Roman should not reach-out to touch her face. He's not at a point where she'd slap his hand away if he tried it, but if the reach was unexpected, River would at worst back-off or turn her face away. It's nothing personal against him, this is something she'd do with just about anyone... Hands, after all, have brought more pain than enjoyment there than anywhere else.

The best way to ease her into the idea is to ask. She still might say no for that first time, but she'll remember that permission had been requested. He'll know that he's 'in' when she finally guides his hand there herself, and leans into the touch.

But in the end it's up to him to ask, and not demand.

Vincent often contemplated how a man of Rody’s stature managed to behave so similarly to a mouse.

He’d barely met the big idiot’s eye before he stumbled over nothing more than air—fumbling with his own two feet despite standing utterly still: incredible—and while the dolt whipped himself this way and that all for the sake of reclaiming the towel that had fallen from his shoulder, Vincent remained as attentive as ever. Now in this proximity, he had a better view of what the rush of today had done to him so far: from the unkempt nest of auburn atop his head to that damned tie that refused to stay . . . as if mere contact with Rody made it impossible to keep its own shit together, too.

He couldn’t find himself annoyed by it. Again. Seemed to be a shocking regular on the menu, Vincent’s ability to look past all of the poor work simply because it came from . . . him. Would he call it charming—? No. But maybe just endearing enough. Endearing in a way that had him gently shaking his head to himself—as much at Rody’s returned blabbering (reminding everyone of today’s mistakes, for some fucking reason) as it was directed at his own intentions.

—and why the hell he was still pursuing them. (Endearing, indeed. Jesus.)

What was most important here, and something Vincent parsed by simply ignoring the useless blathering, was the next reaction: what Rody would absentmindedly give him after the well-placed praise. And, hardly to anyone’s surprise, he was as taken (and taken aback) as Vincent had hoped. Transparent shock, first. That which had Vincent quirking an inquisitive brow while he waited for the rest to sink in. Then . . . Well, he was most certainly on the right path for a checkmate.

Vincent let that smile spread over his lips, faux patience in the face of that stunned silence resting in the lines around his eyes. He was half-tempted to make a sarcastic remark, if not for his becoming well aware of just how easily anything of the sort went over Rody’s head. And for now, he was determined to let that feeling sit, to let the attention-starved man bask in the best form of said attention he could ever receive. (At the moment. . . . Oh, most definitely just at the moment.)

“Or”—he finally interjected at mere mention of the skates again—“you would’ve crashed into the woman and made her angrier.” Fully resisting a roll of his eyes, he pinned Rody down again after another long sweep of his current state. Vincent heaved out a breath with a small shrug. “No point dwelling on it, now.” Leaning forward, he set his elbows down on the window counter, propped a chin in one hand. His lips twisted contemplatively. With one finger, Vincent beckoned Rody closer.

“You’ve made a mess of yourself, you know,” he announced, his tone low and soft beneath the din of the kitchen behind him. “Before the next rush begins, at least let me fix it.”

Rody barely had time to catch his breath before his boss' voice startled him out of attempting to relax for five damn seconds. Having not even registered Vincent walking over, the moment he spoke, Rody jolted with all the grace of tumbling out of bed. He immediately stood up straight as if his posture would improve how disheveled he looked. Half a second later, he realized the state of the necktie that Vincent had already fixed for him once, and hastily tried to tug it back into neatness.

"Oh, u-uh—!" he tried, only for his stammering to turn into a chuff when blindly fiddling with his tie just knocked the towel around his neck to the ground. Rody blinked dumbly down at it. Then at Vincent. Back down then up again in a flash. Finally, he stooped to snatch it and popped back to standing straight with a bounce on the balls of his feet, so fast that he could feel the way his hair stuck out every which way from the momentum.

When Rody finally got it together enough to process what he was hearing, he was surprised at the lack of reprimand. He'd figured Vincent came over to yell at him for taking a break. "I did drop those plates earlier..." he found himself saying, as if he wanted to get yelled at. Which he didn't, to be clear. He just never knew what to do when Vince gave him that amused little smirk. (Partially because Rody was pretty sure it meant Vince was laughing at him internally...and also because Rody usually didn't get the joke.) "But, I mean—no crashes yet today! So...'somewhat,' I guess, yeah! It happens."

At the mention of a particularly irate woman from earlier that afternoon, however, Rody couldn't smother a grimace. "I know, I tried to tell her—..." But before he could try to explain, Vincent...

Wait. Hold up. Did Vince just...praise him for a job well done?

