalk under that spotlight, and he looked like an actual angel. like, otherworldly.

- nash strange horizons outfit my beloved :') that was my first gvf show and it was so special to have him wear that again!!

- jake and josh playing with the spotlights and goofing around and running back and forth on stage 😭 and sammy and jake playing back and forth on the bass and guitar 😭

- when josh said “before, tonight was just a dream; tonight, it is a dream come true” he is truly the sweetest most darling most precious boy ever

- josh said they might have some mistakes with the set (as he said, “what we in the business call fuck-ups”) and they did, i thought jake looked a little pissed at one point because his guitar was out of tune hehe but they recovered smoothly and made it a great show

- heat above was like a warm hug. the very first time i heard it was live, and that was a really good time of my life when i was first getting into gvf, and being able to sing it again with josh and everyone was like coming home to a place i had really missed.

- lover leaver???? when i tell you i could not have been more shocked. we shrieked and sang the whole thing.

- the only part i didn’t love was that everybody's attention was distracted during danny's solo, because everybody was watching the b stage instead of him. he killed it, and i loved his cute little dramatic swoosh to direct our attention to the b stage.

- the b stage being like a campfire sing along, sam piano, unchained melody, danny and jake joining them, danny guitar - unparalleled. it was so intimate and lovely, like getting a glimpse into the close bond they share with each other.

- anthem and flower power are like my white whales of gvf live songs, and i can't believe i got to hear one of them. i cried. we all cried.

- danny and josh singing woyaya together was probably my favorite moment of the whole night. there was something really tender about the two of them, big brother and little brother, singing harmony to josh’s special song. now it’s danny and josh’s special song :')

- the rainbow we did for josh during light my love, and the swaying together and singing, and josh getting emotional afterwards? devastating, truly.

- shirtless josh????? need i say more

- every time jake went towards the catwalk, he smiled. he's the cutest. he was so confident and happy and just glowing with it.

- also, the archer (extended version) ????? were those new lyrics?? i couldn't make out what was singing but we were freaking out

- we were like four rows away from the catwalk, and seeing jake and danny walk by to get back to the big stage was like “oh holy fuck they're real??”

- the stars and sparkles and fireworks and just everything about the stage setup was so magical and wonderful

- “farewell for now” felt really personal, like josh really meant that they had tried hard to make it a special night for us and were so happy to share it with us, and we meant it too when we sang it back. i love farewell for now as a tour tradition song that we and the boys are singing to each other.

i'll probably think of more, but for right now, those were the high points of the show for me. it was my third gvf show and absolutely the best one so far. it really felt like i was being welcomed home, like a reminder that life is full of joy and magic and music. it really was like seeing old friends and being asked to stay and talk a while. i'm so happy just to exist in the same time as josh, jake, sam, and danny. it's such a privilege to share in the magic of their imaginations, to be invited to sing and celebrate with them, to really know that they love us and we love them. everything about this show was a love letter, from them to us and from us back to them, and i’m so thankful to have been able to share that love with them and everybody who has been seen and shown love through their music 🩷

Suffering the consequences of my poor choices. Delicious choices, but poor nonetheless.

A so and so day. I had already mentioned how having (2) peppermint mocha lattes was the highlight of my day last time. The consequence of this was poor sleep. Unexpectedly, my downstairs neighbors decided to play bass guitar until 10PM. I had felt my brain pulsing to the beat and feeling the vibrations through the floor.

Typically, I should be asleep by 5 or 6PM and wake up at 1AM for work. This did not happen and I decided to just skip work for the night with no consequence. If I had gone to work with poor health, things would have been worse all around. I hate the holidays and I hate the weather. I could have one or the other, not both.

Yesterday's gaming endeavor was me trying to work with a buggy UI when trying to play Mabinogi. I saw it on Steam with mostly positive reviews and thought to give it a go. It was not a go. I couldn't click anything after my inventory got flooded by the director's gifts.

Purchased FFXIV Complete Edition for the Endwalker DLC. Going to live my best life now. So I thought. The game started me in A Realm Reborn. 😭

Today's lucky color is purple. I customized my character with this palette. It wasn't an easy conclusion to come to. I'm glad I consulted my friend D while I was playing with the features. Otherwise, I might have had a few regrets.

