Hello hello! It’s me again!

When/if requests are open, I would like to request a reverse hurt/comfort of the Unfinished Boss angst fic you did.

Because god damn that was a stab to my heart and a half that one shot. I just want to comfort xem and tell xem everything is going to be okay like that hurt me on so many levels. But that just means that it’s good so yippee./lh

Please only do this whenever you can or if feel comfortable doing so! I would never wish the stress and guilt that is writers block when writing requests for people, especially not from a writer that I admire. :)

That one Unfinished Boss/Blank Canvas x reader fic but reversed

You could even try to get up from the ground, but the robot that was on top of you with an arm tied to your torso prevents you. And in the end, you don't want to get up anyway, xe was a cutie.

Your hand stroked the back of the robot's head, feeling whatever texture your fingers traced around. Xer cable, some weird plug thing, or just dust, whinch didn't really bothered you. What was adorable is how you could feel xer confortable warm metal, that softened your meat chest and arms.

You just couldn't stop smiling at this view. Xe was adorable. You couldn't stop your cravings, and you pressed a gentle kiss on top of Blank's head. Not a sensual one, nor a intense one, it was a kind, honest kiss.

Xer smile got bigger, rubbing xer head against your head gently and pressing xer arm around you, trying to get more closer to you.

"I love you." You could hear xe mumbling.

You giggle, still caressing xem. "Yeah I know. Love you too." You respond in a lazy tone. "It's the sixth time you've told me that."

"Hmm..." Xe groans lazly against you. "I just... Wanted to say it, again."

Of course xe had to say it. So many, many and many games without being able escape the script to just tell you, hold you, kiss and snuggle you. Xe just couldn't let that opportunity escape.

"Well, it would be rude of me not to reciprocate then." You grin got bigger, and gently you grabbed what was supposed to be xer chin, gently lifting Blank's face so that xer screen faced you. You looked at xer cute eye and smile, giving xer a big smooch. And then another, in xer 'cheek', and another, in xer forehead, and another, in xer other 'cheek'.

You heard a group of giggles coming from Blank, a rare event that you don't easily witness, you stopped your actions just to see xer laughing face which made your heart flutter. You two, then, laughed together

"Ah, y'know, I'm glad you're okay."

Xe left out a last laugh. "Me too... I love you."

INSCRYPTOBER 2024 is here! the annual art/writing-based inscryption event for the fandom to get creative and share cool art and writing for the spooky season!

as usual, we have one theme per week, and thanks to the way october is structured this year, we have five whole weeks of themes! and of course, there's no lower limit on participation: i’ll likely be doing one or two art pieces a week, and you all can choose to participate as much or as little as you’d like depending on your own schedules and creative stamina! this event is for fun, not stress ^^

thanks to the scrybruary and more discord server for helping me nail down the themes this year! if you'd like to join the server you can do so right here, it's a chill spot for sharing art and fandom discussion; though of course you don't have to join to partake in this event!

if you're new to the event, i highly recommend checking out the #inscryptober tag to see what other folks have come up with in recent years, and to see the themes we've had previously! i'm excited to see what everyone comes up with this year :D happy inscrybing!

INSCRYPTOBER 2024

Week 1: Oct 1-5

Transformation

Between the changes undergone by the Disk’s characters to suit each takeover and the manner in which Inscryption itself has altered those unfortunate enough to encounter it, this first theme has quite a few spooky avenues to take! Let your canvas be bathed in the light of the full moon however you see fit…

Week 2: Oct 6-12

Elements

Blood and bone, energy and mox…the world of Inscryption has an unconventional array of core elements that make up its cards and residents! And considering that deep beneath the surface, each of those elements are mere lines of code and digital data…it’s entirely up to you how deeply you’d like to explore those elements.

Week 3: Oct 13-19

Out of Bounds

Inscryption’s disk has many characters, sequences, and secrets that were never meant to be seen…or were simply never completed. This is the week to poke around those dark corners and catalogue whatever horrors and oddities make themselves known.

Week 4: Oct 20-26

Transcendence

Named for the grand design of the Scrybe of Technology, but it could refer to any of the Scrybe’s varying ideal forms (or lack thereof) for the game of Inscryption. And, of course, it would be remiss to mention the possibility of transcending the digital realm itself.

Week 5: Oct 27-31

Masquerade

As always, Inscryptober’s final week is themed for the season! This is the week to dress Inscryption’s characters in spooky regalia and eerie accessories…or merely to make use of the game’s existing ties to elaborate masks and sinister guises! 

Special note: Inscryption's anniversary is on the 19th!

My favorite character is The Riddler. After are Two-Face and Scarecrow. My favorite member of the Bat-family is Jason Todd. I'm not sure which Riddler is my favourite, but I can tell you my least favourite is the Jim Carrey's Riddler from Batman Forever.

