So About the Crows...

There's something I've been thinking about for a while, and I think it's time to bring it back up

We had some lore for Phil recently, regarding the Ender King. And with that, lot of people have been thinking that the Ender King is the one responsible for the black concrete around everything. (Since according to Phil's Hardcore Lore, it seems like when the Ender King tries to steal things, he leaves behind empty space in the form of black concrete. Or that's at least been implied)

And I'll be honest, this does sound super cool, but I wasn't sure if this could be the case. Though I'll admit that it's for a meta reason. I just wasn't sure if the admins would play such a big plot point around a singular player's lore. It seemed like something that would affect too much to be centered around a single player. And I do still think that personally. That it would be cool if the Ender King was the one responsible for all the concrete, but it just doesn't seem too likely for story reasons. (Though I do wanna note that this doesn't mean NONE of the concrete is from the Ender King. The concrete surrounding the first mysterious message Phil got could easily be attributed to him, but we just can't be sure)

But like I said at the beginning, there IS something I wanted to bring up that happened a while ago

Did you know that there were crows on the server at one point?

That Phil found a one in the wild, a pretty long time ago, but left it because "Oh he can just go back for it." But he never found another one

No one has

Even Dapper, the notorious mob collector, has noted that crows don't show up on the island anymore

Phil recently revealed that he doesn't specifically plan his lore himself. That he makes some broad suggestions, and the admins are the ones doing the finer details surrounding it. When he saw the note from the Ender King, he didn't know that was going to happen. He had no clue it would be the Ender King talking to him. Which as someone else noted, means that the admins planning this know about Phil's Hardcore Lore

Which would obviously mean they know about the crows. About US

I always wondered why the admins disabled crows, thinking maybe there's some ability they have that's a little OP. But I looked it up, and it looks like the main ability they have is the ability to collect items, and even put them in containers. Which compared to a lot of the other mobs from this mod, is pretty tame. The only other thing they seem to do of note is destroy crops (Though I am getting this from the Wiki, which I have noticed can be pretty bare-bones, so for all I know, there really IS a hugely OP ability they can do)

Now I'm thinking they had a different reason to disable the crows. A LORE reason. To Phil, we, the crows, are canon. We exist, basically just following him around and talking to him. But there aren't any crows there. We're not there. And this, along with everything that happened with the Birdcage, has just served to isolate him, driving him further and further into his deteriorating mental state. Instead of the usual crows, he sees parrots, and hummingbirds, possibly to distract him from their absence

Now I obviously don't know how long they've been planning all this lore, but it's just super weird that they disabled them in the first place. Maybe they knew they were gonna do SOMETHING regarding Phil, but didn't know what, and just disabled them to prepare for whatever they might eventually plan. Regardless, the crows are gone

But I think one day, possibly sooner than we think, the crows will be back

I appreciate how he may appear frightening and rude, yet he has a really kind heart and he's simply so pure when he talks about his interests! The only thing that bothers me about him is that he almost never acts when someone is in danger unless he is personally involved in the situation, but I can't entirely blame him because he is most likely terrified, so he minds his own business. That may not be particularly heroic of him, but it doesn't make him a bad person anyway.

Aside from that, it’s not his fault here but I’m convinced the writers have something against him because his routes are all less entertaining compared to the rest. Don’t get me wrong, I loved him in HDB, he hit different there and I understand that he can’t suddenly start being confident with the power of love, however it’s such a turn off how all his main game routes revolve around him feeling unloved, insecure and thinking that everyone hates him when it was proved IN EVERY ROUTE that everyone actually CARES about him and IS there for him. It’s like everything starts all over again for what?

I feel bad for Subaru but I also feel bad for Yui for having to reassure him each and every time that he matters, he’s beautiful, he’s not like his father, everyone loves him and so on. He’s really likeable to me but they sometimes do him way too dirty. ;w;

And don’t even get me started on why Christa was even included in his DF route. She seemed more normal in MB, whereas in DF she was straight up crazy and it didn’t even give her a proper redemption arc like they did with Cordelia.

Moreover, whoever wrote LE had beef with Subaru and you can’t tell me otherwise. Not only did the writer make him try to romance Yui in Kou’s route, which resulted in him being slapped by her —I mean, I understand Yui’s reaction because she loved Kou there, but it's still a trashy situation— but on top of getting rejected, he also, as far as I recall, accidently ended off his own mother?? 😭😭

Last but not least, I’m pretty sure every time Seiji appeared in LE in his brothers’ routes, Yui was like “Idc father, I’m siding with my man” on the spot but when it came to Subaru’s route, she actually debated which one to choose between him and her dad——? It’s obvious that Subaru is extremely dependent on her and he got such a low self-esteem, so why would you pull that on him out of all characters? It’s even worse when you remember his brute ending… (ಢ_ಢ)

I tried to make this quite detailed, keeping in mind that you stated missing reading something about him. As for my final thoughts, I doubt they'll make a new game, but if they do, I truly hope they will develop his character and his relationships with Yui, Kou, and his brothers better. Nonetheless, his tsuntsun side is adorable, and he's generally chill (well… when not enraged, lol). Bonus points for liking animals; I recall him telling the MMV cat, "Don't leave my side," which may sound dramatic, but l found that sweet~! xD

I personally think the qsmp should take a hiatus, to fix everything, and start fresh without the eggs.

I know the eggs are very important to the server and to all of us. And as much as I'd like to see them again. I feel keeping them will only cause more issues and make the expectations high.

I feel restarting the whole server and doing things differently would be the best course after fixing the work problems. They also should let every cc choose to have lore and roleplay so because that is the reason for why the qsmp is Unfortuently failing. The eggs and the lore are together and because the eggs aren't around, no events are really happening right now and people aren't motivated to hop on.

If the qsmp were to fully restart without lore or at least where the admins are involved, I think it would be nice to at least have references of the eggs and even have statues to show the eggs. Like something to still include the eggs without including them.

Again I know they are every important but they honestly are holding down the server as the only reason the cc's are hopping on aside to hang out with friends and events are the eggs.

I'd prefer this over keeping them and I'm saying this as a Richas fan.

But if this were to happen I'd like the eggs to be given a final goodbye wether it's an announcement or on the server. Like just to conclude the whole sever being the eggs.

Like do how some servers did and add seasons, the eggs would be season 1 and potentially season 2 would be more improved hopefully.

I really want the qsmp to continue as it brought so many people together and brought cultures together as well.

I also would love to keep the eggs but they weren't planned to still be around they were supposed to last for a week or 2 (I forgot for how long) but we all fell in love with these eggs but we need to let them go to save the server and of course focus on the fixing the workplace behind the scenes.

But the question we all are probably wondering is that, if the server does make a return after a pause, what will keep the server something the cc's wanna continue to hop on? Like of course there will be events and activities, but like I said, the eggs were one of the main reasons people kept showing up.

