It’s too early for me to say for sure what I make of it.

Though it’s looking very promising so far.

It seems that Alex/Mister Manticore’s budget has gotten a bit of a boost

Idk how I didn’t recognise it sooner!

It’s a slowed down, instrumental version of Lacrimosa, Day of Tears by Zbigniew Preisner.

I remembered hearing it in the Tree of Life (that film by Terrence Malick) years ago.

Somehow I didn’t even notice it at first.

This one is a doozy.

It kind of speaks for itself.

Dr Hartman was already distorted by the Dark Place and his exposure to the Hiss led to him being stretched out, creating a third thing, a distorted abomination.

Those exposed to the Horned Serpent Metastructure/Cornerworld/Wonderland experience a similar distortion with varying degrees of severity. Such as Everett Arnoldson or Riley Tillon.

The fragment borne out of Alcatraz had a similar effect on Mickey Mouse (or the idea of him) and took on a vaguely similar distorted form to become the Monument Monster.

Yeah.

I can’t wait!

Season 4 has been absolutely unhinged.

A bit of a bumpy ride for sure, but I think we’ve seen some of Alex’s best work yet.

I especially liked DebateDemon and the Xmas Special.
