Unlimited Email Sending with SMTPWire: Is It Right for Your Business?
Email marketing is still one of the best ways to reach your audience. Whether you're promoting a new product, running a campaign, or just staying in touch with your customers—email works. But if you’ve ever hit a sending limit or found your messages landing in the spam folder, you already know how frustrating it can be.
That’s where SMTPWire comes into play.
If you're someone looking for a way to send unlimited emails without breaking the bank—or dealing with constant restrictions—this post is for you. Let’s break down what SMTPWire is, what it offers, and whether it’s the right choice for your business.
Why Email Delivery Systems Like SMTP Matter
Here’s the thing—every time you hit "send" on a marketing email, it travels through something called an SMTP server (that’s just short for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). It’s what actually delivers your emails to your subscribers.
Now, if you're using a free service like Gmail for occasional emails, it might do the job. But once your business starts sending thousands of emails—maybe for promotions, updates, or cold outreach—those free options just won’t cut it anymore.
You need something that’s made for volume, speed, and accuracy. And that’s exactly the problem SMTPWire solves.
So, What Is SMTPWire Exactly?
Put simply, SMTPWire is a professional email delivery service. It’s designed for marketers, business owners, agencies—basically anyone who needs to send a lot of emails and wants to make sure those emails actually land in the inbox.
Unlike many other email providers that block cold emails or throttle your sending volume, SMTPWire is built to support bulk emailing, automated campaigns, and even cold outreach—all while maintaining high deliverability.
In short: it’s powerful, flexible, and affordable.
Here’s Why People Love SMTPWire
Let’s look at what makes SMTPWire so popular among high-volume email senders:
1. You Can Send Unlimited Emails
Yes, you read that right—unlimited. No per-email charges, no daily caps. This is a huge win for businesses that rely heavily on email. Most platforms charge based on how many emails you send, which can get pricey fast. With SMTPWire, the pricing is simple and predictable.
2. Better Inbox Delivery (Not the Spam Folder!)
There’s nothing worse than crafting the perfect email… only for it to end up in spam. SMTPWire is built to get your emails delivered right where they should be—the inbox. They use warmed-up IPs and strong authentication methods (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to help your sender reputation stay clean and reliable.
3. Cold Emailing? No Problem.
Most platforms don’t allow cold emails—and some will even ban your account for trying. SMTPWire actually welcomes cold email senders, as long as you're following best practices. They’ll even help you avoid blacklists and stay compliant with email regulations.
4. It Grows With You
Whether you’re sending a few thousand emails a month or scaling up to millions, SMTPWire’s infrastructure is designed to handle it. It’s ideal for businesses that are growing fast and don’t want to switch providers every few months.
5. Pricing That Makes Sense
Some providers lure you in with low rates but then hit you with fees for every extra email you send. Not here. SMTPWire keeps things straightforward, giving you real value for your money.
6. Get Your Own SMTP Server (If You Need It)
Need more control? You can even get a dedicated SMTP server—great for managing your own IP reputation and sending large volumes with full control.
7. Automation & Integrations
If you're using CRMs, e-commerce platforms, or custom apps, SMTPWire’s API and automation support make it easy to connect and automate your entire email workflow.
Who Is SMTPWire Really Made For?
SMTPWire works for a wide range of people and industries, but it really shines for these groups:
➤ Email Marketing Agencies
Running campaigns for clients? SMTPWire lets you manage everything from one place, without paying extra for each email sent. Plus, you can offer clients their own sending environments.
➤ Startups & SaaS Founders
If you're sending welcome emails, onboarding sequences, or product updates—you’ll love how reliable and affordable SMTPWire is.
➤ E-commerce Stores
Sending order confirmations, sales announcements, or festival offers in bulk? SMTPWire ensures your messages reach inboxes on time.
➤ B2B Cold Outreach Teams
Reaching out to leads with cold emails? Unlike most providers, SMTPWire doesn’t shut you down for cold campaigns.
➤ Course Creators & Coaches
Whether it’s weekly newsletters or course updates, creators can keep their audiences engaged—without worrying about email limits.
What Makes SMTPWire Stand Out from the Crowd?
There are dozens of SMTP services out there. Here’s why SMTPWire stands apart:
Cold Email Friendly: While others say no, SMTPWire says yes—with guidance on doing it right.
Unlimited Emails: No more tiptoeing around daily limits or surprise charges.
Easy Setup: Get started without jumping through approval hoops.
Inbox-First Delivery: Focused on reputation, warm-up, and inbox placement.
Real Human Support: If something goes wrong, you can talk to a real person, not just a chatbot.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Before you sign up, here are a few things worth knowing:
1. Your Sender Reputation Still Matters
Even though SMTPWire gives you the tools, you’re still responsible for keeping your domain and IP reputation healthy. That means sending good content to real people—no shady lists.
2. Clean Lists Only
Make sure your list is permission-based. Avoid buying email lists or scraping random addresses. It hurts your results and your sender score.
3. There’s Some Setup Involved
You’ll need to configure DNS records like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. SMTPWire support can help, but a little technical knowledge goes a long way.
4. Follow the Rules
Just because you can send cold emails doesn’t mean you shouldn’t follow the law. Make sure you’re staying compliant with things like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Real Businesses Using SMTPWire
Here are some examples of how companies are putting SMTPWire to work:
A real estate agency sends weekly property updates to over 50,000 leads—with zero delivery issues.
A marketing agency runs drip campaigns for 20+ clients and saves thousands monthly.
A freelancer in SaaS uses it to send automated trial follow-ups and sees open rates soar.
An online course platform integrates SMTPWire via API to handle 100,000+ monthly emails for student notifications.
So, Is SMTPWire the Right Choice for You?
Let’s simplify it:
Go for SMTPWire if:
You send thousands of emails regularly and don’t want limits.
You need a provider that’s okay with cold outreach.
You want better inbox rates without paying extra.
You’re scaling fast and need something reliable and affordable.
You need API access, automation, or a dedicated SMTP server.
It might not be for you if:
You only send a few hundred emails per month—free tools might be enough.
You’re not comfortable setting up SPF/DKIM or managing basic tech stuff.
You want a full visual email marketing platform with templates and drag-and-drop builders—SMTPWire focuses more on delivery than design.