Maybe have like npcs like there needs to be something that will help make the server still feel lively without the eggs and without the admins being in control of the server as with all is going on there needs to be a better solution as this seems to not be fixable but I know everyone wants this server to be saved.

And so I feel the eggs should get a conclusion and leave forever, we can say that they grew up and went on their own adventures and pretend they visit sometimes.

I love the eggs and love the server but the eggs can't stay any longer if the admin situation is not working out.

And I really believe Quackity isn't being malicious and has a really good goal with bringing people together, he just needs to learn from his mistakes and learn to better communicate with his employees like I don't think he's a bad person because he's only one person and this is the first time he fully is doing a big project that involves a team from around the world. This isn't easy as people may think as it has so many layers in a workplace.

But yeah this is what I think. Like I am not doomposting nore hating on anyone including Quackity as we dont know what's happening with him behind the scenes.

I will continue to watch the qsmp for as long as it does live and still will enjoy the cc's that I was introduced to.

Because of the qsmp I learned so much and been introduced to so many cc's and cultures/traditions and I learned a bit of French, Spanish, and Korean, and I understand a bit of Portuguese. Like I still don't know how to speak or read Portuguese fully but I am able to understand a bit more and even say some words and phrases that I adopted because of the server.

I don't want to lose this server as much as anyone and I want the cc's to still interact even if the server ends but if Quackity wants to save the server I feel he needs to conclude the eggs lore, take a server break, fix his team and rebuild it with more rules and start a payment system, and restart the server from the start and make the story different but maybe still have a round way for those with current lore to still continue as I know there are still lore going on like Fits, technically Pacs, and Bad.

But yeah this is what I think, I will forever love the eggs no matter what happens to them, and I love the server and proud of what Quackity brought to life and I feel this is the start of what Quackity's goal is which is bring differently cultures and languages together and break the languages barriers and hope that even if it does end I hope it encourages more ccs and people to bring more parts of the world together as I feel it can happen if we all try and give it a chance ❤

1. Could be a lot of characters really but I guess the main two are both good candidates here

though of course everyone's interpretations are gonna be different and headcanons influence that a lot too!

I think a lot of people tend to write off the depth of these two though, and not necessarily on purpose...

A lot of people think of Moon as being the sweet type who's secretly scary when mad and super strong blablabla but...like

she wasn't able to stand up to her own brother until it was too late...She's a very passive person. She kept trying passive means of getting him to stop until she finally forced a communication that just resulted in him getting mad at her and blaming her for ruining everything...as an admin over Pebbles she realistically had the power to try to stop things much sooner or more forcefully

but she just isn't really a forceful person...she isn't secretly really powerful and strong and someone you shouldn't mess with...she's just tired and sad and irritable and frustrated and hurt but trying her best to be happy and live as well as she can

She tries really hard to be kind and good and fair and do her job properly and be helpful...

And maybe that's good enough, idk...it makes me feel better at least

That maybe you don't have to be secretly really strong or whatever for people to take you seriously and respect you. Maybe it's okay to be weak and kind. idk

And Pebbles...he has a lot of remorse for his actions. The guilt is literally eating him up from the inside. He's not just mean and angry and hates everyone!!!! He just is incapable of asking for help. He's too prideful. But he's prideful in the sense that he cannot stand anyone looking down on him or pitying him...and he can't admit he was wrong. So he just kinda gives up. He resigns himself to his fate without even trying to reach out to his local group again and apologize...

He is clearly very pained thinking about what he's done. Even in arti's timeline, he remarks he hopes that [the rot] won't spread to moon. He's generally concerned about how she is doing, but he doesn't have the courage to ask. He's very scared, I think. He tends to internalize things and withdraw into himself. It makes the rot really fitting lol...

By the time he is able to accept asking you for help, his structure has started collapsing. It takes him a REEAAALLLY long time to overcome that flaw of his.

But I also really don't like the idea that he's some helpless little baby or whatever...it kinda diminishes the inner turmoil he is experiencing and the weight of his guilt. He did this. He hurt himself and his sister. He damaged things irreparably. To try and absolve him of his sins rubs me the wrong way. Pebbles is such a great character because he is flawed. Because he is not a good person. Because he does bad things and hurts others. Because that's how real people act. The exploration of his feelings of guilt and how he represses his emotions to try and cope with them would be far less interesting had he not done something substantial enough to warrant this sort of reaction...

So please don't try and take his agency away!

Of course I havent played saint yet (though ive read somewhat about it) and I can't always remember all the dialogues off the top of my head so take it with a grain of salt haha...

everyone will have different headcanons and views and stuff though haha once again...

Which of you dummies would join a book club ?

Santi would join one that talks about erotic books, he'd read the back of the book to get an idea of the book. He doesn't actually read it. He just let's the dorky humans get themselves riled up discussing the book. He just sitting their planning on how he gonna rail all the little dorks and nerds. When they ask him about the book he describes sensual secen that vaguely resemble the book . Its not right but no one is calling him out due to being highly flustered

I can see Nebul joining one and actually does get into discussion because he actually reads the books. If the book club discusses a book with a master in it. He gets really into and imagines himself as the master of all the little humans in the group. It gets quite because Nebul got little into it and he just plays it off as joking. The group is a little quiet after that.

I could see Patches join one. IF THAT LOSER GOT OUT THE CELERGY MORE AND LET HIMSELF HAVE FUN. He just so happened to join one with a cute human in it.(he actually been stalking them for a month now.) He just so happens to start talking to the cute human and becoming their book buddies really fast because they have so much in common.

Maybe Obie if his crush is in one and their always food their.

I'm not to sure about the rest. But I thought of funny Scenario with Admin. It's silly canon. Never to happen in canon.

Admin in a club meeting discussing the romance of the two main characters.

Admin isn't agreeing with person in the group about a ship. But it's still pretty civil discussion . Krulu appears out now where.

Book clubs, huh?

Oh yeah, Santi only reads if it's something made by an author from the lust ring. And even then, his attention span can leave a lot to be desired if it isn't like, the raunchiest thing to ever be written. He brings volumes of filthy eroticas to every meeting, especially anything to do with incubi, so that he can then read nasty passages aloud and interrupt with:

Nebul is usually one to stick to more philosophical books or anything related to astrology, even astronomy or psychology. He won't shy from an erotic romance once or twice however. Though he's likely to go on long-winded spiels about how most of these romances portray a flawed or lackluster interpretation of power imbalances in kink. Or how they're nothing compared to the true symbiosis of master and pet dynamics.

The wraith will likely sit next to the most timid or soft-spoken people and get off by exerting pressure on them. They're silently influenced to agree with him and get subtle praise when they do so, he's already working his magic without them even knowing. Any more dominant-presenting people will be challenged into backing down constantly. He wants to be in charge of the club.

Let's face it, Obie is more likely to eat the books when no one's looking than actually read them. Uhh... What chapter are we on again?

