Description: Husk finally decides that he wants to confess to Angel, but gets cold feet in the last second. It's up to Angel to finish the job.

Stood in front of the bar watching the lobby was Husk, taking a break.

Husk rarely takes a break from the bar—Alastor sees no reason in giving him one when Husk can do what he would do on break behind the bar. But with Alastor out on some sort of business, Charlie and Lucifer dealing with Heaven, and Vaggie taking a well-deserved nap, Husk decided it was time to enjoy the empty hotel.

Well, almost empty.

Husk watched as Angel threw Fat Nuggets gently into the air before bringing him close to his face, kissy noises following the action.

“Who's the cutest lil’ piggy? Waiting for daddy to come home from work, how sweet!” Angel coos. Husk smiles at the display.

 Angel is paying little attention to Husk, as he often did. They were close enough that Angel was comfortable enough to just be himself when it was only he and Husk in the lobby. 

And that’s really what has put Husk in this position now. In his hand is a rose that he went out and bought as a gift for the porn star. They had been getting closer since Husk had found him when he ran out, even spending more time together since the fight with the angels. 

Husk has begun falling for the demon. Not the persona he puts out, but the real him. The one that loves taking selfies, but loves taking pictures with his polaroid even more. The one who slips into Italian when drunk, who once spent a whole night telling him about the old trouble he and his sister would get into when alive. The Angel who loves his body but hates his feet, who made Husk help him put on fake eyelashes on his six other eyes to freak everyone out, who loves Fat Nugget more than anything, who is a sore loser when it comes to any type of game but won’t give up until he beats Husk. Everything about the Angel that he has gotten to know is imperfectly perfect, someone who is funny, strong-willed, sure of himself, and human.

So now he stands here, watching his friend play with his pet pig, rose hidden behind his back as he works up the courage to take the last few steps and confess to Angel of his feelings. Husk is nothing short of a fucking gentleman, so the rose is a must.

the funniest part about coming to mha late, was I knew bkdk was extremely controversial and had seen some of the discourse about from the outside, so when I finally decided to watch it I was shocked to discover just how much of the plot revolved around izuku having a huge crush on kacchan

So yes I have OF COURSE read @naffeclipse new fic Apex Polarity and yes, I AM OBSESSED!

So I decided to make a little comic of how I think their "first encounter" might have looked like from Eclipse's perspective.

I can't help but think about how alien and scary we most look to him (especially if there is a history of fasco hunting polar sirens in the past). With all that gear we look like emotionless beings, just observing and uncaring of this ice world. But then when y/n shows up and probably exudes this joy and wonder for his world + shows respect for the creatures and the environment??? Mmh yeah, I can see Eclipse falling for y/n, especially considering how alone he might be...

ho-ly shit, this actually got finished. this was so much work for something that is so incredibly niche, but im so happy with it. this was SO MUCH FUN to come up with, to think of songs for each card, to slip in silly references and make my little border designs... thank you so much everyone else who has been enjoying these posts!

Now I'm thinking about twisted anxiety reader being able to sing really well. I feel like there could be some very interesting/funny moments (4 us not reader).

Reader probably only sings in a reclusive area like a forest around the dorm

I wanna say that the forest already has haunting rumors about it ,and when someone (jade or rook) hears reader singing they think that the "ghost" is up and active again. So students start doing a "test of courage" type thing.

I put Jade or Rook being the one to hear reader cuz they're really the only ones that would really be in that area without a reason.

I also know they're intelligent enough to know it's not a ghost ,but start the rumor anyways cuz they want to know who's singing. And it becomes this big thing the school trying to figure out.

Cut to reader losing her mind cuz she like "wow, I didn't know people thought it was that bad. How am I supposed to live, laugh, love ever again??"

When in reality they were just memorized by reader's singing. And they really want to find out who it is.

Bonus points if they film it and sent it to the group chat you posted about earlier. And reader just has to be like 🧍‍♀️ "whattt???? No way!! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ a random voice in the woods 😱😱"

there's aus where u try to recreate the "effect" of a character's personality and behavior through an alternative "cause", and then there's this shit where i Just think umm well personally wolfwood being down to kill for vash is hot and it's a bummer vash doesn't think so too, but what if an au where he does ?

it's not a true "villain" vash au, basically it goes that vash decided to stick it out with knives in the hopes he could mitigate the damage knives planned to do to mankind, and it's worked for the most part-- at the expense of vash taking on much of knives' ire himself. this vash is even more isolated than in canon, unable to meet the standard knives enforces for what a god is supposed to look like, and constantly concerned with appeasing knives: dressing and styling his hair in a way that doesn't annoy him, talking very little, always offering compromises that put himself at a disadvantage

it's a wholly bad deal, up until the eye (yeah i'm blending stuff from other triguns in even tho it's a 98 au lol) offer vash their latest up-and-coming disciple to protect and serve him directly, though the "protecting" thing ends up being extremely mutual. wolfwood is the first bright spot in vash's life in a hundred years, and he's not going to allow anybody to take that away
