I’m thinking of picking up Jedi Survivor purely for that Crossguard stance yeah it was dumb when Kylo did it but now it’s a BEEG SWORD!

2011 concept art of Grein’s cross-guard lightsaber. Yes, you read that right. I designed this years before The Force Awakens started production. This was inspired by Henry Cooldown’s beam katana from No More Heroes.

how heavy do you think cal's lightsaber is. like the blade itself is weightless, but the hilt has so many configurations that it HAS to be significantly heavier than the average saber hilt. especially once you get the crossguard attachment unlocked..... it also depends on the materials used of course. it's a good thing he gets so much practice in, otherwise i think it would be a challenge to wield it without noticable effort.......

okay but using Ghirahim's sword's crossguard as wings for that drawing is making me want to draw an au where they all have wings. however despite my early middle school maximum ride phase I never learned how to draw anything with feathers soooo someone else do it lol
