How to deal with feeling stuck, confused and  exhausted?  “When life becomes too complicated and you feel overwhelmed, it’s often useful just to stand back and remind yourself of your overall purpose, your ultimate goal. When faced with a feeling of stagnation and confusion, it is helpful to take an hour, an afternoon, or even several days to simply reflect on what it is that will truly bring you happiness and satisfaction, and then reset your priorities based on that. This will put your life back in proper context, allow a fresh perspective, and enable you to see which direction to take.” - Dalai Lama (Art OF Happiness) #selfhelpbooks #booksofig #nonfictionbooks #bestbooksever #bookwormlife #readingtime #bookhighlights #personaldevelopment #readersofinstagram #readreadread #mustread #books #indianbookstagrammer #readthisbook #bookaddict #indianbookstagrammer #indianbookblogger #bookstagramindia #selfhelpquotes #booknotes #bookhighlights #bookaddiction #bookrec #bookexcerpts #dalailama #newyearnewme #2023goals https://www.instagram.com/p/Clk3RAzPI_M/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Who else loves the anthology Black Sci-Fi Short Stories?? Which was your favorite story in the collection? Reposted from @book_withquotes @flametreepress 🍁🍁 This is a compilation of short stories by Black authors. The tales’ settings waver a sketch of time- from the times of subjugation and abuse to superheroes and the far-off future. Most sections are short stories, however, three are more similar to novella length. All accounts are elegantly composed. A few stories stand apart to me for an assortment of reasons. Two stories are outstanding as a result of their furious, melodious yet undaunted, exposition, which ends up highlighting the relationship of two dark females constrained into servitude. I don’t want to spoil much about the stories, so go ahead and read the book. 🍁🍁 Rating of the book - 4⭐/5⭐ 🍁🍁 For full review, click the link in bio. I find this book ridiculously adorable. Because of the way the author presented the story, chapter after chapter changing point of views on situations and the dialogue exchange. I think this book is not a simple romance or more precisely, a lighthearted historical romance, this book is about hopes and dreams and those frightening demons we all carry inside, side by side, and try our best to keep them balanced, try best not to let them overpower us. I know this, even though I haven't read the third book in the Girl Meets Duke series yet, this book is my favorite one among them. Don't get me wrong, I loved The Dutchess Deal and Ash will forever be my uniquely favorite character, but there is something about Chase Reynaud, the self-loathing rake, something more than a golden heart, and the careful persona, something more that comes out every time Alexander Mountbatten is around to criticize, to suggest, to scold to be bold working woman who deserves all the stars, each and every one of them. . . . Enough about me, let's talk about you. What is your favorite Tessa Dare book /s? Do you read Goberness or Nanny Romances? What book you're currently recommending the most? . . . #historicalromancebooks #historicalromance #historicalromancenovel #historicalromancereaders #ebookaddict #ebookstagram #ebookreader #ebooklover #romancebookaddict #romancelandia #romancereadersofinstagram #romancebookreview #romancebookblogger #romancebookstagram #smutty #indianbookstagram #indianbookstagrammer #indianbookblogger #indianblogger #indianreviewer #tessadare #girlmeetsduke #thegovernessgame #bookrecommendations #indianreaders #bookobsessedgirl #ebookromance #kindlereads #kindleromance #ebooklovers (at India : इंडिया) https://www.instagram.com/p/CQ4x9mkrKhx/?utm_medium=tumblr

Book 117 of 2021. If you're a person of a certain age and grew up in India at a certain time, some things are true for us all: We all bought our school shoes from Bata. We all lived through power cuts. We were all introduced to mythology through our television. I don't much remember Ramayana, but Mahabharata mornings were special. It is hands down my favourite epic out of the two. The Ramayana with it's clear cut demarcations of good and bad, right and wrong, dharma and adharma...felt a little stifling to me. Plus, as a woman I always found it a bit...not quite right on multiple levels. As a result stories from The Ramayana haven't really called out to me or rather I've kept my distance from them. For most part, these stories and these subplots have remained a fleeting memory. The names Bali, Sugreeva and Tara I knew only barely. I only knew the basic outline of their arc, so this book felt brand new. This book was startling, surprising and the best part it made me think of this tale as old as time in a new light. See these brothers, their love, their world and their struggles in a new light. What makes a good man? What makes a good ruler? And who gets to decide a man or a Vanara's place in the world? Love, jealousy, vindication, war and righteousness and the oldest love triangle. Interesting. Glad I picked it up. . . #whimsybookworm2021reads #indianbookblogger #IndianBooksinAugust #mythology #Vanara #AnandNeelakantan #bookrecommendations #history #booksbooksbooks #bibliophile #bookblogging (at India) https://www.instagram.com/p/CSO8H5_JKax/?utm_medium=tumblr

