hello hello hello.

today i was off. im so bored from my work so it was a good day. i couldn't stop playing dota2 thorough the day. i got my dutch class in the morning which is great because i finally started my course. then i did some stuff outside. it was snowing and raining so a great day to spend at home. my acne medicine is starting to work, my skin is dry and sensitive. i ate balanced today, still not perfect but i'll write myself a fun and healthy meal plan for this week so i can stay healthy and preferably fit.

i have a long list of things to do for today and i have work tomorrow. i don't want to work anymore like this. im getting paid so low. i should find a way to make better salary as my company simple doesn't give a fuck.

anyway, my morals was good today. my obsessed thoughts of people from the past decreased from %200 a day to %15 a day. i think this is a great improvement.

i want to buy 3 books related to self help but god damn when did books become so expensive..

im starting to build healthy habits which is good. i think today was overall a good day. most importantly my mental was %70 ok. normally it's %10 ok. so all good.

i applied to pre-registration of tomorrowland belgium. i plan to go this summer yayy. hope i can make it.

Task 2

Ik woon in Engeland, een West-Europees land grenzend aan Schotland en Wales. Het is een eiland dus er zijn veel mooie stranden en kustlijnen. Ik woon in Leeds, één van de grootste steden in het land. Het ligt in het noord van het land, dichtbij andere steden zoals Manchester en Sheffield. Engeland is een eentalig land maar ik zou wensen dat meer mensen andere taal zouden spreken. De andere landen in Verenigd Koninkrijk (Wales, Schotland en Noord-Ierland) zijn tweetalig en tegenwoordig spreken meer mensen de inheemse talen. Het weer is gewoonlijk heel slecht en het regent voor de meerderheid van de seizoenen. Af en toe is het warm en deze maand hebben we een hittegolf geleden. Er zijn veel typische Britse monumenten, vooral in Londen zoals Big Ben en The London Eye. Thee is de typische Britse drank maar ik haat de smaak en ik drank liever koffie.

Monday, I had

my first ever Dutch lesson. I was pretty happy my host mom had shown me where the place was because I ran into 4 other Aupairs who were lost and I got to show them where it was! (: Our teacher is 64, a retired teacher of 40 years and therefore quite slow and says everything in an overly circumlocutory manner. The class consists of 100% no English so all the students are just staring with their mouths open, wondering what he is saying. I'm happy I'd say I understand about 90% of what he says so that is good. I've already done the what the heck is going on route with French. I think I'll do alright in this class, and it does help he talks slowly and properly. It just will most likely not be a fun or particularly engaging class as he takes 10 minutes to make his point that we should practice outside of class by saying that in 10 different ways. It was funny though, a girl from China raised her hand half way through the class, and said, "Uhm excuse me, I don't know what you are saying." The whole class laughed in agreement because I think there are 5 of us who know whats going on, and he explained to her, ALSO in Dutch, that after 3 classes she will suddenly know what he's saying. Haha, oh my it doesn't really work that way, but hey, straight immersion anyone?  After the class I had to ride back in the pitch black and the rain and I still somehow found my way home even though I had only gone to the class once with my host mom. So YAY for not dying on the side of a dark bike path in Bussum!
