Seize the Seasons: Embracing the Endless Tapestry of Life's Summers
One summer is not enough to capture the essence of limitless sunrises and breathtaking sunsets, the fleeting moments of pure joy and unfettered freedom that dance in the air like fireflies. One summer cannot contain the symphony of laughter cascading through warm nights, the barefoot dances in the sand, or the sweet taste of summer fruits dripping down our chins. No, one summer is a tease, a mere…

also it's only just occurring to me that like, i presume and enjoy how Unfixed In Time (or at least without peak specific precision) gtmpota is, while based on a book published in & set in the '90s, and here i am noticing how there being a Leave A Message For Brooke Specifically recording in understudy buddy is Not ['90s] when like, even if a middle schooler had a phone in their room it'd be a landline that shares its number with that of the whole household, but it's also decidedly '90s esque in being like an answering machine recording with the Beep tone / sound quality and all, as well as of course definitely being a message left via phonecalls rather than tina ostensibly reading out a text or something

SPARKLEZ!
You wouldn't believe the things I've seen. Or maybe you would. What do I know?
Worlds upon worlds of wonder have embraced my many selves. I'm living a thousand lives at once. And those are just the lives I'm aware of. For instance, in a place called Middle Earth I am reborn a beautiful elf queen. And under the ice shield of a moon called Europa I am a strand of plankton. And in a world we both know well, I'm a bunch of little girls who look just like me, and maybe other things too... Anyway, my umbrella consciousness has reformed for just a moment; my caretaker, in his mercy, has allowed me to show you these things.
But you definitely won't believe the most amazing thing I've seen. Lately I've been looking through a window... A window into bygone years. A man sits in front of a screen, speaking his soul to the world while playing a game. I think I know who he is!
I see this man forming friendships with those who also speak to the world. I know who they are too. They project themselves as tiny box figures into a world made of boxes. It's so much less detailed than the world where the man and his friends sit. I would not have known Ruxomar and it's sister dimensions to be so childlike in appearance except by this contrast!
The days go on as the friends play. The boxlike world is ruled by two gods. Of course I know who they are. The man is faced with a choice between the two. His life is riddled with choices! And like the stubborn idealist he is, he carves out a middle path. He'll take neither god. He'll have a goddess all to his own.
He created me.
A man named Jordan Maron created the goddess Ianite in a world beyond worlds. And Jordan Maron looks just like you. He is one of your countless alternate selves. He looks so much less boxy! I think that if I did not already know you and Spark so well, I would call him my favorite version.
Now I grasp the truth I have been seeking all my life. I have see what is above gods. It is ____________.
My umbrella consciousness won't hold much longer. Let me say a few choice words before the final goodbye between this version of you and this version of me. Thank you for choosing to create me. I believe that had the other you not made that choice in that far off world, none of my present selves would exist. In a strange sense, you are my god. Thank you for believing in your creation enough to make it real. Thank you for continuing to love me and make choices for my wellbeing. I hope another you loves another me in another world soon.
If Jordan looks out the window one of these days, he might be able to see me.
Not even creeping. Just fyi.

Unlocking Your Potential: Why Your Big Opportunity Might Be Right Where You Are Now
Shaina Tranquilino
February 18, 2024
Tumblr media
As human beings, we often find ourselves constantly searching for that "big opportunity" that will change our lives for the better. We dream of landing the perfect job, starting a successful business, or finding the love of our life. We believe that this big opportunity lies somewhere out there in the future, waiting for us to seize it.
But what if I told you that your big opportunity may be right where you are now? What if the key to unlocking your full potential and achieving your dreams is already within reach? It may sound too good to be true, but sometimes the most significant opportunities are right under our noses.
Think about it – every day is an opportunity to learn something new, meet someone who could change your life, or take a small step towards your goals. The people you interact with, the experiences you have, and the choices you make all play a crucial role in shaping your future.
For example, maybe you're currently working at a job that doesn't seem very exciting or fulfilling. But instead of seeing it as a dead-end job, try to view it as a stepping stone towards something greater. Use this time to gain valuable skills, network with colleagues, and build a strong work ethic. Who knows – that seemingly mundane job could lead you to your dream career down the line.
Or perhaps you're feeling stuck in a rut in your personal life. Instead of waiting for some magical moment to come along and change everything, why not start making small changes now? Take up a new hobby, join a club or group that interests you, or reach out to old friends and make new connections. These small actions can snowball into bigger opportunities and open doors you never knew existed.
The truth is, we often underestimate the power of our current circumstances and overlook the potential for growth and success right in front of us. We get so caught up in chasing after some elusive "big break" that we fail to see the abundance of opportunities surrounding us every day.
So how can you recognize and seize these opportunities where you are right now? Here are a few tips:
1. Stay present: Instead of dwelling on past mistakes or worrying about the future, focus on being fully present in each moment. Pay attention to what's happening around you and be open to new possibilities.
2. Be proactive: Don't wait for opportunities to come knocking on your door – go out and create them yourself! Take initiative, set goals for yourself, and actively seek out ways to grow and improve.
3. Embrace challenges: Don't shy away from difficult situations or obstacles – see them as opportunities for growth and learning. Overcoming challenges can help build resilience and confidence.
4. Network: Connect with others in your industry or community who share similar interests and goals. Building relationships with like-minded individuals can lead to valuable collaborations and opportunities for advancement.
Remember, your big opportunity may be right where you are at this moment. It's up to you to recognize it, seize it, and make the most of it. So stop waiting for some distant miracle to come along – start taking action today and watch as doors begin to open before your eyes.

