IDW collection reading update! :D 📖 (Fixed!)

Phase 2 volume 4 done! This volume included: Monstrosity, RID issues 12-18 and MTMTE issues 14-16!

I ended up reading all the way to Phase 2 volume 6 before finishing this update so my notes are a bit scattered! Anyway! As usual my thoughts are below :3 ⤵️

Monstrosity:

This story is set in the past, when Optimus has assumed leadership on Cybertron after the senate and pervious primes were killed.

This story is, I dunno... For some reason I can't really get into these?? It feels... edgy?? Idk, I feel like that's not the best way to describe it. But there's something about the vibe with these ones in the past (like Autocracy and this one).

Of course everyone is becoming the characters we know since this is in the past. So there is going to be a lot of fumbling and growing from them and things that seem out of character. But given their situation at the time, i can't be super harsh on odd decisions.

They have to deal with the senate and their corruption, as well as that from the previous primes, the Decepticons uprising and wanting to take over, Cybertron running out of resources aaaaand I feel like something else I can't remember rn 🤔 but a lot is going on!! Haha.

There is a scene that references the OG animated movie where they toss Megatron out of Astrotrain and he goes "I still function...!" Which was a pretty cool homage tho.

But this kinda felt like a whole way to just show how badass Megs is meanwhile Optimus is going through it on Cybertron 😂 It was entertaining and interesting at parts, but some things I was 'eh' about

RID: 12-16:

Before i go on, I'm sorry, but... this Megs panel is giving me the same energy as that little alien guy that was in the news months ago 🤣 Now actually⤵️

Megatron returns!! This story was very entertaining!! I feel like I can usually guess where something is going, but I was surprised by a lot of the twists here! There was so many!

The character deaths had me shook! 😭 Wheeljack ahhhh!!! Metalhawk!! Also everything with Prowl and the Constructions! O_O;

I'm sorry Prowl 😔 I was pretty surprised when they started killing off the Decepticons at first, but then went: "Well, I guess he's being super ruthless now" I couldn't see you were brainwashed!! 😭🗿To my defense, him teaming up with Arcee and given Arcee's record, it kinda seemed like the natural progression of things lol 💀

Two things I kinda have mixed feelings about tho are:

1. Arcee just casually being part of the Decepticon gang and no one questioning her being there?? She then easily kills the guy controlling Devastator and that was like... Megatron's big plan. Why didn't she do it sooner? I imagine it was to draw out Meg's, but still it seemed weird.

2. Starscream killing Metalhawk after Metalhawk came to save Starscream. It's in his character and everything, and I'm happy that he did it bc it shows who he is. But OOF I thought he was leaning a different way for a bit and that I had Starscream wrong, But no, he's greedy boy. (I was starting to like Metalhawk T_T)

Anyway! Good guy Swindle!! 🥹

MTMTE 14-16:

💀💀💀💀💀 BIG SAD. But!!! It was a super interesting story!! I really enjoyed learning about Overlord and Chromedome.

Chromedome becoming Trepan's apprentice in the past was crazy!! :O And the whole scene with him and Prowl in Prowl's office. When Prowl asks/threatens Chromedome to go into Overlord's mind 😙👌 *chef's kiss* GET 'EM CHROMEDOME!! 💪👊🔪

The whole thing about how the Phase Sixers are made was very interesting too!! This frame ⤵️ Meg's saying this made me lmao 😂 I can now see the thing between him and Overlord better now.

As for Overlord getting out and obliterating some of the crew... ughhhhh 😭😭😭 Pipes man!! Ratchet protecting the medibay was awesome. Best doctor 🚑😌

I was shocked during the fight with Overlord that Magnus got so injured!! I've read ahead already, but I was sweating it, I thought he was gonna die too 😭😭 Overlord goes right for your spark man 💀

Luckily they got Overlord back to his containment cell, but- 😭😭😭😭 LITTLE MAN 😭😭😭 Why'd he have to hop in there to get the sword??? OTL

Then Chromedome blowing it up once the cell disengaged from the ship 😭 It was a perfectly painful sequence! 👏

When I saw the scene with Whirl and the cannon/ blaster shooting asteroids, I knew it would come around 😔

Also!! Learning that Chromedome has had other deep connections with bots (idk if Brainstorm meant Conjunx' specifically) and given them his innermost energon before and that's why he's dry!! Excuse me as I sob 🤧🤧🤧🤧😭😭😭😭 and then he makes himself forget!!! UGHH OTL My heart man!

