so uhh, my eyebleeding colours and rain world banner and pfp may be gone soon so that I can fully hyperfixate on new stuff

I love rain world, never leaving the fandom (and still very much drawing all my fellas)

but I really have needed to experience other stuff. With rain world, I came here, got way more love and attention than I knew what to do with. met new friends, got new experiences, got new memories good and bad.

Honestly through the years my fixation on rain world felt more strained, it brings comfort yes but i also needed new stuff. and aus weren't helping, and roleplays never really work for me. and some friends became ex friends. and new trauma was made. and while I still love the scugs, and they are a part of me. I feel like this new fandom I am falling into has more love and fun experiences I can learn and grow with.

i need to stretch my skills and improve, i need growth and rest. I need to fall in love with something new. like I did with rain world.

These are my earliest rw art I have saved (25 july 2022? apparently, but i did change computers at a point and that might have changed the date) and my most recent full artwork (26 april 2024)

I have improved a lot, but now I feel stagnant, i feel like i need new challenges outside of school work.

i was stuck in a real time loop of draw or people stop seeing me, talk to all my friends about their problems or they will all leave me, hide how I feel because people might abuse my feelings. But I know none of that is true.

And as I have said before, this is a blog for all my dumb stuff and hyperfixations. I love people, and I love this community. and I hope my art still makes people happy

might even start doing more oc stuff. i leave college after this year and i might need a portfolio. I hope some of you stay but I understand if me changing might be a bit much and you unfollow.

But really I am still the same guy, you can still send me rain world asks, and talk about rw ocs, and I will still add rw to my queue, and I am not unfollowing any of my mutuals. Who knows maybe this is a phase and I will come right back to this

And I know I can make a side blog but really this feels like a thing for my main blog, if you want I could adapt a side blog to have all my rain world art and I can keep posting rain world more there. if people want that.

But i feel like my art as a whole will get better from this. and maybe I can be that fun art guy rather than just the poly ship rain world guy who has a lot of weird issues.

TLDR: My blog is changing. I still will do rain world stuff but my focus will be everywhere else. This is for my mental health and so I can improve my art. But i am still a big rain world fan and that won't stop any time soon

during one of my “endlessly scrolling through tumblr looking at people’s opinions on Sky lore” nights I noticed one of your posts about a Valley Priestess? Several other people had drawn/talked about Valley Priestess and I am incredibly confused as to who she is

Let's go back in time, circa 2017-2018, when Sky was still in development, and was yet to hit the shelves. During that time, TGC presented their pre-release concepts of what was back then known as Sky: Light Awaits, at CAFA GAME ART 2018 exhibition, held at Cetral Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing, China from september 8 to October 7. In that exhibition, TGC presented the crowd with a bunch of concept art, story directions and ideas, and some world-building of their upcoming game. However, for the specifc question you asked, we need to focus on number 3. Storyline. More specifically, this bit right here:

You see this? Right here? "Descendants summon and challenge and ancient (priestess)" YUP, THERE SHE IS, RIGHT HERE!! That is one of the first, and frankly, the last times she gets officially mentioned. Why? Because she was replaced by the Valley twins. That is also why the twins share one name: Samekh, because they used to be one elder, to whom this name belonged. How do we know this? Because in the concept art where the twins start to appear, they are both labeled Samekh... Just like in this very little and crunchy concept art:

You see her? In the corner?

There she is! As we can see, this singular figure is also labeled Samekh. And since we know that Samekh is the name of the valley elders and the singular Valley elder for the Priestess, we can conclude this is a concept art of her :) if you want to know more about elders' names, you can always check out Grandpa's (@grapeless-seeds) very neat doc right here!

Now, you may be asking: "If she is just a scraped elder that was already replaced by other elders, how did she resurface again?" That is a very good question! And it has a VERY long and VERY interesting history behind it.

Despite her being in the concept art, not many acknowledged her existence, moreover being anyway related to the current Valley elders. Even though many asked themselves the question "Why were there two Valley elders, and why are they so much younger than the rest of them?", a big part of the fandom agreed on the headcanon that the twins were simply two parts of one being who got split. And so, Priestess laid dormant in the discarded concept art. But things were about to change.

Let's jump into the future, circa 2020-2021, when the fandom's love for lore and elders was at it's height. Theories were flowing left and right, and as you know, Sky lore enjoyers often dig through countless concept art for crumbs of lore we usually don't get in the game. And one of said concepts through which a certain group of people dug through was the concept of Priestess. Unconciouslly, her image rooted itself in the minds of elder lore enthusiasts.

