Pairing: Yelena Belova x Reader
Summary: Yelena introduces you to her family & friends for the first time.
Fluff | 2.4K | No Warnings |
Translations: dorogoy (darling)
AC: IT’S HERE!!!! I might do a part 3 where reader meets Kate??
Tumblr media
“Wh-what?” you turned slight and sat up looking at Yelena. “Marry me” she repeated herself, looking into your eyes. You were shocked and thought she was joking at first but the tone of her voice when she repeated herself told you otherwise. “Lena” you reached with one hand and cupped her left cheek, “baby, I…” you paused, and you could get face slightly drop, “I can’t marry you, yet” you added. Her right hand kindly removed your hand from her face as she sat up blinking back the building tears in her eyes. “Baby, no, that’s not what I meant” you moved to sit in front of her, this time cupping her face gently with both hands. She looked into your eyes, and you could see she was trying to find the hurt she was feeling from your words.
“Lena, I do want to marry you! I’d stop the world just to marry you, but I want to meet the rest of your family first” you explained, “we can’t have a wedding if I’m a stranger to your family and friends, my love” you added with a soft smile. Yelena sighed with relief and nodded, “I’ll make it happen” she said, “but is it a, yes?” she asked with a smirk. “Are you sure you want to marry all this?” you playfully asked, “I’m going to go grey one day and old, can you handle that Belova?” you chuckled as Yelena pulled you on top of her. “Dorogoy, you could look like Jubba from Star Wars, and I’d still want to marry you” she smiled before kissing you lovingly, “I feel so assured” you chuckled once more and snuggled into her.
“I love you and I don’t want to lose you, that’s the only reason why I’ve kept us a secret from everybody. I don’t want you to ever think I’m ashamed of you because I am not, I could never be” Yelena’s fingers ran through your hair as you lay comfortable into her right side. “I know baby, I figured that. But meeting Natasha tonight was kind of fun and I’d like to see where you come from, where you really come from” you looked up at her. “I guess you’re gonna meet my parents then” she smiled and placed a kiss on your forehead.
You woke up with Yelena’s arms wrapped around you keeping you warm against her. You didn’t want to wake her and slowly moved out of bed grabbing your robe and slippers before making your way to the kitchen. Grabbing the carton of eggs and the bacon from the fridge you started making breakfast for your guest, making sure there was scrambled eggs on the side for Yelena in case she craved them scrambled this morning. Natasha woke up to the sizzling sound of bacon and the kettle peeping as the pot told you it was complete and ready for pouring.
“Good morning” you smiled when you heard the footsteps enter the kitchen. “Can I get you a coffee?” you asked as you turned to face Natasha. “Uh, sure. Thanks” she rubbed the sleep from her eyes. You grabbed a clean mug and pour her a mug of coffee before flipping the bacon in the fry pan. “So, you and Yelena… you didn’t feel it was strange she kept you a secret?” Nat asked as you continued making breakfast. “Not at all, I know of you and the others, but she’s come a long way from when we first met. I figured with time she’d say something” you explained as you started to dish up a plate for Natasha.
Before Natasha could say another world, Yelena entered the kitchen and helped herself to the fresh pot of coffee. “Morning” she spoke softly and quickly kissed your cheek as Natasha sat and watching with a confused frown. “Morning my love” you smiled unaware Yelena was uncomfortable showing affection in front of Natasha, you kissed her lips softly. “I’m going to make a call, I’ll be back” Yelena whispered to you before leaving the room.
“How did you guys meet?” Nat asked, sipping her coffee. You turned the stove off and placed the plates of breakfast on the countertop, sliding one over to Natasha. “She brought that vest she wears from the store I used to work at” you replied happily, “used too?” Nat questioned. “I work at an animal shelter now, it’s how Fanny other there came into our lives” you replied. “And you like living out here in the middle of nowhere?”