The tape that Rewind made too!! 😭🤧

RID 17-18:

We got more Shockwave lore here and I'm a big Shockwave enjoyer so I was very happy!! More heartache of course tho 😢

Him pitching/making the Jhiaxian academy of advanced technology is huge. Then all the experiments he did once he was turned purple 💀💀💀

Him going to Dai Atlas and injuring him before the attack on the senate so that he would escape death was a cool surprise. He's still in there ;_; ahhhh.

There is another story that happens in current time where Bee gets turned into Goldbug, but I think he's called "Goldfire" here? 🤔 He really got injured during the whole thing with Meg's so they had to fix him up with pieces of his old earth form.

It was cool to see included in the story :3

Final Random Thoughts:

This volume had a bunch of great stories in it! And I learned quite a bit about characters I like!

Though it was sad, I'd say my favorite story was the mtmte one with Overlord (The Overlord arc?). The art is always fantastic and so is the story!

I look forward to reading more and I'll be making another reading update very soon since I'm already on volume 6!

I didn't want to lump them all together bc I like using images as the story breaks and Tumblr only let's you use 10 per post 😔 Also... I ramble quite a lot haha, so 3 volumes worth would definitely be too much! 😂

Just watched Ep 1 of Earthspark S2. And I'm furious.

Don't read this if you don't want spoilers. Or if you think the showrunners can still do no wrong, and are unprepared for the level of Incandescent Fury of which I am capable. But if you DO have spoilers for the whole season and understand my particular vibe, PLEASE read this and reblog with answers (but use the cut for the sake of my followers)...

Reasons why I'm mad:

A year goes by in which all of the stuff I was actually interested in presumably happened: dealing with GHOST, the Decepticons and Autobots cooperating, and also, Mo and Robby getting cool mech suits.

Then for no reason other than "Decepticons huh" the Decepticons apparently forgot their alliance, turned on Our Designated Good Guys (tm) and just randomly started trying to conquer and/or kill everything again. Or were they screwed over, yet again? I really hope so, not because I want them to suffer but because there needs to be a freaking reason why they turn on other Cybertronians when they are stuck on Earth. But I don't have a good feeling about it given the contemptuous attitudes displayed by Bee (as usual, because ES Bee is a fucking asshole) and Robby (disappointing, he wasn't like that before).

And we never did get to find out what the fuck was up with GHOST or why the Decepticons were all in jail (and no, "Decepticons huh" is not an acceptable reason--they have every reason to hate us.)

Breakdown is a terrible parent for no reason? BREAKDOWN?

The Chaos Terrans thing gives me the same willies that the Orcs in Tolkien (I am not a Tolkien fan) used to do. I am not comfortable with the eugenicist/ableist notion that people can be born corrupt and innately evil, especially not if it has something to do with HOW they were born.

Soooo... if you've finished the season (I know you've been posting a bit about it) is there any reason for me to continue?

Reasons I would continue:

Ravage continues to be basically the same Ravage I write, only much smaller.

RavWave (as a ship, not just platonic interaction, mostly because I would watch anything for that no matter how messed up)

Explanation that there actually is a reason why the Cons turned on everyone, and what that reason is. Did they want to put them back in jail? Did they want them to do forced labour? Did Megatron start whaling on Starscream again? I note Tara isn't around Con HQ, what does Tara know?