In 2020, Grandpa, who was a pretty influential Sky artist and theorist on Skyblr and the western Sky fandom, posted this headcanon on her twitter:

This, as far as I'm aware, was one of the first instances of the idea that not only the twins aren't just two halves of one being, but that they are actually children of an elder long gone: the Priestess.

Soon enough after it, a sketch by @artificial-radiance Was posted on Skyblr, featuring this idea yet again.

While the headcanon was still really obscure, it did manage to trickle down into the hearts of some very passionate (and lowkey insane) people, like me. I mean, How could it not! It was a perfect setup for drama, mystery, and the "dead mom" trope! It could finally give a much spicier explanation for the twins being younger than the rest of the elders than the "split theory" we knew beforehand. And a few more fan arts and headcanons started showing up, here are some examples:

As you can see, back then the design for her was really close to the single concept art piece we had - a hooded silhouette with not a lot of unique features.

The awareness of Priestess and the idea of her being the mother of the current Valley elders rooted itself stronger. But you know what really made it bloom?

Eldertwt.

Eldertwt was a joke roleplay a bunch of sky fans started on Twitter dot com, where each created a profile after an elder or a Sky spirit, interacting and making a bunch of shenanigans. The whole thing was filled with deez nuts and gay jokes, and it really didn't seem to be going anywhere serious...

Until, Grandpa, yet again, dropped a priestess bomb. In a, surprisingly, heartwrenching Eldertwt storyline (no I'm serious, you HAD to be there when it went down), Grandpa introduced Priestess again, finally forever basing Priestess as an existing character and the mother of the twins. With Grandpa drawing her in her style, a change in the way she was drawn was done

And many who proceeded to draw her for Eldertwt based on Grandpa's design really hammered it down. Here are some examples

As you can see, Priestess went from a hooded silhouette in a crunchy concept art into a full-fledged character with hair, face, and personality. With Priestess stopped being an obscured piece of concept art, she found her way into the hearts of many.

Before long, the simple little headcanon grew into a full-fledged fanon, with fanart, theories, ships, and fanfics being produced with priestess as a character in them. And honestly? This perhaps was one of the most favorite things I got to experience in Sky fandom. How a bunch of strangers came together and out of pure love and interest took a piece of concept art and a little text that never made it past development, and turned it into a full, recognizable character. And yes, this fanon might not be the most popular, and most people still go by the "split elder" theory for twins. But Priestess is THERE. She is no longer a forgotten and discarded piece of art. She is a character who holds importance to many, including me.

And you might say "Well, isn't it silly, to turn a character that doesn't even exist in the final game into a full-fledged fanon?" And you would be right, it is silly. But it's fun. And in a game like Sky, where most of what we know is through concept art, is it really a stretch to give importance to a piece of it?

Besides... Once you learn about Priestess...

You start to notice that perhaps, she isn't gone from the game entirely 😉

Dean Winchester x Reader - Ballroom Blitz

Right- sp I've gotten myself hyperfixated on Supernatural and well- I'm only on season 5 but I had an idea- so here we go

So imagine-

Dean and Sam were on another case, chasing what they presumed to be demons. A string of murders had been traced back to a bar in fucktown nowhere Pennsylvania, and the brothers had immediately swung by the bar once they made the connection.

(Are you ready, Steve? Uh-huh.

Andy? Yeah.

Mick? Okay.

Alright, fellas, let's go!)

As soon as they entered the bar, they were hit in the face by loud music, the stench of alcohol, and the overall buzz as a hoard of people gathered on the dance floor. Dean looked around with a smirk. This was something he could get used to.

"Hey Sammy, why don't-"

"Oh, it's been getting so hard. Living with the things you do to me"

Dean was cut off by the band that was currently providing entertainment for the customers at the bar. His eyes swept across the makeshift stage of the joint, and up to the singer, who was already looking directly at him. He tilted his head in question, but the singer only smirked and averted their eyes to his brother.

"My dreams are getting so strangeI'd like to tell you everything I see" they sang, looking directly at Sam before grinning and looking to the back of the bar.

"OH!" They practically yelled, causing Dean to spin around to see what they were looking at, thinking something was wrong.

"I see a man in the back as a matter of fact. His eyes was as red as the sun."