Rody's eyes widened a fraction. If asked, he'd defend that it was from the shock. (But that wouldn't explain the way his hands unconsciously clenched that towel a bit tighter, now would it?) "Wha...really?" The question was carried on a weighted exhale. In truth, Rody hadn't thought he'd done an overly great job handling that customer, but hey—what did his opinion matter, anyway? If Vincent thought he'd done well enough to go out of his way to tell him as much, then...

"Wow, uh..." He was too focused on fighting down the flutters in his chest to care that he'd spent the last five seconds just staring at Vincent like a slack-jawed idiot. When he finally snapped out of it, he laughed incredulously as a big grin spread from ear to ear. "Thanks, Vince. I'll...I'll keep that in mind for next time!" After all, anything he could do to please his boss got him one step closer to remaining employed for at least another day.

Clearing his throat sharply, he slung the towel back over one shoulder and scratched idly at his cheek that was, possibly, a subtle shade rosier than before. "If I had my skates, I could've been faster and maybe that lady wouldn't have gotten so mad." He shrugged a shoulder. "I dunno, though; it seems like everyone's way more impatient today than usual."

FSR rambles ANOTHER ONE (It's the 22nd one)

Dark's mind reading is just, so damn fun.

Like Green is gambling SO MUCH putting his trust into Dark but it pays off because Dark can TELL Green is truly putting faith in him to give him the benefit of the doubt.

And that means A LOT to him.

The fact Green doesn't want to hurt him MEANS A LOT TO HIM.

Dark knows this man ain't stupid.

I like him giving Green a goodbye hug and a kiss on the cheek hah.

It's so sweet in a way.

And his parting words being words of affirmation for Green.

He can be a very sweet person when given kindness.

I just like them a lot.

Green was a pretty good influence on Dark. XDD

Dark Link's dramatic ass flying away is so funny to me and probably just me.

A LOT of shit happens to where he didn't really have time to squeeze it in but it is funny this scene is still pretty up in the air on it's importance for now.

True to his word, Shadow is able to tell Dark was active. Oh no.

LOL also not Zelda calling Green by the wrong name. X'D Poor girl isn't used to being around the four dudes her bestie splits into. (She literally had NO idea they were split until AFTER the final battle lmfao and then they walked back to the sanctuary and boom.)

Green has a lot of hesitance too, he just chooses to stuff that down in turn for a more peaceful option.

he's aware dark has caused hurt and is INSANE but wants to give him a chance.

I think in a lot of ways he regrets that Shadow never had help because they just met "Too late" in a lot of ways.

Shadow had already committed many horrible deeds before anyone had a glimpse of being able to help him.

While Dark is still very new and able to be saved from a life of regret or villainy, cause Green recognized that spark of good in him that could blossom into a good person if they give it a try.

meanwhile, Shadow's being self loathing.

...To be fair a lot of what Dark Link says DOESN'T make sense due to it being...from an outsider's perspective utter nonsense (He knows Zelda lore lmfao.) but his claims Shadow just IS ganon are clearly getting to shadow cause he's got self doubt.

Meanwhile Green tries to remind him of his progress, and thinks Shadow and Dark could have something to bond over.

Aaaand there is it boy doesn't wanna be reminded of how much he's fucked up. It's hard when there's a mirror pointed at you.

So if you're curious: My vision for Dark in this form is that speaking is VERY difficult for him to do so he just...doesn't.

This is his dormant form, so his "Functionality" is mostly...nonexistant.

This is a form that doesn't take a lot of effort to maintain or upkeep so his actual abilities aren't very wide.

Like he CAN talk. But simple phrases and words are easiest for him to do. Which is why he repeats "Yeah yeah" twice.

Shadow also fails to realize even THIS form was a step up from the fact Dark was a simple sphere with an eye before. XD

He grew a mouth to chew on Green...So he might have had the intention to speak last night and just...didn't.

But if he wanted to speak, he could just form back to his "Link" form or drag someone to the headspace.

Overall: Shadow ya dummy he probably just didn't have anything to say XD

Affectively, Green is just someone Dark considers his family so...he's his "dad". XD

The title switch from Shadow TO Green is due to the fact he just feels more comfortable and safe WITH Green.

...Shadow uses THIS as an example of Dark being "Unreasonable" which is something else alright. XDDD

I don't think Green would have tried this shit if Dark was in his Link form. XDDD

I know in the draft comic folders I got a comic where Green treats Dark differently based on his form and how Dark doesn't understand that. (him being uncomfortable with the finger chewing in his Link disguise vs his dormant form for example) and how he thinks Green's a hypocrite.

