The Hunting Grounds is where people who have contracted Lycanthropy(Werewolves, Werebears, etc.) Go after they die. They will hunt prey with Hircine for the rest of eternity

You can actually go to the Hunting Grounds in The Elder Scrolls:Online. I haven't found many screen shots of the actual place on google, but it's explained as a paradise for hunters. It's a big forest with the souls of animals from Nirn for Hircine's followers to hunt down.

Heya! I finally read SLAKE HOUSE, and your story was so cool! I was looking forward to it after how much I enjoyed A Grisly Communion, and oh boy! wow! love how you described the scenery and sensations in Hunting Grounds. Good stuff.

I'm curious, have you ever drawn anything from that story? I wondered what the various creatures might've looked like in your style as I was reading, and how it might differ from what I saw in my head. understandably they don't seem easy to illustrate with all that shifting around though, haha

To answer ur question- I haven't, but I've thought about it!! In PARTICULAR I wanna draw the Thing on the Bed- but someday I'd love to take a stab at trying to show what they looked like in my head.

She's a werewolf and in this artwork, still stuck in the hunting grounds, after the major hunt of the year by Hircine. She came out as a survivor. The second thing she did after waking up from her post transformation nap, was get dressed and put her hair up. She has her priorities straight.

A bit late, my thoughts on The Expanse: A Telltale Series, episode two, "Hunting Grounds"! Not as long as the previous one.

Very eager to see where this plot's going, and since I waited so long to play the episode, I find out tomorrow! Unless events drive me to not play it tomorrow.

Oh, holy shit, the stuff with Maya is so gay. Lovely. I'm terrified to see what happens to that poor woman.

The PDC bit was badass. Some classic Expanse-y "steely-eyed missile person" space combat there.

I feel bad not finding the meds for Arlen, or the crystal that turned out to be important for Khan's surgery last episode. Hope it doesn't have too much of an impact later.
