Pre-Dawntrail Schedule

End of April, all of May and June, to the beginning of July and release.

FF16 Crossover ends May 8

Yo-kai Watch Returns (with a new Framer Kit!) April 24 through June 25.

Moogle Tomes of Genesis Part 2 from May 14 through June 24.

Make It Rain goes from May 15 through May 31.

Producer Live Letter 81 is on or around May 16.

Dragon Quest X returns from June 5 through June 20.

Producer Live Letter 82 is on or around June 14.

48 Hour Maintenance June 26th through 28th; the expansion shouldn't take too much longer than normal, but they want to give folks plenty of time to download.

Early Access begins on June 29th.

Official Launch July 2nd.

Please tell me you've seen the new Hades ii designs Hestia amazing, Hera amazing. Eris and her clown colors. Amazing. Can totally somehow see her yeeting that apple of discord at Athena, Hera and Aphrodite and getting Paris involved and sparking the Trojan war.

I haven't touched the Early Access for Hades 2 yet!! I'm kinda thinking of waiting for the game to release in full so that I can experience it as blind as possible (granted I don't mind seeing the character designs because those are sick af and give me something to look forward to haha) and know for certain that I'm playing the game in its c8ompleted state !

I love how Hestia looks though, omg. I didn't expect any less of the Hades design team, she looks exactly like how the goddess of the hearth and flame should look <3 And I'm SO FUCKING GLAD they incorporated Hera's peacock symbolism into her design, I've been DYING for some good Hera rep 🥺 And Eris... that's some Harley Quinn fashion and I'm LIVING for it.

God I can't wait for this fucking game to finally release in full, I need to inject it into my veins like yesterday LOL maybe I'll get the early access if it takes as long for it to release as SuperGiant has implied (apparently the early access is expected to last until the end of 2024). I just have to weigh my options rn because I also have to pre-order FF XIV: Dawntrail still and that's definitely gonna take up a lot of my summer LOL

Update time!!

Considering Dawntrail is coming up faster than expected, we've decided on a compromise as far as dates go. We don't have the ability to do one walk a month, but we've spaced them out as much as we could, with Endwalker happening a week before Dawntrail goes into early access!

The chosen dates are as follows, but are subject to change if something like maint gets in the way! Rest assured though, we'll let you know if they do!

A Realm Reborn - April 6th Heavensward - April 27th Stormblood - May 18th Shadowbringers - June 1st Endwalker - June 22nd

Each walk is estimated to take roughly 3 hours, starting at 8pm EST, and will feature fun facts courtesy of our tour guide, @sae-mian, and snack breaks at memorable vistas in each expansion!

Also, while flight is not necessary for everyone to have, if you have a multi-seater and CAN fly, please bring them out when necessary, as not all of these walks can be traversed solely on foot! We'd greatly appreciate it so we can keep the train moving!

Hi team! I might as well put the announcement out now before I forget. Just a reminder I return back to work Monday 4/15. While I'll still be around I won't be nearly as active, especially during the American prime-time, and my next major break will actually be Dawntrail early access!

Basically, if you see anything cool on the dash that I might like to know about, please send it to me! I am super excited to see that the preorder bonuses for DAWNTRAIL are all FFIX related, and that it's suggested by a Yoshi P comment that there might be more FFIX stuff coming. It's one of my favourite games of the series, and I'd love to see more crossover content.

Also, yay for finally getting a release date for DAWNTRAIL early access: 28.06.2024. Cannot wait!

I was hoping for late july or early august for Dawntrail, so that I have time to breathe and play TTYD and SMTVV. I guess not. Oh my god. It is so fucking over for me! 😭

Btw in advance notice, I will likely be non-sims, and/or absent for a week or more starting June 28th.

Because that is when the Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail pre-order early access starts, so I will be eating, breathing, and sleeping that game.

I'm already feral over over it and there's still months away... might be starting to spam more FFXIV stuff in the coming days... I was driving home from work, just wondering how this expansion is going to absolutely emotionally ruin me.

Announced at PAX East 2024, FFXIV Dawntrail Early Access begins June 28th! The collector's edition is almost exactly as I imagined! Definitely going for the full physical CE for one copy, and the standard digital for the other system. Pre-orders begin tomorrrow!
