Dressing Down

The farm was eerie in the moonlight. Before the outbreak, you had just been old enough to get into scary movies. It was strange that despite all the things you had gone through. All the horrific things you had witnessed. Those same horror cliches still chilled you. The full moon, the abandoned barn, the high grass. They all added to the fear shooting up your spine. 

With years of muscle memory behind you, you easily made it to a good hiding spot. Low and slow, listening out for any tell tale sounds. All you had to do was make it the rest of the way to the house and you'd be safe. 

From your vantage point, the coast was clear. There were a few places you could hide to cross the forty feet between you and the porch. Even in the brightness of the full moon, the crates should give you enough cover to evade him. The ground was soft under your feet, luckily it wasn't dry enough to make too much noise. 

With fifteen feet behind you, you took a good look around, still no sign of him. Another ten down, still quiet. With fifteen to go you threw caution to the wind. Pushing off from your hiding place you launched yourself into a sprint. With less than ten to go you saw the glimmer of moonlight on metal coming from your right. Sliding to a halt, you dug your heels in before spinning on them. As quick as you were, you still lost valuable time. Time that allowed him to get within reach. His hand came up to your shoulder, only to come away with a piece of your flimsy outfit as your feet finally got traction. Adrenaline surged through you as you surged for the tractor. 

The helmet reduced his field of vision significantly. Disappearing behind the tractor would give you enough cover to lose him. Just as you reached past the back wheel, he caught you. One large gloved hand shoved between your shoulder blades, slamming you forward on the seat. His hips pressed against your ass to further pin you as his hands pushed your shoulders down.

"You shouldn't have run. All you did was piss me off." Hunter growled as he held you down. "I have to think of a plan for what to do with you but I can't think straight while I'm all worked up."

Thick, gloved fingers dug into the flesh of your thighs before trailing up the inside. 

"I wonder what I could do to clear my head." He asked, voice dangerously low and thick with arousal. 

Two figures sliding in you from behind told you he had an idea.

"Fuck. Joel." You groaned, nails clawing at the tractor seat beneath your chest.

His free hand came up to squeeze your throat. "What did you call me?"

"Sorry. I mean, Hunter." You tried to back track. 

"You've forgotten my name. That won't do. How about I make you say it so many times that it stays in your head?" His fingers curled up inside you, bringing you up to your toes as he pushed deeper. "Jo..Hunter!" Your back arched as you called his name.

"That's more like it." The cocky grin was clear in his voice.

Taking advantage of his moment of hubris, as he pulled his fingers back out you managed to push him off before sprinting for the barn.

The hayloft was your best chance, there was a ladder propped up outside against the window that you could escape down. If you could get up there. The older wooden ladder creaked in protest as you made it about six runs up before Joel's arm came around your waist, snatching you from the ladder and launching you into the nearby stack of hay. The impact wasn't hard but it was enough to wind you slightly, giving him enough time to pin you with his body once more. 

"I better give you a reason to stay inside." With that the barely there cosplay was ripped from your body leaving you naked. "Wouldn't want anyone catching a glimpse of you like this or…" He tutted "...seeing how wet this has you. Has the thought of me taking what I want from you got you this worked up? You nasty little whore." The rough material of his gloves dragged across your nipples as he palmed your breasts, squeezing them harshly. You bit back the moan that threatened to escape. One of his hands left you to adjust the bulge in his flight suit. The moment of relief it brought him proved distracting enough for you to put the hand on you into a hold. "Guess I'll be needing these." Before you could work out what he was talking about, he was securing your hands with handcuffs.

Day 3: Gus Porter

Gus being younger than most of the school, yet being one of the smartest, most talented students in Hexside. I'm glad he had his own episode that got most of the spotlight, Labyrinth Runners, and it became one of the most well-received episodes in the show.

Gus is not just a smart person. He's exceptionally talented. We're talking about a student who paid half his attention in class, sometimes even zero attention, while still getting through all the class with ease as a younger student. He managed to be in the same class with older students, handled the situation in Through The Looking Glass Ruins, and of course, beating Adrian, a freaking coven head, in Labyrinth Runners. But he's not always that way. He's not very confident about his power, even at one point wanting to ditch Illusion for another coven, only to master Illusion even harder to beat the Illusion coven head.

Gus is also not really confident surrounding himself with older students, but he found another student who also was not fond of the people in school. Willow and Gus' first interaction is really nice. Willow was like Gus' older sister in school, Willow's first interaction was to help Gus, and Gus had to remind her to take care of herself during her breakdown in For The Future. In a place where both can't seem to get along with anyone, they got each other, and from there built their friend group even further.

His relationship with Luz is really interesting. Back when Gus was really obsessed with researching humans, Luz's appearance to him is valuable, as he has someone who can give him knowledge about the human world. But after Something Ventured, Something Framed, they have bonded so well. No longer just an embassy to the human world, Luz now is a great friend to Gus, ready to help each other. And I'm glad Gus is no longer the leader of the Human Appreciation Society, as he had more things to do together with Luz.

Gus is the 3rd Hexside student who knows who's behind the Golden Guard face, and he quickly became Hunter's buddy. Labyrinth Runners had done so much for Gus, as it explored one of the main characters of the show, and one of its achievements is the first time Hunter and Gus fighting side by side. Gus contributed a lot to changing Hunter to Hexside's side, befriending him, and then introducing him to Cosmic Frontier. The two boys spent their time in the human realm with Camila's favourite comic, and even cosplayed as the characters, ready to go fight tooth and nail against Belos.

Gus' palisman Emmiline is awesome. A chameleon who matched with him because he wanted to be an ambassador, what a duo. With the nature of chameleon being able to blend in any environment they need to, Emmiline will be a really good sidekick to this incredibly talented boy.

