NEW ROTTMNT AU IM MAKING!!!

Okay so hear me out yall... What if the rottmnt turtles were in Pokémon? Had their own Pokémon teams? Etc etc.

Over the past week or so I've been doing a bunnnch of posts on tiktok abt it, and finally have sat down to post the drawings I've done so far here as well!

Designs:

Through these designs I wanted to practice the way I draw clothes, do designs, and ofc colours! Also backgrounds ofc- just everywhere I've been lacking

Also wanted the turtles to all have their own personality and style, while also having small themes and details connecting em together

Even made silly lil designs with the turts with some Pokémon:

Never draw like that, nor have drawn Pokémon in ages, but I feel like it turns out alr lol-

In addition I also made full teams for each of the lads! With some little bits of context as to why aswell

(the highlighted names are the mains)

For Mikey it was just mostly food themed Pokémon + electric, cause yellow/orange lol- but at the same time I feel like he would have just a tank of a main, that he would train like fuck (with the help of raph) and the rest of his team, tho not the weakest, is mostly for fun.

Raph would be far have the best trained team, and these would be made of mostly rly big Pokémon, a lot of fire, ground, rock, dragon, fighting, all that sorta stuff- and then he just has one small Pokémon breloom who was probably one of his first Pokémon, and he got attached too and couldn't take out of his team :3

Leo's team, like Mikey, would be mostly for the look- with him having some of the 'prettier' Pokémon, or just blue Pokémon- he would 100% main the big gay looking duck (aka quaquaversal), with the Pokémon colours being simular to Leo's, and just both having a similar vibe- he would also have a abra who is known for their teleportation ability! Also just being really small and cute- (not sure if mystic would exist in this au, but for now I'll say it doesn't unless I state likewise)

Donnies team would, like raph, also be on the stronger side, with his being a lot of psychic, dark, ghost, steel, electric, etc- bro would have one scary ass team lmao. In addition this au's Sheldon would be his shiny rotom, who Donnie would even make little bits of techs and even a robot body Sheldon can possess

So now she's in a new city under hiding or face criminal charges she didn't commit willingly. She managed to dye her fur and change enough and became a roadie for this band that's not very good. (Ffps rockstars I love yall funky vibe I'm sorry yall died too soon). She wants to help people and protect them she knows there's others under Glitchtrap’s control and wants to put a stop to him. Sadly some off them don't seem like they want any help... She was a beagle dog because when I saw her I was like beagle!!!!

My longest one is my oc story that's bad and outdated which included 3 rap battles (i love rap sue me) and an orange cat with green eyes with wings mc who's name try and guess

so.. virgil.. he’s one of my new favs his neuvilette-esque design and bloodlust have captivated me…

Man oh man what can I even say about Virgil, he’s really something that’s for sure

Ok so kicking it off with some fun facts about him before I start my 3k word essay:

- His job title is Chancellor

- Basically the existing world is currently ruled by one empire (the country’s called Psykhe) and at the head is the emperor. There’s also the council that acts pretty much as the Parliament, with 7 total members, who are also governors of the main 7 cities making up the empire (all are named after planets btw, with the capital called Jupiter). Virgil is the head of the council, and holds a pretty high position in the government, basically he kinda acts as the Emperor’s advisor too.

- He pretty much leads the meetings and makes a lot of important decisions for the country itself

- Also Kalani lives in Jupiter, and basically works as a policy adviser, Virgil is pretty much her boss

If you want to know how she feels about him, pretty much

- Anyway politics aside, if you haven’t noticed yet from my last post about Virgil, he’s not really a great guy

- In fact he is retrograde’s main antagonist !!

I can’t talk too much about his past without spoiling a large portion of the story but let’s just say he has a weird obsession with Sam and likes to make Val suffer

Anyway here’s some more old art

That first one was a really old drawing back when I was trying to figure out his design, second one isn’t really a canon look but I do like the design so idk I might use it maybe?

