For day 12 I chose Jono and drew him in the style of Cowboy Bebop! Don't know who Jono is? Well, are you a Hermitcraft fan? Then yes you do.

It's SO cool and I'm not biased because I am the robot voice in the beginning Anyway, I chose Jono for this because he does not get enough hype! He makes incredible music and he streams on Twitch too! Note: Jono's Twitch streams are like, barely PG-13 on a well-behaved day. You've been warned.

I thought Cowboy Bebop worked well for Jono because Cowboy Bebop has a great jazz-inspired soundtrack yada yada yada who cares. if you wanna know more about Cowboy Bebop and see style references you can google it, this post is bout Jono. Go give Jono some love. :) ( Gamers outreach dono link )

Like forgive me, i was in middle school, but i seem to recall a relatively widespread understanding that she was not a great person while the show was still in the earliest stages of pre-production, did i miss a memo???

What if we were both ReGenes and escaped together and our bond of survival turned into a bond of siblinghood and we promised to keep each other safe. And then we clumsily stumbled our way into being vigilantes and one of us was better at being a hero while the other wanted to remain hidden. And then what if during a mission one of us saw the other point their gun into their mouth and the other had no choice but to tackle them but the window was right there and the ground tore us both apart.

Then imagine we're separated for five years, each being told the other is dead and both being haunted by the negative space left by their absence. And then one of us escapes first, and the other escapes second and by some miracle we find each other again. But we're both so broken, and it takes a while for either of us to trust again.

i just. of course goth girl and campy ghost are the ones who became iconic and in the musical it served th story and the medium to put them first but i think people collectively forget how much of the charm of the original movie is this boring little suburban couple trying to haunt their own house, and it's not a flaw it's what grounded it and created a lot of the humor and gave the audience a point of view from which to enter the whacky neitherworld etc beetlejuice himself was barely in that because the twenty or so minutes for which he's present are so effective and rewarding. anyways the new movie trailer is mostly lydia and him i guess
