Look at this cute little game I found!! its still a little under development but just look at these screenshots!

Its just such a cute little robot game with a similar vibe to undertale with how it plays with players choices of being good to the world or helping it, I'm in love with this getting to fix little robots hehehehhhehe

And look at this boss screen! its a good movement puzzle

And look!! the UI changes it's style depending on what part of the game you're in! the hologram effect is kinda cool but a little hard to see sometimes, it's going to get fixed latter apparently

And I even found the loading screen backgrounds, cause I just love the amount of detail in them?! the files were just soooo east to find too because they belong to me and the game doesn't even exist yet but good fuck if I don't have so many ideas for this thing.

Kree and Quetzal, both fighters in Krando City's robot battling pit, and (former) lovers. Kree is a brawler with big knives and Quetzal uses rapiers

Acer, Ventus's former-friend-turned-worst-enemy. Very much a schemer- brilliant when he wants to be, hates getting his hands dirty. Not beating the skinny suitman allegations (I'm allowing myself One).

Flashfire, a toughguy type who... really wants to be seen as cool. He doesn't really have the personality to back up his looks, though, and people see through his facade pretty quickly. The wings are decorative.

The Vanguards- Swift, Wisp, Pyroclast, and Benthic. They're a wandering band of heroes, essentially, helping out those in need but never staying in one place for long. Wisp is their leader, and the only one without an elemental affiliation- Swift, Pyroclast, and Benthic have air, fire, and water-related abilities respectively- but she is an excellent shot with her rifle. She's also Ventus's on-and-off girlfriend, when they happen to be in the same vicinity.

Honestly I think one of the funniest things you can do with a hermitcraft/life series Naruto au is to NOT make Etho Kakashi, but still not really change his outfit. The tied-for-second funniest things you can do with it being making Joel Sakura and/or making Grian be Gaara

Literally RIGHT after I made that grumpy post, some music came on that I LOVED, and guess what it was!!!! ~*DAPHNE ORAM*~

I had never heard of this woman until ten minutes ago. But her music came on shuffle and I pricked up my ears at once, fascinated and delighted by the sound of it.

Daphne Oram was born in 1925 and is considered "the unsung midwife of the electronic music revolution".

She was one of the first British composers to produce electronic sound, and was an early practitioner of musique concrète in the UK. As a co-founder of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, she was central to the development of British electronic music. Her uncredited scoring work on the 1961 film The Innocents helped to pioneer the electronic soundtrack. Oram was the creator of the Oramics technique for graphical sound. She was the first woman to independently direct and set up a personal electronic music studio, and the first woman to design and construct an electronic musical instrument. In her book An Individual Note of Music, Sound and Electronics (1971) she explored philosophical themes related to acoustics and electronic composition.

I finally finished muddling through Archive Undying, which by the time I was 3/4 through I realized I should've been paying more attention - Engel Laird likes em kinda weird I guess - and I do want to, if not immediately, go back through it for more knowledge and understanding.

Eg, I've been struggling a bit with the critique of "consent culture" that I see sometimes here - I have found it a perfectly viable framework for discussion - but I think this book is doing something meaty with it, forgiveness, bodies in general, and chronic illness/disability that I could stand to stare at a bit harder.

Pretty sure this is the same robot bug as I posted the first time but the HoneyPot Dones are my favorit! They go about recharging other robots who have ran out or are low on power and are not near a power station. Despite how small this one looks they are a foot long not including the head. the liquid in their storage tank is vaporized to recharge other drones, they can use it to power themselves if need be and one that dosent need to charge another robot can stay airborn for years without running out of power. though trying that would put strain on their other systems.