- About his eye: you’re probably wondering why he hides his eye, and that’s cause it has something to do with his past! (I told you specifically what happened to him but for the general public who sees this, they won’t know but it’s related to what happened 500 years ago) but all you need to know is that it’s pretty ugly, if you do some digging on my instagram, you’ll probably find that animation I did of his eye so it’s not really a secret- 😞

- Also the whole council has some pretty weird outfits so he doesn’t really look that out of place tbh

- Another fun fact: Back in the concepts, his origin used to be that he was actually a robot that survived the Cataclysm 500 years ago (now it’s not too far off but there’s some very big differences, he’s not a robot tho now)

- He's definitely lost a lot of his humanity over the past years, and cracks are really starting to show

- For his weapon of choice, he uses a sword, similar to a rapier

- He does come across as friendly to the general public to maintain a good image, being a good looking guy has certainly helped his popularity too

- He definitely has something to do with Val's past, and is intrinsically linked with Sam

- Despite Kalani being on edge around him most of the time, he remains friendly with her and has even invited her to lunch on occasion

- He's met Kain only a very few times, and Kain's opinion on him is that he's a friendly guy like on TV but there's something kind of off

- Val turns the TV off every time Virgil's face shows up

- Sam feels a vague familiarity

Anyway that's all I can say about Virgil for now!! He's very very much so plot relevant

I have some more smokeybat headcanons, got inspired now

#. Sam gets a big crush on Uzi, he wants to try impress her and hang out with her. So he tries asking her out whenever he can, Uzi oblivious to his crush agrees and hangs out with him a lot.

#. Uzi shows him anime and he ends up liking anime quite a lot, his favourite type being chill slice of life or the cooking anime. Makes him jealous they can't eat like humans can

#. He makes her a badge of their favourite anime character for her to wear on her beanie.

#. Sam is a talented artist and has a sketch book full of drawings and abstract work too. When he on magnets is when some his most colourful work is done. He has a very detailed drawing of Uzi he keeps special. It's of her in class reading, she looked so pretty that day.

#. Sam got a bit jealous when Thad started talking to Uzi , he could see Uzi seemed to like him a bit and was a little sad by that. He got more upset when N showed up because he could definitely see Uzi big crush on him.

#. He talk with Uzi about N and he encourages her to tell him how she feels, being a wingman.

#. Sam writes a love note to Uzi along with a drawing and sends it to her anonymously, hoping to impress her. He was too scared to sign it.

1 + 5: it was a crush that's been there since the begining, uzi was always kinda cute and charming, the way she interupted class with sarcastic wit on occasion, the way she would go above and beyond what the assignments were just to have her own fun. sam has always been the more quiet, shut in type, always following rules, never usually being the type to speak up or make a sound, but whenever uzi does something particularly silly he can't help but laugh a little (and boy shes a whole fucking circus so lemmie tell you). though he had to eventually start making moves once thad god involved.

for the record, i do NOT ship thad n uzi, i get it as a ship, but it just aint my thing, however im a big fan of unrequitted love, and i can absolutely see uzi just not being interested in the popular jock type (shes more into the silent stoner type COUGH COUHG(J)), seeing thad as more of a close friend due to him being so caring when no one else seemed to be.

unfortunately for sam the only time he was able to fully talk and get to know uzi was AFTER she was already introduced to his oil (lmfao)

3 + 4: him being obsessed w/ drawing n stuff is honestly a small headcanon i had personally!!!!! glad its a thing for another person ugh (positive) he would totally pay attention to the characters she hyperfixates on and go CRAZY making her posters and small keychain hangers and such (probably has an old laminator in his house that he uses to seal the all to keep them from getting ruined). i like to imagine he likes to draw/paint skyscapes, trying to find really interesting cloud formations or spots where the moon shines through them to draw cuz he thinks that kinda shits beauitufl, would absolutely love earth sky's so fucking much let this man see them