Quints are interesting and not just scary (the Quints in Cyberverse scared me more than many adult horror movie villains did, BUT they are also just kinda evil and mean and we have no idea why, which would not have been particularly interesting at all except for the fun of watching Hot Rod and Soundwave become the faction leaders while OP and Megatron were unable to be)

Chaos Terrans are not innately bad or do not need some mystical power of nuclear heteronormative family to make them good

The Decepticons get something out of the ending other than screwed

We find out more about Dot and Megs

Some Cons are good parents

More Tarantulas and Nightshade content

Hashtag continues to have a relationship with Starscream that affects the plot as it develops

We are actually told what happened during the year they missed

Reasons I would not continue:

Cons are just bad because cons are bad.

Ravage is Soundwave's daughter or pet or in some other way not actually a grown-ass adult Decepticon officer, making Soundwave a father who raises child soldiers or a guy who runs dogfights, which is not cute even if he is snatched af

(they don't have to be lovers though my shipping heart was pleased when their PDA in the deleted scenes embarrassed Starscream, but she has to be a Real Independent Person who could be someone's partner if not his)

Chaos Terrans are innately bad until "saved" by the Power of Love And the Nuclear Family (or just innately bad)

Emberstone continues to be Allspark Mark II so why even change the name?

Bee's incredible assholery is never called out (it's not funny when a starving person accidentally kills their starving teammate due to a mistake they made because they were starving)

Only Autobots and people who form nuclear families can be good parents

Everyone being friends with the cows goes to the PETA place

Okay this isn't a super horny ask but I've binged your entire Merformers tag and this was the result of it.

So the aquarium in my state got busted several years ago for tampering with their water which ended up making a bunch of their aquatic animals sick and even die. They kept replacing the animals until they got caught.

So it kinda got me thinking of: imagine a merformer whose previous location was pretty toxic to them that affected both physically and mentally.

Then they end up in a new facility that actually gives them the correct nutritions.

Physical side effects include: drastically small appetite, dull colors, lethargic, inability to have heat cycles/produce offspring, uneven breathing, cloudy vision, swimming is very sluggish, overall just in a dazed like state.

They are also

Mental can range from struggling to socialize with other mers to isolating themselves, high anxiety/easy to panic, high aggression which leads to violence or high submissive tendencies, hoarding food/binge eating, mood swings

Younger mers can bounce back faster but older ones that have unfortunately had to adapt take longer to heal.

For some reason I latched on TFP merformer Starscream((who always gave me sick eel vibes)) being in a shitty aquarium/tourist trap place, getting seized and then rehomed in healthy environment.

I know this TFP Starscream was mentioned a couple times in this so I apologize for this ask breaking continuity and going on too long.

oho yes, i've definitely considers merformers being treated badly... especially if the facility staff don't think of them as sentient beings...

mhmmm don't apologize, tfp Starscream is perfect for it. And since he's grey all over, we can even say he'd lost his colours due to abuse (maybe he was put in a tank with Megatron and the two didn't get along, but the staff didn't care. Toxic water and terrible living conditions didn't help). Maybe Starscream gains some colour back into his frame once he's been rehomed and rehabilitated. Very slowly, he gets his red and blue colour-scheme we all know most Starscream to have back.

My goodness, would the Ink Demon hate Shockwave. He'd remind him of the Keepers, especially with how emotionless he is and what he does. Shockwave would be the only bot to really unnerve him, considering the trauma he faced at the hands of Wilson and his Keepers. He'd also probably despise Starscream, considering how he kinda sounds and acts like him too. (Seriously, Wilson kinda gives Starscream vibes.) Both are also on his shit list.

Another bot that reminds me of a Bendy character would be Bumblebee, who reminds me of toon Bendy. Optimus can kinda be compared with Henry. Airachnid would most definitely remind the Ink Demon of Alice, so she'd also be on his shit list. Ink Demon and Arcee bond over the shared hatred of the spider, lmao.

Bendy absolutely loathed Shockwave even more than the Keepers. He can at least manipulate them to some degree unlike Shockers who wants to dissect the Ink Demon. The mad scientist's interest in Bendy is as bad as his obsession with Predacons. Even moreso when he's shown footage of his 'Assimilation' ability on the bots or Raf.