Last panel: Shadow DEFINENTLY not trying to keep everyone thinking Dark's just insane and not saying anything important.

So uhhhhh this might be a little weird but I have memory issues and this has been bugging me for a week... I'm pretty? sure I might have blocked you on an old account when some femboy discourse stuff was going here and left your server that you had at the time? Like I did finally confirm it was you we were remembering because I know I bought a pinkie pie kandi bracelet from you off etsy (not sure if before or after the disc horse, bc we're very much a "everyone deserves to be able to survive and should not lose access to support no matter what") which for the record we love.

And like it wasn't personal, at worst we may have made a vent post at the time bc it's an identity important to us and literally no judgement whatsoever

But the reason we're even bringing it up is that we kinda feel guilty for the block even though we know it's okay to block anyone at anytime for any reason, especially since now that we saw you feel differently we're just interacting like normal and stuff

which... tbf might be trauma-related ocd from some OTHER like actually really bad internet Tumblr discourse stuff but yeah uh. hey, that's okay, you're allowed to block people for your own safety. i don't keep track of who does and doesn't have me blocked. if someone wants to block me, that's their right, it don't take it personally. you do not have to apologize for blocking me at any point. that's not something you ever have to apologize to someone for, but i totally get why you would want to do that to give yourself some form of closure. that makes sense to me

i understand why you would've blocked over that. when i was running that server, i was friends with some very aggressive people who were adamant on policing the usage of the word femboy, so i apologize that things got so shitty about that. other staff members that were involved were very, very pushy and i ended up feeling extremely alienated from that server because i found myself disagreeing with a lot of the rules that got put into place. i especially started feeling uncomfortable because other staff members were very transandrophobic and it was causing me a lot of self hatred for being a trans man at the time. that discord server was not good for my mental health, which is why i stopped interacting with it before leaving altogether.

it took me a while to realize i did not agree with those people and that the fighting over who "gets" to use the term is so fucking petty and stupid, but i see it now and that shit was dumb. i can see why you would've been upset and left and blocked over that. at the time, plenty of people were mad about it and they had every right to be. i wasn't treating certain people right. i left that server a while back because i just got so tired of how it was being run and did not have the energy to try to rectify it due to homelessness and housing insecurity at the time. it was way too authoritarian in terms of who was allowed to identify as certain terms for me to continue to give it my stamp of approval. it was like, the exact opposite of what i wanted in a queer discord server.

thank you, though, i appreciate it. i know that this won't make the thoughts stop but you truly are allowed to block whoever you want or need to for your own safety. it's not a personal attack on them. it's a way to prevent unnecessary conflict. i fully believe in blocking when and where necessary. i block when i need to, too. but thank you so much, i appreciate it. i apologize for how shitty i was in the past about people using that term. i got pulled into the wrong crowd and i'm very glad i'm not a part of that anymore.

I think the biggest difference is that Ga On's jealousy is more internal while Yo Han's is more external. Like, Ga On becomes introspective, picks everything apart, and overthinks things, trying to figure out why this is happening and, not so surprisingly, what he did wrong to make it happen. Because even if Ga On would be angry and probably pretty vicious, he'd still focus a lot on his own "blame" and start wondering why he's not good enough. All those abandonment issues would kick in and he'd come up with a number of theories and what he thinks are answers — but they're all just speculations.

And, because of that, I don't think Ga On would really lash out against Yo Han and whoever's making him feel jealous. Or, well, with words and such, sure — and clearly mark the boundaries if he and Yo Han are a couple and someone is encroaching on his territory — but not by causing physical harm. Ga On's jealousy is more bark than bite, basically. Because somewhere deep down he'd be convinced he's just not good enough and that's not a reason to hurt someone else over. It's Ga On's own fault for not being lovable enough, right?

So while he'd get snappish and rude, he'd never act on it in a threatening or malicious way.

Yo Han, on the other hand — oh boy.

I did answer an ask about how Yo Han would react if he ever had a reason to suspect that Ga On was cheating on him and all of that still stands. I think Yo Han would focus all his ire outwards, the jealousy becoming a weapon to hurt others rather than himself (as opposed to Ga On who internalises it all and ends up hurting himself rather than others). That's not to say that Yo Han wouldn't have some angsty moments where he bemoans the fact that he's a monster and, clearly, no one can love him, but those aren't his main focus.