Alternate Evil Ages: A Bulletfic

so @sweetcircuits & i were talking about Evil Ages for unrelated reasons & my brain fed me this idea, so!

it started with me once again dwelling on my thoughts on Evil Ages (fun & cute but also, frustrating bc it's all earth/american-centric history when shuggazoom is a separate planet, & it would have been rly cool to see unique lore/eras. tho it being a 00's kids show i understand why that's not what we got)

and THEN i started thinking about like, the eras of the show we DID get to see--a glimpse of Scrapperton-era Shuggazoom, and then, of course, Cap's flashbacks to the Golden Age.

which THEN led me to, uh. this.

Instead of landing in the Prehistoric-era, Chiro & Nova land in Shuggazoom. Kind of. It's... different. Recognizably home, but altered enough they feel like strangers. There are buildings missing on the skyline. Some are shorter than they remember. Others are wearing different logos, painted alternate colors. Hovercars whiz down the street, but not the cars of their memory. These ones are shiny chrome with sharp angles and boxy fronts.

They wander the streets, looking for any clue as to what the heck is going on. And then they see people running. They share a glance before they take off running as well, towards the source of the disturbance, not away.

I like the idea of them reaching the place where the Robot is now parked, but it could just as easily be the site of the museum, a town plaza, a park---it doesn't really matter. What matters is what they see:

A man who looks awfully like the museum curator stands in the center, surrounded by giant, creepy puppets with abnormally wide grins. Across from him, a stranger hovers several feet off the ground. He's clad in black and white and orange, a cape billowing from his shoulders. His uniform is familiar; Chiro is wearing it's match right now. But it's not the uniform that really draws the eye.

It's the helmet.

"He's wearing our logo," Chiro says dumbly. He meets Nova's eyes, and sees his confusion echoed there.

Chiro doesn't get a chance to ask what it could mean.

The stranger says--- "You won't get away with this, Puppeteer!"

And the curator-lookalike laughs. "I already have!" He raises a set of pipes to his lips, and begins to blow. The puppets fly forward, hands raised to hurt, and the stranger throws bolts of electricity. It's enough to startle both Nova and Chiro into the fray, joining the stranger.

They are, of course, overwhelmed, defeated, and they wake up in the dungeon with the others, no sign of the helmeted stranger. They don't think about it, for a bit; instead focused on stopping and defeating the Curator.

And then the episode ends. The Curator is gone, disappeared to who-knows-where, or when. The team returns to Shuggazoom, where the dolls sit on display; small and life-less once more. Among them is the stranger. Chiro picks him up, looks at him. He's never heard of any other heroes on Shuggazoom---but then, history was never his best subject. (That's what he has Antauri for, now.)

Speaking of. Antauri approaches. "What have you found?" he asks, and this prompts Chiro to explain the bubble that he and Nova were caught in.

Antauri, too, seems mystified.

On a whim, Chiro pulls at the helmet. It slips off. (Ignore that this doesn't make sense, please and thanks.) It doesn't make sense, but he's half expecting to see the Alchemist. He doesn't. The monkeys have gathered around, now, and upon the sight of the stranger's face, their heads tilt. The doll is simple, of course, but there's enough detail before them. Short, slightly spiky brown hair. Dark eyes. Chiro thinks he's meant to be handsome.

"He looks... familiar," Nova says, visibly unsettled. The other monkeys nod, slowly, just as unnerved. Just as perplexed.

"Who IS he?" Chiro asks.

Episode fade-out.

Four episodes later, they track down a mysterious signal... and find a helmeted stranger.

7. A medium of art you dont work in but appreciate

Linocut/Block prints are absolutely gorgeous and I admire people who do it. I've never worked in it but I love the style and I know a lot of patience and effort goes into making them.