My wish for this game is I want to experience the organic friendship formed from an in-game encounter. The nostalgia of making friends online and not stressing about looking for people IRL to play with. I don't think I'm doing very well.

I regret being an archer a little bit. In theory, I thought it was a good idea to gain some distance from whatever I was attacking. In practice, I don't know if I'm just clumsy but trying to back off while shooting a monster that is coming at me fast is not my idea of a great time.

I'm figuring out this game as I go. I try to think of the dedicated players of this game and how some have been playing for a decade. How?

im gonna attempt to elaborate more on the childhood friendship between khoi and vera + them as kids in general 😭 if this makes zero sense im sorry im trying to get my thoughts out

i think for the most part guardian lycos and guardian kora lived near each other, and khoi would often find ways to sneak into vera’s home to hang out (as he was often alone)

i just threw out the love of my dreams (weezer) sounds like something khoi and vera would sing together! listening to it makes me think of stuff khoi would write to cheer vera up after a bad day of filming or if one of her siblings gets “punished” by guardian kora.

as children, i think khoi changes the most, unlike vera, who changes more as an adult.

when khoi was a kid, he was more ivan-like. he even came from a similar place as ivan, deep in the slums, so his birthday isn’t his real birthday. (can i admit his birthday is a ref 😭 another one of my ocs that i based him on has the same birthday…)

when he was younger he didn’t really know how to properly convey his emotions and he tended to be more blunt. it was vera who taught him how! vera is a very good actor (family vlogging channel) and she helped khoi with smiling, showing anger, etc. 

“How are you supposed to smile?” Khoi asked, contorting his face into an expression that would horrify anyone who managed to look in through the window. “Well, first of all, you wouldn’t do it like that! Maybe just watch me first,” Vera laughed, flashing her best polite, rehearsed smile. It wasn’t uncommon for her to show a fake smile, being filmed nearly every day led to that outcome. She didn’t like it, of course she didn’t, but if Guardian Kora’s viewers thought her pets were unhappy, it could lead to an extreme decrease in viewership. “I don’t get it.” “Wait, I’ll move your face for you. Look in the mirror.” 

khoi learned to hide his bluntness from vera as well, and that’s when his nicer and calmer personality started to develop. also, as a child, his music resembled people like shostakovich rather than the composers i mentioned before as a reflection of his mental state. he didn’t really start having a happier whimsical outlook on life until near the time he and vera were shipped to anakt garden.

i personally see khoi being a little weird and off-putting when he first arrives at anakt before he realizes “shit i think i should be less weird and off-putting” and starts to be more likable on purpose.

something i have not mentioned yet is the fact that like ivan, khoi also visits the wagyein! i’m aware of the fact that @aurienneirua also visits them and calls the wagyein “elkie” so i wonder if khoi and aurien had ever accidentally met while visiting the wagyein? if that makes sense? i just think it would be really interesting if they just saw each other and went like “so why are you here…”

in anakt garden, khoi and vera are still very close! they were shipped at the same time, but were placed next to different people. vera didn’t want to go to anakt, but was forced by her guardian. khoi wanted to go either way.

this is his only sibling and she didn’t see him often because she was the one closest to guardian lycos. 

as for vera, her only turning point i’d say is the fact she almost died. as a kid, she was pretty much the same. she is a lot sweeter than sua is if i’m being fr. she has a lot of siblings so i dont have everyone named… but all of them are younger! in their little family vlogging channel she was one of the favorites and often met with her fans. i’d say she’s used to social interaction but never had much interest in people. she kind of only became friends with khoi because he kept bothering her (he’s very good at that unsurprisingly…)

i think some big differences between khoi and vera is that khoi loves people and would much rather be surrounded than alone, but it’s the complete opposite for vera. also, vera has a hard time accepting compliments and tends to be overwhelmed if she goes through too many interactions in a day! so while she was healing, it would’ve been a little bit hard for her to keep up with all the people visiting.

vera comes from a breeder! there's a lot of other pet humans that look similar to her out there.

vera's average in most things other than her singing, when she wishes she really wasn't. her self esteem is very low and she has trouble with getting criticism.

vera is very media trained and is popular among segyein communities. she garners a lot of sympathy from when she's older because of her attack in anakt.