His main focus would be making life difficult for Ga On and whoever's making Yo Han jealous. And as for whether or not Yo Han would go far enough to kill? Uh, I mean... that depends on the situation? x'D

Ga On? Never.

(though Yo Han might just lock him away and throw away the key)

The other person? He'd be tempted.

But it would have to be an extreme situation, I think. Because killing someone he perceives as a romantic rival would, in some ways, be an admission of weakness. It would mean that Ga On has an incredible amount of power over Yo Han and I don't think that he'd be willing to admit that Ga On's choices can influence Yo Han's decisions to that degree. Especially if he thinks that Ga On has betrayed him by falling in love with someone else. That would mean that Yo Han has to admit to himself that he's pining after someone who's not his — which would hurt his pride something terrible.

So, in the long run, while Yo Han is certainly capable of murdering someone he considers a romantic rival, I don't think he would. Because it's beneath him. He's not that interested or invested in Ga On.

(except yes he is — he's just a grumpy old man who refuses to admit it to himself)

As for when they'd feel most threatened, I think it would be before they get together or just shortly after they get together. Once they've been a couple for years and settled down, I don't think jealousy is going to be much of an issue for them. Because they'll both know that there's no way in hell either of them is stupid enough to throw away what they have, given how well-matched they are. They know there's no one else who can give them exactly what they need.

And, like, if they have kids? Fuck no.

Both Ga On and Yo Han would go: "No, he loves the kids and me too much to cheat" and that's that. I mean, sure, there might still be brief moments when they have to get a little possessive when a third party is being too flirty, but neither of them would actually think that the other is going to respond to that flirting and start straying.

(partly because I suspect that they have an unspoken agreement of: "if you do cheat on me I'll take the kids and spend the rest of my days making your life a living hell" but that sounds a lot less romantic)

And their weak spots are connected to their overall insecurities. So Ga On would be afraid that he's not good enough, not lovable enough, not smart enough, not experienced enough etc. He's not very glamorous or suave and pretty shy and clumsy about sex at first. He'd worry that he can't give Yo Han what he needs and that he'll eventually become a burden or that Yo Han will grow bored of him. He'd feel clingy and desperate and wonder if, just maybe, Yo Han wants someone more like himself — someone calm, rational, and mature. So just the usual abandonment and self-esteem issues cranked up to a toasty fifteen, basically.

Yo Han, meanwhile, would feel threatened at the thought of not being able to give Ga On the life and love he deserves. Yo Han is nothing if not self-aware and he knows that living with him is difficult, so he'd worry that someone might come along and show Ga On that he can find a better, sweeter, and kinder life elsewhere. Yo Han would worry that he's hurting Ga On by holding on to him and that, maybe, Ga On will realise that too someday and choose someone better. Someone who can love him and support him and care for him in a way that Yo Han can't with all his jagged edges. That was probably why he felt so threatened by Soo Hyun — she could give Ga On a life full of love and light and softness, whereas Yo Han can only offer darkness. And Ga On deserves better.

Again, it all depends a bit on the situation, though. Like, different insecurities rise to the forefront depending on where they are in their relationship and what the exact situation is.

But something like that, I guess?

I admit I've debated whether or not to write a fic based on that ask about Yo Han being jealous but goddamn it would hurt so maybe not x'D I don't like hurting myself (or Ga On) like that.

I've also toyed with the idea of writing Yo Han's POV of Thou Shalt Not Covet partly because I think it's hilarious just how confused he was there for a second. But that also means I'd have to write out Yo Han's thoughts and not all of them were pretty or kind. He's not a nice man — even less so when Ga On gives him such a perfect opening for some manipulation that will result in Ga On staying by his side >_>

So we'll see. It's not very high on my list of priorities right now since I have so many other projects I want to focus on.

Testosterone Journey

Since I've been three months on testosterone I figured I'd share my experience so far. I'm using gel in a small dose, 20,25 mg a day. It was a decision I made with my endocrinologist based on the fact that I favor doing it safely for my body rather than rushing changes. Aaand I'm also tiny (4.11ft/152cm).

Voice: After three months, my voice changed enough that my friend has to look at me while I'm talking otherwise she can't connect my voice with me x'D She claims it's quite stable but I feel like it sounds weird at times. I didn't hate my voice before and often heard that it would sound great once I started HRT because it was already quite androgynous. 

Hair: I was always a hairy person, thanks to both sides of my family, so I'm worried I'll turn into a sasquatch. For now, I can tell that the hair area has expanded over my stomach and full upper lip when before it was just the corners. 

