Baghera and Mouse knew that Jaiden was aroace.  They knew it before they moved in with her. So to be completely honest it had a bit of a surprise when she started acting the way she did with them. It was something that couldn't specifically be called romantic but it was a way she didn't act around anybody but them. She let her arms go around them carefully. Held them. Let them hold her. It was something special. Something nobody was allowed to do but them. Baghera was allowed to preen her wings and Mouse was allowed to watch. Mouse would talk during their preening sessions on and on about her demon ancestry while the two girls picked at each other's wings in a way that both Baghera and Mouse knew wasn't just something anyone could do. 

They didn't wanna confront her about it before she was ready. They couldn't force her to realize her feelings. So they waited. Bid their time and let her slide into the level of comfort they had with each other. Let her slide in between their warm bodies in their bed at night, her wings curled around the two girls in such a protective way. Like they were her flock, Baghera explained to Mouse one night. Highest honor an avian can give to you.

“I'm honored,” Mouse said, feeling choked up. “Trust me.” 

Jaiden came to them. Sat them both down on the couch across from her, held a singular hand of theirs in hers. “I have no clue how to explain my feelings in words, or even to myself. But I haven't stopped thinking about either of you since you came into my life.” 

She took a long deep breath. “It's not the same. I still don't feel any romantic attraction. I am still aroace. But if you guys would have me I'd like to be your girlfriend.” 

Baghera couldn't stop the tears from trailing down her cheeks. “Amor, we would love absolutely nothing more.” 

Mouse nodded her affirmation as well, pressing a kiss to Jaiden's knuckles. “You are…” she glanced over at Baghera hesitantly.”-flock.” 

Baghera nodded. “Exactly. You are ours and we are yours.” 

“Girlfriends,” Mouse repeated. 

Jaiden smiled so strongly at them. “I love you guys. So so much. Thank you.”

-Ay, que guapo te ves- you told your boyfriend as he entered the makeup trailer and sat on the chair and you on the couch- Hay algo de la ropa de esa década en ti, que, me encanta.

You smiled as soon as you noticed your boyfriend blush on the mirror, he loved the compliments you gave him, but sometimes, he just didn’t knew how to respond to them, but it was something you loved about that, him blushing at your words and vice-verse.

-Gracias, cielo, pero en cuanto te maquillen las ojeras y los golpes, no creo seguir viéndome guapo- he answered to you smiling.

-Eh, que yo te he visto ojeroso muchas veces, y siempre me has parecido igual de guapo.- you told him as you got up from the couch and gave him a kiss on his cheek while he caressed one of your hands.

He just smiled feeling the time stoping while you were with him, near him, feeling your kisses and hugs, the whole long distance was a bit harsh on both of you, so when you could, like this time, you went to visit him.

It didn’t matter, you couldn’t have dates or be with him 24/7, what mattered to you and Fernando, was just this type of moments, being together, and alone, even if it was for just some seconds.

-¡Buenos días chicos!- the makeup artist said while entering the trailer- está bueno el frío, ¿eh?- her hands rubbed together trying to make them warm.

-Me imagino, no quiero estar enterrado en la nieve por horas, ojalá sea una escena sencilla.- Fernando answered while remembering the scenes from other days where he was freezing and the director took his sweet time placing the snow.

-Ese Bayona, es un genio pero vaya que es muy perfeccionista- the makeup artist agreed with your boyfriend- ¿Listo para empezar, Fer?

He nodded and the first steps of the routine began.

-Voy por café, mi vida.- you told your boyfriend while heading to the door, when a bunch of boys stopped you.

-¡Ah pero si es (yn)!- Fran said while hugging you- ¡Que bueno tenerte de visita!

Then another guy entered the room- ¡Hola a vos! ¿Cuando llegaste?- Mati asked and hugged you as well.

-Hace tres días más o menos, pero no nos habíamos visto- you said smiling, you liked the boys, they were so much to hang around with.

-¿por qué nadie entrá?- Felipe asked as seeing everyone on the door until he saw it was you- ¡(yn)! Estás acá- he pushed the other guys and gave you a hug.

And that’s how it went for another, 5 more guys, who were there to get makeup or just to mess with Fernando.

You were sitting on a chair next to Bayona, the film director, seeing what the cameras and microphones were catching on a small screen, it was a scene between Fernando’s character and Enzo’s, you were already with tears in your eyes with the whole speech you boyfriend delivered, and also so moved by seeing him doing the thing he loved the most.

-Lo está haciendo excelente- Bayona told you in a whisper and you just nodded with more tears in your eyes as the dialogues moved forward. -¡Y corte!

He shouted and everyone came back to reality, you waved to your boyfriend and he to you before hearing some comments from the director and nodding such as Enzo did, both were good actors, but of course, something about Fernando’s was heart touching and just remembering everything was real and someone, years ago, was were you boyfriend, just was more moving and brought tears to your eyes.

Your boyfriend noticed that you were gonna start to cry, he knew you so well, and even though he wanted to run to you and give you a big comforting hug, he couldn’t, the light was on point and they couldn’t lose it, so he chose to concentrate to do the scene quickly and could ran to give you the hug you needed.

You noticed his look on you and quickly dried your tears and just gave him a thumbs up which make him feel a little more relieved that you weren’t feeling bad, so he just gave you a smile in return.

-Dale, Contigiani concéntrate, ya podrás estar con ella después- the director scold him making him laugh and also Enzo.

You just smiled shyly, feeling again in school and you just focused on other stuff while he was chatting with his boss and co workers.

The scene took like five tries, in which you teared up a little more and more, but until it was the scene to film the scene of Arturo dying, that was when you couldn’t held the tears and just cried and sobbed so much, it was a sad moment and, just thinking about them living it in real life, broke your heart a little more, making you cry much more.

Bayona yelled cut and everything was right, so they wrapped that scene, and as soon as they did, Fernando ran to you, and immediately hugged you.

-¿Que pasó?, ¿por qué lloras?- he said scared and worried, it wasn’t normal that you cried so much, and you never did it at Fernando’s work, it was a new thing for him.

-Ay, es que vos…- was the only thing you could’ve said between boogers and sobbing.

-¿Pero, que hice yo? Si yo he estado trabajando, ¿es eso?, ¿te dejé de lado?, perdón- your boyfriend said quickly wiping your tears away.

-No, no, es que me haces llorar con tu actuación, sentí que estaba viendo al verdadero Arturo, y todo me hizo llorar, de lo genial que lo hiciste, amor- you finally could said wiping your nose laughing a little.

-¿En verdad, hice un buen trabajo?- he asked excited.

-No estaría llorando sino lo hubieras hecho bien.- you answered, still hugging him.- Ay, que hermoso trabajo estás haciendo.

And he just kissed you, nothing could break that moment nor you apart.