8. What's an old project you've lost interest in?

Sooooo many oh man. I won't share all of them tho bc that'll be way long. Just the big one. One that I abandoned was going to be about a group of dragons and other mythical creatures, specifically one young dragon named Maia who was adopted by an older dangerous dragon who used to work as hired muscle for the mafia. He gave it up for Maia and they basically were going to go on an adventure to figure out her past and somehow find a way to unite all the creatures, all the while having to deal with the three main powers that ruled their world: An Girlboss-ish Mob Boss, a Corrupt Emperor, and the Bitter Leader of an army of robots. There was a bunch of characters who help along the way with their own stuff to deal with and yeah.

It was kinda out there and weird but it kept me inspired for a long time and I wanted to lean into the weird and over the top-ness of it. I decided to not go through with it tho. But some elements from it have definitely inspired elements of my current projects that I'm chipping away at.

16. Something you are good at but don't really have fun doing.

As an artist people may be surprised by my answer. Other artists might understand tho but drawing realistic portraits of people or pets. This is often drawn based off a picture. People often ask me to do them IRL and while I appreciate that they like what I can do, it's really not what I enjoy doing. There's people who specialize in and love doing this type of commission. And despite me being p good at them, what I can do will never be as good or have as much love put into it as someone who loves doing it.

25. Something your art has been compared to that you were NOT inspired by

My brain has forgotten some of them but Probably Game of Thrones and... I think Tim Burton once? I once drew a dragon based on the turrets from Portal and someone said it was the Stay Puffed Marshmallow man as a dragon and proceeded to buy a print of it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also any black dragon is immediately called Toothless and any purple dragons is immediately called Spyro. I love both pieces of media but not all dragons are toothless or Spyro. 😂

YES its only cuz they have cute designs i love me some robots. well i mean ive seen ppl get into the semantics of that, like "theyre darkners not REALLY robots", but idk i think its more fun to play with them having machinery inside and all that entails. It's just like how Seam is filled with stuffing!

gah and the shippy art is so cute. i personally see them as more of a group of best friends/roommates but im a sucker for the friends to lovers trope anyway so. it's funny you wouldnt really think of a big clunky plastic and metal thing as being like. good for cuddly stuff. but i love to see it.

yukina (aka akiko aka airi aka haruhi aka whatever her fucking robot number was.......) is my dnd pc from my very first campaign and she has major problems disease. uve probably seen my art of her bc i draw her all the time shes This girl:

ok so like. yukina's whole thing is that she Grew Up In Poverty, Forced To Steal To Survive....!!! but uh. also she has a twin brother who's very ill. and he does not know she does this. so. she's like OBSESSED with image and perception and how she is seen by those around her right. her entire aesthetic is put together based solely on "what's the least disarming way to look at all moments" right. thats why shes got hte big poofy skirts nad the silly hat and all that. bc it makes her look less Dangerous than she actually is

unfortunately she does not get less fucked up <3 in fact pretty much everything that happens to her makes her worse and worse and worse and even when she finally is able to be honest with her brother and they reconnect for the first time and she's able to tell him she loves him and she hates him and she's not the person he thought she was, and he says thats ok, the immediate aftermath is. her getting executed for high treason and her brother saying he didnt know she would do THAT

basically it goes like. things are bad > she gets exiled and things are worse > things are REALLY BAD (time travel to the future) > things are ok? (brother is alive and also immortal) > things are again bad and getting worse constantly > things are ok and maybe will continue to be so? (world saved and also brother is reconciled with) > THINGS ARE TERRIBLE THINGS ARE SO SO SO BAD THINGS ARE BAD SHES BEEN EXECUTED AND THINGS ARE BAD

after she gets executed an evil god snatches up her soul and she tells him how to make a fantasy nuke. so thats cool. then he turns her into a robot So That's Cool (scremaing)

we stopped the campaign around then bc of rl stuff for everyone but i do occasionally think abt yukina's execution and go feral bc everything in her life is so terrible. her only friends are a ten year old gremlin and the guy she's in love with who's got a metaphorical locket filled with nothing but pictures of himself and he lets her down every single time she needs him hahahahaha

i got so depressed abt this i made her an npc in my campaign. sure she's working customer service (lol) and magically shackled to the Worst Possible Lesbian In Existence but like. well. actually i cant talk abt how things are different bc i have a party member on here. but it could be worse!