Acne: On my face not much different from pre-period breakouts, tho it's mostly focused around the chin, and it started appearing on my shoulders/collarbone area.

Stinky: Isn't bad but since it wasn't really a problem before, now I feel like I need to take showers twice a day. I only use alum deodorant but will probably need to add some extra armpit washing to my stinky depressed dude routine.

Horny: I think it had spiked after the first month, but it's back to my usual low levels. 

Anger: I want to shoot people a normal amount.

Period: This was not something I could wait on so I started taking Provera in 10mg dose on my first period after T. Haven't had a period since. 

Mood: Shitty as usual.

Bottom growth: Yes. Happening. 

Cancer: Not observed.

Other: It feels like I'm getting more headaches but it can be something else. Had bad neck muscle pain for about two weeks, most probably from sleeping weirdly though. Needed muscle relaxants. 

Other meds I take: Venlafaxine in, uh, substantial amounts, levothyroxine in a small dose.

Body heat: I run even hotter than before, there was a moment when I couldn't fall asleep without an open window while it was freezing outside.

Sea-green optics glared down at her pilot, Thunderbird Four letting out a scoff as she watched him back off with a wince. No she wasn’t okay…! She cautiously shifted, doing her best not to rest on her heels, or in this case, her thrusters, which made up the heel-supports of her feet. Her robotic form anatomy was still a learning work-in-progress…

The sub never seemed to come out unscathed from rescues these days; not since the Chaos Crew had come into the picture. Dented, scraped, mangled…

The most she could do for now was sit still with her knees tucked to her chest, keeping her thrusters off the floor. She could rest on them, yes, but not for too long – any pressure and it’d start to hurt again. Gordon waited with her; amber eyes trained on the module that sat under the green Thunderbird as they awaited his older brother. Virgil hadn’t been sure on what he could do but, it wouldn’t hurt to try something to fix her thrusters. If anything else, he’d opt to replace them. … But how did that work when she was sentient? Would she, feel it?

Troubled was how he’d be approaching his brother and the yellow Thunderbird, scowling slightly as he assessed the situation.

“… I can transform back if that makes it easier?” Thunderbird Four suggested, moving her hands to her sides to keep her balance better.

“I mean, whatever’s easiest for you,” Virgil admitted with a shrug, exchanging a glance with Gordon before looking back up at the Thunderbird. “I can get a look at you either way but, you want to be comfortable right? Might be worth not being on your toes the entire time.”

“I think I’ll be fine for now.”

Virgil hummed a noise of confirmation, and set himself to work. Thunderbird Four watched him for a bit, but was distracted when her pilot came and stood at her side.

“What?”

“… You know we could have got off a whole lot worse,” he worried, amber eyes seeking out her optics as he looked up, only slightly lifting his head. “Imagine if you had been in craft-form…”

The sub managed a light chuckle. “Wouldn’t have been able to fight back… The Chaos Cruiser is hefty…”

And they’d seen what it could do, many times before now. This time had been a bit of a struggle to get away from. What was worse, the Chaos Crew now could confirm that the Thunderbird was sentient – if any word of that got back to the Hood-… Holding her balance, Thunderbird Four lightly poked a finger against her pilot’s side; Gordon faltering slightly.

“I’m fine, captain; I promise. This is nothing… Just like a, uh, sprained ankle or something, in a human’s case.”

The blonde lightly scoffed. He knew what a sprained ankle felt like, and was pretty sure his craft wasn’t feeling the same pain. But, if she wanted to compare it to that, sure. Thunderbird Four suddenly winced when a receptor in her systems sent off a warning, shifting so she could glance at the other brother with them.

“I didn’t agree to being pulled apart today, Virgil-!”

“Sorry! That was my fault. Might’ve, pulled something I wasn’t supposed to…”

The Thunderbird giggled, settling back on her hands as she let him work. It might have still been taking some getting used to, but at least she had someone to get used to it with.

It was really weird to be here so late.

Relief rushed through him as the door swung shut. (Strong enough that he didn't question why the light was already on when he entered.) That was the hardest part out of the way—the rest should be a piece of cake! There was a giddy little bounce in his steps as he approached the desk at the center of the room. Some paperwork was strewn across it, so Rody shuffled them into a few messy stacks with his free hand. But once he cleared a space at the center—

The click of the door handle nearly made him jump a foot in the air. He spun around just as it opened, hiding the flowers out of sight with both arms behind his back.