Starscream is a 'spineless Wilson' in Bendy's opinion but still on the shit list. The Ink Demon tends to wind up joining missions from time to time. His reasoning being either restless or blow off some team when he actually cares for the group. (Man is a tsundere I tell you what. He would also state it weirdly like 'Optimus, don't make me drag you into the inky pits to keep you alive.')

Bendy encounters the other Decepticons due to this so it is no surprise he loathes Airachnid. Considering his throne in BATIM had Alice Angel halos on it, then he absolutely tore off a piece of the spider bitch for himself as a sick irony. You should see them play Cards Against Humanity from the wild shit they negatively make about her.

Bendy does see that innocence Bumblebee shares with his character's original portrayal. You can say both were at each other's in the beginning since not only was it a sore spot but he was genuinely paranoid about being replaced. Optimus is a somber reminder of the real man he would truly never meet.

The Henry in the Ink Machine may be identical but he isn't the original. Joey's repeated narrative pretty much wreck any chance of a normal talk. Optimus is like if Henry lost his compassion for his hobbies. The man tries to relax but whatever nonsense about how a leader should act holds Prime back.

Bendy often takes Optimus stuff or interrupts with a simple request so the mech doesn't fully kill what remains of his true self.

Randomly asking this since it appeared while watching a cat video: What kinds of animals do you think your continuity’s take of characters vibe with. For me, I kinda see Enemy or Frenzy being kinda cat like. Enemy with her trickery and Frenzy’s just kinda giving me the feeling.

I actually do have some animal themes picked out for a lot of the characters.

Frenzy has a spider theme, and Enemy has a snake thing going on.

The Constructicons all have one. Scrapper is a beaver. Long Haul is a bull. Scavenger is a lemur. Hook is a scorpion. Bonecrusher is a crocodile. Mixmaster is also a snake. And Devastator is a bear.

Soundwave has a cat theme going on and Starscream is a falcon. Octane is a vulture.

Those are all the ones I can think of off the top of my head! And have a Frenzy and Enemy doodle too. Thank you so much for the question :D!

I know I haven't drawn Starscream in awhile and that's partially because I'm kinda redesigning him for my continuities and bc his details and shapes aren't fully ironed out yet drawing him is a bit tricky.

I'm still not sure about the helmet over the eyes. I kinda miss his eyebrows. 🤔 And I think imma make his bird legs a little more armoured.

I'm trying to capture his vibes. I want him to have this sort of regal? Is that the right word? Elegant? energy. But I also want him to look powerful, intimidating, and deadly. But I also want to keep him a little more lithe looking because I like to imagine he's a faster mech with more maneuverability in battle. A mech who relies on his smarts and his fast unpredictability. But even though he's lithe he's still fairly armoured and can handle a fair amount of damage. One of the deadliest and hardest to kill mechs on both sides of the war. Right up there with other members of high command.

I also want to include nods to the parts of other Starscream designs.

Starscream's got a lot of stuff going on at once. The fact he's complicated is one reason why I like him. But it's giving me heck trying to capture all that in his design. 😂

I came to this new silly Transformers idea. They all tiny and transform into insects. This thought has consuled my brain, leaving no room for other thoughts.

I lied, my head is full of dragonfly Starscream. You have no idea how hard it is to find good and clear dragonfly's underbelly picture. Also, their faces are kinda weird.

Anyways. I've been thinking mainly of Decepticons and Megatron is a scarab beetle. 100%. There is no other way. Seekers are all dragonflies and damselflies btw. I think it'd be really funny to make Starscream a mosquito, but I'm refraining myself.

Skyfire/Jetfire is a big moth. Y'know, one of them fluffy ones. I think I'm gonna have him wear a mask, just because the moths I'm talking 'bout don't have a mouth.

Bumblebee would be some kind of beetle or ladybird. Ik his name is bumblebee, but still...I want beetle bee. Imagine though. The confusion amongst the Autobots human friends.