Patches knows every book you like and he's read them all before you. Do you want recommendations? Because the dullahan has at least twenty possible titles you'd probably love. Oh no no, you don't have to buy them! He'll let you borrow his copies, it's the least he can do for someone as cultured as you! Besides, the two of you seem to have similar tastes, how about you ditch this club and he can take you two somewhere calmer to read together?

Whenever you read any book, Krulu is also technically reading it, even if indirectly. He's probably complaining that you take much longer to read than him, which drives the higher nuts. If you do go to any book club, I assure you Krulu's going to be scrutinizing everyone in the back of your mind, and he will force you to criticize mediocre writing in the most possible insulting manner towards the people who enjoy reading it. Human literature bores him to the core, it's a complete snoozefest for Krulu. They'll get bored enough to fuck around with the surroundings, making walls deform or objects move on their own, touching people without them seeing his hands. Anything to speed this shit up.

I made this blog, because I got banned from reddit for telling a terf to drink drain cleaner. I was only suspended for 3 days, but then they made it indefinite for some reason and didn't even tell me why. Reddit was the only place where I could be myself and express myself. I was already contemplating killing myself, but this made me seriously consider it. I don't want to do this anymore. I chatted with so many people there, I can't even tell them what happened. They just think I ghosted them. I'm such a piece of shit. I hate myself so much. I can't even really fault the admins, because it was against the policy, but I didn't violate it in any other way. I don't understand why they made it indefinite. They didn't even tell me why. I tried to appeal, but they said no and sent me another message telling me nothing except "you won't get unbanned idiot, also here's another message telling you a second time you're permanently suspended, just to rub it in". I did this to myself. I ruin everything. My future, my friendships, everything. Now I'm in my bed crying instead of doing something to fix it. I need therapy. I can't get it though. It's gonna take way too long. On Reddit I made posts like this when I got a panic attack or when I felt really sad. I'm going to do these here now. I don't want to bother anyone with them though, so I'll just not tag it. I want to kill myself so bad. I just don't want to make others sad. My piece of shit mom would 100% use my suicide against my dad and blame him for it. I don't want that. I mean my dad also isn't the best, but he's at least trying. Sometimes. He always screams at me for minor things like leaving the lights on when I leave a room or forgetting things. I have ADHD. I can't fucking help it. He always threatens me with throwing me out. I feel so bad for c!Quackity because he's legitimately lost everybody he's loved Karl and Sapnap forgot about him Charlie died all of the Las Nevadas crews have left him behind, and it's all mostly consequences of his own actions, that's just so depressing.

He would be plagued by dreams whenever he does manage to sleep because tbh with the lifestyle c!Quackity leads you know the whole daily torturing the admin and now leaving in perpetual fear of him is probably not so good for your sleeping schedule

Of this happier place, this land with no divison, where everybody seems to get along, and where everybody seems to care so much for him to keep him protected and safe who give him shelter and food and Pets and stay for him and wait for him

In a place where nobody has left him behind when he looked way younger than he is now because actually k!Quackity's current skin is the same one c!Quackity had when he joined the DSMP

And then he wakes up from those happy dreams and the feeling of it must be so incredibly lonely

I wonder if he would start trying to sleep more and more like c!George because his dreams are the only escape he has or if he would completely start avoiding falling asleep at all because he knows the moment he wakes up he will be alone and miserable and angry and afraid again

On the other hand I can imagine k!Quackity becoming really afraid of sleeping and developing insomnia that Luzu really has to help him through and assure him that while the dreams are ugly he needs to sleep at least a little and at least k!Quackity knows that the moment he wakes up he will be comforted by his friends

k!Quackity is not alone and his everyday life is a pretty happy one and his friends probably try very hard to make sure that he doesn't suffer a lot while asleep

I also think he would become very interested in learning about c!Wilbur and c!Charlie even if he can barely remember them at all and that it would really scare him into doing his best to stick to this set of people who care for him because he has seen this version of him who is definitely him but older and sadder and lonely and angry and he really doesn't want to become like that

It makes him and more convinced that he needs to do anything he can to not get left behind that he really can't afford to be left behind here

So, I'll say it right now - this post is largely inspired by the second story highlight of this Instagram user (sorry, I don't know their name, only that their Instagram handle is dee_girl_metalfamilyfan), it's in Russian though, so keep that in mind

Alright, so I'll break this theory into two parts: the first one will be all about Ches, and the second will be about his potential child (spoiler: you might've seen her!)

Without any further ado, let's get to the Ches part:

1. The creators said that they're gonna explore Ches' character in the second season. Obviously, it doesn't mean anything on it's own, but just wait.

Dima: Let's talk about the second season a little. Of course, the seconds season will show development of the old characters, as well as new ones. That's in short. As you see, Ches looks a bit different here.

Alina: Yeah, we'll show a bit more about Ches at the ages of 18 to 20. His past. We'll reveal a bit more about his complex character, as much as it's possible.

(The source of the translation) Also I think they also said at one point that adult Ches will get some character development too? But that's probably a given, considering that we wouldn't see his youth if it wouldn't have affected him in the present, flashbacks without any relevance to the overall story don't sound so good

2. Not sure about this one (we don't know how much in character it was) but I can't not mention it.

Alina: Actually there was this one fanfic that I really liked. I don’t remember what it was called, but it was about Ches having a daughter, which is a cool topic. It was relatively in character and truly interesting. It’s great when people focus not just on sexual relationships of the characters, but also try to look at their development. That was a really interesting one. That’s it.

3. This one's a pretty big one, in my opinion. So, this is what they said on ArtWave '19:

So, maybe, just maybe, Ches does have a child but he, you know... left them? As the Instagram highlight from the beginning say: "he might be irresponsible enough to leave his child, and he's probably irresponsible enough not to use any contraception" (rephrased, not the exact quote)

4. Alright, so, the only mention of this one I can think of right now is the aforementioned Instagram highlight. The Metalfamilyfan says:

Like, it doesn't even matter if there's actually a punk/rock/whatever band named MOM or not, I just think it's pretty weird to put it in this particular drawing of Ches and this random woman who is implied to have slept with him. It's not integral to Ches' character as, for example, Korol i Shut is. It's just... there. For some reason.

Alright, now, finally let's get to the second part of the theory: who is, exactly, his child?

The short answer is, according to this theory, her:

First, let me list every single instance of her appearing in canon (and by canon I mean everything made by the creators. Even with this definition of canon it's not much, I promise): The screenshot you can see above on the left (it's a screenshot from the second season and it appeared here), an instagram story posted by Alina (above, right), and two drawing with a lot of characters where you can spot the girl which I'm gonna call her PinkHair or PH for short, I'll mention them later I feel like I should mention this, comparing the sources of the images and the dates when they were posted, it's safe to assume that the screenshot in the classroom has the latest and final version of her design. The red hair most likely doesn't mean anything

1. Alright. So. we've seen Dee and PinkHair in a classroom together, so they're most likely related in some way, or at least they know each other. Their exact relationship doesn't matter here, because all that matters here is that they're related story-wise

Let's look at the first image. This is the banner of the main Metal Family channel. Ches is near Heavy (they get along quite well and I'm sure Heavy aspires to be like Ches in many ways), Dee (we can see his classmates/friends near him, they're all about his age), and we can see people related to Glam on the left side of the image (including Ches!), and Vicky's - on the right side (notice how the hell sign is also there)

Now, I'm not absolutely sure about this one, but it's still kind of weird - look at the image on the right (it's from ArtWave 2021 btw) - wouldn't it make more sense to put PinkHair near Dee? Also, Curiously enough, not only is she not close to Dee on this image, but she's also standing next to Ches.

