Sweet Beginnings': My First Baking Project

I always thought about baking; it's one of my dreams, and I thought it was easy. I thought I could make it perfect on my first try, but I was wrong. It really takes time to practice. My first bake was when I was in high school, the subject was Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE). Our lesson was about baking, and our teacher gave us a project which made me feel excited. I was asked what cake I would like to make, and I said, "maybe an upside-down cake." It's a vanilla cake; it is a very fudgy and moist vanilla cake filled with caramel and pineapple on the top with cherry on it. Upside-down cake was one of my favorite cakes that my Auntie Salome always baked. My aunt is always my inspiration in baking. I always watched her when she baked. When I heard a noise from the mixer and smelled the mixed ingredients of the batter and the smell of vanilla, I ran to her and began to watch until she finished. Sometimes I took some cake batter using my index finger, and my aunt would give me the bowl and let me consume the remaining batter. Back when I was in high school, there were 5 in my group, and I led the group that time. I assigned each one of us what to bring and what to buy for the ingredients for the "Upside-Down Cake," and they agreed. After the class, I went to my aunt's house, and I asked her how to bake the upside-down cake for our project. I asked her if my ingredients were correct.

My very first projects which I finally started back in 2018. Beaded crochet bracelets 🥰 I was still very iffy on the whole wire loop making side of things and these were certainly a handful to make while I was just starting out. First assignment

The project : This project is my first work in data managment and visualizations lesson. First, in the choices section I hesitated between nesarc and add health, the two books are interesting for me and I ended up choosing nesarc.

After that,I started to filter well in the book and see the different information it contains.I determined my first topic which is the consumption of alcohol, according to the book people consume different types of alcohol (beer, wine, collers, liquor ...) I extracted some data and variables from the book as the frequency of drinking.

Then I got interested in the relationship between alcohol consumption and divorce. It was divorce my second topic.I looked for the number of divorce in recent years and its causes.

Hypothesis : I suppose that the more we consume alcohol, the number of divorce cases increases.

I did some research and I found that divorce leads to consumption (article 1 below) but the opposite is not always true, on the other research done on the inhabitants,it affirm that the consumption of alcohol and the divorce cases are correlated,each one increases the other (article 2).

In my opinion, it is necessary to do other more detailed research and develop models to have clearer answers. And that is what I intend to do by following the rest of the training .
