Whm Tip: Presence of Mind is a DPS buff

Presence of Mind (PoM) reduces both your GCD and your cast time by 20%. Under PoM, you'll want to DPS as much as possible; basically, you're a machine gun for 15 seconds!

Use PoM every single time it's up, whether it's for dungeon packs or bosses. I often pop Lucid alongside it because PoM's speed boost can burn through your MP pretty fast.

(In raid environments, PoM slots perfectly into the 2-minute burst window and is an essential part of Whm's DPS.)