Final Thoughts
The truth is—email still works, and it works incredibly well. But only if you have the right tools behind the scenes.
SMTPWire is for serious senders who want to take control of their email strategy—without constantly worrying about limits, costs, or deliverability issues. Whether you’re a solo founder, an e-commerce brand, or an agency handling hundreds of campaigns, SMTPWire gives you the freedom to grow without restrictions.
If that sounds like what your business needs—give it a try. Test it out. And when it works for you, scale your campaigns with confidence.
No limits. No nonsense. Just solid email delivery.

Every single person who thinks Libby is going to shut down forever has literally never worked in a library. I genuinely need you to know this.
The US government does not own Libby. The majority of library funding provided by imls is not for ebook funding.
It's still important to support Libby and support your library's use of ebook catalogs, and also look into ways to donate to the systems that they're a part of that directly pay for these catalog fees, but when you look at what is on a large scale impacted by cutting funds to libraries on the federal level, you understand what these cuts are really about.
IMLS helps with the start up funds for various programs and new libraries, the idea has always been to eat the cost of new programs and have the communities surrounding libraries fund them. They have since the 2000's been piloting various ways to make resources more accessible to people and act as a sort of equity program for different communities, with librarians moving to fill what gaps they can in their community resources and having to rely on grants and federal funding to do so.
There are rural and still developing libraries that receive their e-catalog funding via the federal government, but it's not the whole of libraries.
The largest things that are risk are accessibility services through the various programs we've developed for libraries in order to pool resources for the disabled, and national ILL services-- the big names being WorldShare and OCLC, which help patrons access books outside of their systems and have greatly helped with academic libraries. We're also going to see a decrease in supplementary education programs, which because of their rapidly expanding nature have always received federal funding and most states, this is summer reading and after school tutoring.
This is cooking classes, this is service delivery for disabled patrons, this is audiobooks. This is books in Braille. If your library is one of the many that used grants in order to fund distributing COVID tests, I've got bad news. This is hot spots for rural communities where students might not be able to access the internet at home because the infrastructure just isn't there yet. This is libraries that have tried to expand their space to include a food pantry and fill the gaps when people don't have funds to donate. This is niche libraries that provide valuable access to resources, like the federally funded library that provided my patrons with photos of their family when they lived on reservations. This is community education hosted by libraries like the technology courses that helped my patrons set up their first emails. This is money to digitize resources in archives that may otherwise never see the light of day. This is new libraries when there's not a single library for a hundred miles.
When you simplify it all to just ebooks, people want to believe that the solution is just donating regular books or learning to read in other ways. They don't see the whole of what this funding symbolizes.
The Corona pandemic led to a vast expansion in equity services amongst libraries, and with the instability of our economy and the way that legislators have been fighting against taxing the people who should be taxed, none of these programs are enshrined in budgets and bylaws.
Grants aren't fun to write, libraries do not propose specific programs just for shits and giggles. They propose them because they look at the community surrounding them and they realize that there maybe a need. They see where inequality lies, and many librarians try to find a way to solve it.
But this? This is a direct attack on providing opportunity and empathy to all Americans. This is a direct move to limit and punish those who the rich and powerful feel are less than, and it's bullshit.
I love ebooks and what they offer just as much as anyone else, but this is so much more than ecatalogs. Don't erase what this is.

Blatantly Partisan Party Review III (federal 2025): Australian Citizens Party
(formerly the Citizens Electoral Council and forever the CEC in our hearts)
Running where: Senate in every state and the NT, plus both House divisions in the NT and a smattering of House divisions across five states (not SA)
Prior reviews: federal 2013, federal 2016, federal 2019, federal 2022
What I said before: “While other parties may be ignorant or regressive, the CEC are actually destructive. It is fortunate that their ideas are so absurd, their rhetoric so laughable, and their narratives so incoherent that they have been unable to develop even the most microscopic base despite being electoral pests for over two decades.” (federal 2016)
What I think this year: The Australian Citizens Party (ACP), as part of their rebrand from the CEC a few years ago, launched a new website that appears to try to present the party as more sane and mainstream than they actually are. My 2013 and 2016 reviews, linked above, discuss this party when they were full mask-off and shoving their wackiest beliefs in the face of anybody who glanced in their general direction. I recommend reading those reviews if this party is new to you. Today, the ACP's website is more slick and the 2025 election page begins with motherhood statements opposing corruption and policies about housing affordability and healthcare mingled with their pet economic interests (please enjoy an archived version from March 2019 here for what they used to be like).
I worried this might make it less obvious at first glance that the ACP have some of the oddest beliefs of anybody on the ballot, but last week while having lunch and catching up on my emails I was sitting beside some undergraduate students chatting loudly about the different parties they’d seen on the ballot. One mentioned the ACP, so they looked it up, to great mirth: their collective reaction was that this was obviously a party of nutters. What did strike me, though, was that these young people all thought one of the most absurd ACP ideas was that for a Post Office “People’s Bank”. They were all too young to have even considered going to Australia Post to pay bills or do any other banking. To quote one of them: “Australia Post, run the banking system? Do they want to lose my money as well as my parcels?” (I must say here that I far prefer when my deliveries come via Auspost over any one of those dreadful courier companies, but I got why they were baffled—older generations might either use the Post Office for banking or remember doing so, but it’s not an experience these 20-somethings have had)
In general, the ACP promote ludicrous banking/financial proposals in the tradition of Lyndon LaRouche, a man for whom “heterodox” and “conspiratorial” vastly understate the peculiarity of his ideas. The ACP's past predictions that their "exposés" would bring down Australia's banking and mortgage sector have of course not come true. They were also touting conspiracies that cash would be banned well before this became a popular anxiety of far-right parties who want to commit some light tax fraud. Indeed, they even claim they stopped a cash ban singlehandedly (dig deeper and what they claim to stop was not a ban on cash, but a ban on cash transactions over $10,000, ditched in late 2020).
The ACP believe their People’s Bank scheme can fund large-scale infrastructure projects that do not make sense. Now, I’m a big fan of government investment in public works, but everything that the ACP backs is completely laughable. Rather than things like better urban rail, cycle lanes, pedestrianisation, or improved regional rail, the ACP have terraforming fantasies to make the deserts bloom in Central Australia. These include the Bradfield Scheme (redirect rivers) and the Iron Boomerang (a half-formed idea for a mineral-and-steel freight railway in Northern Australia, which in 2023 a government inquiry found lacking in substance, with the conclusions on page 36 noting “significant implementation issues and risk”). At least they no longer seem to be talking about an Australian space programme or colonising Mars. Is Elon Musk too embarrassing even for them?
