2. Composers Behind…
"There was a scene that we had shot, but when it was decided to put the coda in we felt like it would conflict with the Rick and Michonne bit. So we took it out," Nicotero told Insider over Zoom.
An individual close to the series later told Insider the "cut scene" was actually the finale's original ending, which would've jumped forward in time. A second individual familiar with the series, who asked to remain anonymous, but whose identity is known to Insider, corroborated the below.
After Daryl rode off, we cut forward to the Freedom Parkway, outside Atlanta — where the iconic shot of Rick rode down from the pilot. See an ethanol-modified van, with a young woman and man in the front seats (in their twenties). And through the scene, we come to realize it's adult RJ and Judith. Other adult versions of the kids are in the back — Coco, Gracie, etc. They're out there, looking to escort any survivors back to their communities. Continuing the legacy of their parents. As RJ speaks over the radio, he finishes with: "If you can hear me, answer back. This is Rick Grimes." (Which, of course, is his name — and the line Rick said in the pilot.) Then we end with the voice of a survivor answering back: "...Hello?"

Norman Reedus Refused to Do the Daryl Dixon Spinoff Without a Walking Dead Crew Member
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon executive producer Greg Nicotero reveals that Norman Reedus insisted on his involvement in the spinoff.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon executive producer Greg Nicotero recently recalled how star Norman Reedus refused to make the spinoff series without him.
According to Nicotero, Daryl Dixon was initially set in the US as well, in keeping with Reedus' vision for the show. "It was going to be Daryl going across the country like through New Mexico or the Midwest... It was something that Norman was super passionate about," he said. It's currently unclear why Daryl Dixon's story was ultimately shifted to Europe.

Do we really have to say anything more? I'm literally shocked about how they're approaching the whole project regarding the PR. Why is no one double checking what's being said? What about the good old phrases? They're exposing themselves every couple of weeks.
How long until Melissa's PR manager is starting to post again? Oh yes, when they start filming and the first pictures will trend on X. JDM we're counting on you to discredit Mel and her fans again.
"Norman's all about his scars, and he's all about his black eye. He really likes to be dirty. He likes to be spattered with blood, surprisingly. So that was something that he really — was the result of the troopers hitting him when he was running in with her to sort of find a doctor for Judith."