He turned back around with a roll of his eyes, now realizing it was only part of the song. When he looked back at the stage you were looking at him again, with a shit eating grin.

"And the girl in the corner that no one ignores 'Cause she thinks she's the passionate one" You said, and even though it was only a lyric, Dean could tell by the glint in your eye and the way you nodded your head in his direction, you were aiming the line at him.

(Oh yeah! It was like lightning

Everybody was frightening

And the music was soothing

And they all started grooving

Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah)

He couldn't keep his eyes off you as you preformed. It's like God had made you the headlight and Dean the deer, unable to move a muscle, to entranced.

"And the man in the back said, "Everyone attack", And it turned into a ballroom blitz" You sang, making a pointed glance to the back of the bar again, but Dean didn't pay much mind to it, a stupid boyish grin still present from the moment he laid eyes on you.

You only rolled your eyes once they were trained back on him. "And the girl in the corner said, "Boy I want to warn you", It'll turn into a ballroom blitz" You continued, crossing one foot over the other and spinning around with a wide grin. He couldn't lie, you had a captivating stage presence.

Once you finished the chorus you spun back around, locking eyes with Dean again, before sinking to the stage floor on one knee.

"Oh reaching out for something. Touching nothing's all I ever do" You sang, stretching out a hand to the middle of the crowd. "Oh I softly call you over" you said, moving you arm so your hand was reaching out towards Dean, before beckoning him over with one of your fingers. "Then you appear there's nothing left of you."

Dean almost without hesitation began walking closer to you, only being stopped by a hand on his shoulder. "Dean no. You promised you would help me investigate" Sam protested, but Dean shrugged his hand off. "I am helping" Dean insisted with a smirk before walking over to you, moving so there wasn't more than a few feet between the two of you.

"And the man in the back is ready to crack. As he raises his hands to the sky" You continued, your eyes stareing into the shorter brother, as if you were trying to tell him something. "And the girl in the corner is everyone's mourner. She could kill you with a wink of her eye." Then with a very pointed wink, you were standing up again, dancing across the stage, returning to give your audience your full attention.

(Oh yeah!

It was electric

So frantically hectic

And the band started leaving

'Cause they all stopped breathing

Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah)

As soon as the bridge was over you once again sunk to your knees, seeing as Dean hadn't move from his spot. "And the man in the back said, "Everyone attack" And it turned into a ballroom blitz" You sang again, and looked to the back of the bar once more, and this time Dean looked back catching a glimpse of a man who looked to have black eyes.

Realization flashed in his eyes as the song lyrics finally sunck in. However, he didn't have enough time to react as he felt fingers grasp his chin and turn his head back towards you.

"And the girl in the corner said, "Boy I want to warn you"It'll turn into a ballroom blitz. Ballroom blitz." You repeated, emphasizing your words, keeping your firm grasp on his chin to make sure he understood what you were saying before letting him go.

Than everything seemed to happen at once, a scream from the back of the room and then chaos. Dean turned hand immediately on his gun, making his way to the bar. Sam who was already several steps ahead of the other, was already fighting off two demons, stabbing one through the cheek with the demon-killing knife.

You continued to sing even as you jumped down from the stage and followed Dean, your own gun in hand. "And the man in the back said, "Everyone attack" And it turned into a ballroom blitz" You said, coming up behind Dean, turning so your back was to his, making it so you didn't have any blind spots.

"And the girl in the corner said, "Boy I want to warn you" It's turned into a ballroom blitz."

A few minutes and injuries later, four bodies laid dead at your feet. "Who are you?" Sam questioned, still on edge, knife ready in hand.

"Sammy c'mon-" Dean protested, even though he couldn't help the curiosity that had been buidling up ever since he saw you.

"Dean don't" Sam said "who are you?"

You huffed, walking back to your stage to grab a half a day old bottle of water.

"Y/n, my name is y/n" you introduced yourself "I'm a hunter, like you, had a dream about the two of you coming to this shit town but couldn't do anything about it since the demons had us on lock down."

You took a much needed drink of water to cool your dry throat before explaining more. "Luckily most of them like to have fun, and what's more fun than a little show?" You grinned "had to get you two to notice them somehow, thought the song was fitting."

Dean had followed you back to the stage, his signature flirtacious smirk gracing his features "well I quite enjoyed it" he said with a wink, moving to stand infront of you.

"Oh I know you did, took you forever to realize that I was trying to warn you and not just flirt with you" you replied with your own smirk.