Despite the ACP’s attempts to avoid extreme language in speaking to concerns about housing and energy and things like that, you simply need to go to their publications page to find their underlying ideas and conspiracies are still in full bloom. We apparently live in a “bankers’ dictatorship” and the British Crown is directly trying to crush Australian unions (among various other conspiracies, the British royal family is a long obsession of the CEC/ACP). These publications also show their history of being fellow travellers with the current corrupt authoritarian regime in Russia. Elsewhere on their website, you can read nonsense about how Ukraine crossed Russia’s “red lines” and brought invasion upon itself; personally, I find blaming Ukraine for Russia’s invasion to be beneath contempt. I am yet to see a single pro-Russia (or purportedly anti-NATO and ~*anti-imperialist*~) argument that isn’t just the nation-state version of “but what was she wearing?” victim-blaming. Now, sure, the ACP’s foreign policy attitudes lead them to oppose AUKUS, but not for any sensible reason. Stopped clock, right twice a day, etc.
Recommendation: Give the Australian Citizens Party a low preference in the House of Representatives and a weak or no preference in the Senate.

A California court has advanced a civil fraud case against a Norwegian company at the center of the state’s failure to build workable hydrogen fueling infrastructure, which has already left thousands of car owners in the lurch.
A case involving allegations of fraud against Oslo-based Nel ASA is moving toward a trial in October 2026, after a California judge left intact the core claims brought by a major player in the rollout of hydrogen infrastructure in the state, Iwatani Corporation of America, a subsidiary of one of Japan’s largest industrial gas companies.
The allegations center on a lesser-known aspect of the blundered roll-out: Iwatani is claiming that Nel duped it into buying faulty hydrogen fueling stations. And the case has provided a window into the extent to which these same stations were provided to and promoted by major players including Toyota and Shell—stations that have since been abandoned or shut down.
The judge’s ruling last month leaves Nel and its top executives—including current and former CEOs Robert Borin and Håkon Volldal—in the crosshairs. Iwatani’s central claim is that Nel, under pressure to sell a money-losing product, knowingly induced Iwatani into purchasing untested hydrogen fueling stations with false assurances of the technology’s real-world readiness.
Nel denies the allegations, and has put forward procedural arguments to get the case thrown out, saying that California does not have jurisdiction over the company or its executives.
In separate rulings, Judge James Selna of the Central District of California sided with Iwatani on the core claims while dismissing several others, finding that California does in fact have jurisdiction and that the allegations go beyond a simple breach of contract and into the realm of fraud in selling the equipment, known as H2Stations.
The judge ruled that there was “active concealment,” citing examples, including that Nel did not disclose the fact it had never built a working model of the H2Station nor sufficiently tested it in real-world conditions, and had no actual data to support their H2Stations’ performance claims.
After the lawsuit was filed in January, Nel abandoned the seven Iwatani hydrogen fueling stations and executed a corporate spinout of its fueling division—which Iwatani claims is a means of shielding those assets from a potential court judgment.
“The deliveries you are referring to were from a company now called Cavendish Hydrogen,” says Lars Nermoen, Nel’s spokesperson, in response to an email seeking comment, referring to the spun-off entity. “Nel no longer has any business in hydrogen fueling.”
The failure of novel technology in real-world settings is not unheard of. But for the hydrogen car industry, it came at one of the worst times: In 2019, California was investing heavily in hydrogen refueling infrastructure, attracting global automakers and oil and gas majors to the state.
At the time, Toyota was pushing for more fueling infrastructure to support the uptake of the Toyota Mirai, one of the earliest light-duty consumer hydrogen fuel-cell cars to hit the market.
So Toyota partnered with both Iwatani and oil major Shell to build more fueling stations. Shell brought on Nel as the station provider, and both Iwatani and Chevron partnered with Nel soon after. Representatives from Shell and Iwatani did not respond to requests for comment.
Lewis Fulton, director of the Energy Futures Program at the University of California, Davis, says the equipment failures in the passenger segment have led to a “near collapse of the system” in California. In addition to the abandoned Iwatani stations, Shell in February completely shut down its seven California hydrogen refueling stations and canceled plans to build 48 stations in the state.
Chevron had contracted Nel to create 16 stations, but did not provide a response on the status of those stations. The extent to which Nel provided the technology for these major players has not been previously reported on.
Meanwhile, Toyota, which has since deprioritized the California market for the Mirai, is facing a class action lawsuit from many drivers who already bought the hydrogen-powered vehicle. The lawsuit claims that, contrary to Toyota’s promises, hydrogen fuel for their cars is becoming more difficult to obtain, making the Mirai “unsafe, unreliable, and inoperable.” Toyota did not respond to a request for comment.
According to the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Partnership, there are 55 hydrogen fueling stations in California, but many of them experience frequent downtime. None of the hydrogen fueling stations provided by Nel are currently operating. Iwatani’s only functioning refueling stations were built by Linde, a large industrial gas company.
In the meantime, Fulton says California has pivoted to building infrastructure for heavy-duty vehicles like trucks and buses, with the hope that the passenger market can reboot with the help of a growing freight market.
By focusing on the heavy-duty market, California can, in theory, create a stronger supply of clean hydrogen that brings costs down and increases availability, says Fulton, who is also an adviser to Arches, the California hydrogen hub that has won $1.2 billion of conditional funding from the US Department of Energy.
“Arches is targeting 50 to 60 truck-oriented stations around the state by 2030, and with different fueling islands and pressure systems, those could also service light-duty vehicles,” he says.
California’s difficulties with hydrogen vehicle infrastructure have driven home some stark lessons about the wider use of the technology.
“The problem is, they’re expensive, and they require enormous amounts of maintenance,” says Jim Bowe, a Washington, DC–based partner at King & Spalding, an international law firm. “Fleets that have been looking at the possibility of hydrogen buses often balk when they realize how much more maintenance—not only for the refueling facilities, but also for the vehicles themselves—is required relative to internal combustion engines or batteries.”
