While I do think that Tubbo was a bit over the top today in regards to making light of the lore, I think it’s mainly because he’s tired of this arc and how there isn’t a roleplayable response unless the eye workers permit there to be. It’s frustrating on a viewer and player level for sure.

Does that mean he had to be over the top? No, but I do think its good to keep in mind that Mike also was messing around during the lore today and in the dapper kidnapping stream, Phil did not give a shit that dapper was downed and kidnapped even after being told he was. I can find Tubbo making jokes at the eye workers funny and someone else can find it annoying, I personally had a problem when he kept speaking over Bagi today, he’s a human who does annoying things that I don’t like sometimes.

I think we all get a bit too defensive of our favs (absolutely guilty) and forget that we find other people doing the same thing annoying too. People can respond to lore however they want, especially when it’s impromptu lore like today.

We don’t have to be up in arms about everything and you don’t have to hate on someone for acting how another person acted in the past. Streamers do things we don’t like sometime because (surprisingly) they’re individuals! Who have their own reasons for doing the things they do. Sometimes it’s playing a certain game and sometimes it’s taking lore with a grain of salt. Maybe you like foolishs parenting style and hate Phil’s, that’s valid! Just remember that people can dislike foolishs parenting style too!

TLDR: it’s okay to critique tubbo for how he chose to interact with the lore today or how he interacts with sunny so long as you are okay with people saying the same thing about your streamer

I want the eggs back so bad but since Philza hinted that the eggs disappeared because the admins are on vacation, if that is true I guess I can wait a little longer. The admins deserve all the rest they can get. They must be tired from carrying the qsmp on their backs lol. Not to say that I watch qsmp just for the eggs I originally watched because of slime and Jaiden but fell in love with Philza lol but you gotta admit that qsmp is not the same without them. And not just the egg admins, all the other admins from the twitter updates to the admins who do everything in the background to make qsmp the best experience for both viewers and cc’s. To be brutally honest, a lot of the issues with public school are because of parents. Negligent parents don’t give a shit when they get a phone call about their kid cussing out a classmate or throwing a chair, but they sure as hell care when they hear their precious baby got recess time taken away for acting up in class. Problem kids don’t care about getting sent to the office or being put in ISS, because to them, it’s a free vacation out of the classroom, and their parents don’t hold them accountable for their behavior, so they’re not scared about consequences at home, either. So then, teachers are facing pressure from “customer service mindset” admin to “handle it on their own,” which means teachers are having to constantly stop what we’re doing every five seconds to address behaviors instead of actually getting to teach the rest of the kids who do want to learn and get their work done, which ultimately puts everyone behind.

just sent an email to a parent that was literally just me diplomatically telling them to fuck off

this semester, i’ve just started telling students & parents how long it will take me to do things

“when will you grade our tests” whenever i find 4 hours “when will you grade the homework” whenever i have 3 hours “when will you be done with the notebooks” well, since i’ve already graded half, whenever i find another 3 hours to do the other half, but i also have to make lesson materials for 7th grade’s monday lesson, which will also take 3 hours

Like do you start by going to your GP? How do you even begin to explain that situation?

Hi anon!! Sorry this took me so long to answer, and I’m sorry I can’t be of more help since I haven’t transitioned myself

Basically, first port of call is to contact ur gp about discussing your transition options. Get an appointment, talk to your gp, and if they’re worth their salt at all they’ll help you worth through your options from there.

I’ve read online and heard from transitioning friends that waits for gender clinics are often upwards of 3 years, so be prepared for that. Your doctor may prescribe you hormones themselves, or just refer you to a clinic, I can’t really speak on that, it seems to just depend on your doctor.

Mostly I want to say that if your doctor refuses to treat you or take you seriously, LEAVE. You can find a new doctor either at your surgery or at a free clinic. People will help you, so don’t get disheartened if you find a dickhead 😂

my skills as an administrative assistant are brutally hampered by the fact that I keep wildly underestimating the amount of prompting, coaching, and detailed explanations people apparently expect. I’m no stranger to overcommunication but apparently what I consider overcommuncation isn’t even the bare minimum for these people