A chuckle erupted from his lips "so you were flirting with me?" He asked, ignoring every other part of your sentence, opting to get step closer to you.

You shrugged, taking your own step towards him, your hand curling into his collar to bring him closer, Dean immediately biting his lip in response.

"And if I was?" You asked, tilting your head.

"Then I think I owe you a thank you, a date, a bit more"

Seriously got on Minecraft today and then was like "hmm, maybe I'll play Bloom again it's been a while (I've hyperfixated on it like 2 or 3 times before this one)" then BOOM little unlabeled boy is there for hours cuz teehee flowers and lore

ALSO I SWEAR the past two times I've played through it I would plant roses almost everywhere cuz my favorite character is The Meddler (aka Meddlerini (I think)) and he lovess roses it's basically his thing the only wild roses you can find are in his maze and I put roses everywhere to pay respect since all the lore and stuff took place in the 1400's and the player plays in present time so bro is LONGG dead so I jus do it and every rose I plant I'm jus like "teehee Meddler would like this" or "hehe long live Meddler am I right" man that dude is cool

Mind you we only know of these characters through BOOKS you get from upgrades and stuff no voice, no looks, no nothing but I LOVE IT

I could go on and on about the story's and theory's in my mind but blehhhh it's 2AM and imma schedule this for like the morning or something so that's for another day fellas

haven't posted anything in a while, have I...? hello everyone! uuuh, where do I even start? Let's basically say I lost motivation to post anything on any social media for a LOOONG time. I didn't pass through the best times of my life recently, I was feeling very down and didn't use much Tumblr for the past months, but I think I might return now since vacation is around the corner for me. abt the Onceler fandom and my activity on it? Not sure tbh. I still love the character and the content people build around him, love the AUs and OCs and all the art. But, it isn't the same anymore. a lot of my friends I made here left the fandom or aren't as active as they used to be, so I kinda lost motivation for it. I am still thinking abt my Onceler AU (Insane-ler), not quite sure if I'm gonna completely abandon him, after all, I still really like this lil fella, but I am not sure if I will continue as well, I won't discard him completely, but, yeah, Idk. Also, I've been interested on different stuff right now: been absolutely OBSESSED with nordic culture and vikings, I'm hyperfixed on it and also hyperfixed on my OCs and my projects (personal or even projects between me and my friends)! Also been entering new fandoms, such as Murder Drones, Helluva Boss, Hazbin Hotel, and others. So, yeeeaah, still love Onceler, but not really obsessed with him anymore :> and I think that's it? idk, I will try to be more active on here again

Well fellas, you know what they say:

Another day, another downward spiral.

Lately I have been on a bit of a nostalgia kick, looking at some of the things I've been into as a child, and speaking to other people that have been spelunking in the same caves, per se. I met a friend who showed me a piece of my childhood that I had almost completely forgotten. Like a wild animal being reintroduced to its natural habitat, I have been all over this shit, reliving everything I once did as a young maggot. Since that fateful reintroduction, that childhood memory has since become one of the most dangerous hyperfixations I have possibly ever had. /j

Said childhood memory? The Mr. Men and Little Miss franchise. More specifically, The Mr. Men Show, because I am early 2000s old school All American™ zoomer scum. (besides that, the only other thing about the franchise I remember is reading some of the books in 1st grade)

So because I got that dawg in me (read: autism), my naturally inquisitive nature leads me to territories that I should never have even considered for the sake of my own sanity.

Namely one question that's been chewing at the few neurons I have:

Just what the hell even are these things, anyway?

I know the canonical answer. They're stylized, abstract humans. But that's not satisfactory.

Call me a stubborn mule, but you simply cannot convince me that a pill, circle, bean, or rectangle shaped technicolor abomination is in any way, shape, or form, a human being.

Not happening.

Especially not when (at least in every version but the 2000s one) these things have been shown next to and interacting with actual humans on multiple occasions.

These fucking things look like muppets, so I will make them muppets.

Being the fiend for speculative biology that I am, I simply had to pounce on this opportunity, and promptly tear it a new asshole.

The funny little shape people we all know and love belong to a species of chionophilic, semiaquatic, faerie-like pseudomammalians.

