for dinner last night my genius gf had the idea to make hot dogs (the fancy kind, i splurged a little) split long ways down the middle and griddled until caramlized and golden and seared on the cast iron skillet, placed in a plush brioche bun, and topped generously w kimchi + kewpie mayo. was literally so insanely delicious i ate THREE lmao