honestly my fave detail is probably the name thing tho. her name at birth is 秋子 (akiko) which is just autumn child right. 雪菜 (yukina) was hte next major name she used (snow vegetable for winter) and her next was going to be 春日 (haruhi, spring day) as a more obvious callback to akiko. if she made it out of the villain stuff and became like. reformed? or at least not executed again for uhhh Fantasy Nukes i probably wouldve gone w/夏目 (natsume, summer eyes) as her final name. unfortunately we did not keep playing and now she is in hell forever with the devil <3

side note her first fake name (the one she used when she was still at home but thieving) is airi, which can be written as 愛利 (love/profit) or愛理 (love/truth) LOL which was it meant to be? who knows! it was never written down

the problem is i am thinking of a transformers oc that i just kind of want to. shove in there? but there would be no reason to, it wouldn’t make sense, also it’s not MY oc it’s my girlfriend’s oc :P

i have short, curly ginger hair and a lot of freckles,, im planing on getting little solar systems tattoed on diffrent clutters of freckles which is not really relevant ig but,, freckles

my eye color is a mix of blue and green and people have actually argued over what my eye color is at school lol,, i dont really have an aesthetic but i do have these really cool pants with doodles on them and a little ufo on the back pocket that says "i need space"

i have a very cheery personality around friends and i would literally die for them,, i dont express myself around my family as much because they can be really judgy and im really sensitive,, and if im around someone i absolutely hate/someone who has wronged me significantly, i will let them know exactly how i feel - if i do have an issue with someone i will always try to solve the issue in a civil mannar without hurting their feelings,, i rely on communication a lot and its an important thing to me with different relationships

but other than that, im very friendly with new people and friends, im very open and try very hard not to be intimidating, because as an antisocial and socially anxious person ik how it feel when talking to knew people,, im definitely more confident over social media and texts than i am in person.

im an artist!!! im graduating a year early from high school and going to one of the country's best art schools!! ive had art set as acareer path in my brain since the 5th grade,, art is my life

i also dabble in creative writting, mostly fanfics but its just so incredible to come up with stories,, im a big book worm,, if im not drawing or watching cartoons/syfi films im reading, could be ao3, wattpad, tumblr fics, poetry, or a physical book i bought, i will read it

i love syfi and action that simmer in some romance ya know,, it just hits diffrent,, especially alien robot themed syfi,, idk my brain just eplodes when i see space robots

i hate being surrounded by clutter, my surroundings affect my mental state so i try to be as clean as possible to keep my attitude and motivation up :))

i have anxiety + social anxiety,, especially if im alone in crowded/public spaces- went on a college field trip once in middle school and i had a break down at taco bell because none of my friends were there and i was surrounded by strangers,, students or not,,

i hate broccoli and coliflower and public speaking/presentation assignments

• hes very curious about you ,, lights swirling around inside the glass on his face ,, he finds you interesting and nice to be around

• whilst hes not all that sure about humans just yet ,, as they all act differently from one another ,, he does feel safer and more comfortable around you

• whenever he catches glimpses of your drawings he tilts his head to the side ,, wondering about them in his mind

• he loves to see your drawings ,, how each varies differently from one to another ,, it just makes more memories for him

• he has tried to draw something for you before ,, wanting to indulge in this littke artistic hobby of yours and make something ,, though it was only in the dirt as he doesnt know how to use pencils and stuff yet

• he’ll help you with public spaces and crowds and strangers as best as he can ,, making it known hes there for you shall you need some reassurance <3

the small stick glided around in the dirt ,, shapes starting to form as he moved it about. he had his mind focused on a plant form ,, gazing back and forth at it as he tried to mimick its shaping. the lights swirled softly inside the glass ,, hand moving to make another shape.

once finished ,, he turned to look up at you. the lights never once stopped swirling ,, a soft hum coming from robot as he awaited for your reaction. laid there in the dirt had been a mishapened flower ,, the one just a little bit in front of you two.

he hoped you liked it somewhat ,, hoping you’ll enjoy his creation as much as he enjoys yours. the lights slowed their pace ,, blue gazing into your eyes as he awaited.