Though this whole thing could be explained by art theory (too many small things in one corner of your drawing isn't great composition wise lol sorry PH) but I still can't quite skip this point

2. Remember the "MOM" lady? Fun fact, she has the exact same pearl earring that PinkHair has on the screenshot.

3. I'll put all similarities with her supposed parents in this point: Mother: * She's also pretty uh.. glam? for the lack of a better word? Or feminine in a traditional sense, yeah I think that's a better way to put it. Like colors they prefer to wear for example, and jewelry. Characters like that aren't common in Metal Family * She's gotta be a blonde. I can't imagine her being anything but blonde. If she manages to maintain that hair color as a brunette I'm just straight up assuming her character arc is gonna be killing God because these kind of people are capable of anything. I fear them with every fiber of my being. * I can't say for sure because of the shading, but it seems like they both have gray eyes, and she also has darker skin compared to most MF characters. Though, it's likely that Mom just applied a lot of fake tan Ches: * We know that Ches for sure has darker skin * AND grey eyes * There's also some possible personality similarities but I'm not sure if you can compare a child to a parent they've never really known in this way

I just got accepted to Mount Holyoke and I’m trying to get an honest review. How has the pandemic affected college classes and activities? Are dining halls open for use?

Oh boy okay u asked the correct person because i have my silly little hands in a lot of stuff on campus.

Under the cut bcs this is going to be long, but tl;dr: it has a lot of strengths and it has also has a lot of issues - like any college. Main good is community main bad is administration. Activities are okay, classes are ehh/bad (sorta), and the dining hall is open.

Classes:

So currently, classes are a hot mess. This is very dependent on your major but it's very difficult to get into certain classes that are major requirements. This will hopefully ease off next year for two reasons;

1. the senior class is graduating which is really big, and also had a lot of their pre-req stuff fucked up because they got sent home as sophomores

2. the incoming class will be relatively small because they cannot over-enroll again. there is literally not enough beds for them to do so, so less rabid first years going for all the intro classes at once.

If you're like, a comp-sci major or a language major, you shouldn't have an issue. If you DM me/reply underneath this and let me know what majors you're interested in/subjects I can give you a better idea of if that will be a big issue for you. I would note though this isn't super an issue caused by the pandemic, it's due to the administration.

This is not a concern that will impact you that much for your first year, but may in future years depending on admin choices. There are spots in every class reserved for first years.

Classes in the pandemic are good now that we're back on person, and as someone pretty high up in the SGA it is very very very unlikely we will go back online - we would have to go into an early 2020 level lockdown for that to happen. We still have mask mandates, everyone wears KN95s for the most part and follows the mandate. I haven't had any issues with my classes since we moved back to in-person, and haven't heard of anyone else with real complaints about the quality of in-person teaching.

So, classes are bad because there's issues getting into them, but the classes themselves are not bad.

Activities:

MHC is definitely not a party school. And that is part of the reason I came here - there's not to say you can't have fun, it's just that people generally don't throw really big parties, people mostly have little parties just with their friend group.

With regards to like activities, I have honestly realized it's really what you make of it. First year I did absolutely nothing, but this year I am doing like basically everything. There isn't like 2,000 clubs but there's like an okay, at least for my tastes. Some of the fun ones:

Film club, video game club, poetry club, tea club, dnd/ttrpg club.

There's also stuff like the newspaper, the literary magazine, the animal rights and environmental justice groups, etc. There's stuff to do, you have to go out and find it a little bit.

The LLC's are also a good place for activity - specifically the Outdoor Club does a LOT of stuff. I know the language floors also hang out a lot.

If you do sports, the sports teams are super tight. There's also some club sports (rugby and hockey). Most of the teams are walk-on teams, from my friends that are in sports they generally seem to really like it but it's a small sample size.

The pandemic hasn't impacted activities that much? or at least the ones I do. Not this year, but a like athlete may have a different opinion.

Dining hall:

The dining hall is open, we have one in the center of campus. Everyone kinda winces at that but campus is really not big so like. it's really not as bad as it sounds.

You can eat in blanch (dining hall). It's a really great place to socialize, generally has a very good vibe. Lots of different areas to sit in depending on the level of talking you want to do.

I will also go ahead and give my review of the food: It is generally really good depending on what you like. They do some dishes REALLY well and some dishes really poorly, but most of their dishes are at least a base-level okay. Which, sounds bad. until you consider most college dining hall food in the US is inedible. The food is edible!! high praise I know.

The food gets old after a while but I think that is true at any place. Generally I give the food a solid like 8/10.

General stuff:

Community/Social life:

So, I really love the community at mount holyoke. I've found some really good friends here, and I know so many people at the school. The small school is really something I enjoy because now as a junior I know so many people on campus and feel connected.

A lot of people complain about being really lonely. To some extent - yeah, I get it. I have had times here where I've been really lonely too. But I think that's moreso the transient nature of college than a community thing, because we really do have a strong community. I can post on my IG story or twitter asking if anyone has ibuprofen and a random person I have never met before will come bring it to me at work, because we're both mhc students and have been following each other for a while. I think through little stuff like that it shows the community's strength, and that's something I really love.

Joining activities is a great way to make friends - doing SGA stuff like committees or senate is another great way to connect.

Campus is as gay as everyone says it is - there are a lot of lgbtq people on campus and campus is very lgbtq friendly. Some of my straight friends have had a lot of issues finding men to date, some have found it really easy, so if you wanted to date a dude that's a mixed bag.

If you are a person of color, I would absolutely reach out to a person of color at mount holyoke. I'm white and that has absolutely colored my experience of MHC. I'm happy to put you in contact with someone if you would like.

Administration:

Going directly against that is the administration. the administration suuuuuucks. they suck ass. but this isn't something unique to mhc - the administration at every school pm sucks ass, and it's just a question of who is willing to say it. A lot of people don't have a concept of how the college actually operates - they equate the president of the college to the principal of a high school. The president is front-facing and collects money from alums and carries out what the board of trustees tells her to do, but doesn't really make day-to-day/big decisions at the college.

The people who make those decisions are the heads of departments around campus - some are pretty cool and trying their best, but a lot of them suck ass. Or, even if they don't suck ass make choices that are in the best interest of the institution versus the students.