The figure on the far left, is a frog. More specifically a common rain frog (Breviceps adspersus)

One of the main things that separate Mirabils from other animals they may be morphologically similar to is their bright, vibrant pelage. Unlike animals that utilize certain structures within hairs, scales, or feathers, Mirabils have genuine green, blue, and purple pigments. But why is this? Such unnatural coloration doesn't work well when you're a small cotton ball in a big world of both predators and prey, that is, unless you're an aposematic species.

Mirabils exhibit vibrant fur colors with genuine rare pigments for the purpose of warning potential predators that they are exceptionally poisonous. And venomous. At the same time.

The inside of the Mirabil's mouth also displays a high amount of contrast, a black inner mouth with a vibrant, pink, hot pink or red tongue.

As shown by the image above, there are multiple different ways for mirabils to assert to potential predators that they are not to be reckoned with.

The "Poisonous" warning (as modeled by Mr. Nervous, on the left), involves arching the back, raising the tail either straight up or curling it over the back (if it is long enough), and exposing the front and hind claws (unless they've got kicks on). All parts of the Mirabil are exasperatingly poisonous, so even accidentally sharing food with or ingesting a few hairs from one can and will lead to a 20 minute lifespan with no hope for any antidotes that would work.

The "Venomous" warning (as modeled by Little Miss Bossy, on the right), involves standing straight or with the front end lowered (preparing to strike), spitting their toxic saliva (Unlike with venomous snakes, the venom glands on a mirabil are their salivary glands, so their saliva normally adopts a greenish-yellowish tint (it's not bad hygiene, it's neurotoxins!), and baring the teeth. Mirabils are capable of opening their jaws up to 90 degrees. Similarly to snakes, the bottom jaw is loosely attached by soft ligaments, which aids them in getting a good hold on either potential predators, prey items larger than themselves, or on rivals for mates (they're immune to their own venom, but the pain of being envenomated for a mirabil is similar to that of a yellow jacket sting). Their venom is just as powerful as their poison, and if bitten the lifespan also shortens to about 20 minutes. Also no antidote for magic hellvenom lol.

It is hypothesized that specimens of M. phasmafigura were first discovered in the late 10th century by populations in Northern Europe/Asia, and the far south of South America respectively. Since then, they were first hunted for their luxuriously soft, silky, colorful pelts, then promptly domesticated and assimilated into human society.

Mirabil domestication has a very complicated history, especially with the fact that they as a species were always, and still are in affiliation with wizards, witches, and other alchemists (though usually unwilling on the Mirabil's terms). They were first utilized as hunting and fishing companions, then taken by wizards as servants and laborers (due to their small, nimble hands, swift movements, and magic properties ofc), then as pet-like companions by both wizards and the general populace, and finally as their own independent, sovereign "people" between the late 1970s to early 1980s.

While the species is currently global, existing in many different cultures, elevations, and climates, the natal habitats of the mirabil lie in freshwater polar regions across the world. When freshwater is not available, Mirabils prefer coastal regions where they can hunt in the open sea, but these sorts of populations are relatively uncommon. Populations living in the Southern Hemisphere generally prefer to stay near freshwater regions in the far south of South America, and South Africa, though there are several populations of Mirabils in Antarctica.

Despite the wide birth of location between Arctic and Antarctic populations, Mirabils have highly variable appearances, and are extremely difficult to categorize into any specific groups besides certain trends in sexual dimprohism, though even those contain many traits that are highly variable, and thus difficult to determine.

Similarly to other animals such as the puma, Mirabils have many names based on the regions they are native to.

Some of the names this species has received in it's respective locations are as follows:

BRITISH ISLES - Dillies (for their somewhat immature, "dilly-dallying" nature)

NORTHEASTERN EUROPE/EURASIA - Poumpoffs (puffy creatures)

NORTHWESTERN EUROPE - Eba (onomatopoeic for the paternal calls of most males)

SOUTH AMERICA - Mirabils (for their magical properties)

SOUTH AFRICA - Sagtmense (literally "soft people")

While some gravesites in their native range contain Mirabil bones, or Mirabils buried with human owners/companions, their skeletal and bodily structures have not differed from prior "feral" forms. This is mostly due to the species as a whole actively resisting human advancement in terms of domestication, meaning they have kept almost all of their wild traits.

My lawyer has advised me not to tell you how these things reproduce, so I won't.

But that doesn't mean I can't show you what these hellspawn look like as babbies, and how they develop.

Mirabils are an ovoviviparous, holometabolous species, meaning they lay eggs that hatch inside the body, and go through complete metamorphosis with a larval and pupal stage.