khoi's voice claim is marshall lee from adventure time/fionna and cake! (if you're an adventure time fan please talk to me) and vera's voice claim is natty from kiss of life! (example songs are good little girl and sugarcoat)

khoi when he's alone reverts back to the idgaf face and he looks really menacing. when he's tired he has a really monotone voice and his eyes start looking scarier. vera is silent when she's alone and she makes a lot of different gifts and letters for others a lot more often if she's feeling really bad so people don't question her about it.

vera actually has depression. she desperately needs therapy

I'm interested AND watching a korean drama for the FIRST time in a long long time and it's called "twinkling watermelon" 😭😭😭 this drama always pops up in my shorts feed and I bit the bullet and watched it and first of all... everyone in this drama is pretty. I'm just finishing up episode 2 but damn? there have been some moments where a couple droplets of tears may have been produced through my lacrimal gland. especially the scene where eungyeol goes back to the now-rebuilt home of his music teacher and his daughter gives him the bass guitar. when he sat there shaking and sobbing over what he wrote about him in his letter, likeeeeee come on or when eungyeol fought with his daaaaaaaaaaaad. come thursday when I have the day off, or tomorrow when I don't I'll two times speed this entire show before it ends

It shocked me to find out that Yechan was the oldest and I love it. I really like his energy! He was actually what initially drew me to the band! I was aware that there was a band that had a violin and as someone who has played it from a very young age I was interested but I never actually did anything with that info lol. Then when boogie man came out, it came up on my yt and I decided to watch it. Fell in love with it, but when Yechan's solo came up I was so impressed (I made my mum watch it too, she taught me violin lol). I then decided to listen to more of their music and fell in love with them and here we are lol.

Wonsang really is the cutest oh my goodness. I love him so much! I showed my dad one of his bass solos (my dad plays bass, drums, guitar) and he was disgusted but impressed that he could play a 6! I'm happy to say that I have listened to most of the songs that you suggested! The solo in you're right is absolute perfection! I love how they have such a wide range of songs and sounds and somehow they suit them all! I've heard some of the solo songs (I am emotionally attached to the intro of domino), but I will definitely listen to the rest of them!

actually an ex-friend of mine got me into them. originally i think she showed me flowering but that wasn't enough for me to stan them. what got me was snooze/play because i stanned right when play came out. i still cry when i hear play lol. idk why i didn't stan just cause of flowering?? to this day i feel like i have to be in the right mood to listen to it, its never been a favourite of mine in lucy's discography but i do appreciate it. i've also watched Superband for lucy and god wonsang is such a genius, watching it probably tripled my respect for him :( the way he arranged everything and made lucy unique from the other bands there by adding ambient noise to their covers and then eventually their original songs just gets me every time 😭 i love him (i'm so subtle abt the bias aren't i?)

yechan is so impressive!! he's also part of the reason that i was especially interested after my friend showed me some stuff because yechan is classically trained and before kpop i was always into classical music because of my dad. i played piano (mostly bach & scarlatti) so i loved seeing a band that incorporated a more classical instrument into a band setting.

THIS tbh like how is sangyeop real hes literally such a sweetheart and HIS VOICE. his personality offstage and his charisma on stage genuinely makes my mind spin. idk if you've seen the live performance of never in vain in particular but istg he was on something that day 🧍‍♀️ and i did not survive it lol

wonsang is literally insane... i love everything about him, his talent, his personality, his adorable little laugh. he's not real like i'm convinced i made him up cause NO WAY. even his singing voice is so nice and cute :( if you go to his instagram he has a lot of short little covers on there too and i just.... yeah he's really insane god. (also would recommend you watch the live clip of enough because wonsang plays a double bass in that and i may be very in love with him....)

Disco-Spider's Summer Song

Diane's special attack is her Summer Song, otherwise called 'A Donna' by her team-mates. It's kind of a 'Black Canary' type power, named after the Disco singer Donna Summer rather than the season.

While performing or in battle, Diane can belt a high-note loud and high enough short near-by electronics and stun or daze people.

The dazing effect is useful for giving performances a mystifying feeling, but unlike Miles cannot do it on command nearly as easy.

It doesn't work if she yells, and she has to warm up her scales to even be able to attempt it.

They're less like Ariana Grande whistle notes and more like the belted notes of the song 'Funkytown'.

