I did try looking for it with this https://filmot.com/ which searches through a channels vids by caption, but had no luck. Auto captions aren't great and don't work with meme words so it makes looking for things difficult

Should anyone want to use that site heres a tip, the captions will almost always interpret gabriel as gabrielle. Have fun searching through all that lol

"Is this really the world we fought so hard for?"

It was a question that always seemed to be on Blondie's mind lately. It was the only thing she could think to say as she stood in Ashlynn Ella's castle, watching the snow fall atop her fresh grave.

Apple, her friend her once-upon-a-time lover her, Apple White, ruler of Ever After, glanced over at her. "Whatever after do you mean?"

Blondie stared out the window and tried to bite her tongue. This conversation was pointless, nothing she could say would change what was. But that budding investigative journalist inside her, the one who wanted to change the world, the one she thought was stamped out long ago, couldn't leave it alone.

"Did we really fight for a future where our friends drop like flies? And condemn those who didn't agree to death along with them?"

She laughed. "Don't be silly. I haven't sentenced anyone to death."

Blondie turned around to face her. "What about Raven?"

"What about her?" Apple's gaze was piercing.

Blondie stared her down, but Apple didn't falter. Instead, she returned the stare with intensity. Blondie sighed and looked away. She couldn't stand up to Apple, she never had been able to. But the flame of anger in her still burned, and instead, she shifted the conversation.

"How many of our friends have to die for you to admit you were wrong? How many have there already been? Briar, Ashlynn, Ginger, Humphrey, Duchess, Meeshell, we're in our thirties, Apple. And yet, I'm attending a funeral every other week."

For a moment, there was no response. Then, she heard the clacking of Apple walking away. "The Ella estate is sorted out. I believe we're done here."

Blondie wanted to stop her. She wanted to scream at her. To curse the unfairness of it all. How hypocritical of her, when she had played no small part in the war of destiny versus choice.

Why? Why had she ever agreed with the side of destiny? Why had she thought this was better? Why had her own happy ever after been worth setting up her friends for slaughter? Why? Why? Why?

so basically the splintering is a a cause of that fear of non existence. "mind falters, ...threatens to retreat into the void in any way" its his fear of inaction. which is what existing means to them.

The three of them stand atop the grassy knoll near Ginner Woods. Flora holds the shield tightly with both hands, eyeing up the slope in front of her and very sincerely wondering why she’d agreed to this.

“Not to be a downer,” Twilight drawls, his own shield in hand, “but there’s a pretty big rock in the way.”

He’s not wrong. While the slope of the hill is nice and gentle with lush grass all the way to the shores of Nirvata Lake, there’s still a large boulder halfway down it that does not look like it is going to move, regardless of how strong Twilight is.

Wild rolls his eyes. “Farosh’s lightning, first the Talus, now the boulder!”

Flora snickers at that.

Ah, yes, the Stone Talus.

Considering how Wild had dealt with the last Talus they’d come across – an odd combination of a few bomb arrows and more ladles than she realised he had even been carrying around in the Slate – it had somehow been just as entertaining to watch Twilight handle this one with an oversized ball and chain while Wild shouted unhelpful ideas and teasing words of encouragement from the sidelines.

“You see, I can kill a Talus, Wild.” Twilight shoots back. “But that’s a boulder. They're not exactly killable.”

“So don’t run into it.” Wild suggests with faux-innocence and darts away when Twilight goes to punch him in the shoulder. “Hey! I'm giving you solutions; what more do you want?!”

okay i gotta say, i really respect how deliberately grian promos other hermit’s work

collabs, sure, but i’m mostly talking like—posting his own life series videos in the middle of the pack. more recently with the permit office, cleo showing the “welcome home!” bit with on their episode, when grian hasn’t shown it from his yet. he’s got more subs than most other hermits, but he tends to let others post first, ostensibly to get more attention. it’s neat!

OC fun fact time!

René has a massive sweet tooth but he's embarrased about it because some lil shit once called it "girly" in middle school and now he's scared he will be bullied about it if it gets out he prefers sweets (René, baby boy, why are you like this 😭).

Anyways, this is important because one of the main ways Dave tries to woo René into being his friend is by bribing him with sweet treats.

Dave: René! My bud! My bestest of bros! I made this massive cake and there's no way in hell I can eat it alone. Help me out? Pleeeaaseeeee 🥺🙏 René: What?! Why? I can't just... Can't you ask anybody else? Dave smiling sweetly: It has strawberries and whipped cream~ René giving up: Okay... If it's just a slice. Dave: Awesome!

They then proceed to completley murder the cake between the two of them lol.

Btw Cilmi is super salty about these arrangements because he doesn't like Dave, since he's pushy and stresses René out a lot. "If you want sweets, then just come to me! I will buy you some!" <- people see this reaction and make note of it under the "René is dating Cilmi and Dave is trying to be a homewrecker" bet.

The betting pool about René, Cilmi and Dave is so fucking funny because most of them are hilariously off the mark.

Like you have the bet about Cilmi and René dating which nope they are at most co-dependend queerplatonic soulmates or whatever cause Cimi is aroace. Then, the one about Dave being in love with René 🙅‍♀️also wrong! Dave gets hives as soon as you mention any kind of romantic love in relation to him, he literally just wants to befriend René because he thinks "he's a neat guy!". Then, there's one about René gathering a harem because of his friendship with Cilmi and Magan-Xirsi and Dave running after him which... 😭😭 I hope my baby will never hear of that bet because he would die out of mortification.

In summary: René loves sweet things and the Varia betting pool is a work of art 🫡
