El envío de nuestro poema repite sin flaquear esa radicalización fenomenológica [la epojé husserliana]. Empuja hasta su límite esa experiencia del anonadamiento posible del mundo y de lo que queda de él o le sobrevive todavía, esto es, el sentido para «mí», para un ego puro. Mas en el borde escatológico de ese límite extremo se encuentra con lo que fue también el trance más inquietante para la fenomenología husserliana, para lo que Husserl llama su «principio de los principios». En esa soledad absoluta del ego puro, cuando el mundo se ha retirado, cuando Die Welt ist fort [El mundo está allá], el alter ego que se constituye en el ego ya no es accesible en una intuición originaria y puramente fenomenológica. Husserl debe concederlo en sus Meditaciones cartesianas. El alter ego se constituye solamente por analogía, por apresentación, indirectamente, dentro de mí: a partir de entonces lo llevo [Die Welt ist fort,ich muss dich tragen, según el poema de Celan] ahí donde ya no hay mundo transcendente. Debo pues llevarlo, llevarte, ahí donde le mundo se sustrae: tal es mi responsabilidad.