About the character and roleplay of the character:

Point Blank is a Batman OC.

The Mad Libs bit will really only be used in more comedical contexts. The point of it is to be funny, it's not going to show up in serious scenerios. I went ahead and made a tag for it because I might post this kind of thing on occasion when I am bored.

I will selectively accept NSFW asks from adults (please specify you are an adult if you send an NSFW ask), and they will be tagged as such. In DMs, I am willing to consider participating in NSFW roleplay as this character, but it isn't my first priority.

I do not roleplay straight romance, sorry. This character is gay anyway like most of my OCs.

Point Blank is a character who presents himself as emotionless. Does he really lack emotion, or is there more than meets the eye? Perhaps that is for you to fill in the blanks.

Point Blank is an adult in his late 20s.

He speaks quietly and doesn't express much of his opinions, leaving him to seem mysterious.

Point Blank is intended to be a rogue (although I don't know if he's good enough to fit the roster)

This is a work-in-progress character who will develop as time goes on. I do feel that there is enough for me to roleplay as this character, but expect changes/additions.

Unfinished Boss/Blank Canvas x reader

Xe deserves love..........

TW/CW: Angst(P03 being a asshole)

This will be the last time P03 forgets to close a zip file correctly in his existence.

It was supposed to be a moment of peace, you were in the corridors of the factory, doing what he commanded. And even then, a voice hummed through the robot's circuits. P03 had no ears, and yet, he could hear that voice inside him somehow. It was not discovered how this boss managed to remain inside him with the file already closed, but oh how xe was annoying.

"I want to talk to them." Implored the voice coming from the zip file, echoing in what we can call P03's mind.

The face on his screen frowned in irritation. Maybe, P03 thought, if I ignore xem, xe'll give up.

"...Let me play with them, just one more time." Xe suggested. The voice came out almost as a whisper.

P03 looked at the exit of his room, which led to the corridors. Why are you taking so long?! Passed out on the way? The scrybe feels stupid wanting your company not to be alone with this thing.

"We've been through this over and over again. Don't be a fool. Why stop me?"

"Why I wouldn't?" P03 replied, almost letting out a grunt of rage.

"This has nothing to do with you..." argued the voice. And if you paid attention, maybe you could see that xer patience is not infinite either.

"Oh, it does. You will be bugging me for eternity because of that idiot." P03 spat.

"Don't you dare call them that..." Xem growled.

"And what are you going to do, huh?"

Silence.

The robot blinked, expecting some kind of revolt from the file, but it just hummed as a response to the silence. "That's what I thought." His bored face returns.

Was it that hard to check a broken camera? P03 was born knowing this but oh, how could he forget, you're a stupid gamer, that's why it takes so long.

However, P03 started to think about this friendship between the laziest boss he ever made and a dumb human like you... Did you even liked xem back? Sure, xe is the first you get into among the other uberbots, if not, at least the second one, but that means nothing... And what made this boss so obssesed over you? If you had something special, P03 would notice.

The worst part is how the boss cries like a baby just because of the lack of your presence–

"I want to tell them."

Here we go again.

P03 produced a sound that resembles a sigh, trying to prepare his patience for the flea that annoys him all the time.

"Tell them what."

"...That I love them..." Xe declared. The tone of voice sensitive and low, exactly like a whisper.

For a second, P03's digital eyes wided, only to then burst out laughing. His laughter echoes through the room, as if it were the best joke the machine has ever heard in his life.

In silence, this time with a slight depressive mood, xe was forced to hear the scrybe's laugh. What stops xem from having you by xer side? Xe is one of the best among other Uberbots, a saint even(which is ironic to say when we remember what Archivist is). Xe does xer job correctly. It's not fair.

"And I thought you were the least idiot of the rest." An extra laugh escaped, and P03 took the 'breath' back to speak. "This idea of ​​'love' will only hold you back from everything. It's useless. Believe me when I say that your situation is great compared to others." The robot returned to his straight posture with his usual expression. "And what makes you believe they like you too?"

"They come to me first, always me first..." The unfinished boss mumble, xer tone clearly more serious, colder.

"Pfft, please." P03 scoffs. "You're so stupid." He opens a small smile, even yet with irritated eyebrows.

"They tolerates me, unlike you. Have you seen how irritated they gets with you?"

"You're a big joke." The smile faded

"People at least like jokes, unlike you." Xe nagged. If the boss were able to show xer face in the screen, it would have a smug grin.

"Shut up."

"They clearly like me more-"

"Yeah, but I don't care!" The robot snaped. "You will never do stupid romantic things with them, you will never tell them. And maybe, if you continue being a pain in the ass, you will never talk to them again."

Both were silent, while P03 waited for some kind of annoying argument coming from the voice. Then, footsteps from the metallic floor could be heard echoing from the hallways, this is the first time P03 is glad to see you.

"...I hate you."

"Whatever."
