I don’t have much experience with being a Therian yet or shifts so please don’t flame me, correct me if you feel the need in the comments on wording and labels for this experience but, this morning I had gotten very excited while waiting for the bus on my porch, and suddenly I have this phantom sense, a really strong sense of my tail, and my back was pressed up against the back of the chair I was in so my tail was getting squished so I tried to move it but I still felt so sick to my stomach it made me ill I felt like I was missing a part of myself but it was so there at the same time I was just saying to myself “this is wrong this is wrong” over and over again in my head. That’s probably the first notable phantom sense / shift thingy I’ve ever had, I’ve had experiences in the past but it felt more mental than real but this felt real and physical and made me ill. Im kinda still freaked out about it at the end of the day… but it’s exciting at the same time being able to feel my limbs and such that had been wrongfully stripped from me since I was placed in this body.
