ok so as far as im aware (could be wrong ofc tell me if i am) but at some point on twitter a wilbur soot acc named dior (wilbursoft) made some kind of agreement with technotwt (and i have no idea how that worked, did they hold a war room or something? did they send a carrier pigeon?) that was like a mutual dni. we won't talk about you and you won't talk about us

and then a little while later wilbursoft made some cheeky joke and tagged hashtag technotwt in the joke, which made a lot of them upset. what THIS led to was so many of them tweeting at her and getting mad that she ended up temporarily deactivating and then someone calling themselves the ambassador of technotwt (who appointed government positions??) made a 'serious thread' about how dior needed to make a public apology or something (because 'people were hurt by her using the tag') which you can find here. the whole thing is just very silly

okay so. i dont even know how to explain this lol. they were (are? are they still well known?) a big sbi account over on twitter. i dont even know why, i forget if they made anything, they were just a big account. their old @ was piggytechnobarb and now its @ kribsoot. when sbi were getting cancelled on twitter she made a whole. i think it was a video? about why people are disappointed with techno and how he should say something and spammed it at him for weeks

Abel returned sometime later with multiple kribbits boxes. Like all disposables, the cartons were entirely recyclable and minimal in design. Gisha popped hers open and began scooping the hot kernels with disposable nuribashi.

Saphlin entered soon after everyone had broken into their. Their nostrils flared as they inhaled of the aroma. "Now that everyone is feeding..." they said, inspecting the scene. Saphlin's eyes narrowed slightly as they spotted Abel's sidearm, now with Gisha. "That's going to be a lot of paperwork." Abel shrugged apologetically.

"Lets get something straight here, Hiara" Saphlin continued. "You're an asset to the Alliance now. As such, KAIA isn't going to let you just go freely. You have diplomatic rights, but you might temper your expectations you're more of a political prisoner."

Gisha watched them as her procedure concluded. Her display turned green and she minimized it before withdrawing the tube from the port on her arm. "Are you going to interrogate me?"

Saphlin folded their arms. "I have not been instructed to do so yet" they grumbled. "But contractors have already arrived at that ship of yours to conduct a all legally quantifiable surveys. They aren't going to take anything-" Saphlin interjected, holding up a hand before Gisha could protest. "It's Guild enforced protocol... They only thing they're allowed to do is shut down the reactor. That spacecraft is the least of your concerns at the moment. We need to get you to a secure location where you can interface with a member of the council... and this hospital ain't it."

About an hour later, the crew found themselves in an vehicle, travelling anti-spinward on a raised highway. The city was growing sparser, fading into less dense residential zones, before turning into light industry and hydroponic farms. Gisha and Noelle rode together with Evasae, the others dispersed between the vehicles before and after them.

"So what's your story?" Gisha was sitting by the window, observing the gently sloping landscape, but addressed Noelle specifically. "You don't strike me as a local."

Evasae didn't break her concentration as she skimmed dozens of entoptic readouts.

"She's going to offer you a trip back" Zephlin said as he sorted jewelry pieces on the counter. Asova was out of earshot, though he didn't entertain the delusion that she didn't know every word that was spoken in this place. "Whoever this Saphlin is... well, its been on her mind."

Nearly two months had passed since Noelle and Celio returned from the Neptunian system. Since then, work around the Chasm had progressed as normal. Around Noelle, Asova seemed ordinary, but around others she often slipped concerns over Saphlin. "I don't know what she will have you do, but maybe-"

"A delivery" Asova said, suddenly leaning on the counter beside them. “And Celio will not be joining you this time.”
