As much as I hate him, Mickbell being an antithesis to Chilchuck is really good from a narrative standpoint
•Chuck is a union man, who was exploited in the past and thus formed a union to prevent other half-foots from suffering like he did
•Mick however is a scab, and is the one doing the exploiting, most notably to Kuro the kobold.
Hell you could make an argument that everyone in Kabru’s party is an antithesis/foil to Laios’s (more specifically post-falin getting eaten but could also apply to pre-)
EDIT: After reading some comments, it looks like I ended up getting parts of Mickbell’s character wrong, and I’m sorry for that
