I think a gift that Luigi would give Mario for his birthday would be a wood carving kit like one of the professional ones with all the fancy tools for carving, sanding and sculpting, along with a few blocks of wood. He saved up all his money specifically for that and nothing else. And Mario can’t constrain his overwhelming joy over receiving such a thoughtful gift.

He cherishes it, truly, handles it with care and love just as he does Luigi.

I can especially see this ocurring as a flashback from when they were both still on Earth. Luigi buying this for Mario despite how rough times were back then, because he knows the hobby brings him a lot of joy. 🥺

"Fratellino...! You shouldn't have," Mario would gasp as he would unwrap his present, gazing down at the beautiful kit with a mix of wonder and dismay.

"Oh, hush!" Luigi would dimiss affectionately, patting the box and inviting Mario to open it. "We both know you've wanted one for ages. When was the last time you've treated yourself? You never indulge in any personal expenses!"

"Because I can't afford it," Mario would murmur with a furtive glance to their dingy appartment, giving Luigi a pointed look when the lightbulb above them would suddenly start to flicker.

Undeterred, Luigi would merely shrug and sit beside him, his eyes soft and compassionate.

"Please, take it," he would insist, with a knowing smile. "Please. I know how hard you try. I see it everyday. Saying that you deserve it would be an understatement. It was the least I could do."

Mario would grimace slightly at his brother's words, feeling a simultaneous pang of guilt and love in his chest.

"Thank you," he would finally say in quiet surrender, turning to give Luigi a fierce hug.

Much later, when they would both celebrate their first anniversary in the Mushroom Kingdom, Luigi would be elated to learn that the princess has given Mario full reign of the north wing's workshop, essentially letting him have it all to himself. While on his way to greet him there, he would huff with a lopsided grin upon thinking of how vast of an improvement this is over the meagre selection of tools he had offered him back then, but to his surprise, he would find Mario working at the nearest desk... with his kit laid out beside him. He would remember that this was one of the few objects that Mario had been very adamant about retrieving from Earth before the portal vanished, but he had believed it to be merely as a souvenir and would be confused as to why Mario would even bother still using it now.

"Seriously?" He would quip bemusedly as he would enter the room, causing Mario to break from his current train of thought with a start. "I can't believe you sometimes."

"What?" Mario would retort, a helpless smile tugging at his lips.

"Mario, half of these are worn down to a nub, and the other half is completely obsolete. Why keep a rusty old bike when you can have a Ferrari, eh?"

Luigi would nudge him with a smirk, pleased with his own comparison, but Mario wouldn't seem to find much humor in it. Instead, he would stare at the blueprint lying on the desk's surface and would shake his head slowly, his expression one of deep nostalgia and gratitude.

"The old bike has infinitely more value to me than any Ferrari, Lamborghini or Maserati ever could have," he would answer simply, his tone filled with warmth and appreciativeness.

Luigi would sigh dramatically at that, however beaming at the compliment.

"Okay, okay, I get it," he would concede with a playful roll of his eyes. "Just- promise me to use these shiny new toys every once in a while, alright? It's not everyday one of your craziest dreams come true! Might as well make the most of it."

He would ruffle Mario's hair and give him a wink before leaving him to his project, but would secretly feel very touched and a little emotional that Mario views his gift with such importance. ☺️💞

• Robin!Yuu’s life in NRC was… difficult to say the least (O_O)!

• having to hide her gender identity as a female in an all boy’s school and living in an abandoned dorm was hard enough already, it was a fortune to know that the world of TWST isn’t aware of the cosmos outside of it (like Belobog!) so they wouldn’t know about Robin!Yuu’s singing career atleast

• she’d have a hard time adjusting to the world’s environment though but she’s been in lots of other planets before so she should be fine… i hope?

• I feel like the first ones to ever know about her real identity is probably Ace, then he passes it on to Deuce LOL 😭😭

• Overblots?? she wouldn’t like the whole concept of it and would do anything to stop it, she IS the embodiment of harmony after- kissed by Xipe themselves. Yk how her halo can transmit feelings and resonate the power of harmony around her?? I like to imagine she uses it in dire times during an overblot to atleast get a hold of the situation.

• this girl is too soft and pure for her own good!!😭😭 someone in NRC would insult her and she’d be a little hurt inside but she’d just smile it away, not AceDeuce though, you’re never hearing the end of it.

• she knows how to stand her ground though and handle things professionally, which is personally why I feel like she’d be an amazing prefect 🥹🥹

• okay but honestly though?? She’d be able to express herself freely (though keeping it limited since she has to act like a guy but the main cast is bound to know anyways sighsss) the relief she feels when she knows she doesn’t have to be perfect, to keep a perfect idol image, because no one simply knows of her background 🥹💗

• overall her experience in NRC dosen’t seem too bad if you exclude the overblots and the extra work Crowley gives her "( – ⌓ – )

Im so happy to have spent this year talking with you and sharing all my ideas with you! Honestly 2023 was such a year I’ll have many memories of, but I can’t wait for 2024. (My genetics appointment is tomorrow as of writing this so those results will kinda determine how my year goes I suppose!) you’re literally the sweetest, most wonderful creator I’ve ever met and I can’t help but be honored to be your dear boo boo bear🎐 anon! Seeing as a new year has finally arrived, I like to think that on New Year’s Eve, fragile!reader would be reminiscent of the past year and somewhat happy knowing they can hopefully live to see another year despite their fragility. However, Dottore sees it as a punch to his face. Another year has passed, and he still cannot cure his dear lover. Empty promises of curing them, but when? The year has already ended, and he fears they won’t make it to the next. Their time is limited if he can’t cure them, but he has to find a way, he promised them. So while they both stand next to each other waiting for the countdown, they both think of opposite views of the year. One filled with happiness for making through it, while the other filled with anger for failing once again.

I'm thinking about dancing with Daddy! Jake and him letting me step on his toes while we dance. Just giggling and twirling with him. He tells me how cute I am and that I'd make a good ballerina.

He wears a tiara and lets me be the dashing prince that "sweeps" him off his feet. (It's mainly a lot of giggling and crashing into the couch). I make him kiss my froggy plush first bc that's how little ones turn into princes. 🤭

caregiver daddy jake is so incredibly playful! i can imagine you have a whole playroom in your cosy beach home that is filled to the brim with dressing up boxes, toys galore, art supplies, work stations like mini kitchens and tea party sets, and a huge soft play mat.

any play, dressing up, games or role plays you do, jake get’s fully into it. he becomes the most theatrical and giggly caregiver and eagerly awaits your instructions for what you’re doing next, or what his role is. dress up is his personal favorite. i feel like when he was a kid he used to do it all the time with his sisters, therefore it’s therapeutic for him as much as it is for you.

your living room is covered in multiple items of dress up and props whilst your favorite prince and princess movie plays on your television. when it gets to your favorite parts you act them out, which includes dancing with him as you step on his toes (also includes him picking you up and throwing you over his shoulders a handful of times) and you being the dashing prince that sweeps your beautiful princess off his feet.

his tiara is replaced with a beautiful queens crown when he’s kissed your froggy plush and he confesses his undying love for his perfect prince. he tells you what a brave and handsome prince you are and how lucky he is to be loved by you. you know he means it genuinely and it’s truly coming from his heart, but the dramatic way he confesses to you makes you giggle a little. you just think your daddy jake looks so pretty in his tiara!

he absolutely then cooks you the most tasty meal and presents it on your froggy plate saying, “a meal fit for a king.”
