Decided to read the cursed child stuff on potterworld and everything about Delphi is making me cry.

Its the fact they keep saying she COULD'VE led a normal life had she somehow ran away from the Rowles and never discovered her parentage or been told of a Prophecy. Her past is unbearably similar to Harry's with the main difference being the fact Harry had a loving hand save him from the Dursleys and Delphi had an insane fanatic save her from the Rowles. GOD I don't know. She's so tragic to me especially at the end of the play. I love her so much...

Soooo, according to the play, Delphi grew up with death eaters, right? She probably wasn't allowed to learn anything about the muggle world. And children love the forbidden...

What if Delphini, in some (for the snakeman) cruel twist of fate, became absolutely obsessed with her muggle lineage instead.

I mean, just imagine:

Little Delphi at the dinner table: Who cares if I am a descendant of Slytherin and the house of Black? My great-grandparents fought in and survived world war one! And I am also a descendant of several kings! Isn't that the really impressive thing? Did you know that one of Mary Riddle's nieces was a famous film star? I want to be a filmstar too, when I grow up!

Currently starting to write a fanfiction where Albus, Scorpius, and Delphi form a band called "The Dark Lord (name is a work in progress)" and they have to recruit some people from Slytherin into joining and then need to get other people to come see their concerts... Meanwhile, Harry and Hermione are thrown into panic over rumors of a "Dark Lord" recruiting Slytherins and a mass of not inconspicuous Hogwarts students leaving at late hours to sneak into some dingy underground bar at Hogsmeade. What could go wrong.

I drew a little follow up to this post. Rodolphus took little Delphi to Riddle Manor, because her father was reborn there, hoping to finally wake a bit of fascination for the magical world in her. Little did he know, that Delphi would be much more interested in Thomas Riddle's old WW1 uniform.

(I headcanon Delphi to have albinism, because 1: she is very inbread and 2: where else should her white hair come from?!)

She continually questions the morality of it all, wondering if she's falling down the same path as her parents. But she never could have thought just how far she would go all for the sake of the hope she so desperately clings to...