California-based FirstElement Fuel, another hydrogen fueling station provider, is positioned as a potential winner amid the crisis for the sector. Operating under the name True Zero, it currently has the most operating hydrogen fueling stations in California, but is still working to become profitable, according to sources familiar with the company. (FirstElement executives did not respond to requests for an interview.)
According to Iwatani’s lawsuit, Nel was able to hide the fact that the stations it installed were not operational until early 2023, when continual failures led Iwatani to launch its own investigation.
Nel achieved this subterfuge by requiring Iwatani to enter into an exclusive maintenance contract with Nel, essentially shifting the cost of testing the stations to Iwatani, the lawsuit claims.
Nel’s current CEO, Håkon Volldal, an individual defendant in the case, acknowledged the failings around the same time. In an earnings call last year, he said of the hydrogen fueling stations: “I think it’s fair to say that the technology that was installed was immature, and that the quality was not good enough, and we struggle with all the work we have to do in order to keep these stations running, to fix issues, to send personnel out on site.”
In its investigation, Iwatani workers claimed they found shrapnel inside the fueling stations, and concluded that parts of the fueling apparatus were routinely exploding, spraying debris inside the station box. (Nel blames outside companies for installation failures.) Iwatani also claimed it found valves from third-party manufacturers that were never intended for use in a hydrogen fueling station.
The lawsuit details a months-long back and forth between Iwatani and Nel, in which Iwatani attempts to get Nel to fix the broken stations. Nel won’t—or can’t—fix the stations, triggering the lawsuit.
These Iwatani allegations were echoed by Kasey Hawk, who worked as a technician for Nel in California starting in 2021. An Army veteran who drove an Abrams tank in combat, Hawk was one of several veterans hired by Nel to service the California fueling stations. Though he alleges he had a strong mechanical background stemming from his military experience, Hawk claims he received only minimal training on the particularities of hydrogen fueling stations. (Hawk is not involved in the ongoing lawsuit and Nel has not commented on his allegations.)
“It was a little strange because it’s actually dangerous work—working with high-pressure gases and the potential for explosions,” he says in an interview with WIRED.
Hawk claims when he showed up to conduct the first repairs at Shell-owned stations in the Sacramento area, it appeared they hadn’t been maintained since commissioning, and there was already a backlog of work to be done. “I saw that the stations weren’t set up right from the beginning,” he says. He noticed, for example, that the pipes weren’t properly insulated, which would cause ice buildup within the fueling nozzle, since liquid hydrogen is stored and pumped at cryogenic temperatures.
A team of Nel technicians arrived from South Korea to help. But those technicians didn’t speak English, limiting what Hawk could learn from them, he says. And since Nel’s hydrogen fueling subsidiary was based in Denmark, the schematics for the stations were available only in Danish. In addition, ordering new parts often took weeks, meaning similar amounts of station downtime, he explains. “We were in situations every day where we did not know what to do next.”

The Benefits of Cloud Hosting for Small Business
In the past, hosting websites and apps just required paying a digital platform provider to rent out a single server or computing cluster. Services for web hosting have existed for as long as the internet. Over the past ten years, cloud hosting where the website or application resides on virtual servers dispersed across the cloud has emerged as a popular way to make digital assets accessible online.
A worldwide content delivery network can be connected to by Google Cloud to provide customers with optimal speed and minimal latency when serving material, or a domain can be registered and managed. Google Cloud also provides a range of hosting options for websites and applications.
What is cloud hosting?
Your data is stored on several servers rather than on a single server, which is what is meant by the term "cloud hosting." The term "cloud" refers to this network of several servers that collaborate to form the network. Cloud hosting services are currently being utilized by a multitude of businesses, both large and small. An investment of this kind is definitely worth the rewards, and it has the potential to achieve great things for your company.
You will have a single platform from which you can manage all of your applications and databases, which will allow you to streamline your operations. The productivity of your firm can also be improved by making an investment in cloud infrastructure resources. The various advantages of cloud hosting will be discussed in further depth in the following paragraphs.
Cloud hosting’s Significance for Small Businesses-
Adopting cloud computing has becoming increasingly important for small organizations. It helps small businesses to avoid the high initial investment and ongoing maintenance costs of having internal IT infrastructure. Small businesses can now access advanced technologies and capabilities that were previously exclusive to large organizations by utilizing the cloud.
What are the applications of cloud computing?
Although you might not be aware of it, there is a good chance that you are currently utilizing cloud computing. Whether you use an online service such as Gmail or Outlook 365 to send an email, collaborate on a document, save data, or stream a video, cloud computing makes it feasible behind the scenes to do all of these things.
Cloud Hosting:
Cloud hosting services make it possible to share a variety of information, such as using email services, hosting applications, using web-based phone systems, and storing data. Hosting your company's website, managing databases, and storing domain names are all things that may be done with a cloud hosting service. The fact that cloud hosting services are located offsite makes it simple to scale up in order to handle peak loads.
Backup services:
Backup services in the cloud are failsafe solutions that can be utilized in the event that your company suffers a server disaster, cyberattack, or other type of data loss. Storage, data synchronization and restoration, real-time backups, archiving, and a high level of security are all features that are included in the top cloud backup services. A great number of cloud storage firms now offer cloud backup and storage capabilities.
Storage in the cloud:
Cloud services guarantee that your data is stored in a cloud storage system that is located offsite, making it more convenient to access from any device or place that is linked to the internet. In cloud storage, you are able to securely exchange information with others and synchronize files across several devices. Companies such as Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, and Google Drive are examples of well-known cloud storage services.
Software as a service
Software as a service, also known as SaaS, is a solution for the distribution of applications that is hosted in the computer's cloud. SaaS solutions can be utilized by businesses in a variety of operational domains. For instance, you may adopt software for customer relationship management (CRM) that is hosted on the cloud, such as Salesforce, for the purpose of managing sales, accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online, for managing finances, and email marketing software for improving marketing communications.
Cloud Solutions' Advantages for Small Businesses-
Affordable
Small firms can minimize their expenditures on hardware, software licenses, and information technology by switching to cloud-based services, which results in cost savings. Companies that provide cloud computing services often provide a pay-as-you-go approach, which enables organizations to only pay for the resources and services that they actually employ.