This is true at any college - remember this regardless of where you go. Administration does not actually care about you. You are a resource for them - you are providing some amount of money now, and will most likely donate some amount of money after graduating. Do not be afraid to campaign for yourself, do not take what the administration of what any college says at face value.

MHC's admin isn't any worse than any other colleges, we just really like to complain. (That isn't to say they don't suck - they do, it's just that every college's administration does).

Location:

So this is very dependent on where you are from but you will most likely go some modicum of stir crazy on campus. South Hadley is very sleepy and rural. There are a few cute places in SH but realistically you won't hang out there regularly because they're fairly expensive.

It is approximately a 20 minute drive to anything. If you have a car I would absolutely recommend bringing it. I am from the DC area and I would literally go crazy if i didn't have my car because I am still so unused to being able to go nowhere and do nothing. There's stuff to do in the area, you just have to be willing to go look for it.

Regarding actual campus, it is fucking GORGEOUS. It is really pretty honestly year round. There's so many places to walk and sit and vibe and the views from the dorms are really nice. I just generally really love it.

Kageyama Tobio: 7 Minutes in Heaven

Nervous.

That’s really all you could figure you were feeling in this moment. Super nervous. Sweaty hands. Fast heartbeat - you were surprised you hadn’t fainted yet with how shot your nerves were!

For years you’d been dying for this moment. You knew it had to happen tonight - all the signs pointed to it happening tonight!

You would finally be able to spend some time with your crush. Kageyama Tobio. Sour King of the Court…. Just a little time with him and you could be happy for the rest of your life… probably….

“______, it’s your turn to spin…” Your friend, Yukino, prompted beside you, nudging you with her shoulder to get your attention on the present.

“O-oh! Sorry, sorry!” You smiled sheepishly, leaning forward and taking the cool glass bottle in your hand, feeling the heat of your skin fog up the glass. Jeez, was there any way for you to calm down your nerves?

Did he notice? You glanced up from the cool bottle in your hand, just before spinning it, to see his intense blue eyes trained on your hand. Waiting. He was as smooth as stone - not a single vibe of positive or negative coming off of him…. A master of shielding himself - you wanted to be the one to peel back the layer, to see his true self.

You must have been waiting too long because suddenly his eyes were on you and you were drowning in his oceans. A hiccup of a gasp left you as you set the bottle spinning on the wooden floor, hearing it clatter and clink as it made its rounds, pointing at everyone in the group. Your heart hammered in your chest, your eyes having immediately fallen to the bottle the second you’d let it loose.

Clink, clink, clink, the bottle continued to spin - slowing with every rub of the floor against its smooth surface. You held your breath as it continued to slow, finding the person you’d spend a few minutes with in the closet. Away from everyone’s curious gaze, you didn’t know what you’d be doing….

With Hinata… He was too cute, but in a plushy toy sort of way. The sweet boy stared at the bottle before glancing at you, seeing you were staring at him had his face flushing with embarrassment and a wide smile breaking his otherwise cheerful expression.

With Tsukishima, your eyes slowly traveled to his disinterested expression. He wasn’t even looking at the bottle. What would you do if you got him? Hide in the darkness, pretend he wasn’t there? He wasn’t exactly scary or really intimidating… Just mean… Mean-looking.

What would you do if you got sweet, freckled Yamaguchi? He was probably just as nervous as you were. When he’d reach for the bottle, his hand would shake. He’d already spent a few minutes in the closet with your friend… You hadn’t been able to hear anything during that time… But she’d come out pleased, and him flustered…. So you figured he was already a betted on young man.

A full house overall, young adults well into the party swing of things, ready to have fun and explore each other - young enough to have those raging hormones and old enough to have that liquid courage flowing through their veins.

Finally, finally… it started to slow.

Yamaguchi…… Tsukishima…. Kiyoko…… Hinata…. Yachi….

Kageyama.

It landed on him. You couldn’t believe it. You sat there dumbfounded as he rose to his feet easily. As if he’d been expecting it.

“______….” You blinked rapidly, smiling sheepishly again to your friend before standing and walking after Kageyama’s tall form to the closet. The doors closed behind the two of you and the time began.

All idea of what to do in this situation left you. You couldn’t even see him, honestly - your hand reaching out, hesitantly, until it came into contact with his sleeve.

The sudden touch surprised him, and he blinked in the darkness to gain accustomed to the limited light - being able to make out shapes and outlines after a few seconds.

You were fumbling, he could tell, and he offered his hand to the one gripping his arm, “Sorry… You probably wanted someone else…” His voice was quiet, though his delivery was a bit choppy - was he nervous, too?

“N-No! No… uh….” You fumbled now with your words, taking his offered hand in yours. It was cold, yet slick…. Definitely nervous. “I actually… really wanted to spend time with you….” Heat rushed to your face, and you were absolutely taken by surprise by your…. confidence? Or was this word vomit?

“Me?” His volumed raised in his surprise. Kageyama cleared his throat, his hand holding yours a bit tighter now, reminding himself these few minutes were precious and between only the two of you. “Me? Why? I mean….” He didn’t know what he meant, he didn’t know what he’d wanted to ask, but the mere thought of you wanting to spend time with him was…. unbelievable.

You didn’t answer right away, taking a deep breath before focusing your attention on his cool hand, your fingers lacing with his, your other hand resting on his opposite arm.

There wasn’t really anything more you could say that would make any sense. And you weren’t really one to be known for your actions, but this was different.

The closet for 7 minutes in heaven… You wanted some of that heaven, and the confidence you rarely found in yourself surged for that goal.

Leaning up on your toes, you pressed a kiss to his cheek…. Well, you aimed for his cheek.

But he’d sensed something coming close to his face and had turned his head.

Just in time for your lips to press against his.

Then the door opened, light flooding in and blinding the two of you as you pulled away in a hurry.

“Time’s up, love birds~.” The lanky young man cooed, motioning for you two to come on out and take your place back with the group.

“Actually….” Kageyama still held your hand in his, his other shielding his eyes from the bright light of the main room, “We’re not done.” Then he was pulling you back into the closet, taking the door of which and closing it behind him. Newly blind, but hungry.

He’d had a taste of heaven… And he wanted more.

Nishinoya Yuu: Spin the Bottle

How was this not a game of mono? Kissing anyone the bottle landed on?

You’d been kissed so many times now, and none of them were by the guy you really wanted. Sure, your best friend was sweet and awkward, Ennoshita was gentle but stiff…. Kyoutani was…. Rough to say the least - he bit your lip as if that’s how he normally kisses people… Tanaka was… Overly excited and a bit… messy.

Honestly, you were surprised he hadn’t full on gone into a make-out session with you.

Not that you wanted that from him.

Because your eyes were set on his best friend.

Nishinoya Yuu.

Who you’d seen kiss your best friend and had felt a fire in your belly you never had felt before. Jealousy. She’d sat back after the kiss with a less than impressed expression and the feeling turned to slight insult. She’d kissed your crush and had the audacity to show it didn’t meet her standards?

