Do we have to specify a ship when we sign up? And do we have to even make something about a ship, or can it be gen? (This is an awesome idea btw. I can't wait to see what people make!)

(hope you don’t mind me answering this one publicly - it’s a good question). 

Nope and nope! It’s all inclusive, so as long as you’re writing about one (or more) of the Buzzfeed Characters in the whole... Buzzfeed Universe or whatever - you’d be good to go. You could do a gen fic about like Sara and Jen hanging out and talking about how ridiculous your prompt is, or you could write Zack and Ryan playing a game of H-O-R-S-E with Eugene booing them both in the background or a traditional ship fic -- it’s all up to the writer (or artist! Cause this is open to artists too!)

I just listed those main shows (Try Guys, Worth It, Ladylike, and Unsolved) because I know those are the main BF sub-fandoms. 

And I’m not making people specify ship because a big chunk of folks that write for one, write for others and I don’t wanna limit them to a specific ship if the prompt screams something else. 

HOWEVER - If someone is incredibly uncomfortable with something (like someone that doesn’t want to write a ship at all not even a little) please let me know so you don’t get a relationship themed prompt (like first kiss for example).

What's the most underrated ship, in your opinion?

lol. This answer changes all the time, just depending on what I’m working on and how I’m feeling. BUT today I’m gonna say Sam/Jimmy in general but specifically in the context of winjimstiel. 

I tend to write Jimmy very flirty and sensual and with a lot of mischief in his heart. He’s a lot of fun for me, and I think he’d be a lot of fun for Sam, too. He’s a bit of a line-pusher so I can see him really laying it on thick when he and Sam are in public (bonus points if Dean’s also around b/c we know what Jimmy would do to tease Sam.) Also, I like to think that Jimmy would be all over Sam and would enjoy the hell out of him taking control. Outside of that, I think they’d have a lot to give each other. Jimmy’s a free spirit and Sam’s more grounded. 

The two could have a dynamic I’d love to explore a little more in all kinds of contexts. They’ve been on my mind a lot recently.

42. Most boring plotline?

i can’t really answer the most boring plotline as opposed to plotlines that had potential but then got screwed up. like amara. she had the potential to be a great villain but then it was fucked up with that ending. and the british men of letters. i was kinda excited for them to be a new addition to the show but it got old really fast and it wasn’t enjoyable to watch. but i would have to say that the most boring plotline is this whole kelly kline and her child and lucifer running around footloose and fancy free. it’s old and yeah... boring.

just give me back my old salt and burns. you can’t go wrong with that.

Do you think either brother has any crazy kinks, and what does the other one do when he tells him? I honestly think Dean is pretty vanilla. Being pretend tied up (like just holding a rope around his wrist because he's been actually tied up too much) and spanked is about as kinky as he gets on his own. Sam on the other hand is a kinky fucker and is totally down for sounding and watersports and anything else. Especially because it usually involves a lot of research and that's his ultimate kink lol

I’m a little torn, honestly, because if we’re talkin’ super realistic towards canon I don’t think either of them would actually have many kinks because they’ve been tied up, thrown around, smacked, killed, tortured, ect. BUT screw canon, right? We don’t need that when we’re talking about kinks. 

I think Dean’s more tactical. He’s into sensation play. He would enjoy being fucked on silk sheets, tied with smooth nylon ropes and have ice or feathers drug across his body. Light touches and withdrawal of pleasure is something I think he’d really like. 

Sam, on the other hand, would be more into the mental aspect of being a Dom. He would love the crap out of researching proper technique and discussing it with other people and examining different toys and possibly coming up with his own. Like, he’d like to come up with a game plan for how their play is going to go, picking out the toys and coming up with rules he knows would be best suited to both of their needs. I think Dean’d be willing to push his boundaries a bit if Sam was involved, and he might try sounding or hard impact or suspension bondage. He trusts Sam and knows Sam’s done his damn research. 

Separately I can see Sam trying out things like waterspots, but I can’t really see it with Dean because of Dean’s issue with germs.

ooh thanks! so wynonna earp looks like a good option (although syfy shows haven’t grabbed me much in the past...) i started watching american gods but i kind of lost interest after a few episodes, i tend to do that. dean like me and hannibal sound like good options, i’ve been wanting to watch hannibal for a while!
