Isaiah 1:18 (KJV) - Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

The Wednesday Word: Jesus the Worm

Psalm 22:6, “I am a worm.” Isaiah 1:18, “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet they shall be as white as snow.” (Isaiah 1:18). It is interesting to note that in Psalm 22:6 the Messiah cries out, “I am a worm.” What torment He must have endured at the cross. Just because I don't see eye to eye with someone on certain things, doesn't mean that I wish them ill.

You'd literally have to be a criminal & actively hurting people, especially kids, for me to hate you.

And even then, I'll still pray for you to find your way.

After all, "God is not willing that any should perish, but everyone to come to repentance." - 2 Peter 3:9

And "Come now, & let us reason together." - Isaiah 1:18

So, if God is willing to give the chance of repentance to all freely & is willing to reason with us, then what right do I have to deny those individuals that same courtesy?

In response, she praised and thanked God for being faithful to His promise (Luke 2:38). Like her, we can praise God, secure in the knowledge that God will do all He says He will do.”