If it's done without some form of music, it's nearly impossible to do - and she has only done it without music maybe 3 times before - once being at Miguel after Gwen gets sent home.

She can however attempt it more if she's playing her bass Opal. However she'd never go swinging Opal around in battle the way Hobie does (lol)

About a year into knowing each other, Diane and Hobie discovered during a battle that her Summer Song reacts to Hobie's guitar playing

Albeit with a lot of drawbacks.

The power is a lot less predictable with Hobie's music style - and when she attempts to hit a Donna, it's effects will be partially influenced by his playing.

This is implied, with her Summer Song being most powerful when the both of them are playing.

But every successful Donna she's hit with Hobie leaves her voice raw for at least at day. Hobie's music is heavily influenced by the Gwen Stacy of his universe, and although Diane can match her range, she sits a whole octave above Diane.

Because of that, singing with Hobie - in battle or on stage - pushes her to the top of her register. So they don't do it often. Besides, she hates singing hard rock.

BUTTT the two of them do have a 'secret weapon' they haven't ever tried in person. At one point in knowing each other, Hobie and Diane dated for two weeks, fought the entire time, wrote and an album and then broke up.

They actually were in a pretty sour place at the time, and the last argument they had came down to eventually making a song together to settle it - a very angry and uptempo funk-rock song.

They have only ever played the song twice.

The time they played it before the breakup - it was enough to cause a good chunk of damage to Hobie's houseboat, and they broke up immediately after.

The second time they played it, it was Gwen's idea in an attempt to get them to reconnect. The three of them polished the song, with Gwen acting as mediator on drums.

The effects of the finished song were pretty catastrophic (in a good way) -

However it took a large hit to Diane - causing her to lose her voice for 3 or so days. She slept most of that time and was completely exhausted and out of it. A bit guilt-ridden, Hobie took care of her then and they rekindled from there.

Now they're back to being close - somethings. A good something, though.

They still haven't played the song again. Hobie always pushed Diane to develop vocally and push herself range wise, but that song is probably the only time he's like 'hey maybe dont go for that one.'

but Diane is adamant that if they were to try a third time, they'd get it completely right.

in reality the first frontman for ghost was papa emeritus i aka primo (which just means first in italian. this is the pattern for what seem to be the papas' proper first names) there's not much to know abt him as ghost was pretty unknown back then but to me! he seems like a nice old man! who was doing his job more seriously and normally than anyone else! i like him. he made the BANGER that is ritual i feel like everyone knows ritual right like. if you're into the genre even if you're not a big ghost fan we all know ritual don't we.

unfort primo didn't Spread The Word Of Satan far enough so he got booted off the role and got replaced 😔🤙🏻 by the nastiest slightly less old horny man you've ever seen. papa emeritus ii aka secondo he's maybe the coolest looking in some ways i feel like he might be the most iconic. every day he grows on me more and more. he's so fuckin bald. spoke full italian. liked to Party and Fuck. so much so that even tho he did pretty well w the band and the spreading the word and won gold for his album he completely gave up on doing his work as papa !!! he was having too much fun. no work all play. church not happy. booo so he also gets kicked out the band lol

he's replaced by 💜terzo💜 the man of my dreams papa emeritus iii thee icon thee legend thee blueprint for all that is to come. i love his guts. he's the youngest emeritus and everyone has big hopes for him and he delivers! wins a grammy! ghost is at an all time high thanks to his lead! he's doing everything right and perfectly and great :) maybe too great. i have a bit of a theory on what happens to him but what is factual is that this is when the ghouls gain Rights. he starts acknowledging the ghouls by name and it's sweet! his album meliora is like kinda smarter than the others. talks abt Doubts in a way. doubts in the church and what the point of it all is. how church makes you feel worthless and helpless without it. wonders if it's possible or worth it to try to break free. encourages you to take the leap out of heaven and even if now you have to build yourself back up from the ground at least you're free to be yourself. in short to me this is the closest to like real life laveyan satanism where you're your own god and ! the idea that i get is. that terzo was learning to find worth in the individuals (himself, his ghouls) outside of their role in the church and he was maybe on his way to rising above it. so what happens is terzo also gets removed from the band allegedly for becoming too self absorbed. which is bullshit! if anything he's the most selfless! but the THING about terzo is THE WAY that they remove him. before that everytime the papa changed they'd just hand their microphone to their brother during the show and that's it. but with terzo. they lichrally dragged him off the stage during a live show. which like. if they never did that to secondo who actually kinda deserved it there is NO WAY that terzo earned that kind of treatment. so this is just sus to me

anyway after they drag him away nihil walks in, introduces himself, says the party's Over and then we have a period of sede vacante where there's no one filling that role like nihil is Kinda doing it but not really and he's all out of kids so who's gonna be next papa!?!?!