“I love it, it’s beautiful and mind clearing out here” you smiled as you took a mouthful of coffee. “Natasha, stop interrogating her!” Yelena returned shaking her head as she took a seat next to Nat. “Can I not make conversation with the woman who’s been dating my sister for the past 2 years?” Nat scoffs. “You can get to know her over lunch” Yelena looked up from her plate, “we’re having lunch with Melina and Alexei today” she added. “Oh, so you’re letting her meet them now?” Nat replied before sipping her coffee once more. “Well then, if that’s the plan, I’m going to go have a shower” you downed the rest of your coffee and made your way to the bedroom.
“Meeting the parents will be fun, I can’t wait to watch you explain this one” Natasha chuckled then continued to eat her breakfast. “If you weren’t here right now, I’d be in that shower too! But no, I have to make small talk because you’re in the doghouse with Wanda” Yelena muttered with disappointment. “Oh, I’m sorry! I didn’t know you had a sinful weekend planned” Natasha teased, seeing as her comments were frustrating Yelena.
It was a decent drive from your home with Yelena to Melina’s. Yelena had you holding onto her tightly from behind as she zipped through the back roads on her motorcycle while Natasha followed behind in her car. Nerves sunk in once Yelena pulled up in the driveway, leaving room for Natasha to park her car. Yelena helped you take off your helmet that you were so persistent on wearing whenever she took you on the vehicle and placed it on the back of her bike. Alexei opened the front door and opened his arms widely, “there are my two favourite girls!” he spoke with a thick Russian accent. He wasn’t at all what you pictured, both Nat and Yelena cringed at his gesture but still hugged him for a moment.
“And this much be the special guest” he smiled as his eyes connected with yours. Yelena stepped back and placed her hand on the small of your back. “Alexei this is Y/n” she introduced you. “It’s lovely to finally meet you” you reached your hand to shake his, his grip was firm and solid. “You must have a lot of time to put up with this one!” he joked, Natasha and Yelena both rolling their eyes at the comment. “Oh, I assure you that it’s more energy than time” you smirked, Yelena almost chocked on her own saliva as Alexei awkwardly chuckled.
“Come, come!” Melina said from behind Alexei, “let the girls in would you” she added causing the big bear like man to move to the side. “You must be Y/n” she smiled softly. “It’s an honour to meet you” you stepped forward with a smile and your hand out to shake hers. Her grip wasn’t as tough as Alexie’s but still spoke volume. “Come in, lunch is ready” she led everybody to the dining table.
You took the seat next to Natasha that was across from Yelena, you could see that the small family had their own arranged seating that came naturally to them. Melina poured 5 shot glasses of vodka, “we drink” she said as she handed everybody their shot. “Oh, not for me thanks” Yelena kindly pushed the glass aside, “I have to drive” she added. Both Melina and Alexei laughed, “since when did you care about the rules?” Melina asked. Yelena looked over to you then back to Melina and Alexei, “Honey, it’s okay” you reached over the table and squeezed her hand softly. Melina saw the interaction and looked between the two of you. “What has happened?” she asked with concern.
“Nothing has happened” Yelena replied, “then what is this?” Melina’s index finger pointed to both you and Yelena. You wondered if the two already worked it out and just wanted Yelena to say it or if they really weren’t sure what you were doing here and being so close to Yelena. “Just tell them Lena” Natasha downed her shot and swiftly pushed it over to Melina for a refill. “Tell us what?” Alexei held his shot in his hand, the glass made his hand look twice the size of a normal man’s hand. Yelena sighed and sent a glare towards Natasha, “Y/n is my girlfriend” she spoke. Melina’s eyes darted for yours as you gently squeezed Yelena’s hand again.
“Girlfriend? Since when?” she asked.
“Just over two years” Yelena admitted. Melina sunk into her seat like she was almost to shocked to speak. “Why didn’t you tell us?” Alexei pitched in. “Now, this one” Melina hints at Natasha, “I could see having a wife or husband but this, you, I can’t believe it. You’ve never shown interest in a lifestyle as such” she adds.
