Yes! I actually mentioned that in my first post on the topic too. It's interesting to me that they changed it, and I'm very curious as to how it was originally written because I can't entirely picture what it could've been?

I think the umbrella works really well though, and Sam's right that that line - "I'm a little wet" - is pretty great, haha. It works so well both as this shift into something new for Louis while simultaneously being a reversion to who he was as the pimp and brothel owner in New Orleans. I know people tend to like to think that the powerful pimp was an act for Louis, but I do think that it is a real part of him - it's just not the only part of him, y'know?

watching danerys edits and all i can think about is how cora's story starts and ends where danery's does . danny's very existence is woven into the fabric of time , when all is said and done , coraline is there , waiting for the targaryens that do have that that calling to the iron throne - she's a witness , a built in advisor to warn the future of past because they're so delicately sown in time that repetition is the biggest downfall of the targaryens - she's a leader in her own right , but there's never been a moment where she's truly felt this calling to BE queen ; it's not her ( has she thought about it ? sure , what targaryen doesn't ? but a thought that remains a thought , &. a thought that actually becomes boring ) i truly feel like she lives because of danerys , have i thought this out in full ? not even a little bit . does it feel right , do i feel it in my bones that there is a thought here that i need to run with ? fucking yes . is danerys that bitch ? she is that bitch &. we love her !

This morning, Nick asked for a pencil--I pulled one out of my hair for him. 

Later, Lily asked for a bookmark--I pulled one out of my hair for her. 

Later, Duncan asked if anybody had a spare hairtie--I made him cup his two hands together, filled his hands with all the things currently in my hair, took the scrunchie out of my hair, twisted my hair back up and anchored it with pencils, put all my stuff back in it, and gave him the scrunchie. 

Later, Mom asked for a permanent marker--I pulled one out of my hair for her. 

Later, Ben said he was feeling snacky, did anybody have anything to eat.  I do not, I must admit, actually keep food in my hair.  But I did have novelty kitkats in my pocket, and I did get bored the other day and spend a little time on my sleight of hand. 

I pulled one, two, three kitkats out of my hair for him.

I dont know why but ive been really into doing landscaping in sims lately

this is the only part of this house thats fully done. i moved a sim in so i could use the TOOL mod so the plants wouldnt be floating on the hill and to smush the rocks into the steeper parts a bit better and THEN i found a bunch of debug planters and thought it would be cool if THOSE were set in ground and it became a whole thing

unfortunately debug items cant be rotated with the tool mod so i just had to lower them into the ground until all parts were touching the ground in some way but oh well. it looks fine so thats all that matters tho i did notice a few of the plants that i missed that are still floating. you may be able to see them in one of the pictures lol

the balconies are also both done but i didnt include pictures of them....mostly cuz i forgot.

i realized after i started taking screenshots that i forgot to stick some windows on the first floor of the side of the house that the greenhouse is on. the kitchen is gonna be in that area and i was waiting til after i got that laid out before adding windows but i meant to add some temporary ones for the screenshots and got distracted by the balconies.....which you cant even really see in the screenshots lmao

thinking a lot about steven and his neurodivergency. about him and his rsd, about how he holds those he subconsciously chooses as his people so close to him, to the point where he constantly overthinks interactions after the fact. thinking about how he chooses not to dwell on a lot of it but then sometimes he does and it leads to his general avoidance habit. thinking about how much his special interests mean to him and the levels of exploring he'll do to find or see things he wants so badly to see. thinking about what he'd do if he were to ever sneak or clear his name to go see the crater in paldea specifically

i was rambling to a friend about how like i think his mutations went one of two ways.

1. the way i drew him here. Funny beastie boy friend love him.

rewatching "Matilda" and i just realized that when Matilda and Mrs. Phelps are talking by the lake, and Matilda mentions that her mother's waiting for her and misses her terribly when she's gone, the instrumental of "My House" starts playing.

listen i cried about three times when i first watched this movie and now i'm crying again because Miss Honey was destined to be Matilda's mom from the very beginning 😭😭😭😭😭