i should say now. this band is very Fake and all about Lore in many ways it's like wrestling storylines. all the papas besides nihil are just The Same Guy in /realistic/ masks and it's all a big show. i forgot to mention this detail to emi last night and she got so confused 😭😭😭

so around this time ghost starts doing a little youtube series to show what's going on in the church in these confusing times and pretty much it's just. sister emperor tells nihil he's too old to do the job and since he doesn't have any more kids (🤔🤔🤔) she suggests they bring forward one of their best cardinals aka copia. nihil isn't feeling it mostly bc he doesn't like the idea of interrupting the bloodline but they come to the conclusion that this is the only way. so sister decides that. since they're interrupting the bloodline. they simply Need to kill primo secondo & terzo (😭😭😭😭) but it's so bullshit bc it's SO OBVIOUS that copia is sister and nihil's bastard secret son that no one seems to know about besides her so why would you do that 😭😭😭 to my old men 😭😭😭😭 ma'am pls that was so unnecessary 😭😭😭

anyway copia becomes front man and drops an album which doesn't do as well as terzo's 😌😌 but before they can doubt copia's place too much nihil fucking Dies so copia needs to be made papa Immediately. so he's papa emetitus iv now. whatever. he might have also figured out he's nihil and sister's kid around this time but it's unclear. regardless he gets plastic surgery w his mom. makes another album which is WEIRD! bc so far every papa has only made one (1) album before getting booted off! but i personally chuck this off to copia being cardinal for his first one and now that he made an album as papa he's not gonna last much longer. which is basically confirmed lol and i hate to say this but i can't wait for him to fuckin GO!!!!! I HOPE HE DIES!!! i cannot forgive him for replacing my man but also he's just sus he might have been more involved than he looks He Took A Picture With Terzo's Decapitated Head which. didn't happen to primo & secondo. they only decapitated terzo. doesn't it feel weird to you. doesn't it feel sus to you. doesn't it feel like adding insult to injury or whatever. why was he done so especially dirty. weird.

so copia's time is about to run out everyone's wondering who'll be next some say nihil (who's been sticking around as a proper ghost) might do it some say terzo's coming back from the DEAD i have no idea but i'm excited to learn! i've been casually listening to ghost since high school but all this lore always intimidated me so much so i'm soooo happy that i finally caved in. ghost fits me really well i think. it's really fun all their songs slap and fuck i cannot recommend them enough. i'm happy to be here for copia's downfall. i'm literally in love with you for asking even if you don't read this i'm thanking you from the bottom of my heart mwah 💜💜

The Qitana Ravel might be one of my all time top 3 dungeons. The healer gear is one of my favorite looks, and I just love the vibe of the entire place. The mechanics might not be anything to write home about compared to later dungeons, but that hasn't stopped me from loving it all the same. ...It may help that this was the first dungeon I ever danger dorito'd for sprouts in.

For this one, I've brought in Thancred (Tank), Urianger (Heal), and Y'shtola (Magic DPS) largely for lack of other choices. Sorry, Minfilia, but I'm already melee dps so you'll probably not see a lot of playtime. I imagine there's going to be lots of academic talk between the Scions...

(there wasn't, but it was still cool to have Y'shtola along)

Having never really listened to the music while in the dungeon, I absolutely adore the Ravel's theme. There's hints of tribal influences to the entire thing, jazzy and light, and as a bass guitar player the foundation of the theme tickles my ear-hole just the right way.

Anyway, Lightwarden #3 is down and night has returned to the Rak'tika Greatwood! Y'shtola is as insightful as ever and really wants Urianger to come clean with what's happening to the WoL. I find it curious that she's deferring to him on this.

...sometimes I forget that Y'shtola is blind, and then other times she asks Urianger to describe the night sky for her. My heart 😭