“God, really? A husband?” Natasha cringed. “Where is Wanda?” Melina asked, shutting Natasha up real quick.
“I didn’t say anything because I don’t want anything to happened to her” Yelena confessed, “plus, we really liked having the time to ourselves” she adds. “Then why tell us now? If you enjoyed the time together?” you could hear that Melina was upset with the secret and hurt by how long, it had taken for Yelena to say anything. “It doesn’t matter why” she replied.
“Honey, it does” you drew her attention to you, “it’s okay, they deserve to know” you added softly. “Oh god, you’ve adopted a child, haven’t you?! Do I have a grandchild I don’t know? Is this what this is? That is not a very nice way to treat family Yelena!” Melina’s mind ran with thoughts.
“What?! No! We don’t want children. We’re engaged”
Natasha’s attention was quickly drawn to the two of you as were Melina and Alexei’s. “My little girl is getting married?” Alexei softened. “Don’t, don’t make it weird” Yelena said but it meant nothing to Alexei as he stood up and embraced your girlfriend in a hug she couldn’t escape from. “When did this happen?” Nat whispered as she leant over to you, “she asked last night” you replied as Yelena struggled to free herself from Alexei, “you smell so bad, stop!” she squirmed.
A little while after lunch Melina took the time to get to know you and pulled out the photobook album full of the only childhood photos, she had of the two girls she called her own.
“You really like her, don’t you” Natasha spoked as she and Yelena sat at the dinner table watching from afar. “I love her” Yelena replied, never taking her eyes off you. “After we took down Red Room and Dreykov, I knew I couldn’t leave her behind. She’s everything to me, she’s showed me that love was worth something…that it’s real” she admits honestly. There was a moment of silence between the two sisters before once spoke again, “Well I like her, I think you did good” Nat gave her a comforting smile, “just can’t believe you actually kept this a whole secret” she adds.
“She’s my little secret” Yelena smiled softly before walking towards you, Melina, and Alexei, “don’t bore her anymore please” she mutters. “They’re not, I love this, look how adorable you were” you smiled at her while holding a photo of 6-year-old Yelena. “All she ever wanted to eat was Mac n Cheese! Can we have mac n cheese tonight?” Melina mocks, “well, nothing has changed then! She still eats it like it’s going out of stock tomorrow!” you chuckled.
“Hey! you never know, it might then what will I do?!”
“Baby, I know how to make the sauce form the back of my hand”
“Promise me you won’t eat her mac n cheese every night!” Melina closes the photo album, “don’t worry, she eats her vegetables” you hand Melina the old photo back with a smile.
Yelena suggested that the two of you should get going as the sun was beginning to set and that Fanny was at home waiting for dinner. Alexei couldn’t help but laugh at the name given to the dog as he and Melina walked you both out. “It was lovely to meet you after all this time, both of you and thank you for a wonderful evening” you smiled once more at the parents. “You are family now, you are welcome anytime” Melina smiled softly, “will you join us for Christmas?” she asked. “Most definitely!”
“But baby we have our own little traditions” Yelena whispered, “don’t worry my love, we will still do them” you kissed her cheek leaving Alexei to watch his youngest finally happy.
---
Getting home, Yelena couldn’t keep her hands off you. She wrapped them tightly around your waist as you started to make dinner for the two of you, making sure to leave extra’s in case Natasha was returning. Every now and then she’d place a gently kiss on your cheek and whisper sweet nothings as you moved around the kitchen. “Honey, I love you, but I need you to let me finish making dinner” you chuckled once it started to become difficult to cook.
Yelena spun you around to face her, crashing her lips onto yours with passion. “Go sit down and let me finish making dinner” she insisted. “Well, if you insist” you smiled against her lips as she let you go from her arms. “Are you two decent?” you both heard Natasha from the front door, Yelena groaned, “yes!” she replied before Natasha welcomed herself in. You chuckled as you made your way to the living room and turned on the TV.
