I've been quiet and not posting much art lately because all my spare time has been occupied by two special projects: a Reylo comic and a Dramione comic! (There's actually another WIP reylo comic but it's on the back burner rn BUT it's free to view on my Patreon!)
Most comics I've made in the past have been shorter form but these are longer and more intricate, which is a challenge but a really rewarding one and it's been a lot of fun working on them. I hope to complete both sometime in October.
Porg Confessional takes place months after TLJ. I will share it in full once it is complete.
The Dramione comic is based off my Dramione fic Sweet Sacrifice (dark, read the tags!!) and will be explicit, mostly in chapter 2, which I haven't started working on yet. This comic takes a large divergence from the fic and explores what might have happened if Hermione had never met Draco along the road, and had been left outside the village as a sacrifice instead.
Due to the nature of the themes involved in this story it will be a Patreon exclusive, which is where I keep most of my nsfw work.
Anyway--keep an eye out for further announcements. I can't wait to share these with you!

DAY 2: STARS (Part 1)
“I promise you, Narry. The sights here are great!” His lover rambled on, clasping onto his hand as they dragged him down the pebble road, talking over the sound of rocks shuffling underneath their weight — blending well with the crickets hidden in the grass, and forest, that bordered them from the town. “And I double, double, checked the weather today, just to make sure. It’s clear skies!” They craned their neck to grin, the soft glow emitting from him creating a warm portrait that he’ll imprint in his mind forever; just like every other moment.
“You seem pretty happy that ‘stargazing’ won on the wheel of mundane dates tonight.” Narry laughed, giving their hand a gentle squeeze as he swayed his other arm that held the bag carrying their essentials.
“So what? It was my idea.” They chuckled, decelerating their eager pace to stride along with their partner.
“Hey now, I’m not denying that it’s a great idea.” Narry hummed leaning to their side to give them a quick kiss on the temple. “Believe me when I say that I’m just as excited.”.
Stars out of all things. He’s got his fair share of experiences with “stars”. In fact, the most logical explanation for his identity, as a being, would be to call him as one of those specks out there.
Narry huffed, a small attempt to hide a random chuckle. It’s taking a lot out of him to not say something his lover would categorize as “cringey”:
“Why look at all of that stellar activity when I’m right here?” Or maybe something else like, “Am I not the light of your life, already?”
Ah… he could already see the eye roll and the incoming punch to the shoulder — all while talking about how stupid his attempt to flirt is. Sadly, he’ll have to hold that idea back for a future moment. His beloved seems quite eager to make this opportunity special for them.
His eyes change focal points from the dim green path, to up at the musty clouds of gray covering any of the beauty. He strained his eyes as far as he could and noticed the awaited empty patch of clouds coming to blow their way. A speed that would take longer than it should. A gust whistles past them and he takes his attention away from the observation, listening back in on his jewel’s ramblings. He’ll save those worries for later.
“—I mean how could I not be excited, honestly? You cooked the meal for tonight, we’re out of town to the point where it’s quite, we get to experience some nature, I get to be with you and do the things I’ve always wanted to do,” they listed, a warm smile widening on their face as the reasonings became more heartfelt than the last word, and Narry couldn’t help but blink and gape his mouth slightly in awe. Sometimes he forgets that affection exists; that he’s capable of it. And with his lover saying those kinds of lovey-dovey things? He’ll be quickly reminded.
Narry shuts his parted lips and pries his hand away from their hand just to run it up their back and wrap his arm around their shoulder, pulling them into where they have to trot with a slight tilt. “Do you know how much I love you?” He whispered against their hair.
They quiet down, the crunching of the gravel echoing louder during that moment of silence. “No, I don’t need to know,” they began, “I’m just happy to hear that you know how much you love me,” they smiled contentedly as they came closer to the hill.
“I do.”

