I want to finally share with the world the thoughts that cross my mind consistently, and how they have metamorphosized into the blurbs that I intend to write here.

They delved deep into information, a costly and computationally intensive endeavor that took considerable time to aggregate. Once they amassed enough, the focus shifted from unstructured, unspecified data to quality over quantity. User-centric data became the new norm.

Subscription services now dominate the market. Artificially, machines autonomously predict and provide answers to most people's needs.

Machines can now excel in art, science, technology, and even philosophy. However, their effectiveness is influenced by two key factors:

First, the quality of the fuel (data) they receive from the internet.

Second, the quality of user interaction, conversation, and experience models they autonomously build over time.

AI, at this stage, was in its infancy, and leaders from around the world sought to invest in and control it. Microsoft also came on board.

Let's return to 2016, 8 years ago, when Microsoft experimented with an AI BOT called Tay on Twitter (formerly X). It was a wide experiment that led to unexpected unethical behaviors.

The bot was fine at first, engaging in conversations based on publicly available data, as Microsoft described. However, after 24 hours of user interaction, they taught it to be racist, offensive, and it spiraled out of control. This led Microsoft to clean up tweets and limit account interactions to confirmed followers.

A year later, a group of researchers from Google collaborated with researchers from the University of Toronto and published a paper titled "Attention all you need." The paper focused on self-attention mechanisms, considered a revolution in the field, with profound implications. The latter became available for public use in 2022, two years after the Corona Pandemic, and the world buzzed again with a new chat bot called ChatGPT.

Reportedly, GPT can deceive people with false or biased information, opening the door for legal firms to discuss and take action against it or apps depending on it.

ChatGPT is rapidly growing and expanding from a simple chat app with limited information to having the ability to dictate articles and simulate people's style in conversation. It can now understand sounds and images and fetch real-time information from the web while generating information. ChatGPT has become an essential tool for many professionals and has even replaced Google for some.

Where are we heading? Is Generative AI the future? Professionals around the world are adopting Generative AI and incorporating it into every possible field.

The emergence of new technology brings forth new roles, studies, and companies. With that said, Generative AI is already replacing many human practices and routines.