I think they should have some anyways. Maybe I'll make original humans, or use canon ones but whatever. I think Carly from G1 could be interesting.

At least ONE of Soundwave's cassettes must be a flea. I'm not sure how that entire thing would work but anyways. Soundwave kinda gives me cricket or grasshopoer vibes.

And maybe praying mantis Shockwave? That could be fun :)

The constructicons would all probably be different kinds of ants. I don't know much about them though, so... Also, let me make it clear, that I don't like ants! I'm terrified of them. And I once got one stuck in my ear. I'm not sure how it happened, but eventually I got it out.

Swindle will be either a fly or a tick. I think I might go for fly though, 'cause I REALLY don't like ticks. I had to make a presentation on them once and the pictures dealt me emotional damage.

Jazz is a stickbug. You can't change my mind. Likely. He just has those stickbug vibes y'know.

Idk about Optimus. I genuenly don't know. Probaby some kind of beetle tho. I'm gonna think about it.

I think Blackbullet is an overly passionate monsuno that dives into battle like a beheaded goose if not kept in check, also thinks very highly of himself thus why it’s hard to actually befriend and only respects strong people that manage to impress him (In this case Ace) most people and monsuno alike think he’s a dumbassTM (And he kinda is, his lethal effectiveness in battle is only tainted by his volatile temper and ego) but he’s also the dumbass you want to be on your side, he’s a force to be reckoned with as probably THE FASTEST monsuno in the series easily breaking the sound barrier as he pleases. He also got overly attachment issues and a constant need for validation, he’s bby. Handle with care at your own risk.

• he takes good care of the place ,, making sure its clean and nothing is out of place ,, he even cooks too ,, since he had taken an interest more into human cultures and what they do ,, function ,, eat and all

• he’s really good at making european dishes ,, mainly german dishes but hes also makes good thai dishes ,, though he will make sure you do get your nutrients and vitamins ,, acting more like a mother at that time

• “ shockwave ,, i’m alright , ” you’d say as he keeps trying you take the drink he prepared for you ,, “ but you need your vitamins b and d !! ” he’d argue

• he does wish you a good morning when you leave for work ,, and has your lunch packed for the day ,, reminding you to eat it and not forget how important it is that your get your vitamins ,, to which you mindlessly nod to

Starscream gives me cat vibes, and it kinda affects how I see starop, because to me I feel like Optimus could stay over at a crazy cat lady’s house and all the cats would love him and he’d Be like “my babies....” all starry eyed and everything. Because I see it in the way of Optimus is just really good with cats and personality wise starscream is a cat.

Ok so EarthSpark. Everything I see I really like: the new humans, the new supervillain who oozes Animated and early Marvel G1, the Terrans, and Megatron’s helicopter mode to name a few.

The new kids getting bionic arm sleeves connected to the two new Transformers gives me Medabots vibes, just if the MedaWatch went all the way up the sleeve. The automatic bond between the kids and the Terrans also reminds me of Rad and High Wire’s similar bond in Armada. A more streamlined, Digimon-y take on the idea in EarthSpark?

The Terrans are a main curiosity. Is it just going to be Thrash and Twitch? That’d be disappointing to an extent, as much as Thrash and Twitch look fun and are their own separate “faction”, they’re also technically Autobots. I was thinking initially it’d be a small group of Terrans, with some being Autobots and the others being swayed by the Decepticons, leading to some family drama. I guess something like Silverbolt, BlackArachnia, Dinobot, Armada Starscream, Energon Demolishor’s arcs in particular. I would assume later down the line, new main villain Mandroid and/or Megatron attempt to tamper with the titular EarthSpark to make their own Transformers, allowing there to be more Terrans but we’ll see.

Insecticon Bombshell indeed having a role is fun, and I notice he has a distinct insignia this time. Insecticons are truly their own separate faction this time? (I know G1 and Prime tried to have them be a third party but they’re still Decepticons in that context, so…)

The new villain Dr. Mandroid is a villain I’ve been looking forward to for awhile. A return to the wacky supervillains that, for me anyway, is always fun to see the Autobots contend with. I wonder if Mandroid is related to Archevil, because there’s definitely a similar vibe.