The lifespan of the larval mirabil is as follows:

Unfertilized egg

Fertilized egg

Embryo

Mature egg (Eggs hatch within the body anywhere between 6 and 4 months before the larva are born. The growth process of larva quickly damages the egg membrane and splits it open, freeing the young inside.)

Newborn (They have no limbs and a very underdeveloped notochord, so physically they're basically a kitten-maggot. They're completely blind (eyes covered in skin, with just a barely noticeable fold to where the eyelid would separate), but not deaf (though the ear isn't developed, and is still covered over with skin.). They will respond to auditory input by writhing in the direction of sounds they are familiar with, but are unable to produce any noise themselves, besides forcing air out of the nostrils to "squeak" if they are disturbed.

Oral anatomy of the baby mirabil (As well as having no limbs or bones besides the skull, mirabil larva are jawless. The mouth is designed to form a seal while feeding. Larva will stop suckling to breathe, but they will remain attached for several years).

5 year old infant. As the mirabil reaches around 5 years, they will detach and their mouth will start to seal itself shut, leaving only a small hole for wax to exit from as it prepares for pupation. Before the mouth completely seals itself shut, they may swallow liquified regurgitated materials, usually of heavily chewed plant or fungal matter brok the parents. Once the mouth is completely unuseable, what they have eaten as their "final meal" will repeatedly cycle back and forth from what would be the end of the digestive system, similar to chewing cud except there's no chewing and it's far nastier. Mirabil larva from birth to pupation are unable to defecate, the divet on their rear ends is meant to produce a glue-like substance so they can properly anchor themselves while feeding so they don't dangle, so the stored milk and regurgitated matter that remains in the body will ferment, getting pushed back into the esophagus to be cycled again and again until pupation occurs and the entire internal body digests itself.

Mature infant of 9 years, just about to pupate. The mouth is completely sealed shut, and the salivary glands are modified to produce a brown, waxy substance that the pup envelopes themself in prior to pupation. Eyelids are more developed, but still completely sealed shut until pupation is complete.

What finally emerges after 9 long months of gross shit, is a variably-sized cotton ball with legs and a face.

Mature babies emerge from their cocoons when they're about 10 years old (our human equivalent to a newborn). Their eyes are open, and they are somewhat mobile, able to shuffle around on their stubby legs and "sit" upright. They don't have any teeth, instead clawing their way out of the cocoon, and will continue to suckle until they are weaned at about 11 years old. Mirabil aging is around 10 years behind their human equivalent (a 21 year old human and a 21 year old mirabil are not the same, the latter is developmentally on par with a human 11 year old).

Their lifespans are also quite long, with an average lifespan of 210.5 years for females and 215.5 years for males.

Baby mirabils will begin to develop a personality and thus recieve their titular names once they are able to move around more independently. Names for physical characteristics are usually given immediately after the baby leaves the cocoon. When named for a personality trait, the most emotionally significant (or lack thereof) moment in a mirabil's life that occurs before they are able to walk upright becomes their strongest personality trait, and thus their name.

Not all Mirabil larvae are a solid white, however. Some larvae have slight indicators as to how they will look like in adulthood, though some indicators of traits present in adulthood do not present themselves until after pupation.

Such indicators include:

Nasal spotting (for Mirabils with noses that are different to the base fur color, their larval forms will almost always have a colored nose with a ring of differently colored fur surrounding it. The bottom larva in figure 2 and the yellow pup in figure 4 are the same, with the larval form indicating that the pupated, and finally adult form will be a yellow individual with a purple nose.)

Brow spots (This indicator does not show itself until after pupation. The pup in figure 3 has dark spots above the eyes that, after puberty will form a bar or 'unibrow' in adulthood.)

Dipsticking (This indicator also does not show itself until after pupation. Dipsticking in Mirabil pups, like the individual in figure 5 have a spot of differently colored fur on the tip or most of the tail. This implies that the pup will grow up to have "hair", or a differently colored mane and tail from the rest of the body. In this case, this individual will grow to have a mane and tail that are a dark purple in color.)

I love buying newspapers in RDR2; it's so cool to me looking at citizens perspective of what the gang does. Reading the papers in-game and being able to point out how the newspaper was wrong about certain stuff. Or the newspaper writing about things the gang did but they weren't identified.

