What do ya mean I can't kill him?
As much as I loathe to admit it, it is not William Afton's time to die.
But it should be! You of all people should- [He pauses as he notices someone was listening. Micheal. Shit, kid was always poking around.]
[Standing in a doorframe watching them] you! Again! What do you mean my father should be dead?l

Hey, I love your AU but how does Douma eat? Does he just change diet to eating some other kind of being, still keeps it a secret, or is the lady just cool with it?
Douma still eats humans! It's kinda messed up! :D
If she knew about it she definitely wouldn't be okay with it! One fateful night, Kotoha decided to announce herself before opening the door.
And since then, Douma has taken his meals somewhere else so she won't ever find out.

Dragon's Dogma 2: Main Pawn - Affinity
As it turns out, your Main Pawn can be befriended by/"fall in love" with your Arisen (the Main Character).
Pictured below: my Main Pawn fawning, aka: the blushy boy
(i play on the lowest settings to save frames, bear with me)
Look at this dork! :'D
I accidentally got him in this state by spending waaay too much gold on him at the Clovis's Barberie (the hairstylist), but you can also gain affinity with your Pawn by:
high-fiving them after fights, spending time with them by drinking at the taverns (beer mug icon on the map), waving at them every-so-often ("hail" interaction) and talking with them from time to time (small talk/matters of import)
So - by treating Pawns like real people, they can become more… human?
...and fall in love?

Varadha. Baachi's older brother parent.
it's funny to think about Baachi being the child everyone forgot about except for baachi himself, damn bro but he truly was neglected by the rest of the mannars.
meaning, he was raised by varadha.
imagine varadha, an eleven year old child, who'd just faced disgrace because he'd given up the one thing that would bring him status in khansaar and who'd lost rajamannar's approval overnight
imagine varadha having to let go of his one true friend, deva, who was everything to him, in a place where not only did he have nobody else, but with the knowledge that most of his family hated his existence and that other lords would follow that example
varadha, who had to cope with all of this, and simultaneously not only be an elder sibling, but also a literal parent.
imagine baba watching an eleven year old varadha, making sure his even younger brother was clothed, fed, and grew up safely.
varadha has several scars, both old and fresh.
baachi has barely any.
in a place like khansaar, imagine how diligent and protective varadha had to have been for baachi to be safe, healthy, and as outspoken as he is now?
if baachi seems dramatic, or even cowardly in some situations, it means that varadha has raised him, as much as possible, outside of the purview of all the humiliation and pain he himself has faced.
and it's only expected that baachi would not realize the full extent of that, being as sheltered as he has been by varadha.
baachi loves varadha, like a younger brother would, but with the carelessness of a child, taking him for granted the way a child is bound to take their guardians lightly - because he was raised by varadha.
and varadha loves him unconditionally, quietly, sacrificially, because he is the one to have raised baachi. baachi was probably one of his reasons to get from one day to the next, the way a parent exists for a child when there is nothing else to keep them moving forward.

Tbh the group you have going for surge wednesdays is really good, you all play off each other really well and make the streams extra fun. If possible it would be really cool to have them stay for whatever game/games you do after surge 2
Did anyone else hear that? It was like... Some sort of frightening Echo from 2012... Must've been the wind

I (Intentionally, I'm nosy!) vaguely spoiled myself on the ending and starting thinking about them and started just bawling and I started doodling this in the hopes it would calm me down but I just kept crying for most of the time I was sketching it 🫶🏾
It's okay though .... No matter what I already thought of a way for them to have a happy ending ✌🏾 it'll take a little while but they'll get there. Also realizing I forgot their grey hairs but I don't wanna edit this 😭
Gal isn't a sorcerer rn and likely won't be for the foreseeable future cuz I've been enjoying traveling as a duo with him, but their mage/sorcerer outfits compliment each other so well I drew it anyways 😭
