i never see anyone mention that in s1 right in the first episode, daemon mentions otto’s wife alerie didn’t pass too long prior to ep 1.

alicent lost her mother, then had to comfort nyra abt the loss of hers and her baby brother, deal with her father making her go to viserys and then losing her best friend because viserys said he was going to wed her.

Alicent literally saying straight out that she wishes someone would’ve told her they were sorry for what happened to her before apologising to viserys, him thanking her but not reciprocating???

i have and never will understand alicent slander. she was 15 dealing with a whole load of shit.