Many thanks to author for providing ARC, in exchange for an honest review. The Night of Many Endings by Melissa Payne Expected publication Date : October 19th 2021 Publisher : Lake Union Publishing Genre : Fiction Pages : 300 Ratings : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review : The Night of Many Endings was touching and emotional fiction that revolved around three strangers stuck in library during storm. The story was about addiction, loss, grief, PTSD, depression, homeless life, guilt, regrets, presumptions, stereotypes, loneliness, hope, and following dream and living life before it’s too late. Writing was gripping, vivid, and touching with its heavy subject and yet it never felt overwhelming. This was character driven story and all characters were brilliant written. They all were flawed, had lost something, dream or loved ones and were stuck in life, struggling to move on until they were stranded in library. The setting of Sliver Ridge library, Colorado during storm made the story atmospheric. I loved how author showed there is more to all people than meet the eyes, all have story, all are going through something in life, how there is normal person in addicts and homeless people, how people having stereotypes against them makes them feel, and no one is lonely if only one can let others in. Overall, The Night of Many Endings was heart touching, deep, and emotive fiction with heavy topic making it perfect book club read. I highly recommend this if you like, Character driven stories steady pace emotional stories group read worthy heavy topics set in library sad but very hopeful story satisfactory ending QOTD : Which is your favourite book set in library? #BooksTeacupandReviews #Indianbookstagram #IndianBookBlogger #bookcommunity #bookgram #TheNightofManyEndings #MelissaPayne #fiction #generalfiction #bookishlovegroups #bookblog #bookreviewercommunity #bookishmom #bookblogger #bookstagramfeature #bookishlife #bookaesthetic #bookstagrammer #reader #BookReview #fictionreader #bookrec #bookreviewblog #setinlibrary #bookclubread #bookclubperfect #LakeUnionpublishing #amazonpublishing #ipreview via @preview.app (at Ahmedabad, India) https://www.instagram.com/p/CR0o0uhLPUu/?utm_medium=tumblr

🖤🦋Romance Book Spread🦋🖤 💞Valentine’s Day Special 💞 #qotd : Which is your fav romance book and author ?
@chetanbhagat & @durjoydatta are my so far read fav romance book authors.
Chetan Bhagat’s One Indian Girl is my fav book among all others! I’m not into YA books but this story inspired me a lot. It’s sort of from a feministic view.
I’ll post it’s review shortly !
Look for the reviews on The Boy Who Loved , The Boy With A Broken Heart and The Girl of My Dreams in the feed

Hi bookworm, Hope you are doing well and reading tonnes of books. I have been with my family for past few days and celebrated Holi, the Hindu fastival. I am in my village so that is the reason I can't post anything because of the network issue. But that's not what we are here for today. This book is my new home to wounded heart. It's the story of my homeland written with pain of families that were uprooted and torn apart because of their differences. It's the testament of cruelty which happened years ago when a country finally breathed the air of freedom only to watch her children bleeding and dying and hatred poisoning it's soil . And I admire the author to tell this tale from the female perspective and gave them the honour which are often neglected in our history textbooks. This is the must read. Tell me which book call out your soul? #bookreader #independance #chitrabanerjeedivakaruni #indianbookstagram #indianbookstagrammer #indianbookblogger #indianbookreviewer #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #booksofinstagram #bookish #bookphotography #bibliophile #bookaesthetic #readstagram #bookishpost #bookworld #ilovebooks #bookishlyengaged #bookstagramit #readreadread #readingislife #allthebooks #featuremybooks #bookster #literaturelover #booktography #bibliofeature #bookpic #bookcollage https://www.instagram.com/p/CpkazglPnGJ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Talking to author, B. Truly! 🦄🦄🦄 Interview: 1. Tell me (and the readers) a little bit about yourself, including a quirk that you have. A. I am more of a homebody, but I never get bored at home. I always have plenty to do between social media, watching TV, reading, and writing my own books. Actually, I feel like I never have enough time at home to do everything I want. I choose my leisure activities, depending on what I’m in the mood for. For outings, I like going to the movies, having book meets with my author buddies, and hanging out with my friends and family. 🦄🦄🦄 For the full interview and my review on the book with the links to where you can buy the book visit my blog! BOOK THOUGHTS What has happened? Where am I? Am I okay? I asked myself these three questions once I finished the book two of the Midnight Mayhem series by Amo Jones. Well the answer to this question is, I don't know. Have you ever read a book, where you went what, WHAT, What, WHat at every new chapter you were reading, well my darlings, for me, this is THAT BOOK (WHAT'S YOURS, tell me in the comments section below)! I have said a lot when I finished the first book, but this is even better and darker and me being me, my brain has exploded and you can find it all scattered all over Killian. I am very much satisfied with this book and it was my pleasure to read such a book providing information and excitement at the same time!
An Indian Police officer, on a fortnight break...
the pristine beauty of islands, dense forest, and never-ending picnic. Then a man is found, ignoring him! suspected fugitive...Who is he actually? Toughest investigation that seemed to be closed, virtuoso officer unfolds...
You know it's a good book when you read it without picking any other book. The book is very interesting to read and the excitement goes up and up and flat and up but not down. Personally, I thought the start very similar to sacred games, It's not a copy of any book and it's unique., At first sight, the social science title and background seemed so boring that I hardly wanted to pick it up, But it is so beautiful that I wasn't able to resist reading it. The moment I picked it up and started reading I was like "wow such a great start"Often I see that the books I read have a boring start everything going normally and then things changes, we have new characters and new plot and adventure and thrill...but many readers fail to reach that excitement as they keep it back in the shelf after reading those few boring pages. This book astonished me with such a boosted start. To get back to the normal level and judge the book I read it again but it was worth. (You know na, I cannot write reviews in excitement as in that way I'll say only good things and then after few days I realize that yes there were things which I did not like about that book)Very good narration and storytelling...I'm glad that fancy words are not flaunted and things are kept simple and interesting. The narration is enough to make a reader fall in love with storytelling. The story is very nice and has great potential. I am really glad to read a book which audaciously elaborates social issues, complexities, and problems which are hidden to the public and or don't have their attention. There are very few books like this one which provides information with such a beautiful story. I admire the skill of connecting topics, like an election, environment and social issues in one story.Binding them together to make an interesting read because as much I know, that people don't like reading about these topics. Because of lack of interest in social topics, the common information remains hidden from others and when they find it they say "We were never told about it"
