OK ok... weird suggestion but... what if Zayne likes the thought of PDA, but doesn't show it/do it because once he has his hands on you, he'll either, A.) Get really nervous in public and doesn't want to mess it up for you & himself and as a result of that have ppl judge him, or because of B.) Because he'll take it too far...? 👀

Like I think a lot about that line in Business Trip where after he meets MC at the train station and he's just looking at her, yknow, ogling her, eyeing her up & down, and MC is just like ?!?!?! Why isn't he doing anything?!?!?! But then when he gets home with MC, we all know he's like super touchy n shit and says that line, "What would you have liked me to do in front of all of those people, hmm?"

Like to me, that says he knows he would've LOVED to kiss MC or something, but if he did he probably would've lost control bent her over on the train platform LMAO

Like I know he loves his privacy with MC so he can do anything with her without the eyes of the public judging them, but like after that Tutorial card... it has me thinking he wouldn't mind taking her in public if he could... 👀 hehe

I cannot remember who it was that suggested this (maybe @wolfofcelestia ???) that narrative-wise we're slowly seeing Zayne get more and more comfortable (aka braver) with PDA as his relationship with mc goes on. Because if you compare the brief physical contact in Nostalgic Sweetness when she grabs his chin (and he gets all huffy and flustered with her and grabs her hand away) vs the Tutorial where he's literally scooping her into his arms for a full on make out only to have her push him back down and then he's like "Ah naw you dont" and pulls an Uno Reverse on her and slides between her legs and pins her to the table (where people could walk in)?!?!

Like I genuinely think this is character growth and it looks soooo good on our man. We gotta remember that she is his first relationship EVER so I think a lot of it is what you said with him just not really knowing. Yeah he's private and reserved but also he doesn't know what he's comfortable with because he hasn't experienced it yet. So it stands to reason some of that will change as his experiences do as well. Zayne has some pretty incredible levels of self-control when he chooses to use them (which he can be very bad about), so your idea could also play into it a bit as well. The longer he's with mc the more we see him slipping in terms of letting his guard down. He's becoming softer, more playful, rising to her bait on purpose. He's wilfully engaging in her childish antics far more often now and it's freaking adorable and opening him up to a lot more of these kinds of moments.

But that's just my 1 am opinions 😅

Hey so lets talk about Kai being used as the comedic character and being a lot more sillier than usual in Dragons Rising when you remember that before all this, literally just a few months beforehand, Kai was suffering the horrors tm

i’ll assume we’ve all watched the Ninjago monstrosity trailer, and if you haven’t go forth solider and may your heart crumble to pieces once you do.

In Dragons Rising, Kai’s character tone is similar to the one from season 8 onwards in the original series. Except the silliness factor is a lot stronger. He’s constantly cracking jokes, being unserious, teasing and messing with people. He was just a general menace.

And i know a lot of us, including myself, believe its cause Jay’s not around to be the comedic relief character. But what if it’s also because they’re trying to enforce a sense on unnaturalness with Kai’s attitude within us? To clue us in that the way he’s acting isn’t normal, that he’s wearing some form of a mask?

Because personally i think that would be really cool writing if Kai’s mask starts crumbling the moment they get closer to that land of monsters he was stuck in for who knows how long.

First off, SAY HELLO TO CANON GREYSON

I'll update this with better quality photos when I actually get the card on my iPad and get some BEEFY good quality.

I got the brown hair and (maybe??) blue eyes right, though they look more on the gray-blue side rather than the piercing blue I gave him.

And those glasses?! You guys have no idea how BADLY I wanted to give Grey glasses but I thought it was "too much" like Zayne SO FUCK YEAH I GET TO DRAW HIM IN GLASSES MUAHAHAHA

He's definitely got the straight af nose I gave him, but the jawline is very much more typical of the style LnDS likes (which makes sense, it's still an art style, even in 3d models). I love that they gave him the longer, less arched brows (another thing I drew, though they definitely went thinner, to compliment the much more delicate, boyish facial structure they've gone with).

My only big complaint is the haircut tbh, and that's just because I desperately wanted SOMEONE, ANYONE on LnDS to have some longer, wavy hair 😩😩😩 I'm going to miss drawing those luscious locks and imagining running my fingers through them and thinking about pulling his hair a lil, you know, as a treat 😌

Overall, while he doesn't resemble my Greyson very much, I give him a 7.5/10

Would still smash. He looks like he'd fall to pieces if you showed him your boobs and imo that's just as wonderful as a man who's confident with them. He's a man you can teach and he'd study pretty damn hard iykwim 👀

His glasses are cute and so is he. He's giving "the entire cast of The Mummy" smashed into one person, and my bisexual ass is here for all of it.

As for what this means for Greyson's blog and my art and my Greyson? Well, that'll be an answer for not very very tired Kay 😅

anyone else thinking about how Kai knew that the rocks were able to heal Heatwave. Like... Like they seemed to help heal burns and larger wounds???? And the fact that the Wyldness wasn't (if I recall) a known realm by the Ninja. So how did he know that the inside of the rocks can help heal burns. Large burns as well. How did he know that melting the inside would work? How did he know? HOW DID HE KNOW LEGO.