Protection of Sensitive Information and Disaster Recovery
Cloud service companies adopt stringent security procedures to protect vulnerable information. In addition to this, they provide solutions for disaster recovery and automatic backups, which serves to ensure that vital corporate information is safeguarded, quickly recoverable, and less likely to be lost.
Scalability:
Cloud hosting solutions enable small businesses to swiftly scale their operations up or down as needed without the inconvenience and expense of physically upgrading their gear and software. Scalability includes the ability to scale up or down activities. This flexibility enables adaptability and growth prospects, both of which are essential in a market that is very competitive.
Advantage in the Market
Cloud hosting solutions give small firms the ability to compete on an equal playing field with larger organizations, which gives them a competitive advantage. It is possible for them to obtain insights, streamline operations, and make decisions based on data without breaking the bank by utilizing sophisticated software, analytics tools, and advanced information technology.
Flexibility
As a result of the fact that all that is required to access the cloud is an internet connection, one of the advantages of cloud hosting is that it provides direct remote access to the data that is pertinent to all of your employees, including yourself. If you run a small business, it's possible that you don't have the financial resources to purchase a dedicated office space. People are able to work from any location they choose thanks to this cloud-based technology. Having the ability to operate from a remote location is more important than ever before for the success of a company, especially in light of the recent epidemic.
Increased Capacity for Collaboration and Adaptability
Cloud solutions enable small businesses to communicate with remote team members, clients, and partners in a seamless manner, which helps improve the flexibility and collaboration capabilities of these firms. It makes it possible to share files in real time, modify them simultaneously, and gain access to the most recent versions of documents, all of which contribute to increased productivity and efficiency.
The Most Recent Technology
Cloud hosting eliminates the need for you to worry about the possibility of automatically upgrading and customizing your servers, in contrast to traditional hosting, which does not permit such activities. Scalability is something that may be easily achieved as your company expands and your requirements and preferences shift.
Because cloud hosting businesses are experts in this kind of technology, this is something that can be easily accomplished. Since they have access to more resources, they are able to undertake research and construct systems that are more robust and powerful. You will have access to the most cutting-edge technologies available if you make an investment in cloud infrastructure.
Very little to no upkeep is required
Recall what I mentioned earlier regarding the safety concerns associated with cloud computing. That being said, a portion of that security necessitates the routine maintenance of servers, the updating of software, and the administration of networks. The good news is that cloud computing relieves you of the responsibility of doing all of that upkeep and instead places it in the hands of skilled specialists.
Because none of the equipment is hosted by you, you do not need to be concerned about purchasing newer versions of it every three to four years. You are not required to deal with any of that maintenance, which frees up more time for your firm to concentrate on the product or service that it offers.
Remote access
When it comes to cloud computing, your email account is the ideal illustration. Providing that you have your login credentials and an internet connection, you are able to access your consolidated email account from any computer. Cloud computing is appealing to a majority of businesses because of the convenience it provides. Your colleagues and you will be able to access your work from any location in the globe thanks to the cloud, which eliminates the need to store your work on a desktop computer or on a local area network (LAN) server that is not linked to the internet. Your productivity and freedom in your workspace will both increase as a result of this remote access.
Conclusion-
Through the simplification of procedures and the facilitation of real-time collaboration among members of a team, cloud computing has the potential to boost both efficiency and productivity. It is possible for teams to collaborate effectively regardless of their geographical location or the time zone differences between them if they have shared access to documents and files. In addition, many cloud-based services provide automation technologies that reduce the amount of manual work that employees have to perform, such as data entry or report production. This allows employees to concentrate on high-value tasks that contribute to the success of the company.

Website Uptime Monitoring and Management
In today’s digital age, having a website that is always available and accessible is crucial for businesses and organizations. A website downtime can lead to missed opportunities, loss of revenue, and damage to a company’s reputation. This is where website uptime monitoring and management come into play.

What is Website Uptime Monitoring?
Website uptime monitoring refers to the process of regularly checking the availability and performance of a website. It involves using specialized tools and services to monitor the website’s uptime and promptly alert the website owner or administrator if any downtime or performance issues are detected.
Website uptime monitoring services typically work by periodically sending requests to the website from multiple locations around the world. These requests simulate real user visits and check if the website responds correctly. If a problem is detected, such as the website being down or loading slowly, the monitoring service sends an alert through various communication channels like email, SMS, or push notifications.
Benefits of Website Uptime Monitoring
Implementing a robust website uptime monitoring system offers several benefits:
1. Minimizing Downtime:
Website downtime can occur due to various reasons, such as server issues, network problems, or software glitches. With uptime monitoring, you can quickly identify and address these issues before they escalate, minimizing the impact of downtime on your business.
2. Protecting Revenue and Reputation:
A website that is frequently down or slow to load can lead to frustrated visitors and potential customers abandoning your site. This directly affects your revenue and can harm your reputation. By proactively monitoring your website’s uptime, you can ensure a seamless user experience and maintain a positive brand image.
3. Tracking Performance Metrics:
Uptime monitoring services provide valuable insights into your website’s performance metrics. You can track metrics such as response time, average uptime, and downtime duration. These metrics help you identify trends, set benchmarks, and make data-driven decisions to improve your website’s performance.
4. SEO and Search Rankings:
Website downtime can negatively impact your search engine rankings. Search engines like Google prioritize websites that provide a reliable and uninterrupted user experience. Consistent uptime ensures that search engine crawlers can access and index your site properly, positively impacting your SEO efforts.
Website Uptime Management
Website uptime management goes beyond just monitoring and involves proactive steps to optimize and maintain your website’s availability. Here are some essential aspects of website uptime management:
1. Reliable Web Hosting:
Choosing a reliable web hosting provider is crucial for ensuring maximum uptime. Look for hosting providers that offer high availability, redundant infrastructure, and strong security measures. Additionally, consider the scalability of the hosting solution to accommodate your website’s growth.
2. Regular Maintenance and Updates:
Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as updating software, plugins, and security patches, is essential for keeping your website secure and stable. Outdated software can introduce vulnerabilities that could lead to downtime or compromise the integrity of your website.
3. Load Testing and Performance Optimization:
Conduct regular load testing to ensure your website can handle increased traffic without slowing down or crashing. Performance optimization techniques, such as caching, content delivery networks (CDNs), and code optimizations, can significantly improve your website’s speed and reliability.