The Decepticon roster I’m curious about as well. Besides Megatron’s awesome helicopter mode, the others are kinda vague… Swindle was said to be spotted and Skywarp is in the toyline but it kinda looks like the Decepticons are mostly made of generics atm. It’s kinda foreign, as of typing, that they seem to be avoiding Starscream and the Waves atm. I kinda hope they stay away because I’m kinda bored of Starscream and the Waves and wouldn’t mind a break from them here… But on the off chance we don’t get them, I hope we see some variety among the Decepticons. A concern I’ve had is how the toy lines have become more Autobot dominated and I fear that’ll happen again here so being on all the Decepticons.

New 2022 Transformers Cartoon

      So awhile back, there was news of a new Transformers series, along with another, “BotBots”, coming in 2022: https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Untitled_2022_Transformers_cartoon

The premise is that a new species of Transformer emerges and finds themselves adopted by a human family, attempting to find their place in the world and between the the warring Autobots and Decepticons. 

Im really curious of what the show will be about. I have some ideas and hopes.

* The main protagonist is a bot who isn’t sure of what side to choose and may even choose to take a neutral, peacemaker role and the other bot characters would take opposite sides, for conflict. Try to keep the earth safe from the war’s impact as well as try to mend things once and for all.

* A lot of techno, hip-hop, modern music/soundtrack. Maybe something like KATAOWB.

* The bots to have different, diverse looks to each other. Perhaps one will look like a minicon, the other a dinobot, etc.

* The bots to be mentally young, teens. Gives me some coming-of-age vibes.

* Will have a more detailed style of CGI, but nothing too complex. Easy but still interesting for the eyes. Perhaps a mix of TFP and Rescue Bots.

* The new species of transformers are bots who can take on the form of organic humans, a new function type, made using spark fragments of other bots or bots made in a lab with unique powers. Made the spark idea with Crossoverlover19.

* Will start off more slice of life, comedy and gradually become more serious and dark. The war’s still happening. A ROTTMNT kinda route.

* Crazy cool fights and action like ROTTMNT but in CGI.

* Will go into both sides and dissect the pros and cons in the Autobots and Decepticons. Pointing out netheir side are perfect.

* Portray the Decepticons in a less villainous way. Mainly seen as the antagonists at first but show there’s more to them than meets they eye, get it.

* Iconic bots such as Optimus, Megatron, Starscream, Bumblebee, etc to appear along with others such as Whirl and the DJD and new bot characters. I mean I think the main characters already count.

* Human characters will have a big impact in the series, like Sari in TFA.

* Will have a Starscream redemption arc as well as properly show and discuss Megatron’s mistreatment of him. It’s been a huge issue talked about in the fandom.

* A ton of old other tf story references.

What do u guys think? I’d really love to hear💖 Ngl I’m not the biggest expert on the TF franchise. I’m very excited to see what this new series will be.

A tiny bit of fantasy!au fluff and angst – I have this headcanon that Vos used to be a port city in this au before it got destroyed (similar to irl Venice or Marseille or fantasy Braavos; I just have a huge soft spot for well-done port cities in fantasy in general and the sea as a metaphor for someone's potentially destructive passion/hidden desire that may or may not doom them in the end in particular); and I'm also on a sea-themed song kick, so here comes an idea: Ginny Di's "Seafarer's lullaby" is an actual lullaby in this au. Just look that song up and imagine KO singing it to baby Smokescreen🥺

Knock Out gives me very strong traveller vibes, and imo it would make sense for him to either travel to Vos himself(it used to be a busy, rich port - a good place to buy and show off nice new outfits or hear the freshest gossip) or to learn vosnian songs as he travelled the kingdom.