Overall, Gus is one of the coolest characters in the show. He's incredible, he's a fighter, a peacemaker, and a successful student/MC/journalist. With the new trailer of Watching and Dreaming, I'm hoping to see him using all his best for the final fight.

This was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING i loved pretty much everything about it

First of all the more surface level plot irrelevant details: MARSHA NON BINARY I REPEAT MARSHA NON BINARY!! The nails!! It's everything to me!!! Also are they and Vee going to be a thing? That would be cute? Although once again, it's a nblw relationship i am still waiting for mlm/nblm rep in this cartoon that's more than Willow's dads who's names they don't even say in the series or Edric and his unnamed they/them date who never actually appear in the show itself (I'm also looking at Gus and Mattolomule. And of course Darius and Alador. Please.)

Also. Amphibia references. I'm a sucker for them.

Now onto actually plot relevant shit:

I'm SO glad we got some backstory for Camila! I've always felt a bit mixed about her because parents showing negative response to their child being neurodivergent is a big trigger for me in media as i found out through the owl house and falsettos, but this way it makes SO much more sense, she was peer pressured into sending Luz to that camp. I'm able to love her way more now. She's best mom.

The boiling isles kids learning spanish with Duolingo was amazing

Hunter and Gus being nerds. And nerding out over something Camilla used to nerd out about. Yes please.

The Azura Hecate lumity cosplay was adorable! Also Luz's Azura obsession came from her dad thanks for the tears.

Okay now I'm going to breakdown Luz and Hunter a bit more because i feel like they were the true focuses of this episode.

Luz: oh boy this girl sure is full of guilt and trauma. I get why she feels responsible for the showing belos how to get to the collector thing but as Hunter said that's what belos does he manipulates people. He would've done it with someone else if it wasn't Luz. Also her bonding with her mom was adorable. I'm so glad she could use glyphs in the human realm with the titan blood i'm hoping by the end of the series she'll be able to permanently be a witch no matter what dimension she's in.

Hunter: where do i even start on him? He was really finally becoming his own person. Nerding out with Gus, getting a haircut which BY THE WAY is not bad unlike how some people try to frame it i'm glad he can find his own identity more, he also likes sewing it's nice. But then fucking belos. The fact that slipping back into the golden guard role still gives him a sense of comfort is really interesting to me. That emotional breakdown he had when Luz told him he's family may just be one of my favorite Hunter scenes ever. And it's not the only one in this special. And then belos slowly taking over him and bringing out his worst side. That scene where he was talking to Luz with his back turned when they were at the graveyard gave me CHILLS. And then of course him telling belos what he truly wants. My other favorite Hunter scene. It was perfect. And the fact that flapjack is the thing that made him want to take control back over his body. The fact that unlike the others he didn't really have anyone from the boiling isles to miss except maybe Darius. Now he has his loss holly shit. Sidenote: am i the only one who noticed his eyes were brown after Flapjack revived him? I wonder if he's more human now in a way? Or maybe it was just the lighting i dunno.

I’m definitely a closeted nerd. I cosplay. I love Sci Fi and fantasy based tv series/ movies / games like Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Star Wars, and Star Trek. Aliens of any species have always fascinated me. I loved reading horror/ fantasy books. My absolute favourite things to do with friends are panic rooms and laser tag, anything competitive or challenging with a team.

Personality wise: I'm pretty outgoing for an introvert. I like my alone time but I need intimacy from the people closest to me. I'll talk about anything and will try anything at least once. I'm an ambitious and academically focused person, school and my career are my #1 priority. I’d say my flaw is being a perfectionist which can lead to anxiety and make me overly critical of myself. Overall I’m a passionate person who wants to know more about the big universe she's in."

Every strong aspect of yours complements Fugitive's beautifully. From being a closeted nerd to doing well socially but still need your own space. 

Everything about you interests him. When he thinks he knows all of you, you come through the door with pokemon nails and he can't help but stop for a second because that shouldn't be nearly as cute as it is.

Fugitive knows more about human culture than the average yautja does. A lot more, he could say; so getting to watch and talk about movies, series and games with you is the one thing he didn't know he needed. Fugitive had never really played games before, at least nothing like the human ones you show him. His favorite is Dragon age, he loves slaying dragons in the game but never leaves a side quest behind, finishes the game 100%. While the controller might be too small and the pc keyboard too fragile, he loves getting to spend time with you, even if it means not playing while you both wait on for a custom made controller for his size, he will gladly watch you play (while also giving his input on whatever you're doing, call it hunter's experience)

Another thing that Fugitive loves about you is how willing you are to try things. Number one; because he's an alien, and no average person would just accept him like that, and also because he himself is not afraid to try anything new. Fugitive had never eaten sushi before, so when you introduce it to him, he's curious. Definitely breaks the first set of disposable chopsticks that comes with the food on accident, is grateful for the hardwood ones you own

Fugitive loves engaging in the activities you do, the tae kwon-do black belt sure did both impress and intrigue him in the best way possible. He can't help but feel some sort of pride watching your moves and just how well you can find for yourself, he asks you about your techniques and tries to mimic them, you draw the line of your little training session when he kicks a tree too hard and breaks it in half

Loves playing wrestling and sparring with you, and while it may seem impossible to play wrestle with a yautja, with Fugitive it's not only possible but also fun! Plus it does lead to more...strenuous activities because of all the manhandling going on

All in all, Fugitive would love to know you and all these layers that make you more and more interesting and fun to be with while you do the same thing to him! You bring out the best in each other in a way that he hadn't ever expected happening, he falls hard for you!