Petty, you’d wanted to bring up the trash boyfriends she’d had in the past, the junk drawer dwellers she’d kissed for hours over the course of your friendship… Bad choices…. And she had the nerve to pretend Nishinoya’s kiss didn’t blow them all out of the water?

His turn to spin, he wasn’t shy with the speed, almost sending the bottle flying off outside the realm of the group. Spinning, spinning, your eyes followed it - praying and praying it would land on you, it would grace you, bless you…..

For it to land on…. Not you.

A girl two people down from you. Nishinoya visibly deflated and leaned over the bottle, pecking the girl on the lips once before falling back beside Tanaka with his arms crossed.

When would it land on you?

The bottle made the rounds, spinning and spinning.

By the time it got to you, you’d kissed Ennoshita once more, Yahaba once…. And pretty much had Terushima’s tongue forced down your throat. You’d slapped him when you pushed him away, “It’s a kiss, right? Frenching is a kiss.” He’d defended with a playful laugh.

If it hadn’t been for the slight possibility of getting Nishinoya, you would have quit the game a long time ago. You would have left in a huff of embarrassment, and would have just… hid yourself away until the memory of this get together was far off in your memory to be blocked by any self-preservation.

Your turn…. You hesitated in spinning the bottle. Your hand shaking before finally resting on it. Did you really want this? Did you really just want a kiss from him and that was it? All of this? For just a peck?

Was it worth it?

“Yes….” You whispered to yourself, reinforcing your intense desire to kiss your crush. You’d walk on hot coals for him - though you really hope there wasn’t a sudden invention of that kind of game… You spun the bottle.

Spinning, spinning, you crossed your fingers and bit your lip, watching it with an intensity your best friend found… amusing. The guilt inside her for kissing your crush easily subsiding at the expression you were currently making. As if you were willing the bottle to land on him.

…. And it worked.

It slowed to a crawl as it neared Nishinoya.

…….Tanaka…… Futakuchi…… Mai… Aone..

Nishinoya.

“YES!” The both of you cheered at the same time.

Your eyes widened as you met his equally surprised expression. He’d wanted to kiss you? This whole time? You blushed deeply, his expression seemed to melt at the sight of your rosy cheeks; ‘Cute’ being the only thought at the sight of you.

Nishinoya wasted no time, his jitters getting the best of him, nerves exploding all at once, as he jumped to his feet - he couldn’t sit still any longer, and leaning over the bottle seemed to be a disservice to you…. You deserved so much better than a quick peck.

So he brought himself to you, squatting in front of where you kneeled, his hands taking yours… They were shaking, in nervousness or excitement you couldn’t really tell. But he was overflowing with emotion, and you were drowning in the liquid gold of it in his eyes as he leaned closer. And closer. And closer….

Until he yelped and fell to his side, hands falling from yours to his calf.

“Dead Leg.” Yamamoto snickered, pleased with himself.

“Fuck, fuck, fuck…” Nishinoya whined, gritting his teeth as his muscles spasmed painfully.

You gave Yamamoto a harsh glare, he’d ruined your moment, “Dick…” You moved so Nishinoya’s head was by your knees, lifting him up gently before resting his head on your lap.

It’s like the pain washed away with your touch, his eyes staring up at you in wonder. Were you filled with magic? The world of his he saw in your eyes definitely pointed to it being true. You smiled tenderly down at him, your heart hammering in your chest as you leaned down, pressing a kiss to his forehead - it was the only thing you could reach…. You damned your inflexible spine for letting you down.

But he wanted more. He wanted a kiss.

So he pushed himself up, his hand grabbing the back of your neck and pulling you down for a heated kiss.

Explosions of color, of feeling, of all this world’s secret wonders flashed in your head, in your heart. You squeaked in surprise before it easily turned into a hum of approval, your lips moving against his slowly.

“Get a room!” Tanaka teased with a wide smile, proud of his best friend for finally getting his girl.

Nishinoya waved off his friend, not daring to separate from your lips, smiling into the kiss at the passive groans of disgust surrounding the two of you.

Sugawara Koushi: Spin the Bottle

Whoever said older guys were intimidating… Had obviously never met this group of young men….

Kuroo and Bokuto were having a blast with their time, pulling the ‘there’s quarter in this bottle’ splash trick on Asahi more than once tonight and actually getting away with it. Daichi would get after them, like a father with his children, and Asahi would, bless his heart, just take it in good nature.

It was a party after all.. There were tricks and treats abound. The ball would fall tonight, and the real festivities would ramp it up to be… honestly? More amazing than it really was. A new year, new goals, and new things to do that aren’t really new.

Oikawa, too, was a target for pranks - though by his own teammates rather than acquaintances from other cities. Hanamaki and Matsukawa had no limits to the teasing and jokes on Oikawa. Iwaizumi usually having to go in and play father figure in those cases.

The fun was running rampant, yet you stayed well behind the sidelines - not wanting to be targeted, but also just wanting to enjoy the group. Celebrating life and celebrating good times.

All in good fun….

Until the better part of it turned into a… kissing competition of sorts.

You took your seat, next to Suga, “Are we really all doing this?” You asked him, finding his slightly embarrassed smile shooting straight to your heart. A literal angel putting up with the antics of his friends to make them happy… You were blessed to be sitting beside him.

“Well… I think the alcohol has gone to their heads… Especially Tokyo’s kids…” He nodded over to Bokuto and Kuroo, who were slurring harshly and laughing at nothing in particular. They wouldn’t be playing, but heckling from the sideline before either of them inevitably passed out. “Worst case scenario… Everyone falls asleep before the ball drops.” He chuckled patiently, and you felt your heart hiccup to the sound of him.

Sweet. Soft. The blush on your cheeks had no reason to be there, but it made sense to you - You’d had a crush on Suga for the better part of this last year. Being friends with him just didn’t feel fulfilling anymore…. You wanted more.

Your best friend sat beside you, sending a knowing wink towards you, “I think Wakatoshi should start us off!” How did that help you? What was with the wink? You gave her a confused raised eyebrow to which she pretended she didn’t see.

“Whaaat? Why not me~?” Oikawa pouted as he sat opposite of you, crossing his arms like an indignant child.

Iwaizumi smacked his head as he took a seat beside your best friend, “Because we don’t let children handle alcohol.” Oikawa whined in dismay, voicing his verification that he was not a child.

“Sounds like a baby, not a kid, is crying, Iwa-chan~…” Tendou hummed thoughtfully as he took his seat beside Ushijima, nursing his 2nd bottle of whatever alcohol had been brought by the already sloshed Tokyo boys.

Company. A bunch of friends, far and near, and your heart felt full with satisfaction.

Ushijima wasted no time, finding the conversation around him sort of bland, reaching forward and spinning the bottle. It spun and spun for a few rotations before landing on Yukie, Bokuto’s previous team manager. She blushed deeply as Ushijima easily, without much of a show, leaned over and pecked her lips. Nothing amazing, nothing too festive - perfectly fit with the young man who wore a stone expression even in the most joyous of occasions.