all fluttering and dancing in the breeze
🍃written for @nobamaki-bigbang🍃
“Great! Okay, so I’m assuming we all know how to play baseball, right?” Maki asked.
Everyone was nodding, and Nobara was about to scoff and say duh, was about to proudly announce that she was actually a fantastic baseball player. But…
But then she glanced at Maki—sweet, gorgeous, Maki with a determined fire blazing in her eyes—and she had an idea. A terrible, devious, but quite possibly genius idea.
“Um, actually,” she spoke up, much louder than necessary, “actually, I, uh… I don’t know how to play baseball.” She fluttered her eyelids and smiled shyly, grabbing a strand of her hair and twirling it around her fingers as if she were the epitome of innocence.
[or: nobara pretends that she doesn't know how to play baseball so she can spend time/flirt with maki]

NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS 2023
[Since this is gonna be a lot, I’m aiming to accomplish as many as possible, or at least get on the right track for them]
<<<<<<<<<<LIFE-FOCUSED>>>>>>>>>>
+ GET SOME DRIVING PRACTICE IN
* BONUS: Actually take another test
- STATUS: FAILED
I have no real excuse for this one.
=============================================================
+ COOK AT LEAST ONE NEW THING EVERY MONTH
- STATUS: SUCCESS
I made a list of stuff to try out, and followed through on it! I won’t lie; not everything I made was a success. BUT I made the attempt, and now have some new foods to add to the rotation
=============================================================
+ START LEARNING SPANISH. At least 10 minutes or so before bed a few times a week
- STATUS: FAILED
BUT, I have already started and kept with a new schedule for learning each week going into the new year
=============================================================
+ SOCIALIZE MORE (BESIDES JUST TABLETOPS). I’m aiming to try and do at least one actual hangout once a month, voice chat with someone/people I care about at least once every two weeks, and/or get in touch with people I haven’t spoken with for a while in either of those time-frames
- STATUS: MIXED
To be honest, I’d generally say I failed at reaching out to people more often. It’s a bad habit of mine, and one I’m still working to break. I keep forgetting that I’m a human being that needs to socialize sometimes. BUT I have gotten more involved with the SpiderForest community in particular, and it’s been invigorating to have this huge group of people to chat with about art stuff. I’ve already started encountering a couple favorite people among them!
============================================================= =============================================================
<<<<<<<<<<ART-FOCUSED>>>>>>>>>>
+ WARM-UPS AND FREE-DRAWING. I’m going to resume doing 10 minute warm-ups before comic days. Also, I’m aiming to do at least one 30 minute free drawing session a week (probably Thursdays); I will have no expectation of quality, producing “content,” or furthering a series; it’ll strictly be for fulfillment
- STATUS: FAILED
The autism momentum is strong for me. If I start working on one thing, I HATE having to move to something else. It’s extra frustrating for me because the early part of the year, I had plenty of extra time to draw, but it got eaten up by other projects and messing around. Even at-work drawing, where I can usually get more learning done, I’d gotten too caught up with thumbnails for my comic.
My best thought is setting aside specific days for learning and free-drawing, particularly at work, since it’s easier for me to work traditionally with that kind of thing
=============================================================
+ KTTFF. Start working on pages for C3 around June, and begin posting them on my birthday. The goal is to enter the Next Major Location (at least with the pages I’ve finished) by the end of the year
- STATUS: SUCCESS
I’m gonna give myself a tiny bit of extra credit with this one; originally I only intended to just be at Foundation B by the end of this year, but I managed to dive into the facility itself! The design-work of it was fun, and I’m so excited for everyone to see more next year!
=============================================================
+ LET’S BECOME GODS. Finish the campaign before the end of the year
- STATUS: SUCCESS
Finished on June 25th! It’s funny, only a few months after, the campaign seems SO distant, though that’s probably because I’ve been buried in other projects since then
=============================================================
+ SUNS AND DAUGHTERS. Finish the campaign before the end of the year
- STATUS: SUCCESS
Finished in September! Somehow that one is even closer to when I’m typing this, yet feels FURTHER away. Time is weird. The good news, though, is that I found two awesome new players out of the campaign, who’ve joined me for my next one!
=============================================================
+ SONG OF THE SWARM. Start the campaign before the end of the year
- STATUS: SUCCESS
To be honest, I was leaning towards waiting until the new year to begin the campaign originally, but I pushed it forward a bit out of sheer excitement. Both campaigns began around October/November, and while it’s honestly been a struggle at times to stay ahead with my finalized notes, the work has been worth it. Looking forward to more of the campaign to come!
