So idk about others but I realised that one of my major blocks is thinking that I need to “work hard” for my manifestations. Like I grew up with the mindset that nothing is impossible if I work hard enough; I can achieve it. And while it’s a good mindset, it has limited me in some of my manifestations. I constantly stay in the state of lack because I don’t think I can have the manifestation as I haven’t worked hard enough for it, like I need to DO more techniques or affirmations, or intake more content, or even put in some work in the 3D. And for manifestation this is NOT TRUE.
Getting an ideal body is NOT about putting in the “work” or “doing” something. It’s a natural thing that happens. There are so many things that naturally happen, and that you CANNOT work for. For example you do not do any work to be born, you do not do any work to be hungry, you do not do work to get siblings, or even soulmates. You do not do any work to develop a crush nor do you ever do any work to get the people in your life. No matter how hard I try, I CANNOT make my soulmate appear from no where, nor can I meet them with work. It’s all chance and alignment and natural things that happen. Similarly being thin and having an ideal body is a natural thing that you cannot work hard for. It just happens.
So ease off on yourself, don’t stress out, and detach, because you literally CANNOT do anything except for telling yourself you have it, from time to time. Hence you DO deserve it and whenever you affirm and the tiny voice in your head says “no you don’t have it” understand that it’s saying that you don’t have it cuz you haven’t worked for it and then remind the voice that this is not something you work for, it just naturally happens.

Hey anon! I hope your having a great day too :) also, i really think this is such a limiting belief. Yes, think as if you already have it, and affirm what you want to see in the mirror as if you already had your dream body. But also, your subconscious doesn’t know the difference. Rather your joking or not, or rather your thinking of or from it. Also the difference is (thinking, and operating as someone who already has it, vs someone who thinks of it for example seeing there desire from a linear perspective) hope that helps i tried to explain it well! 💖

I feel like all my life I have been seeing things as out of control. Like I’ve tried acne meds begging and hoping and wishing that they’d work, I’ve been dieting and exercising begging for it to change my body, I’ve been studying and begging my brain to retain the information.
I need to stop putting control in the hands of other things and other people, despite the environment I grew up in. Even if all my life I’ve felt like I was not in control and that I was just a puppet under someone else’s story, I can change that now.
I DO have control over myself, my desires, my thoughts and my life! I am allowed to have control and I DO have it. I don’t need to beg anyone or anything. I don’t need to do my affirmations in a state of begging my subconscious to accept them!
However I’m not forcing it on my subconscious either; because would mean I’m coming from a state of lack. I’m declaring and deciding.
If I see something that isn’t matching, I just ignore it nonchalantly! Not with resistance, not trying to push it away and not lying to myself.
It’s like someone asking “hey is this your pen?”
And I’d be like “nope”
“Really? You’re the only one that’s been here”
I shrug and reply “I don’t know but it’s not mine”
See how natural it is? I’m declining that being my pen (unwanted 3D) but I’m not forcing it to not be my pen, I’m not saying “omg omg it’s actually my pen but I don’t want it so how do I lie” or I’m not snapping at the person and getting upset that they think it’s my pen, because I KNOW what my pen (desire) looks like.
The mirror shows acne: damn I’m so glad I have glass skin
The mirror doesn’t show my ideal body: oh that must not be my reflection 🤷‍♀️
Because I AM in charge and it’s not a I’m gonna terrorize everyone and take charge, nor is it I’m gonna bend backwards and become a doormat so that everyone will accept me as incharge. NO! I’m the rightful heir to the throne and I just got coronated! What I say goes! (And it’s not cocky or bitchy it’s literally how things work! Science said it was ok, God said it was ok, as I have free will- it is the most neutral thing ever)
I don’t have to beg anyone or anything, I just have to be confident in my decision, and not accept anything else than my decision to be true.