It didn’t stop Yukie’s face from exploding in color.

“Me, me, me! I wanna go next!” Oikawa didn’t wait for anyone to object before he was spinning the bottle, watching excitedly as it spun and spun and spun…. Landing on Ushijima. “What?” He squawked indignantly, reeling back from the bottles center as if it’d severely burned him, his expression scrunched in a not too attractive scowl, “Hard pass on that one! Let me go again!”

Matsukawa and Hanamaki could barely contain their laughter at their former captain’s misfortune, snickering around their directions of “You can’t get a second try!” “No, no, go ahead and give’m a smooch!” Their lips wobbling as they bit them closed at Oikawa’s hateful glare at them.

“Hurry it up, would ya? Waka-kun doesn’t have all night~.” Tendou smirked from over Ushijima’s shoulder, his red eyes peering down at Oikawa’s bitter expression from their corner as Oikawa leaned forward and pecked Ushjima.

It happened so fast, it almost felt like it hadn’t happened.

Though, the flash of a phone camera would eternalize the moment forever. Oikawa gasped loudly and turned to see where the flash came from. Daichi smirked from the other side of Suga, lowering his phone smugly as the mortified King sat down, scooting a bit from the group in his childish tantrum.

At Suga’s, and your, curious gazes, Daichi waved you two off, “For blackmail… Tooru is always pranking me… I could also probably sell it to Tetsurou and Koutarou…. Since they’d have a field day with it…” He smiled calmly, finding peace with his escape plans being lain out in front of him.

“Scary….” You and Asahi whispered at the same time, looking at each other in surprise before laughing quietly.

The bottle continued to spin. By the time it got to Suga, you’d been kissed by Iwaizumi, who was slow but passionate, by Semi, who was a little harsh, by Tendou, who was a little too much with his tongue, and Oikawa… who had really soft lips….

A variety of kisses, each different in feel and taste - and you’d enjoyed them… These young men were experienced with lovers and one night stands alike… So they knew how to kiss someone to either woo them or just get them out of their face…

But not the warmest feeling from Oikawa’s soft lips or the way Semi’s blush felt against your hands could really tame the feeling of jealousy in the pit of your stomach when you watched Kiyoko, Yui, Matsukawa and Suguru kiss Suga….

You wanted to kiss him.

Suga glanced around the circle once before spinning the bottle, glancing at you from the corner of his eye, quickly looking away with a tint of pink coloring the tips of his ears when you glanced up at him. Would he be lucky? Would the odds favor him?

The bottle spun and spun before slowly, ever so slowly, clinking to a slow…. Pointing to your best friend beside you.

A gust of wind left your sails as you sat there, glaring at the bottle, feeling…. sad? Upset? Jealous? Probably all three and more….

Until the clinking of the bottle sounded off again, bringing your attention back down to where a hand was slowly turning it to point directly at you. Suga’s hand. You followed his arm up to meet his eyes with your surprised ones, confused on what he was doing.

“Sorry…. I just… figured I should take my chance now instead of waiting for a whole round for the possibility.” His cheeks were pink, and he couldn’t look directly into your eyes, but his hand moved from the bottle to find yours beside him. Soft. Warm and soft.

Your best friend laughed, not really having wanted to step in your territory anyway, “Well, go on! You can’t change who the bottle obviously landed on.” She teased with a wide smile.

Though the rest of the group had a problem, bickering about how it was unfair - Oikawa’s whining being the loudest of them all… Neither you or Suga paid them any mind.

He rested his free hand on your cheek, cupping it tenderly, his thumb stroking your skin as he slowly leaned in. Your eyes slowly closed as he neared, as you leaned forward just the tiniest bit.

Your lips pressed against something hard and flat and your eyes flew open faster than ever before to see … well… not Suga. A paper fan had been slid between the two of you and you turned to glare at Oikawa as he proudly squatted in front of the two of you, “It’s against the rules, Koushi~kun~… I had to kiss Ushijima…. Now you have to kiss Yukino-chan.”

A huff of irritation left Suga, but you didn’t give him the chance to act before you reached out, laid your hand on Oikawa’s chest, and pushed back with a little force. He’d been squatting on the balls of his feet and immediately lost his balance with your push, falling backward into the center of the circle with a yelp. “Sucha baby~.” Matsukawa called over the groups snickering and laughter.

But you weren’t done in your actions, and your hands found Suga’s cheeks, one hand stroking beyond and into his soft silver hair. You smiled sweetly at his surprised expression, finding warmth in the change of it as you neared.

Then he was leaning forward and kissing you tenderly, sweetly, softly…. An angel’s kiss. Kiss of life. You breathed him in as you kissed, finally knowing without a doubt… He was your favorite kiss.

I hope this doesn’t bother you, Admin-chan, but I just find it odd how Ayato and Ruki are your top boys taking account they’re rivals and well…Ruki wronged Ayato in many ways and I don’t wanna be that person but he’s one of the least problematic Diaboys so I don’t get why Ruki would treat him the worst out of them all. I mean, shouldn’t all Sakamaki’s be a threat to him, why only be so mean towards Ayato? That’s what I can’t understand.

Ayato & Ruki Analysis, let’s go!

I love Ruki; he's such an intriguing character, but his attitude towards Ayato irritates me at times, especially because he sees Ayato as some sort of privileged brat who gets everything served on a silver platter, despite the fact that we know that’s exactly the opposite taking account that this guy had been mentally, emotionally and physically abused for decades.

The Mukamis are my favorite family, but I dislike how they constantly dismiss the Sakamaki brothers' trauma and adopt the "I've got it worse than you!" mentality.

Going back to Ruki, yes, what happened to him was indeed heartbreaking but the thing is, they wanted to show how Karma hit him. We know young!Ruki was a cruel child, he punished his servants for every little mistake and considered himself superior because of his position. Now, let’s talk about young!Ayato. He was literally Ruki's polar opposite; a kind child who didn't care about his Prince status and treated everyone equally, such as the butler, who was shown caring a lot for Ayato in LE and YB.

I usually like rivalry when it’s good portrayed; I really enjoyed the Shu x Yuma and Kou x Subaru ones, I think they were really well written. However, in Ayato’s and Ruki’s case… that’s a whole other story.

Ayato despises Ruki primarily because of romantic jealousy. Ayato may appear narcissistic and confident, but many people fail to realize how insecure and low his self-esteem is. Ayato is shown in MB to believe that no one will ever love him back. He is aware that if he falls in love with someone, that person won’t reciprocate his feelings, and thus he will get hurt. That's why Ayato kept rejecting Yui there and eventually let her go with Ruki. He clearly knows Ruki is better than him in every way, he just won't vocally admit it; he knows Ruki can easily win Yui's heart, and that's why he's a threat in his eyes.