4. Disaster Recovery and Backup Plans:
Prepare for the worst-case scenarios
by implementing robust disaster recovery and backup plans. Regularly back up your website’s data, databases, and configurations, and store them in secure off-site locations. This ensures that you can quickly restore your website in case of any unforeseen incidents.
Conclusion
Website uptime monitoring and management are vital for ensuring a reliable and high-performing online presence. By proactively monitoring your website’s uptime, you can address issues promptly, protect your revenue and reputation, and improve your overall user experience. Combine this with effective website uptime management practices to maximize the availability and stability of your website. Remember, a website that is always up and running is a key ingredient for success in today’s digital landscape.

office jobs are so silly. what do you mean all you do is write emails, do excel and sit in meetings? dont get me wrong im eternally grateful i scored this job because my mentally unstable ass could not work a demanding job but i think so many people should have more recognition and especially earn more than me because their work is arguably more valuable… nurses, bus and taxi drivers, teachers, construction workers, people who stock shelves, retail workers, waitresses, delivery people, farmers and farm helpers, garbage and fire departments, ambulance drivers, cleaning staff, repair people, customer service, social workers… probably forgetting lots of important people but you get the idea. i think office jobs should pay less than jobs that pertain to critical infrastructure and services. so many of the most important jobs are so underpaid and underappreciated, it will never make sense to me. „nobody wants to work these days“ is such bullshit, most people love being useful and productive, its just that the conditions are fucking shit. offer flexible times, part time with a sufficient income, more vacation, more free days, and people will come. everyone who works odd times should get paid extra and get extra free days. fucking embarrassing how „essential workers“ are treated.

Below, you’ll find the letter/email I sent to all my elected representatives. I only got one response (see: pictures at the end) from Senator Dick Durbin the day before he publicly called for a ceasefire in Palestine. His response is very clearly a stock-response, which is very common in this field. Because his response has little to do with what I discussed in my letter, so much of it amounts to a dismissal of my concerns and requests.
I-- like 80% of democrats-- support an immediate ceasefire in Palestine. I am pleading that you actually listen to your constituents and do something to stop the tragedy. We, the people, have easy demands:
1.) Immediate Deescalation
Call for an immediate ceasefire.
Protection of civilians and establishing safe zones in the Gaza Strip.
2.) Entry of Humanitarian Assistance
Safe passage of humanitarian aid and medical supplies from Egypt through the Rafah crossing. The international community must safeguard this.
Protection of safe, secure, and timely delivery of humanitarian assistance to the affected population inside the Gaza Strip.
Resuming access to water and electricity as well as fuel for medical facilities in the Gaza Strip.
Resuming communication with the people, UN & Red Cross aid workers, and press in Gaza.
3.) A one-state solution that ends Israel's apartheid
Admit that Palestinians live under a one-state reality and Israel is a settler-colonial nation.
Recognize that Palestine has sovereignty, Palestinians deserve self-determination, and the land is currently under occupation.
Merge Israel, the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip into one single democratic country under a parliamentary government with a representative multi-party system.
Make all Palestinians and Israelis equal citizens of one nation. Palestinians must be granted full political and legal rights.
Support fundamental constitutional reform in Israel-Palestine that incorporates significant group rights. The only way to end violence in a deeply divided nation is a mega-constitutional transformation.
Abandon support for Zionism and organize the country on secular, pluralistic grounds rather than ethno-religious grounds.
Dismantle Israel's walls, segregating Palestinians from each other and their land, putting an end to Israel's "open-air prison" and segregation
Stop the forceful eviction of Palestinians from their home and support and encourage the right of return for millions of Palestinian refugees around the world.
Admit that Israel is a failed experiment. The state has critically failed to provide for and protect Jewish people. It has also failed to be a place free of persecution.
Admit the "war on terror' has been a failure and that America's aggressive military strategies and funding have increased terrorism and extremism around the world. Then, find new statecraft strategies.
A commitment to Israel is INCOMPATIBLE with a commitment to the humanitarian needs of the innocent people of Gaza. Some 50% of homes have been destroyed or critically damaged by Israel's carpet bombing campaign. Israel's indiscriminate bombing has also led to the destruction or critical damage of most of Gaza's sanitization facilities, sewage facilities, and water infrastructure, leaving Gazans without clean water. One million Palestinians have been displaced, over 7,000 have been killed, and over 18,000 have been wounded. The majority of the victims are women and children (about 50% of the strip are minors). Over 50 entire Palestinian family lineages have been wiped from the Gaza civil registry due to the bombing. The 2 million Palestinians in the strip are still without clean water, electricity, or food. Israel has targeted over 150 medical facilities-- including hospitals, ambulances, and Red Cross & Red Crescent workers-- as well as UN schools, refugee camps, and residential apartment complexes. Hospitals are out of medicine and are running low on fuel. They are performing surgeries in the dark, without anesthesia, and without running water. And now Israel has cut off all communication with the enclave and within the enclave (which means ambulances and civil defense teams will be unable to locate the injured or people stuck under the rubble amid Israel's bombardment). Excavators have also run out of fuel.
Israel and the Israeli Occupying Forces are causing serious bodily and mental harm to Palestinians throughout Palestine, and they are creating conditions designed to bring about the destruction of Palestinians. This is a textbook case of genocide. And the bombing is only intensifying.
But don't just take my word for it. Listen to Raz Segal, an associate professor of Holocaust and genocide studies at Stockton University, an endowed professor in the study of modern genocide, and an Israeli historian.

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/oct/24/israel-gaza-palestinians-holocaust
Stop funding genocide. Not another dime. Not another death.
From the river to the sea Palestinians will be free!

I don’t know what’s more insulting. The fact he claims Biden took “swift action” to provide Gazans— who still do not have food, clean water, hygienic products, or medical supplies— with clean water, food, and medical equipment and supplies (hospitals are performing surgeries without anesthesia in the pitch dark). Or the fact that he spent most of his response focusing on the Oct. 7th attack and Hamas. At no point did I mention Hamas. I didn’t contact him about Hamas. Fuck Hamas. Over 9,000 Palestinians are dead. Or… maybe it’s the fact I asked him not to appropriate another dime and his response was essentially, “I did it already and I’ll do it again!”
