Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
It was a delightful and mouth-watering dish, and because the sauce was made with a blend of cream and butter, it came to be known as "butter chicken." In terms of Indian cuisine, it is always my first pick.

This is… probably kind of a silly question but bear with me
Do any of y’all have a favorite food or dish you really enjoy? I want to write a classic era fic about Kai and Zane bonding over cooking (and some mild rambling about love languages) and I’m looking for food suggestions

Also i will FIGHT anyone and everyone talking about how "please, Alfred's british. he'd have technical skills but you KNOW that flavor is bland."
The UK is one of the (if not THE) biggest cultural and culinary melting pots in the world. "british food is bland and boring" yeah sure, purely british food with no outside influences can be!!!
But WHHHHYYYYYYY on EAAARRRTTHHH would a clever, intelligent, and well refined intelligence officer young man take one look at all these spectacular foods from all these immigrating cultures and the new and distinct combinations they've come up with sharing ideas amongst themselves and NOT dive headfirst into learning everything about them!!!!

saw a video of a guy making butter chicken and so many people are just like, "oh i wouldn't be able to handle all that spice but it looks great!" dude, butter chicken is on the bland side of the scale, the cashews and cream make it almost sweet. it is what we make people with zero spice tolerance eat. you'll be fine. just eat more naan and less gravy.

Seeing African and South Asian food become viral ‘trends’ on tiktok and then a few weeks later becoming the butt of everyones joke…people making videos of themselves throwing out the food in the garbage, spitting it out, talking about how tiktok made them waste money on “nasty ass” food gives me war flashbacks to elementary and middle school lol. Culture is a not a fucking trend