First impression: okay SO- i didn't really know he existed when i first started getting interested in apex??? i guess i just overlooked him or something? idk what happened but when i did learn about him i was like "hmmm, not sure i like him" . i literally had no interest in him whatsoever.

Impression now: oh. My. GOD.... i am obsessed with him in a mentally ill way and i am not ashamed to admit that. i think about him on a daily basis. i thank the people over at hammond robotics everyday for building the perfect sexy killing machine. he is extremely elegant and i LUV the way he's built: broad shoulders, tiny waist for me 2 grab, thick thighs, slim dainty hands, deep voice, TALL, and a piercing gaze. he is my baby girl and he is SO pathetic... i want him. so. bad....

Favorite moment: literally whenever he dies or fails. absolutely loved when he didn't convince bang to go to gridiron with him and now loba is making fun of him. i luv when people make fun of him <3

Idea for a story: uhmmm, how about rev literally just leaving the games and minding his own business for once??? he's a big fan of starting drama and i think he needs to Not do that. he probably has a bunch of money saved up (he probably doesn't need to use it for anything) so he could buy a nice big ship and float around the universe literally doing anything else but causing drama. he's a big fan of killing people so he can spend his time assassinating trillionaires or corrupt government officials. yeah i don't think he's nice enough to do that tbh djsjdsjd

ig a sort of hc is that he switches from saying that he's a Murder Machine to asserting the fact that he's human often. Like, he legit cannot decide what he considers himself as and that messes with him. we've heard him describe himself as being a killer robot, but there are instances where he still considers himself to still be human in a weird way?? like, in pathfinder's quest, he genuinely got upset that path told him that he was just a mere copy of kaleb cross's mind, and not kaleb himself. rev got so mad omg

and then he has this voiceline where, if you get caught in ash's tactical, he'll say something like "That simulacrum snared me!"

which is kind of weird tbh. Like, he says it in a way that he doesn't consider himself to be a sim also. You don't go around saying "That human shot me!" because that implies that you yourself are not a human; usually you're more specific, often saying the name of the person. LOOK, idk maybe i'm just looking too much into it/have a general misunderstanding of grammar. but yeah,,, those r my thoughts

ALSO- he likes piranhas, piranha plants, snakes, and literally anything else with sharp teeth.

OH- this is a popular hc (i think??), but every time he comes back to life in a new body, he gets paint and covers up the hammond logos on his hands.

I dug up a few of my old 5/10 minute sketches and I can’t really remember if I posted them here or not, so I’m posting them again.

From upper left to lower right: Little Rose, Gal-axy, Velma Volts, Mx.Sand, and if Monster High was somehow MORE eye-searingly bright.

I honestly love how Little Rose turned out. I was inspired by early 90′s style anime with the big sweet eyes and sculpted hair. I wouldn’t mind drawing her again, actually... I really like her aesthetic....

Gal-axy was fun to draw, but, looking back now, I’m not a huge fan her breasts. They just look kinda weird.... Loved doing the galaxy pattern on her skin, tho.

For Velma Volts I was given the prompt “A 1940′s beauty pageant, but for like robots” and I can’t remember Who gave me the prompt, but I got a kick out of designing the dress.

Mx. Sand looks hecking comfy 10/10 would nap on the floating pillow pile.

Do I regret making the line art lime green? yes. Would I redraw it to fix the problem? no, never. It was fun, but its kinda hard to look at.