Ruki's hatred for Ayato stems mainly from power jealousy. Ruki's main goal is to become Adam, but he can't because he isn't a pure-blood vampire, so he projects his insecurities onto Ayato, who, as the main guy, is considered the true Adam. Throughout the routes, Ruki appears to be impressed by Ayato as well. He once questioned whether Ayato truly is special, but quickly dismissed that thought. Another reason is that, as mentioned in his MB brute end, Ruki believes Karlheinz loves Ayato and his brothers. He is very insecure too; he knows Ayato is stronger and has a better chance of having Eve.

I’m honestly sick of how many times Ruki has called Ayato “unworthy” of being Adam but little does he know that’s not something he chose. I suppose people really overlook the fact that Ayato doesn’t want the powers, he couldn’t care less about Karl’s plan, he just wants Yui’s love. He was literally cursed to become Adam, that’s definitely no blessing. Have you seen his awakening symptoms in MB? The guy couldn’t even control his blood thirst anymore; he was literally ill.

And, while we're at it, what exactly did Ruki do to be "worthy" of the Adam title? His orphanage plan already failed because Kou, Yuma, and Azusa were all shot, and if Karlheinz hadn't shown up, he would have most likely been gone. He basically took care of them in Eden and "trained" them, which essentially means telling them the details of his plan, while his biological children were going through nightmares.

Anyway, I'm relieved Ruki is no longer obsessed with the Adam and Eve plan. In CL, he seems less addicted to it and I'm glad CL demonstrated that Ayato would indeed help Ruki if something happened to him; he became concerned when he suddenly fainted and was eager to save him and others as soon as possible.

I doubt they'll ever become friends because their personalities clash, but it's nice to see they don't hold grudges against each other anymore.

I normally post just about positive things or cheap memes that happen to me but after reading the horror stories from RP, I feel like I'm on the need to tell why did I leave Twitter RP and RP in general. Most of the time I did RP in my 1st language which is SPA and some in ENG. In those verses:

• Multiverse/Fantasyverse.

• Pokémon (mainly because of Mana, you know in previous posts I did talk about her.)

• Touhou (With my girl, Reimu, Sanae and Orin) I was surprised for good with how chill the community is once more. Some very isolated bad people here and there but that was all. The most chill fandoms were the least active I'm afraid.

• Zelda (In fact it was Time Link after Majora and a Navi with an adult FC on the BOTW era as the Queen of Fairies not saying just hey listen anymore).

• LoL (Even if I don't like the verse anymore I had a time with Tristana. It was nice to rp my old main in that crusty game since I did find in the gunner a potentially comical but potentially serious character for nice plots.)

• Fire Emblem with a very comical Elise, Adult Tiki, Soren... (yeah Soren is my boy).

• Smash (using Mana in Lucario place. Better a character with story than a random wild Lucario. But that verse sucks because of community like in LoL imo so I got back.)

About the verses I should comment that most of them had some repeated people from other sites (obvious if it's massive) and very few of them were good (if not I wouldn't have met my GF and future wife)

But the ones who were bad... well~. They always were unwilling to actually rp.

• Do you know why did I call Twitter "Twinder" because the main goal from such people never was RPing o making plots to start with. It was to make ships asap to try dating irl with the other mun. Ships can be a consequence of plots but they shouldn't be the absolute core of your life. And the +18 thing is not necessary for the plot. I say this bcs if someone is not willing for it, no one should force that person I think. You can skip it.

• The elitists who just appreciate an acc. Only for the level of its Edits. Dafuq man, is not wrong to use them if you know basic editing but is wrong to value an acc. Just with that. What if a very basically decorated acc rps much better than the other that is just focused in looking cool?

• People who recycle their muses or leave them hiatus to never develop them. I get that you can have a muse you don't end liking but doing it everytime gets tiring.

• You can't expect to get along with everyone no matter how hard you try. You'll always find some that doesn't like you for any non-good reason.

• Ppl who bully newbies. I mean, everyone was a noob. If you see me in 2014 I promise that you laugh at me. Instead of teaching or giving advices to them they insult them when they don't look most of times. Some of the abusers are even ppl who don't know yet how to rp because they do continuous ooc's. They don't rp their chacacter, they do rp themselves like a self oc. And they have the dare to insult newbies. Ok. Sorry but It's a bit sad.

• The 24/7 shitposting accs that don't specify they are about it instead of rping. Some ocasional comedy is good. Shitpost is nice but putting it everytime makes me go elsewhere. At least warn that your acc is full shitpost I think.

• People who are just in closed groups. You can do whatever you want of course but I don't recommend to go in any groupal community and go with your own path. If you enter any turf you'll just see things that you wouldn't like to have seen. Some people know what I'm talking about. At least I was lucky to know my GF in one. She was the only one who has care of me. Yes, some admins are abusers. I'll go to next point.

• This did happen in a Smash discord server, I don't regret being there because of meeting my GF. But admins were toxic ppl that picked on me for being a man and rping yuri. My GF can assure you that every femenine character I get I treat her with the max respect and focused on the plot first. In fact, we did many epic things with Mana and Kyoko. And Reimu & Yukari. Even some hetero pairings like Time Link and Nabooru or Twilight Link and Midna. Like ffs I rp with any kind of character (I like Ike x Soren in FE I'm a great fan of those two). If I don't disrespect the characters what's the matter? Yes, people who impose their absurd rules by force under the threat of marking you as a pariah are clearly toxic. I mean, even at times they are ppl (man or woman I don't care) who rp just lgbt things to have +18 fantasies and they still dare to point to others. Even if it was true from the moment you do THE SAME and you are THE SAME you lose the right of accusing anyone. It was a meme to witness it I swear.

Why did I left RP? Because such experiences. I have my GF, we do RP things ocassionally with our best characters, we are quietly, in peace, no toxicity around. That's why~. Idk about how everything is in tumbrl but I'm not very up to RP again at least atm.

I suddenly remembered the most wild way I'd been rejected from an rp. My friend was in one and asked me to apply and I did, promptly having my computer break and have to put in to be fixed meaning I didn't have my computer and I can't use tumblr on my phone meaning I didn't check it for around a week. When I did get it back, there was still no word from said rp (they'd updated the app count so I knew they got it) then a couple of days after that they accepted their friend in the role. the 1/3

first day that person was allowed to pick up a new character based on the rules. My friend asked why they hadn't accepted the other app not saying they knew me. The admins being oh so lovely people decided to lie and say that I'd been sending messages pushing them to accept and sending hate messages when they didn't, all while I hadn't checked tumblr in over a week. I get admins wanting to accept their friends, that was no big, and it's happened before so I could shrug that off  because it was a really cliquey genre of rp at the time. What I couldn't shake off was them trying to claim I was harassing them/sending them hate for no reason besides them not wanting to say they were being cliquey. I forgot to say, it was appless so it wasn't as though the other's para was better which would also be fair - it really was they wanted to accept their friend and nobody else.