“No cause or grievance justifies the deliberate killing of innocent civilians.”
Take this logic to its ideological conclusion rather than give me a platitude. If NOTHING justifies killing civilians, then the death of 1,400 Israelis at the hands of Hamas does not justify the carpet bombing massacre of 9,000+ Palestinians. If NOTHING justifies killing civilians, then years of occupation does not justify what Hamas did. Take this platitude shit to its LOGICAL and IDEOLOGICAL conclusion. If NOTHING justifies it, then NOTHING justifies it. But does anyone in our government actually support such a position? No.
How many lives? What is the appropriate ratio of Palestinian to Israeli lives? How many Palestinians until you are satisfied? How many lives???
During the BBC Newshour this morning, a spokesperson for the Israeli State claimed it is a lie that over 9,000 Palestinians have been slaughtered in Israel’s bombing campaign. And then proceeded to claim that— actually— a large chunk of the people who’ve been killed are Hamas terrorists, but that we (the international community) wouldn’t know that because Hamas is controlling all the info out of Gaza. Even info from the likes of the AP, Reuters, Al Jazeera, and the BBC that report massive civilian casualties. Every photo these news outlets release. Every video. Every interview. He indirectly claimed that reporting on the misery in Gaza makes you Hamas-controlled media.
How many lives? The answer is: “as many as they can take.”

Going Global: Why International VPS Hosting Matters for Your Website's Success
The internet has shrunk the world, making it easier than ever to reach a global audience. If your website aspires to break geographical barriers and connect with users worldwide, choosing the right virtual private server (VPS) hosting provider becomes crucial. This article delves into the world of VPS hosting with international servers, explaining its significance and guiding you towards making an informed decision.
What is VPS Hosting and Why is it Ideal for Global Websites?
VPS hosting offers a sweet spot between shared hosting and dedicated servers. Unlike shared hosting, where multiple websites share resources on a single server, VPS grants you a dedicated portion of the resources on a physical server. This translates to better performance, security, and control over your website's environment compared to shared hosting. However, VPS remains more cost-effective than dedicated servers, making it a popular choice for websites experiencing growth.
For websites targeting a global audience, international VPS hosting becomes a game-changer. Here's how:
Improved Website Speed and Performance: When users access your website from a location geographically distant from your server, it can lead to slow loading times. By strategically placing your VPS server closer to your target audience, you significantly reduce latency (delay) and ensure a faster, more responsive website experience.
Enhanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Search engines like Google prioritize websites that deliver a good user experience. Page loading speed is a critical factor in SEO rankings. International VPS hosting can improve your website's speed in different regions, potentially boosting your search engine ranking and visibility globally.
Reduced Content Delivery Network (CDN) Costs: CDNs are geographically distributed networks of servers that cache your website's content and deliver it to users from the closest server location. While CDNs are a powerful tool, they can come with additional costs. By strategically placing your VPS servers in key regions, you can potentially reduce your reliance on a CDN, saving on costs without compromising performance.
The Power of Geographically Distributed Servers
Many VPS hosting providers offer servers located in various countries and continents. This allows you to choose the server location(s) closest to your target audience. Imagine your website catering to users in Europe and Asia. By opting for a VPS provider with servers in Frankfurt (Germany) and Singapore, you can cater to both regions effectively.
Choosing the Right VPS Hosting Provider with International Servers
With a plethora of VPS hosting providers offering international servers, selecting the right one can be overwhelming. Here are some key factors to consider:
Server Locations: Ensure the provider offers servers in the regions where your target audience resides. Look for a good balance between coverage and cost.
Server Performance: Consider factors like CPU core count, RAM capacity, and storage space. Choose a plan that aligns with your website's resource requirements.
Network Connectivity: A reliable and high-bandwidth network is essential for fast content delivery. Look for providers with strong network infrastructure and uptime guarantees.
DDOS Protection: Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks can cripple your website. Choose a provider offering DDoS protection to safeguard your online presence.
Security Features: Look for a provider with robust security measures in place, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and regular backups.
Customer Support: Reliable and responsive customer support is invaluable. Opt for a provider with 24/7 support channels, such as phone, live chat, or email.
Pricing: VPS hosting plans vary significantly in price. Compare plans based on features, server specifications, and location before making a decision. Consider providers like Nexonhost, known for offering good value for money on VPS plans.
Remember, there's no "one size fits all" solution. Evaluate your specific needs, target audience, and budget to find the best fit.
Beyond Server Location: Additional Considerations
While server location is crucial, other factors also influence your website's global reach. Here are some additional considerations:
Content Localization: If you cater to diverse audiences, consider translating your website content into their native languages. This can significantly improve user engagement.
Cultural Sensitivity: Be mindful of cultural nuances in your website design and content. Colors, symbols, and even humor can have different meanings across cultures.
Payment Gateway Integration: Make sure your website accepts payments from your target audience's preferred payment methods.
Conclusion: Reach the World with International VPS Hosting
By choosing the right VPS hosting provider with strategically placed international servers, you can equip your website to thrive in the global marketplace. Remember, a global audience requires a global approach. Invest in the right tools and resources to connect with users worldwide and achieve your online success goals.

Time for me to ramble into the void that is tumblr (if this somehow gets picked up, it'll be 2-for-2 "I tried to ramble in the void but then one hyperspecific person out of a bajillion picked it up and irreversibly changed the course of my life" but anyway,)
Airships, the big literal "flying boat in the sky", became one of my hyperfixations since pretty early on. I don't know when my first airship exposure was (Final Fantasy 6 maybe?), but I do know that witnessing the airship in the opening cinematic of Final Fantasy 9 did irreversible changes to my brain. And as a depressed queer-trans kid with a constantly displaced home between divorced-disaster parents, the concept of a portable home that is mine became, understandably, a comfort fixation.
And as highschool marches on, everyone starts talking about graduation and college or university and life paths and like. I didn't mean to always be rebellious or out of step with everyone else, but. Even then, I knew in my depressed barely-beating-alive heart that This Was All Shit. The last thing I was going to do on graduating was immediately go to college or university to get in debt over something I didn't care about when I barely passed my classes as-it-was.
So I made my entire final "What I will do after graduation" project presentation over becoming an airship captain and fucking off entirely.
