new year, new fic.

to start 2023 on the right path, I share a first shot of this Karakura Gang poly ~project~ because I needed it. This one centers on Ichigo and Uryu. My IchiIshi gremlin was revived with the animation and the PV for part 2, I fed the creature after midnight so it has been calling all the shots ever since. Read on AO3.  

also this is rated M, nothing explicit, but minors be advised not to interact. 

Chapter 1 snippet. 

And just like that, his adamant certainty that he had Ishida Uryu all figured out trembles, but this time, in a sort of exciting way: it made him feel curious again, as if he tapped back into his teenage years - like the first time he got flustered around a shirtless Chad, or when the feel of Orihime’s waist in his hands and body against his invaded his slumbering morning without any warning. In a sense, like the curiosity that took over him the first time the grouchy quincy teen came into his life, swearing to be his enemy.

“I, uh, got into some trouble with my part time job at the cafe shop and haven’t found another to replace that yet….” Jung Heewon explains, further evaporating all of Han Sooyoung’s hope and thoughts she might have.

“Okay,” Han Sooyoung says.

It’s entirely unreasonable for Han Sooyoung to readily agree to Jung Heewon’s suggestion to cut down on water bills, considering the hefty sum in her bank account and the fact the only reason she’s living in a shared room is to get away from home.

She definitely has ulterior motives.

She wasn’t the one who suggested all of this, though. It was Jung Heewon, so Han Sooyoung is going to shamelessly take advantage of this and oogle Jung Heewon all she can and seduce her while she’s at it.

The snow has melted. Umbrellas, put away. Heavy boots that belong to the adventures, who dare to venture out and map out the unknown planes of winter, are placed in boxes and away. Dean Winchester is one. An adventure like his mother and her parents before her.

There’s another person. Someone else, achingly young that responds eagerly to his messages. This Bihyung reminds him of the early parts of the scenarios, shy and star-gazed at the constellations. The memory of his death is still fresh in Kim Dokja’s mind and perhaps, that’s why he keeps indulging him.

Why do ichirukis not ship chadhime?

I don't think very many of them ever cared about Chad enough to ship him with anyone lol. IR's were always more into either IshiHime or UlquiHime, depending on which was more convenient/relevant at the time.