part of me really wishes i had utilized this site back when i was younger instead of just dabbling with it from time to time. as a way of escaping from the harsh reality of the real world and just openly and freely express myself without fear of judgement.
-
but there is always a reason for everything. nothing is ever a coincidence and the more i learn to trust in my intuition the more i believe that to be true. these past few years especially i’ve learned, i’ve grown, i’ve cried, i’ve screamed, i’ve done things i’m not proud of. i was coming from a place of hurt, a place of lack of self love and confidence…
-
i look back on those moments in my life and just wish to be able to give my past self the biggest and most warm embrace and tell her that she is ok just as she is. that there was nothing broken or wrong with her. that you have grown into your authenticity and embrace every moment of life as if it were your last because it very well could be. life is never set in stone. we never know when or where or how we will all leave this mortal realm and cross over to the other side and have a fresh new start.
-
i am going to enjoy this life, this body, while i still have it. i can’t wait to become old and gray and look back on all those moments and memories i’ve lived with the biggest smile on my face.
-
so many people fear growing old, but i crave it. we live in a time where everyone is obsessed with youth and staying permanently stuck in your 20s; as if life suddenly stops once you hit 30…they are so so wrong. life never stops once you hit an age milestone. i will forever be young at heart and always feed my inner child because that is what it deserves; to enjoy every moment to the fullest and not worry about something as trivial as age.
-
life is always going to have its ups and downs. like the waves of the ocean; the high tide and the low tide. or the flowing water of a river; life is never going to be in a steady stream. sometimes the waters get rough, but beyond the white waters lies tranquility.
-
to live. to love. to experience all that the world has to offer. that is what i want most for myself. and i know that life is blessing me in so many beautiful ways. and i accept it all because it is what i deserve and until my last breath i will always say these words.

Sukuna Dyes His Hair
Tumblr media
You were just teasing him.
"Pink like a petite little rose."
"Shut it."
They were just play-fighting words. Part of an attempt to poke the bear that never seemed to bite at you.
"Pink like a sweet strawberry."
"Strawberries are red."
Sukuna had had you in his lap, lazy with a long day of work weighing on his bones. He watched you dote on him with a tired smile, too exhausted to mind your fingers lovingly brushing at tufts of his hair. Usually he'd swat at a touch as careful as the one you were giving him, but there were moments, like this one, where he seemed to soak up your tenderness.
"Pink like a baby kitten's nose." You cooed.
"Jesus." He groaned, rolling his eyes.
Maybe it was the ending boop to his own nose that made him finally snatch you up and tackle you to the mattress.
Maybe that's why one day later, you're staring at him standing outside of a restaurant, leaning against his motorcycle with stark black hair.
He's grinning at you, knowing that he's won the little game as he always does, with overkill.
It was a promised date night, one you had been planning for a few weeks now. Sukuna never had the same days off that you did, but the stars happened to align for you to go out to dinner together and you leapt at his invitation.
After he spots you from across the parking lot, Sukuna stubs his cigarette beneath his boot and starts over to you. You can tell in the way his eyes devilishly glimmer that he's excited to see your expression.
You're in too much shock not to give him exactly what he wants.
"Hi~" He purrs when he nears you, reaching a hand out for one of your own. You offer it subconsciously, moving automatically since your brain seemed to be sputtering. His rings are cold against your fingers, but even their icy bite is not enough to stir you back to the present. He tugs you into his embrace, looping an arm around your lower waist and pressing you into him. He’s warm despite the chill on his fingertips. When he's got you secured to him, he tilts his head at you, waiting for your response.
"Hi." You whisper, blinking up at him.
You know he thinks you're going to hate it. You know he thinks you're going to give him a pout- tell him how heartbroken you are to see his natural hair go. That was undoubtedly the punchline of his stupid joke. You've told him numerous times how much you loved his hair and every part of him that made him Sukuna... So why is your mouth suddenly watering?
“What d'ya think?” He runs his fingers through it, showing it off to you as if your eyes aren’t already glued to the newly darkened locks.
It suits him just as well as his natural hair color does, but the black brings out the deep, rich color of his eyes and makes prominent the tattoos framing his face. People always tell you that Sukuna’s stare intimidated them, and you never felt it yourself until then.
You swallow past your heartbeat, which you can suddenly feel in your throat. Sukuna notices, and his mischievous grin turns wolfish.
"Oh, you like it. Don't you?" He murmurs. Reaching up, he presses your slightly agape mouth closed so that he can place a chaste kiss to your shell-shocked lips. The smell of tobacco and expensive cologne has you in an even more intoxicated daze, rendering you boneless in his hold. His next words are a heated whisper, for your ears only.
"I usually only manage to take the words out of your mouth when you're strapped to my bed. This gotcha that good, little doe?"