"H-hey, Vince!" he squeaked at a much higher pitch than usual, all while trying to look casual despite the tension stringing his shoulders and how odd it was for him to be here. Green at this point has been pushed to stress and anxiety till he broke poor guy, he's been worried about everyone's safety and been trying to do what would help them and it just hasn't worked out.

Shadow's stuck not sure what to do. As a Shadow he was forced to do NOTHING while Link had moments like this.

Blue snaps him out of it taking charge.

I've always considered Blue second in command. ESPECIALLY in FSR.

He was the only other color Link trusted enough to confide in other than Green and able to pull his head out of his butt to help Green AND Vio in this situation.

Blue's VERY aware of WHY Green's panicking rn. (he's worried vio's going to harm himself in some way...not a stretch to make that assumption and it's brought up later but YEAH that's why he freaked out.)

Vio just needed to have a bitch fit in his room for a bit though and didn't mean to cause that fear.

If he knew I don't think he would have left quite in that way.

but again: Link kinda shot them in the foot leaving half the team aware of shit and the other half NOT.

I've always wondered what kind of pressure Green must have felt to be LIKE Link and also be the leader.

Like that's double pressure there.

Being link but BETTER while only being a 1/4th of him sounds like such a task weighing his mentality down.

He's only assigned to that role because...well he's wearing GREEN. not really because of any other reason.

He's just as dumb as the other three.

I've always found it interesting, usually the leader type characters are the Vio's of the group.

Book smart and a bit stuck up.

but instead we get green and...I've joked he's diet Link but fr lol he KINDA IS.

What he lacks makes his personality more so than what he HAS.

His selfishness and ego getting removed making him IMEDIATELY want to work together for instance.

Anyway green analysis aside, Blue acknowledging he fucked up here is good.

The completely black background making you ONLY focus on these two talking was for good reason, Green's weird word bubbles too.

Reality feels like it's breaking around them and if this was voice acted I imagine Green's voice sounding distorted and disjointed here.

Like this is just his thoughts repeating to himself about what Link BEGGED him to do.

Both their glitching just getting worse as the paneling goes by.

Green's all sorts of fucked up. over leaving the other three because he was angry at them. So much guilt is harbored there now over that action.

Also I just wanna point out how brave Blue is.

Touching Green is PAINFUL for him, he yanked his hand back when he touched him initially. He also SAW the corruption it left behind and still chose to hug him here.

Like for all he knows they could become that Link monster thing again but he cares more about Green than that.

Blue's the goat.

Everyone telling Green stuff he's needed to hear.

Even Dark came out to help.

Dark's lines are super fun just because mmmmm it gets into Dark and Green's relationship and i like Darkgreen XD

Green did MASSIVELY change Dark's mission by appealing to his desire to be a hero and changing his mind.

Without Green the others would be SO COOKED.

Dark doesn't consider his mission a failure because he changed course a little and neither should Green.

They're very sweet for each other. QuQ

Vio, Shadow, you both are too old for this shit.

I flip flop between finding this scene funny or disturbing.

I mean at the end of the day it's a couple smacking the shit out of each other due to their emotional issues. 😭 That's not healthy.

But also...the imagery is so silly looking and they're not actually HURTING each other.

Idk I feel like you could look at it either way.

Shadow mentions it here, but Green was worried about Vio's physical safety. Which....Vio doesn't get. Because Link wanting to game end himself has been NOT shared with him.

Vio's deep in his own insecurity atm.

This is a reference to what was said in the OG manga , that everyone was holding Vio back buuuut our purple buddy feels differently.

Especially with how he feels really bad rejection at the moment.

Vio wrongly assumes people don't want to be link because HE'S THERE. Which isn't true.

Shadow feels bad cause a lot of their issues are wrapped up in the whole Vidow arc of the manga lmfao.

Ahru & Arshadaya: This is like, my sleeper ship. Like Thanahru it's kinda present in every Ahru verse, but more. They're platonic, they're romantic, they're inextricably linked in ways that should be concerning and even questionable but it works for them. Arsh wanted to meld with Ahru's soul ('to save Nyx') before he inevitably accepted her as herself instead of 'Azem's Shard' and swore that same loyalty and devotion to her that he did Nyx. To the extent that when she got chopped up by the Servants of Light he sacrificed a good portion of himself to restore her, only adding to the 'inextricably linked in concerning questionable ways'. As a result he's in like a magical coma that could last gods knows how long but he maintains a link with Ahru continuing to protect and watch over her even now. They've basically fused into one being but he sleeps on the sidelines because her happiness and continued existence is the most important thing to him. :''')