“How long do you plan on staying for?” Yelena grabbed the bottle of vodka before Natasha could help herself, “You don’t have to worry about putting up your big tough Yelena act around me, I know you’re a big soft marshmallow” Nat teased, “besides, are you going to tell Kate about your big secret? She’s your best friend afterall” she adds. Yelena froze for a moment then looked over to the living room, “god, she’s going to love Kate” she mumbled to herself, “you know, this was our quiet place before you showed up” Yelena glared. “Oh, give it a rest” Nat chuckled, “you loved showing her off today, I saw how giddy you got, can’t hide nothing from me anymore”
“You’re the worst!”
“Yep! Now give me the bottle” Natasha reached.

LOA Star Wars!! Crime lord Kremy!!!
Info under cut
he’s a Crime Lord, no other way to put it. He owns a club called Carnival Lecroux that’s main clientele are bounty hunters, smugglers, and criminals. (basically Jubba palace) Although he’s a crime lord he still had limits, like don’t get me wrong he’s done some pretty shitty things but he dose draw lines. Kremy started out fairly poor as a child and his family was struggling so when he “came into” a crap tone of Credits the first thing he did was make sure his mom could retire.
His pauldron and Vambrace were gifts from gifts Gideon and both are made from beskar. (And yes Kremy is the one Skrimm owes the credits to)
Kremy and gid are also married

Eid Mubarak 🌼
Hello all ! I hope all my Muslim brothers and sisters are having a wonderful Eid ! Today (since I couldn't make a drawing in time </3) I shall bring you the android trio during Eid !
Of course, being biased, I got to talk about my husband first :3
Android 17
He's a Turkish Muslim !
He loves doing my henna <3 at first, he kinda sucked at it, but he tried, and that was what mattered,, he looked so determined to make it look good, too .. ilhsm
He and his sister loves eidi and they try to beg Android 16 for some
He always brings baklava or any type of kebab to feasts ^_^
Lapis in a black jubba and Raina in a white sari have me squealing
He only takes like 30 minutes getting ready for prayer (but he always looks good nonetheless)
He always says he wants to do so much after prayer, but he takes that post Eid prayer nap and he is knocked out (16, 18, and I don't even bother trying to wake him up, he gets cranky)
Android 18
Also a Turkish Muslim ! Her and 17 have been before Gero turned them to androids
Like I said, she loves eidi; it means more shopping and clothes for her (Krillin is happy to hold all her bags)
When we met, she told me she loved Desi foods, especially Tandoori chicken
She can actually cook a bunch of things from Middle East cuisine, so everyone loves her at Eid feasts
She takes all morning getting ready for Eid prayer
She looks so stunning in her designer abaya btw
Android 16
I actually don't hc him as Muslim, but he loves spending Eid with his siblings (the twins see him as a big brother ToT)
He eventually gives in and gives the twins eidi
He doesn't mind, though, he loves his siblings
Also, he's so in it to experience the cultures and learn more about the festival ! (Gevo is so sweet oml)
I can so see him rocking a jubba or kurta too, tbh
He prolly brings a delicious salad to dinner HEHAJHD (I actually hc him as vegan so !)
Also, he loves coming over to see our (Lapis and mine) pets
Bonus !! Raina
Other than clinging to Lapis all day ? I love helping Lazuli get ready !!
We like matching at times !! Whether it's our make up, dresses, hair accessories, we have at least something matching that the guys have to guess
Also, if 17 ruins my henna, 18 always saves it
17 and I have to be separated when it's time to pray, but we're back together and stuck like glue right after
Getting eid gifts for the trio >>> (I luv spoiling them)
Lapis and I have many Eid dates (usually out eating frozen yogurt, going to a fair or arcade, maybe even an aquarium)
I LOVE TAKING POST EID PRAYER NAPS WITH LAPIS <33333