So, picture this: Smokescreen doesn't really remember his parents, but he somewhat remembers the melody of a lullaby; sometimes he hums it or maybe tries to play it on a lute (to everyone's dismay), but can never quite place the lyrics(mb because KO used to sing it in vosnian). And later, way later, there are two main options:

- Either Starscream and Wheeljack(temporarily) side with team Prime, and Scream recognises the melody from Smokescreen's humming or another lute practice, and everyone is both surprised and confused; also, Starscream knowing more than one language is a very fascinating idea.

- Or KO sides with autobots first, hears Smokescreen humming/playing the lullaby melody and has a "where did you hear that melody?" moment. Maybe he even sings or plays it himself, and Smokes just sits there confused as hell, tears in his eyes and maybe a little angry, especially if he doesn't know that KO is his dad: "How dare you put your decepticon paws over my only memories about my parents?! Why does it sound so wrong yet so right when you sing it?!" And WJ and Scream come along later and Scream goes "oh, yeah, that's an old vosnian lullaby. I used to hate it when I was just learning to play the lute" (I mean, he is supposed to be a prince of Vos; it would make sense for him to have a nobleman's kind of education: a lot of bookish things, like economics study or theory of magic, but also things like duel combat, high society small talk and playing at least one musical instrument. I'm sorry if this is confusing, I'm kinda loopy rn)

Bonus tearjerker: Breakdown (reluctantly) singing lullaby to baby Smokes, maybe orcish one, maybe not, and KO is just silently admires his big softy husband🥺

Hi, hope I'm not bothering you by asking for a TFA Matchup! (bot/con) My pronouns are she/her. I enjoy quiet spaces where I can write short stories/poems and do art while listening to music. I usually get into the zone when I have music playing as it's a de-stressor so if anyone interrupts I usually get annoyed for a bit until I can return to it. My favorite weather is Thunderstorms. I often dye my long hair ombre purple, and usually need help with it haha. Love going on walks and taking pictures of things I see like waterfalls, flowers, clouds, etc. unless it's at night then I love finding a place away from the open where I can lay down and watch or dance under the stars, love stopping by the duck ponds to give bread to the lads. Also love racing and cars, but know little to nothing about them despite thirsting for more knowledge. I also have very morbid curiosity when it comes to sicknesses and like scary things. It's very easy for me to hold grudges and keep motivation unfortunately and there are days ill do nothing but walk around, or stay locked in my room with crass music playing obnoxiously loud while singing along. Those are some of my biggest flaws. When first meeting me I can come off as someone I'm usually not in an effort to impress people right off the bat (usually try to be tough/act cool) and then later I'll melt into my true demeanor after a while. (Even though I'm afraid of being judged the entire time and being seen as inadequate.) I'll also end up being really protective over whoever I end up being friends with, sometimes it gets to the point where I start doting on them and they adopt me as their 'parent'. Like I won't stand for as much as a sideways glance from anyone at my friends. Hope this is adequate and informative enough while also making sense! (this is also my first matchup request so I'm praying I got nothing wrong.)

They can both see through the tough act but think it's kinda cute and funny that you're trying to impress them of all bots. They love when you open up and become you're true self around them, Prowl loves how protective you are and Blitzwing loves how doting you can be (especially Random). They don't mind hanging out in silence with you or listening to your music and just vibing, both actually likes your music taste, especially Blitzwing. They both know to leave you alone when you're in the zone, and love to see what you've written or drawn when you're done. They also like to see the photographs you take, especially Prowl. They'll often help you dye your hair too. Prowl loves stopping at duck ponds with you and loves to stargaze with you as well. Blitzwing also likes to stargaze and Random will join you in dancing. They don't mind you your curiosity for scary things and illnesses, they actually find it kind of fascinating too. Both try their best to motivate you when you're having a low motivation day, although Blitzwing may join you in laying around and singing. Prowl will also try to help you get out of the habit of holding grudges. While neither are particularly good with racing they do like it when you talk about it and will find whatever they can to help you on your quest for knowledge, even when it means having to ask Bumblebee for more info for Prowl.