I really enjoy finishing a chapter of the game and rushing to buy a newspaper to see if the gangs in it. Also it's just funny having Arthur or John read the paper about the gang and them going "Wait, shit that was me-"

that’s a bit rude to ask anon;

to put it simply I haven’t had the motivation right now, I’m more hyperfocused on fnaf with the release of its new game on December. that doesn’t necessarily mean I am quitting, leaving or dropping on making ut stuff completely! No way, I’m just a tad bit more inspired and happy making fnaf stuff at this moment.

when I’m hyperfixated on something I go focus on that one thing before moving on to whatever I wanna do, it’s just how my ADHD Brian works, I can’t focus in more than 2 interests at the same time. otherwise I’d be stressing myself out. it’s pathetic I know, but it’s how my brain works.

and to also put it simply, I’ve been only drawing paid ut work (aka: comms) for the past few months now and having no time to do stuff I actually wanna do more like the past. of course that’s my own fault with trying to balance my life, health and work, I heavily relied on commissions to pay my bills and have income in my pocket due to me being a freelance artist. but to keep doing paid stuff all the time wears me out of doing what I wanna do and burns me out. It’s no one’s fault! I love doing commissions! and I’m happy with the people commissioning me! but due to my stupid self I’ve completely worn out and left unmotivated to do any ut stuff that ISNT a commission.

which is why I haven’t said anything about opening up comms again as febuary comes to an end, the plush sales helped me greatly! and it makes me happy that folks loved them so much! which is why I’m going to be closing comms for a couple of months or so until I get every single comm/Disney comm done. that way I don’t have waiting work hovering my head and I have everyone’s stuff done!

so ive been a fan pkmn since the good year of 1998, u could not for the life of u me n dupree get my gameboy from my tiny child fingers n make me put down red or blue. my fav pkmn was pikachu, instantly. i still have my fav pikachu shirt from childhood ok listen. so thru the years watching the anime, seeing the movies in theater, playing the games time passes n we get to rse & admittedly i was burnt OUT. BURT THE FUCK OUT. but also, & pls no hate, i wasnt the biggest fan of the 3rd gen. i loved the sprites, the pkmn, the location, but the story itself just wasnt my thing & i rlly just felt the pang of man idk if im into this as i used to be which sucks when u lose a hyperfixation but also something that u rlly love n enjoyed n brought u immense joy. so i decided to be a wee bit edgy n be all bleh pkmn for babies as i totally very much still replayed rby & gsc etc etc. im a lil hypocrite if nothing. so when the ds came out n news of a new gen was on the horizon, i ignored it. however one of my high school besties did not & got diamond. it was also my birthday( fun fact i do share a release date birthday with platinum in america i will let u look it up ) & pal was like 'i wanted pearl so here take diamond as ur gift n lets go get my game n play together i kno u love pkmn' he was right. i do love pkmn n wow, wow. the first moments of diamond rlly just SNAPPED something within me. it was like falling in love with this series all over again. something about the world, the characters, the story, the pkmn it all fell into place n really really made me remember why i loved this franchise in the first place.

so, naturally i start paying attention again to pkmn news & more importantly: event pkmn. which lead me to this advertisement from toys r us. also fun fact: i have the shaymin image from this ad bc i cut it out, it's in my 3ds case at all times safe.

now, i saw this lil fella & i was like oh my god ur so adorable i need you. && so me n one of my high school besties who was as fanatic abt pkmn as me rushed off 2 our local toysrus n download the mystery gift. i go n open the summery of my shaymin & that was that. idk what happened. suddely pikachu was #2 in my heart( tho nowdays i do consider both shaymin & pikachu as my all time favs, but shaymin is like slightly higher on the list ). idk what it was ! this lil fella made me appreciate grass types, a type i normally dont care for at all but turtwig had started to fix that. i always had them in my party, i got a secondary diamond copy just to hACK TO DO THE OAKS LETTER EVENT. i loved them idk why something about the fact that this lil friend shaped creature is thankful to me in spite of everything was like the franchise itself saying thank you for always loving pkmn, for giving it a second chance, for like idk being a good friend. && that rlly resonated with me.

pkmn has been a franchise that has rlly helped me thru some shit & has always just been consistently there. every game since diamond ive loved more n more n more. && i think like gen4 will always be special for me & so will shaymin bc like as grateful as i am for pkmn it sorta feels like pkmn is grateful for me too & thats just like makes ur heartgut go emotional huh cause it does me too its ok anyways shaymin rules actually