And you know what? It was actually kinda nice to look into it. I discovered that Canada already has an airship company called Solarship, and every few years to this day, I'll check google again and this time, I found out there's an even newer airship company set to launch within the next few years called Flying Whales, also set in Canada. I learned about the possible use of airships for delivery to areas without infrastructure, or the uses of them for scientific research with low-environment impact (You don't need to Go Fast for surveying forests, or to observe geographic landscape features, or to go low over sensitive marshlands; ideally, being steady and gentle probably helps more.)
And, partially because it's funny, partially because to this day I have a little bit of "Fuck it we ball" in me, I'll send an occasional email to these people to ask about how one can become an airship pilot. There's no real schools for that, after all.
Part of me wonders if I should go all in into becoming an airship pilot. Growing up socially isolated (without knowing why) as a trans autistic kid, I always felt like the strange exception outside of larger groups. The late add-on. Sometimes, it wasn't even the group's fault, but my own preferences that simply didn't align to everyone else's. I like time alone.
(Turns out that's autistic self-regulation. The irony nowadays is as my therapy improves and I develop a stronger desire for social engagement, I still burn out just as easily and still need these days to recharge, and they're getting harder to "schedule in" as obligations increase.)
It would likely be a strangely isolating career. Like a sky trucker. But instead of set roads; open sky, shifting weather, and an infrastructure that won't ever be guaranteed, and at times the only guarantee is the infrastructure's own absence at set points. I don't know what sort of payment I would even get from such a specific, strange job.
I wonder to myself; would I have a co-pilot? Would it be entirely me, in order to save on weight on the ship? (You need to account not just for the weight of an additional person, but the food and water and bedding and other living needs.) Would I end up married to this copilot or would it just happen to be a random-ass person I hated for the entirety of the trip?
Would I have to monitor the route and do micro-adjustments in my entire waking time for the trips, or would navigation be so smooth that I could spend this time working on sketching comic pages while making progress on casual flight path? (I deeply desire to finish my comic, but I know it would take maybe ten years to complete, and I feel reluctance to commit so much to one singular project when there's other things I could be contributing to. But it haunts me. "What if there was a way to do both?")
Ironically, I don't consider myself as "one of the true hyperfixated airship people"; I can't yet identify weather patterns by clouds, I can't name types of planes, my knowledge of a lot of aviation and aviation-adjacent things feels minimal compared to the True Believers out there. But at the same time, I can't deny the ever-present fondness I feel for these vehicles.
I end up asking myself; "Do I commit myself to this isolating pursuit, that is no doubt beautiful, but would physically keep me away from those I would love, for extended amounts of time? Or do I pursue a local, grounded career -- like engineering, or construction, or even just administration for some benevolent thing -- which then allows me to be engaged among people and community on a near-daily basis?" And, genuinely, I don't quite know the answer.
I think about the joke about pilots how their planes are their wives. I think about how I'm trans and single in my near mid-thirties, never having quite yet been able to ever secure a grounded anchor for myself, be it through a partner, a home, a place. I wonder about who would trust me with such a massive and unique investment, to one day introduce me to one of these incredible creations.
I wonder if they would allow me to have a ship cat and if I would be able to post from the airship itself, becoming like that one blogger from xkcd. Goals, honestly.
I don't know where I was going with this.
I think I just want to find out where I'm going with this. Go forth, my scarab.
yeah I'm an airship mechanic. I got that big ass wrench and the boots that are too big, but also, and this is important, goggles I do not use correctly

Many startups, SMEs, and even large corporations are turning to Freelance Web Designers and Freelance Web Developer Singapore for their flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and innovative ideas.
Unlike agencies, freelancers often provide personalized services, faster turnaround times, and competitive pricing, making them attractive partners for businesses of all sizes. This surge in demand has contributed to the growing popularity of Freelance Website Designers and Website Developers Singapore, especially among digital-first companies.
A Day in the Life of a Freelance Web Designer Singapore
The daily routine of a Freelance Website Designer Singapore is a unique blend of creativity, technical work, client interaction, and self-management. Unlike the typical 9-to-5 employee, freelancers enjoy flexible schedules, which can be both liberating and challenging.
Morning: Creative Preparation and Project Planning
Freelance web professionals often start their day reviewing emails, checking their task lists, and catching up with client communications. Tools like Trello, Asana, and Notion help them stay organized and keep track of deadlines.
This is also the best time for focused design or coding sessions. A Freelance Web Developer Singapore might use the morning to refine back-end functionalities, while a Freelance Website Designer Singapore may spend this time creating mood boards, wireframes, or mockups in tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Afternoon: Client Calls and Revisions
Most clients in Singapore prefer to schedule meetings in the afternoon. These meetings may involve project updates, design reviews, or troubleshooting. A Web Designer Singapore often collaborates closely with clients to ensure that the visuals align with the brand identity, while a Website Developer Singapore may handle feedback related to functionality and user experience.
Freelancers often juggle multiple clients, which requires clear communication and excellent time management.
Evening: Continued Work or Personal Projects
Some freelancers work late into the evening, especially when facing tight deadlines. Others use this time for personal projects, skill development, or networking. The freelance community in Singapore is strong, with events, webinars, and meetups regularly hosted in coworking spaces like WeWork, The Hive, or online through platforms like Meetup and LinkedIn.
The Work Style: Freedom, Responsibility, and Strategy
Freedom with Flexibility
One of the main attractions of being a Freelance Web Designer Singapore is the freedom to choose projects, set working hours, and decide on pricing. This freedom allows for a better work-life balance, especially for those with family commitments or creative aspirations outside of client work.
However, this freedom comes with responsibilities — managing taxes, finding clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely project delivery. Unlike full-time employees, freelancers must wear many hats.
Remote and Hybrid Work Culture
Singapore's infrastructure supports remote working, with fast internet, reliable coworking spaces, and government-backed digital initiatives. Most Freelance Web Developers and Website Designers Singapore work remotely, either from home or in shared spaces that offer a creative and collaborative environment.
Project-Based Workflow
The work style is often project-based. Freelancers take on contracts that may last a few days to several months. Projects may include corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, portfolios, or custom web applications. A Freelance Website Developer Singapore might focus on CMS systems like WordPress, Shopify, or custom-coded solutions using React, Vue, or Laravel, depending on client requirements.
